        SNP 마커를 이용한 벼 흰잎마름병 저항성 선발 효율 증진

        본 연구는 흰잎마름병 K1 레이스에 감수성인 상주찰벼와 저항성인 HR13721-53-3-1-3-3-2-2를 인공교배하여 육성된 F2, F3를 재료로 하천 Kl 레이스에 대한 저항성 검정과 SNP 마커를 이용한 유전자형 분석 및 저항성과의 연관성을 분석하였다. Kl 레이스에 대한 저항성 검정 결과 $F_2,\;F_3$에서 각각 이론적 분리비인 3:1, 1:1의 분리비를 나타냈으며 SNP 마커를 이용한 유전자형 분석은 16PFXa1 primer를 이용하여 유전자를 증폭한 후 Eco RV 제한효소 처리하여 다형성을 분석하여 저항성 및 유전자형을 확인할 수 있었다. K1 레이스에 대한 저항성 검정과SNP마커를 이용한 유전자형의 연관분석 결과 저항성과 마커간에 연관성이 일치하였으며, 특히 SNP 마커를 이용한 유전자형 분석에서는 K1 레이스에 대한 저항성 검정에서 알 수 없었던 $F_2$ 개체가 동형접합체인지 이형접합체인지를 판별할 수 있어 저항성 품종 육종을 위한 선발 효율을 높일 수 있었다. Discovery of single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs), including small insertions and deletions, is one of the hot topics in genetic research. The most common type of sequence variant consists of single base differences or small insertions and deletions at specific nucleotide positions. Significance of SNPs in rice is increasing for genetic research, positional cloning and molecular breeding. $F_2$ 170 lines and $F_3$ 194 lines derived from Sangjuchalbyeo/HR13721-53-3-1-3-3-2-2 Were used for Searching SNP markers related to bacterial blight resistance. Sangjuchalbyeo is susceptible to bacterial blight, but HR13721-53-3-1-3-3-2-2 has Xa1 gene resistant to bacterial blight. Individual lines were inoculated with $K_1$ race of bacterial blight and resistant or susceptible was evaluated after 3 weeks from inoculation. The genotypes of population were analysed by PCR-RFLP for SNP marker developing. The segregation of $F_2\;and\;F_3$ population showed almost 3:1, 1:1 ratio, respectively. Analysis of genotype using SNP marker is capable of confirming resistance for $K_1$ race and genotype through amplifying the gene using 16PFXal primer and digested the PCR product with Eco RV. There were close relation between resistance test for $K_1$ race and SNP marker genotype. Especially, DNA analysis using SNP marker is capable of judging homozygote/heterozygote in $F_2$ population compared with resistant test for Kl race. So, it seems to improve the selection efficiency in disease resistant breeding.

        다수치아를 상실한 엇갈린 교합 환자에서 임플란트와 $Locator^{(R)}$ attachment를 이용한 가철성 국소의치 증례

        When losing many of the remaining teeth, the relation among them can be put into dynamically unfavorable situation. In the case that the patient without any incompatibilityto the denture, overdenture can be considered. Moreover, we can overcome the dynamical disadvantage, and improve the support, stability, and retention of the partial denture by using implant at the edentulous area. In this case, patient with crossed occlusion between few remaining teeth was treated with maxillary and mandibular partial denture. Single implant fixture was placed at the edentulous space, opposing to the maxillary teeth occluded, and $Locator^{(R)}$ attachment was connected. The patient's esthetic satisfaction was improved by ideally adjusting the tilted occlusal plane. Since the patient was satisfied both esthetically and functionally, and maintained stable during the clinical observation for 6 months after the treatment, we would like to report about it. 다수 잔존치를 상실한 경우 잔존치간의 관계가 역학적으로 불리한 상황에 놓일 수 있다. 환자가 의치에 관한 거부감이 없을 때, 이러한 경우 피개의치를 고려할 수 있지만, 무치악 부위에 임플란트를 이용함으로써 역학적인 불리함을 극복하고 국소의치의 지지, 안정, 유지를 향상시킬 수 있다. 본 증례는 소수 잔존치간에 엇갈린 교합을 보이는 환자로 상악 치아에 대합되는 하악의 무치악 부위에 단일 임플란트를 식립하고 $Locator^{(R)}$ attachment를 연결하여 상하악 국소의치로 치료하였다. 기존의 기울어진 교합평면을 이상적으로 재설정하여 환자의 심미적 만족도를 향상시켰다. 치료 이후 6개월간의 임상 관찰에서 환자는 심미적, 기능적으로 만족하고 안정적으로 유지되었기에 보고하고자 한다.

        프레스 보유 사업장에서 재해 발생 사업장과 무재해 사업장의안전관리 시스템 비교

        Notorious press machine bothers employers by causing so many industrial accidents which are mostly of caught-in or between type. In 2008, press machines caused 1665 cases of such type of accidents, which reached about 11% of all those. Even though various approaches has been adopted to prevent those press machine accidents, up to now, no one was found to be satisfactory. In this study, two kinds of companies,accident-occurred and accident-free by press machine, were surveyed to find out positive and negative factors for accidents prevention. 400companies which experienced accidents in 2008 and 200 companies which did not experience accident at all during the same period were selected for this survey. Most of these companies are small companies that employ less than 50 employees. Even though small companies are exempted from legal obligations to have a safety management system for accident prevention, we surveyed about safety management systems of those companies because of its crucial importance for accident prevention including whether they appointed safety managers and various supervisors. Awareness and efforts for safety of employers and employees were also measured. Results were analysed by the method of cross tabulation analysis. Main findings of this study are as follows. Most accident-occurred companies did not appoint any safety manager or supervisor. While it is recommended that the workplace of high accident rate have a safety manager. In addition, as less employers` effort for safety was made in accident-occurred companies in order to prevent accidents during press processing, the author proposes an amendment to the relevant law. Finally, the most referred reason for the negligence of hazard is the cumbersomeness in installing safeguards.

