        영골(靈骨).강압혈(降壓穴) 자극(刺鍼)이 혈압(血壓)에 미치는 영향(影向)

        Objective : The purpose of this study is to evaluate the clinical effect of the non-pharmacological anti-hypertension method, acupuncture, for hypertensive patients. Methods : 26 patients diagnosed with hypertension were each treated by one of three methods: an anti-hypertension drug(adalat soft capsule), venepuncture, and acupuncture. In cases of rising blood pressure, patients were treated by their one of the three methods, and blood pressure was measured at regular intervals. Result : As for the group of acupuncture treated patients on Young-gol(ling-gu) and Gang-ap-hyul(jiang-ya-xue), readings dropped 18.0mmHg in systolic blood pressure and 6.50mmHg in diastolic blood pressure. This was a greater effect than that seen in the venepuncture treated patients. Blood pressure checked one hour after acupuncture treatment showed a greater difference than blood pressure checked after thirty minutes. Conclusion : Safe reductions in blood pressure were observed through the non-pharmacological method of acupuncture on Young-gol(ling-gu) and Gang-ap-hyul(Jiang-ya-xue).

      • 분편 인플루엔자백신(split influenza vaccine)의 임상효과 및 면역원성에 관한 연구

        목적 : 아단위 인플루엔자 백신 접종 후 백신의 인플루엔자 예방효과, 인플루엔자 방어 항체형성, 인플루엔자 백신의 안전성을 조사하고자 하였다. 방법 : 총 571명을 대상으로 인플루엔자 백신 접종을 하였고, 이들 접종자에서 인플루엔자 양질환의 이환을 조사하여 인플루엔자 백신의 인플루엔자예방효과를 알아보았고, 백신의 접종 전 및 접종 4주 후 혈청에서 혈구응집억제물(Hemagglutination Inhibition : HAI) 항체 검사를 실시하여 백신의 방어항체생성을 조사하였고, 백신의 안전성을 알아보기 위해 백신접종 후 1주일 이내의 부작용을 조사하였다. 결과 :백신 접종군과 백신 비접종군에서 인플루엔자 양 질환의 이환을 조사한 결과 접종군 28.35%, 비접종군 35.88%으로 나왔으며, p 값이 0.001로 통계적으로 접종군에서 유의하게 낮았고, 인플루엔자 양 질환의 예방 효과는 20.97%를 보였다. 백신의 방어항체 형성의 평가를 위해 유럽의 인플루엔자 백신 허가 기준을 조사하였는데 B/Guangdong/5/94균주의 백신접종 후 항체가 40이상의 비율을 제외한 다른 기준은 모두 만족 시켰다. 부작용은 전체 조사자 521명중 149명(29%)으로 주로 접종 부위의 국소 부작용을 호소했고, 전신 부작용은 2% 내외였으며 특별히 심각한 부작용은 발견되지 않았다. 결론 : 분편 인플루엔자 백신은 인플루엔자양질환의 예방과 방어항체생성에 효과 있으며 안전한 것으로 사료된다. Background : The safety and effectiveness of influenza vaccine are well known in developed country. The influenza vaccination has been recommended as one of the tentative immunization schedule for indicated persons since 1997 in Korea. But there are still no available data about them, even though nearly 5 million doses of influenza vaccine were used in 1997-1998 season. So it is immediately needed to investigate the safety. efficacy and immunogenicity of influenza vaccine among Korean. Methods : We studied the clinical efficacy of influenza vaccine by monitoring Occurrence of influenza-like illness in influenza risk group(vaccination ; 300, non-vaccination; 215) from December in 1997 to March in 1998. We used the split quadrivalent influenza vaccine containing 15 microgram of hemagglutinin of A/Beijing/262/95(HlNl), A/Wuhan/359/95(H3N2), B/Mie/1/93 and B/Guangdong/5/94. Hemagglutination inhibition(HA1) antibody titers were determined before immunization and 1 months after vaccination And we evaluated adverse effect of influenza vaccination at 7 days after vaccination. Results : Influenza vaccination was associated with si@icant reductions in influenza-like spptoms(vaccination group; 28.35%, non-vaccination group, 35.88%, p=0.001). The preventive effect of influenza-like i3lne.s among influenza risk goup was 20.97%. And immunogenicity of influenza A and B exceeded all of the European licensure criteria for immunogenicity except postvaccination proportion of titers 240 of B/Guangdong/5/94 strain. And the adverse effects were mainly local injection site problem and no serious adverse effect was noted. Conclusion : Split influenza vaccine is safe, inmunogenic and eff'tive in influenza risk group in Korea.

