구조물의 건전성을 적절하게 모니터링을 하기 위해서는 정확하고 신뢰할 수 있는 계측데이터가 중요하다. 하지만, 실제로는 환경영향 및 센서고장으로 인해 불완전하고 신뢰할 수 없는 데이터가 계측된다. 센서고장인 경우에는 모니터링을 하기 위한 데이터 자체가 계측이 되지 않는 문제가 발생하고, 온도변화와 같은 환경영향에 의해서는 구조물이 손상되었을 때보다 고유진동수 등의 동특성이 더 큰 폭으로 변화한다. 본 논문에서는 구조건전성 모니터링을 위한 데이터 처리 및 분석의 체계적인 절차를 제시하였으며, 보정된 데이터를 사용하여 통계적으로 산정하는 건전성지수로 Mahalanobis 지수를 적용하였다. 제안된 방법을 트러스구조에서 수치적으로 모사한 데이터를 사용하여 검증하고, 서해대교에서 계측한 현장데이터에 적용하였다. It is important to collect reliable measured data for proper bridge health monitoring. However, in reality incomplete and unreliable data may be acquired due to sensor problems and environmental effects. In case of sensor malfunction, parts of measured data are missing and thus health monitoring cannot be carried out reliably. Due to environmental effects such as temperature variation, dynamic characteristics of natural frequencies may change as if the structure is damaged. The paper proposes a systematic procedure of data processing and data analysis for reliable structural health monitoring. Also, it applies the Mahalanobis distance as a health index computed statistically using revised data. The proposed procedure has been examined using numerically simulated data from a truss structure and then applied to a set of field data measured from Seohae cable-stayed bridge.

This paper This paper examines the sources of competitive advantage that Chinese hot pot restaurant company Haidilao has emerged as the number one in the industry despite its less than 30 years of history in terms of differentiation, cost advantage, and resource compliance. We looked at the implications of the sustainability of the existing competitive advantage of Haidilao, whose business environment remains uncertain due to the prolonged crisis due to the COVID-19 pandemic. As a result of the study, Haidilao has a price advantage through quantitative top-line growth through expansion of the number of stores and systematic supply chain management. In addition, under an organizational culture that places great importance on employee satisfaction, a system of active delegation of authority to employees, training and management of human resources, and a fair and fair work environment such as ‘I can change my destiny with my two hands’ are established to continuously gain competitive advantage. 본 연구에서는 네트워크 분석을 통해 유아교사가 핵심역량에 대해 실제적으로 갖고 있는 개념을 탐구하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 A, B, C 지역에 소재한 유치원 10곳과 어린이집 10곳의 유아교사 194명을 대상으로 설문지를 배포하여 자료를 수집한 후, UCINET6를 활용하여 네트워크 분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과, 첫째 유아교사의 핵심역량과 관련하여 ‘인내심, 사랑, 인성, 긍정성’ 등의 교직인성과 관련된 개념의 출현빈도가 두 집단에게서 공통적으로 높게 나타났다. 반면에 출현빈도가 가장 높게 나타난 개념으로 유치원 교사는 ‘의사소통’이, 어린이집 교사는 ‘신체건강’이 나타난 점은 특징적이다. 둘째, 유아교사 핵심역량에 대한 네트워크는 두 집단 모두 전체적으로 조밀하기 보다는 각각 하위 집단별로 분산되어 있을 가능성은 높지만, 개념들간에는 좁은 연결망 형태를 가지고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 유치원 교사에게서는 ‘의사소통’ 및 ‘사랑’ 등의 몇몇 주요개념에 모든 중심성이 편중되어 있었던 것에 비해, 어린이집 교사에게서 연결중심성은 ‘상호작용’이, 근접중심성은 ‘신체건강’이, 매개중심성은 ‘영유아발달이해’ 가 가장 높게 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 유아교육과 보육의 통합시대에 유아교사의 핵심역량강화를 위한 교사교육에 주는 시사점을 제안하였다. This study explored early childhood teachers’ understanding of core competencies through network analysis. Data were collected from 194 early childhood teachers who were working at 10 kindergartens and 10 day-care centers located in cities A, B, and C. Data were frequency analyzed using the UCINET6 program. Results indicated that the concepts of patience, love, personality, and positive character were mentioned most frequently by both kindergarten teachers and day-care teachers. Macro-network analyzed results showed that both kindergarten and day-care teachers’ networks were of low density and had narrow connections between concepts. However, micro-network analysis revealed differences in centralities between kindergarten and day-care teachers. These findings have particular implications for early childhood teacher education programs.

