『Gup Yu Bang 』is the first Korean book that specialized in pediatrics. It was written by Jo Jeong-jun on the 25th year of King Young Jo in the Choson dynasty. He quoted a lot of information from 『Yi-Hak-Yip-Mun』 by Yi-cheon in the Myung dynasty and 『Xiao Er Yao Zheag Zhi Jue』 by Qian Yi in the Song dynasty, but he added his own opinions and clinical experiences to the book. In addition to that, the book explains not only symptoms and prescriptions but also the etiology and pathology of children’s diseases. In particular, he showed a great deal of creativity in his book called 「Dong Bang Six Fu’s Qi Principle」 After studying 『Gup Yu Bang』, I have drawn the following conclusions. 1. Prevention is more important than treatment in pediatrics. 2. When we make a diagnosis, facial inspection has priority. 3. In terms of treatmemt, Wu zang is a general rule. Therefore, we should focus on Wu zang and Pi Wei. 4. The following terms definition symptom cause prescription clinical example prevention are to be explained with reference to the nature or symptoms of the disease. 5. We can see that smallpox was more widspread than the measles in the period of King Young Jo. 6. Even though he was influenced by 『Yi-Hak-Yip-Mun』, 『Xiao Er Yao Zheag Zhi Jue』, and 『Dong eui bo gam』, his own explanation is clearer in his book called 『Gup Yu Bang』 which is based on his own clinical experiences. 7.『Gup Yu Bang』 is a practical and experiential book.

데이터 글러브를 이용한 손 제스처 기반 3차원 게임 구현

데이터 글러브(Data Glove)는 손 제스처를 정의하여 시스템을 제어하는 입력장치로 가상현실기술 및 교육, 의료, 산업분야에서 많이 사용되고 있다. 이는 가상현실 속에 존재하는 사물을 현실에서 제어하게 함으로써 사용자에게 마치 현실 세계의 사물을 제어하는 느낌을 주는 장점을 가지고 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 이러한 데이터 글러브의 장점을 이용하여 3차원 게임에 적용시키는 방법을 제안한다. 먼저 데이터 글러브로 제스처를 정의하고, 트래커(Tracker)와 연동하여 시스템을 구현한다. 구현된 시스템을 실험하기 위해서 OpenGL로 인형 뽑기 게임을 구현하고 사용자가 데이터 글러브를 착용 후 정의된 제스처를 통해 게임을 제어하도록 한다. 본 논문에서 제안한 방법은 사용자들에게 좀 더 높은 몰입감을 제공하며, 향후 게임 산업 발전에도 많은 영향을 줄 것으로 기대한다.

서해 태안반도 연안에서 오터트롤에 채집된 저서생물의 종조성 및 계절변동

To investigate specie composition and seasonal variation of demersal organisms in the coastal waters off the Taean peninsula, otter trawl surveys were conducted from April 2010 to January 2011. A total of 75 species were collected including 44 species of Pisces, 19 species of Crustacea, 6 species of Cephalopoda, 4 species of Gastropoda, and I spe-cies each of Bivalvia and Echinoidea. The dominant species in each season were Palaemon gravieri in spring, Cha-rybdis bimaculata in summer, Loligo japonica in autumn, and Crangon hakodatei in winter. The number of species, individuals and biomass were highest in autumn and lowest in winter. The diversity index was highest in summer and lowest in winter. The dominance index was highest in winter and lowest in summer. The richness index was highest in autumn and lowest in winter. The evenness index was highest in summer and lowest in autumn. A cluster analysis showed that demersal organisms were divided into two groups; spring and winter organisms (Group 1) and summer and autumn organisms (Group 2). We detected a significant difference (P<0.05) between these groups, mainly owing to Platycephalus indicus, Repomucenus koreanus, and Paralichthys olivaceus within Pisces: Trachysalambria curvi-rostris, Metapenaeopsis dalei, P. gravieri and C. hakodatei within Crustacea: and L. japonica within Cephalopoda.

사회과 주요 개념에 대한 역사적 고찰 -번역어 "경제"를 중심으로

본 연구의 목적은 사회과의 주요 개념인 ``경제``에 대한 역사적 고찰을 통해 economy의 번역어로서 ``경제``가 가지는 특징을 밝혀내는 것이다. 이를 위해 economy의 의미 변화 및 번역어 ``경제`` 관련 자료들을 분석하였다. 동양의 근대화는 서구의 문명을 받아들이는 과정이라고 할 수 있다. 서구 문물을 소개하기 위한 핵심적인 수단은 번역이었다. 즉, 동양의 근대화는 번역에서부터 시작되었다고 할수 있다. 사회과의 핵심 개념인 ``경제`` 또한 서양의 political economy를 소개하기 위해 채택된 번어였다. 원래 ``경제``는 중국을 비롯한 한자 문화권에서 전통적으로 경세제민의 의미로서 사용되어 오던 한자어였지만, 번역어로 채택된 이후 political economy 및 economy의 의미 변화와 새로운 용어로서의 economics의 탄생 등을 겪으면서 오늘날에는 전통 한자어 ``경제``와는 다른 의미를 가지게 되었다. 그러나 번역어 ``경제``의 성립 및 의미 변화 대한 역사적 이해의 부족으로 인해 사회과교육에서 ``경제``에 대한 오개념이 나타나고 있다. 사회과의 핵심 개념인 ``경제``에 대한 오개념을 방지하기 위해서 관련된 교육과정 및 교과서의 수정이 필요하다. 이와 함께 ``경제`` 개념의 역사적 사회적 맥락에 대한 교사들의 이해를 증진시키기 위한 교사 교육도 필요하다. The purpose of this research is to analyze the characteristics of ``Kyeong-Je(經濟)`` as a translated word of ``economy`` in social studies. For this purpose, we used historical approach to collect and analyze the documents which concern the meaning changes of economy(or political economy) and ``Kyeong-Je`` as a translated word in early modern era. Modernization of East was made by accepting western civilization. The main medium for introduction of western civilization is translation. Therefore, Modernization of East relied on translation. ``Kyeong-Je``, a core concept in social studies, was originally used as a translated words of ``political economy``. In eastern civilization the original meaning of ``Kyeong-Je`` was ``administrating the state to relieve the people``s suffering``, thus related with politics, just as political economy was. But with the meaning changes of ``political economy`` and ``economy`` and the new coming of ``economics``, the meaning of ``Kyeong-Je`` as a translated word has also been changed, therefore in present time ``Kyeong-Je`` has different meaning from the original. There are many misconceptions for the meaning of ``Kyeong-Je`` due to lack of historical understanding of this meaning changes. To prevent the misconception for ``Kyeong-Je``, It is necessary to modify curriculum and textbook of social studies. Also it is important to enhance the education for teachers of social studies.

