조직 공정성이 조직몰입에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구: 팔로워십의 매개 및 조절효과를 중심으로

인간의 심리에 기초하는 조직공정성은 조직구성원의 조직몰입을 증진할 수 있다는 시각에서 선행변수로 검토되고 있다. 이러한 선행연구에 기초하여, 본 연구는 조직공정성에 대한 지각이 조직몰입에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지, 이러한 영향관계에 있어 팔로워십이 매개 혹은 조절효과를 미치는지에 대한 분석을 통하여 정책적 시사점을 모색하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 HR공사에 재직하는 350명을 대상으로 설문조사하였다. 분석 결과에 기초하여 다음과 같은 시사점을 도출할 수 있었다. 첫째, 분배공정성과 상호작용공정성은 조직몰입에 높은 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 반면에, 절차공정성은 조직몰입에 통계적으로 유의미한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 확인되었다. 이 결과에 따라, 조직에서 설계된 절차공정성이 인사관리과정에서 실제로 반영되고 있는지, 이에 대한 수용성은 어떠한지 등에 대한 체계적인 분석이 요구된다. 둘째, 조직구성원들이 인식하는 팔로워십이 조직몰입에 매우 높은 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이 분석에서 조직목표성취를 위해 적극 참여적 열망을 가진 팔로워의 자세는 조직몰입을 향상하는 데 중요한 변인이라는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 셋째, 팔로워십은 분배공정성과 상호작용공정성이 조직몰입에 미치는 영향에 있어 매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 반면에 조직공정성에 대한 조직구성원들의 지각이 조직몰입에 미치는 영향에 있어 팔로워십은 조절효과를 가지지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 이 분석에서 조직공성원의 분배공정성과 상호작용공정성은 조직몰입에 중요한 선행변수이며, 팔로워십은 이들 영향관계에서 또다른 선행변수이면서 매개변수이라는 점을 확인할 수 있었다.

R&D 사업의 경제적 파급효과 측정

산업 발전을 지원하는 연구개발 관련 기관들은 R&D 사업에 대한 경제적 근거를 요구받고 있다. 본 연구에 서는 R&D 사업의 경제적 파급효과 측정을 위해 예측적 비용-편익 분석 방법을 사용한다. 가상현실평가모형으로 비용과 편익을 추정하여 주요 계량적 측도를 계산하는데, 한국표준과학연구원 산업측정 신뢰도 제고사업의 세부과제 중정량적 평가가 용이한 3개 과제에 대하여 예측적 비용-편익 분석 방법을 적용한다. R&D institutes, supporting development in industry, are required to provide an economic basis of their R&D investments. In this paper, we apply prospective cost-benefit analysis to evaluate the economic impact of R&D investments. We compute main metrics with cost and benefit estimated via counter-factual evaluation model. Among many projects of KRISS to improve measurement reliability, three projects are evaluated by applying prospective cost-benefit analysis.

Causes of Child Mortality (1 to 4 Years of Age) From 1983 to 2012 in the Republic of Korea: National Vital Data

Objectives: Child mortality remains a critical problem even in developed countries due to low fertility. To plan effective interventions, investigation into the trends and causes of child mortality is necessary. Therefore, we analyzed these trends and causes of child deaths over the last 30 years in Korea. Methods: Causes of death data were obtained from a nationwide vital registration managed by the Korean Statistical Information Service. The mortality rate among all children aged between one and four years and the causes of deaths were reviewed. Data from 1983-2012 and 1993-2012 were analyzed separately because the proportion of unspecified causes of death during 1983-1992 varied substantially from that during 1993-2012. Results: The child (1-4 years) mortality rates substantially decreased during the past three decades. The trend analysis revealed that all the five major causes of death (infectious, neoplastic, neurologic, congenital, and external origins) have decreased significantly. However, the sex ratio of child mortality (boys to girls) slightly increased during the last 30 years. External causes of death remain the most frequent origin of child mortality, and the proportion of mortality due to child assault has significantly increased (from 1.02 in 1983 to 1.38 in 2012). Conclusions: In Korea, the major causes and rate of child mortality have changed and the sex ratio of child mortality has slightly increasedsince the early 1980s. Child mortality, especially due to preventable causes, requires public health intervention.

