This study examined one room(studio apartment) residential deweller's housing behavior and housing need, and the relationship between the sense of housing values and housing satisfaction of one-room residence, The study surveyed 302 one-room residents in Busan city. The researcher modified, complimented, and used the previous researches on housing values and housing satisfaction. The analysis of the data used SPSS Win 10.0 program. The results of the research can be summarized as follows: 1. The motive of choosing one-room residence was mainly the closeness to the school or work, Jeonse(Rent with a one-room deposit) was more common than ownership, and the size is one-room residence was 10 to 15 Pyeong. 2. Among the five housing values of one-room residence dwellers, that is, amenity, indoor and outdoor environment, economy/convenience, convenience in transportation, and the interior functionality, the convenience in transportation was ranked highest, and the indoor and out door environment and economy/convenience followed. 3. The housing satisfaction of one-room residents was highest in location, and also high in the safety and the security or privacy, and the convenience of inside facility.

Background and Purposes: Over the past three decades, numerous studies performed in Korea have reported that job stress is a determinant risk factor for chronic diseases and work disability. Every society has its own culture and occupational climate particular to their organizations, and hence experiences different occupational stress. An occupational stress measurement tool therefore needs to be developed to estimate it objectively. The purpose of this study is to develop and standardize the Korean Occupational Stress Scale (KOSS) which is considered to be unique and specific occupational stressors in Korean employees. Subjects and Methods: Data were obtained from the National Study for Development and Standardization of Occupational Stress (NSDSOS Project: 2002-2004). A total of 12,631 employees from a nationwide sample proportional to the Korean Standard Industrial Classification and the Korean Standard Occupational Classification were administered. The KOSS was developed for 2 years (2002-2004). In the first year, we collected 255 items from the most popular job stress measurement tools such as JCQ, ERI, NIOSH and OSI, and 44 items derived from the a qualitative study (depth interview). Forty-three items of KOSS, in the second year, were retained for use in the final version of the KOSS by using Delphi and factor analysis. Items were scored using conventional 1-2-3-4 Likert scores for the response categories. Results: We developed eight subscales by using factor analysis and validation process: physical environment (3 items), job demand (8 items), insufficient job control (5 items), interpersonal conflict (4 items), job insecurity (6 items), organizational system (7 items), lack of reward (6 items), and occupational climate (4 items). Together they explained 50.0% of total variance. Internal consistency alpha scores were ranged from 0.51 to 0.82. Twenty-four items of the short form of the KOSS (KOSS-SF) were also developed to estimate job stress in the work setting. Because the levels of the subscales of occupational stress were gender dependent, gender-specific standard norms for both the 43-item full version and the 24-item short form using a quartile for the subscales of KOSS were presented. Conclusion: The results of this study suggest that KOSS might be an appropriate measurement scale to estimate occupational stress of Korean employees. Further and more detailed study needs to be conducted to improve the validity of this scale.
Biological Safety Evaluation of Polyketones as Biomaterials

생체재료는 의료기기로서 임상에 적용되기 위해서는 생물학적 안전성 평가에 의한 생체적합성 확보가 필수적이다. 이번 연구에서는 폴리케톤 고분자의 생체재료로서 사용 가능성을 평가하기 위해 생물학적 안전성 평가를 실시하였다. 폴리케톤 고분자의 용출물로 고분자의 생체적합성을 판단하는 생물학적 안전성 초기실험인 세포독성, 유전독성, 피부자극성, 감작성, 전신독성 시험을 실행하였다. 모든 시험에서 폴리케톤 고분자는 독성을 유발하지 않음을 확인할 수 있었으며, 이러한 결과는 폴리케톤 고분자가 생체재료로서 생물학적 안전성이 있으며 비분해성 고분자를 대체할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다. Biomaterials for clinical applications such as medical and implant devices require evaluation to determine their biocompatibility. This study aimed to evaluate the initial biological safety of polyketone (PK) polymers, which have potential use as biomaterials. It presents results from cytotoxicity and genotoxicity assays and tests determining the levels of skin irritation, sensitization, and acute systemic toxicity caused by PK. The PK polymers showed no cytotoxicity, genotoxicity, allergenicity, irritancy, and systemic toxicity. These results indicate that the PK polymers are potentially biological safe and could be used to replace non-degradable polymeric biomaterials.
바다 - Ⅱ에서 저장프로시져를 호출하는 저장프로시져의 설계 및 구현

저장프로시져는 절차적 언어와 여러 SQL문들을 미리 컴파일해 데이타베이스에 저장한 후 저장프로시져가 호출되면 한번에 여러 SQL문들을 수행한다. 바다-Ⅱ의 기존 저장프로시져는 다른 저장프로시져내에서 호출될 수 없었다. 따라서 현재 생성할 저장프로시져가 실행할 내용의 일부분이 데이타베이스에 저장된 다른 저장프로시져와 동일해도 저장프로시져내에 다른 저장 프로시져를 호출할 수 없으므로 이미 생성된 저장프로시져와 동일한 내용의 코딩 작업이 새로 생성할 저장프로시져내에 필요했다. 저장프로시져내에 다른 저장프로시져를 호출할 수 있도록 제공함으로써 이미 생성한 저장프로시져들의 효용성을 높일 수 있고 반복된 코딩 작업을 줄일 수 있다. 본 논문은 바다-Ⅱ에서 저장프로시져내에 다른 저장프로시져를 호출하여 실행할 수 있도록 구현한 사항을 제시한다.