사회과 주요 개념에 대한 역사적 고찰 -쿨리의 1차 집단을 중심으로

본 연구의 목적은 개인과 사회의 관계를 설명하기 위한 핵심 기제로서 ``1차 집단``의 성격을 밝혀내고, 그것이 한국 사회과 교과서에서 어떤 방식으로 반영되어 있는지를 검토하는 것이다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 1차 집단과 관련된 쿨리 및 여타 사회학자들의 논의에 대한 역사적 고찰뿐만 아니라 한국 사회과 교과서들도 분석 대상으로 삼았다. 1차 집단 개념에서 쿨리의 관심은 단순히 집단 유형의 분류가 아니라, 개인이 사회적 존재로 변화하는 과정 및 사회 집단의 형성 과정이다. 그는 1차 집단의 사회화 기능이 ``우리 의식``의 형성을 통해서만 가능하다고 본다. 따라서 1차 집단의 핵심적인 속성은 ``우리 의식``의 형성과 관련되어야 한다. 그는 1차 집단과 대비되는 성격을 가진 집단에 대해 관심을 가지지 않았을 뿐만 아니라 2차 집단이라는 명칭도 사용하지 않았다. 그러나 한국 사회과 교과서에서는 1차 집단의 본래적 기능이나 결정적 속성은 제대로 다루어지지 않은 채, ``접촉 방식``을 기준으로 2차 집단과의 구분만이 1차 집단 개념의 핵심 내용 요소인 것처럼 다루어지고 있다. 쿨리에 의해 제시되었던 역사적·사회적 맥락들은 사라지고, 1차 집단의 개념이 왜곡되어 제시된다. 이와 같은 오개념을 해소하기 위해서는 관련된 교육과정 및 교과서의 수정이 필요하다. This study is aimed to illuminate the nature of the "primary group" as a central mechanism by which individual and society are related, and to examine how it is reflected in the Korean social studies textbooks. For that purpose, this study not only attempts to trace out Cooley`s conception of the primary group and its conceptual changes made by other sociologists, but takes the Korean social studies textbooks as an object of analysis. In the concept of the primary group, Cooley`s interest has been not in classifying social groups, but in the process of rebirth of an individual into social being and of forming of social group. He emphasizes that the socializing function of the primary group can be done through the formation of we-ness. Thus, the central property of the primary group should be related to the establishment of we-ness. Neither has he have interests in the nature of other social groups in contrast to that of the primary group, nor used the term of the secondary group. However, most of the Korean social studies textbooks treat the primary group as if it would be crucial to distinguish between primary and secondary groups in terms of the pattern of contact, without dealing with the former group`s essential nature and decisive property. Unfortunately, such conception of the primary group as suggested by Cooley tends to disappear in those textbooks. If any, it is shown in a distorted way. It is necessary to revise the curriculum and textbook on that concept in order to avoid such misconceptions.

Efficient Strategies of Safety Analysis for SCC system in compliance with ISO26262

There has been a steady decrease in the death and injury rates all over the world because the demand for a more structured and systematic functional safety design of electric/electronic (E/E) components in the automotive industry is increasing greatly with more electronically controlled systems becoming more widespread in automobile applications. The recently (15th Nov 2011) introduced standard “ISO 26262: Road vehicles ? Functional Safety”, is the functional safety standard outlining the activities to be followed for development of an Automotive Electric/Electronics system. Hyundai MOBIS has already produced safety critical systems in chassis domain such as airbag, ESC, EPS. Thus safety processes are not a quite new process for us, but our company may not insist that previous approach was very systematic for safety projects. Therefore, Hyundai MOBIS has updated functional safety processes based on the company own matured process asset since 2010. Furthermore, Hyundai MOBIS has some experiences for product development in compliance with ISO26262 as previously mentioned. Two ADAS projects had the certifications from TUV SUD successfully. I would like to introduce one of them, SCC (Smart Cruise Control) system, in this paper. Actually, all parts in functional safety standard are important, but a large portion among them is related to Safety Analysis. Therefore, this paper shows how safety analyses are effectively applied to product development lifecycle in MOBIS through the example of Smart Cruise Control (SCC).