        제조업에서 지게차에 대한 안전보건 기준에 관한 규칙 개정 방안

        A forklift truck, commonly used for transporting heavy materials in manufacturing industries, etc., is a useful machine. However accidents occur frequently during the operation of the machine. In order to prevent accidents it is necessary to examine the current safety regulations on a forklift truck. Because the regulations have not revised for a long time, they do not reflect the rapidly changing environment of industries. Proposed revision of standard on articles for forklift trucks was presented after analysing the causes of occurred injuries, comparing domestic standards with international standards and examining the survey results. We analyzed the safety regulation articles and the injuries according to the type of work conducted with forklift. The major differences in safety regulations between Korea and the major foreign countries were investigated. The opinions of field workers on the safety regulations were surveyed using e-mail or interview. As a result, it was found that preventing workers from contacting with the forklift is very important. To prevent accident due to movement of a stopped forklift, actions are necessary to prevent slip of a forklift. Also supervision is required to make workers fasten safety belt and to prohibit workers from using a forklift for undesignated purpose.

        완전미 도정수율이 높은 조생 고품질 벼 ‘온다미’

        ‘Ondami’, a japonica rice cultivar developed from a cross between Hitomebore having a high grain quality and Sangju27 adaptable to southern mid-mountainous area was developed by the rice breeding team of Sangju Substation, NICS, RDA in 2013. The heading date of ‘Ondami’ is july 27 which is same with ‘Odae’ in Southern mid-mountainous area, mid mountainous, southern alpine area and north-east coastal area of South Korea. ‘Ondami’ has 70cm culm length, 19cm panicle length which is 2cm shorter than those of ‘Odae’ and 78 spikelets per panicle. In reaction to biotic and abiotic stresses, it shows strong resistance to blast, but is susceptible to bacterial blight, virus diseases, and insect pests. The milled rice of ‘Ondami’ exhibits translucent and, relatively clear non-glutinous endosperm, and medium short grain shape. This variety has a higher head rice milling recovery ratio(73.1%) and lower amylose content(18.8%) than that of ‘Odae’. The milled rice yield performance of this variety was about 5.29 MT/ha in ordinary cultivation of local adaptability test for three years. ‘Ondami’ could be adaptable to Southern mid-mountainous area, mid mountainous, southern alpine area and north-east coastal area of South Korea.

        산업현장에서 사용되는 타워크레인의 전도 상황을 측정하기 위한 시스템은 현재 풍속계에 의존하고 있는데, 풍속계의 경우 타워크레인의 기울어짐을 정략적으로 측정할 수 없는 센서이기 때문에 정확한 상황 판단이 어렵고, 운전자나 관리자의 판단이 필요한 문제를 갖는다. 그래서 보다 정확한 정도를 측정하기 위해 타워크레인의 지브(jib) 휘어짐과 타워축의 휘어짐을 측정하여 정량적인 위험 상황을 경보 할 수 있는 전도 측정 장치가 필요하기 때문에 타워크레인의 좌/우 및 상/하 기울어짐에 대한 정량적인 측정이 가능한 기울기 센서를 이용한 센서 시스템을 구축하고, 타워크레인의 동작 위험성을 알리기 위한 경보 기법을 구축 했다.

        산업용 로봇 안전검사 항목을 통한 안전성 향상 방안 연구

        In view of the continuous trend of automation in the future, there is a possibility that the accidents caused by robots may increase, so prevention of accidents caused by robots may become very important. The safety inspection of robots is a matter conducted in Korea to prevent industrial accidents. For items with a higher risk of test items, safety tests should be carried out with the importance of safety tests in order to secure more safety. If we improve the detailed test plan in preparation for the importance of future items by improving safety according to important items, it is expected that more safety for disaster prevention will be secured. As a research method, the risk of robot safety inspection test items was evaluated through domestic experts. As related experts, two experts each, including an inspection expert at an inspection institution, an expert at a manufacturing manufacturer, and a user using a robot, were selected and evaluated by a face-to-face questionnaire. The risk assessment estimate was composed of a functional 5-point scale and a materiality 5-point scale, and the risk was expressed by multiplying probability and materiality. The measures to improve safety revealed through the risk assessment results and considerations are as follows. First, as an additional requirement of safety inspection items related to maintenance work, it is necessary to add durable performance requirements related to the service life within the performance requirements of the safety-related control system. Second, as a result of evaluating the risk of the safety inspection test items, the safety-related control system performance requirements and the risk of cooperative operation are 25, the cooperative operation requirements are 23.7, the protection areas and measures are 22.3, and the emergency stop device in order of priority risk. was 21.6 and the robot system stop function was 20.2. Third, in the single defect of the safety-related control system performance requirement, the specific detailed type of the single defect must be presented. Fourth, in cooperative operation, it is desirable that the safety inspection organization set specific detailed items for actual inspection to ensure compliance with domestic and international standards.