Electrical motor noise in hybrid electric vehicle (HEV) is in general expected that it has lower level in noise and vibration than conventional internal combustion engine does. In this paper, abnormal noise component, which may be annoying noise, of the traction motor occurred after an endurance vehicle test is investigated experimentally. The ±1 order of the number of slots is understood by a theoretical model, and the source of the abnormal noise is examined by cross-check investigation and is identified that it is caused by a failure of magnet fixing method. The improvement of the abnormal noise is confirmed by changing the fixing method from bond to mold.
교육실습과정 중 예비유아교사가 형성한 실천적 지식과 그 형성과정에 관한 탐구

본 연구는 교육실습과정 중 예비유아교사가 ‘교사-유아 상호작용에서의 교사의 역할’에 대해 어떠한 실천적 지식을 형성하는지, 또한 그 과정은 어떠한지를 탐구하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 교육실습에 참여하고 있는 네 명의 예비교사를 연구 참여자로 선정하고 자극회상면담, 수업관찰, 반구조화면담을 통해 자료를 수집하였다. 연구결과, 예비유아교사들은 교사-유아 상호작용에서의 교사의 역할과 관련하여 유아의 사고력을 발달시킬 수 있는 질문하기, 열린 마음으로 듣기, 유아들의 발달수준에 적합한 질문하기, 소극적인 유아가 상호작용에 참여할 수 있도록 격려하기의 네 가지 실천적 지식을 형성한 것으로 나타났으며, 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 연구자는 실천적 지식형성의 과정을 탐색하여 제시하였다. 본 연구는 교사-유아 상호작용에서의 교사의 역할에 대한 예비유아교사의 실천적 지식과 그 형성과정을 밝힘으로써, 예비유아교사들의 실천적 지식 함양을 위한 교육프로그램 구성에 기초자료를 제공해 줄 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. This study provides an in-depth understanding of the practical knowledge of pre-service early childhood teachers in relation to teachers’ roles in teacher-children interactions. Data was gathered via stimulated recall interviews, observations, and semi-structured interviews. This paper addresses two research questions: 1) What practical knowledge develops regarding teachers’ roles in teacher-children interactions during their field experience 2) How do they develop their practical knowledge regarding teachers’ roles in teacher-children interactions during field experience? The findings revealed that pre-service early childhood teachers developed four kinds of practical knowledge regarding teachers’ roles in teacher- children interactions. In addition, a basic process emerged — experiencing a challenge, identifying the problem, brainstorming solutions through reflective thinking followed by constructing and reconstructing the set of practical knowledge through teaching practices. classroom teachers were recognized as the primary contextual factor that influenced the practical knowledge of pre-service early childhood teachers, through modeling and post-lesson conferences. From these findings, implications are discussed for teacher education programs in the field of early childhood education.

Purpose: The aim of this study was to identify turnover experiences of men in nursing and to derive a substantive theory on the turnover experience of men who are nurses. Methods: Data were collected through in-depth interviews with 13 men who had worked as a nurse for 1 year or more, and had a turnover experience during that period. Collected data were analyzed on the basis of Strauss and Corbin’s grounded theory. Results: The core category in the turnover experiences of the respondents was ‘seeking a stable place for me’. In the analysis of the core category, types of ‘contentment’, ‘seeking’, ‘survival’ and ‘confusion’ were identified. The sequential stages of these nurses’ turnover experience were ‘confrontation’, ‘incertitude’, ‘retrying’ and ‘realization’. However, when a problem arose in the process, they returned to the stage of confusion. Thus, these stages could occur in a circular fashion. Conclusion: These findings provide a deep understanding of the turnover experience of men in nursing and offers new information about how they adapt to nursing practice. The findings should be useful as foundational data for men who hope to become nurses and also for managers responsible for nurses who are men.