하버마스와 키에르케고어에 있어서의 주체성 비교

A comparative study of subjectivitiesin Habermas and Kierkegaard 문】근대에 대한 포스트모던적 비판은 이성 중심주의의 폐해를 지적하며 이성적 주체를 부정한다. 문제는 이와 함께 실천적 주체도 부정되는 것이다. 이에 대한 대안으로 주체를 재구성하려는 대표적 사상가로 논자는 하버마스와 키에르케고어를 내세웠다. 물론 하버마스는 근대를 미완의 프로젝트로 보아 합리주의적 전통 아래서 주체를 재구성하며, 키에르케고어는 신 앞에서의 실존이라는 비합리주의적 맥락에서 재구성한다는 점이 다르다. 그러나 논자는 이런 점을 인정하면서도 그렇기 때문에 양자가 보완되어야 할 필요성을 갖는다고 본다. 키에르케고어의 철저한 자기의 선택은 하버마스의 상호주관적 패러다임 안에서의 일상의 구체적 실천으로 보완되어야 하며 이러한 의사소통 공동체는 더 철저하고 투명한 자기선택을 한 사람들로 구성될 필요가 있다. 이러한 주체의 수평성과 수직성의 조화는 근대적 주체가 부정되는 현실에서 하나의 대안이 될 수 있다고 본다.

Endotracheal intubation is a quick, simple and safe procedure for airway management and is used in various medical procedures. Many endotracheal tubes have a cuff system, which prevents aspiration and allows positive pressure ventilation. However excessive inflation of the cuff can cause mucosal ischemia with tracheal dilation which may result in tracheal rupture, or even death. Fortunately, mucosal ischemia of the trachea can be treated successfully with well-timed control of cuff pressure. It is essential for medical practitioners to be aware of these complications and to be able to manage them effectively if they arise. We present a case of diverticular-like dilation of the lower trachea detected by fiberoptic bronchoscopy that eventually improved in the hemoptysis patient after endotracheal intubation.

해외여행상품 서비스가 고객만족, 재구매의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

우리나라의 경우도 1989년도의 해외여행자유화 조치 이후 IMF 경제위기상황을 제외하고는 매년 해외 관광객은 지속적으로 증가하였고, 국가 경제의 성장과 국민소득의 향상으로 인하여 해외여행에 대한 관심의 증대와 함께 많은 관광 수요를 창출하게 되었다. 이러한 해외여행상품은 소비자가 여행사로부터 구매ㆍ이용후의 만족감을 느끼게 함으로써 재구매에 이르게 된다. 이러한 과정은 곧 해외여행상품의 품질향상에서부터 기인한다 하겠다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 해외여행상품의 서비스가 고객만족과 재구매 의도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는 지를 살펴보고자 한다. Empirical analysis on the causality among tourism service, customer satisfaction and repurchase intention, the objective of this study are to find out managerial implications of providing travel service to overcome the crisis of travel industries in Korea. As tourism is a high marketing business that contributes to the economic growth the central or government as well as local governments are showing that they are going to use tourism as their country and city's development. And tourism is attracting the business called 'aging society'. For our country's case, the tourism business that it's the marketers' future business. As above on the country's attention on the tourism, we are trying to find a way of turning aging society into the business opportunity. So we are aiming to make a tourism service items in this research.

This research has analyzed the differentiated influence of organizational variables(an organization’s learning culture and organizational support networks) and personal variables(the individual’s motivation to learn and self-efficacy) on the process of gaining and using of knowledge. These two variables have been regarded as the major variables for the successful learning of 6Sigma, according to Social Cognitive Theory. In addition, this research has proven the role structure of the abovementioned two variables through a suitable methodology(Hierarchical Linear Model). In regard to this methodology, the different hierarchical level of the personal variable and organizational variable was especially focused on, and the effect of interaction between the high level and the low level was considered in detail. Considering the current situation, in that the importance of organizational factor and personal factor has been emphasized but the accurate role of each variable has not been verified, the research model is thought to help to establish an effective strategy to implement 6 Sigma.