        綠化と人間 (Ⅲ) : 비탈면 綠化의 展望 Perspective on the revegetation of the face of slopes

        21세기에 들어 在來木本植物을 이용한 비탈면 綠化가 이용되기 시작되고 있으므로 그 발전방향을 예측하기 위해 綠化의 기본적인 개념과 綠化에 대한 주역주민의 인식을 정리하여 보았다. 조사결과, 지역주민은 綠化의 필요성과 在來木本植物을 이용한 工法을 충분히 인식하고 있었으나, 外來種의 도입에 대해서는 대부분의 주민이 부정적이었다. 따라서 앞으로는 비탈면 綠化의 多面性을 추구해야 하며, 在來 木本植物의 도입이 곤란한 장소에는 在來 雜草類의 이용을 추진해야 할 것이다. 또한 비탈면에 시공하고 있는 金網은 人爲的 災害를 유인할 가능성이 있으므로 시정할 필요가 있다. 결론적으로 비탈면 綠化는 단기적으로는 비탈면의 物理的 安定과 生態的 安定에, 중·장기적으로는 地球環境의 改善과 向上에 기여해야 할 것이다. The twenty-first century was entered and began to show the extent where revegetation of the face of slopes using the native woody plant was nationwide at last. Then, future revegetation of the face of slopes was considered on the basis of them in order to attempt the development of this direction, while the recognition for fundamental matter of the revegetation and revegetation of t h e regional inhabitant was arranged this time. The regional inhabitant sufficiently understood t h e necessity of the revegetation, and the method using the native woody plant had sufficiently been recognized, and the high evaluation was given in the method. In the other, the major inhabitant questioned it for introducing the exotic species. I t was proposed that the utilization of native weeds should be advanced by the pursuit of many facets of the revegetation of the face of the slopes based on these in future in the place where the introduction of the native woody plant is difficult. And, the method for stretching the wire netting for the face of slopes indicated the necessity of the urgent review, because the artificial disaster might be caused. As a conclusion, the goal of the revegetation of the face of slopes confirmed that it was ecologically stable short-terminable face of slopes physically and connects it with the medium and long term for improvement and improvement of global environment, and it indicated the importance of the revegetation of the face of slopes.

      • 루트세일방식에서의 차량경로계획 수립에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this paper is to study a vehicle routing and scheduling problem in Route Sales Type. In Route Sales Type, the vehicle routing problem(VRP) is a cyclic sales type for main customers to promotion relationship between them. We present a multiphase approach to the vehicle routing problem in route sales type. In the first phase, we allocated to delivery area by a available vehicle. the allocation method focus to load balancing between driver. The second phase, we allocated to service frequencies that satisfy effective customer management. The third phase consists of an modified savings method that further reduces the distribution costs by addressing the actual vehicle routes of the period routing problem. The position data and the distance data for per customer are obtained from the map data of GIS engine. The application and the effectiveness of the system were shown through case studies.

      • 배드민턴 경기내용의 역학적 변인 분석

        The purpose of the study was to provide the efficiency of techniques used by the player during the game. Two female players who are ranked 3th in single and 60th in double at IBF were analyzed using three-dimensional analysis techniques. Time, distance, trajectiry, and acceleration of moving were measured. The 3th player in moving time took less time than 60th player except driven clear, also in moving distance she moved shorter. After attack, the 3th player returned fast to the center of court. When both players moved fast to receive the attacked shuttle, for the next movement the rate of mistakes was increased. Especially, the rate of mistakes in hairpin was showed highly.

      • 폴리카보네이트와 폴리메틸메타크릴레이트 혼합물의 상 분리 거동

        본 연구에서는 메틸렌클로라이드(MC)와 테트라하이드로푸란(THF)을 용매로, 헵탄을 비용매로 사용하여 용액 캐스팅법과 용액 침전법으로 비스페톨-A계 폴리카보네이트(PC)와 폴리메틸메타크릴레이트(PMMA)의 혼합물을 만들어 그의 상거동을 미분주사열량계(DSC), 광학현미경, 주사전자현미경(SEM), 융점측정장치를 사용하여 관찰하고 이들의 혼합특성을 규명하였다. 높은 분자량의 폴리카보네이트와 폴리메틸메타크릴레이트는 테트라하이드로푸란을 용매로, 헵탄을 비용매로 한 용액 침전법을 사용하면 저온에서는 단상의 혼합물을 형성하지만 고온에서는 상분리가 일어난다. 흐림점의 측정에서 나타나는 상거동은 저분자 물질들로 구성된 혼합물에서는 좀처럼 관찰되지 않는 하한임계용액온도(LCST) 현상을 보이고 폴리카보네이트 함량이 아주 많거나 적을 경우를 제외하고는 180~190℃사이의 온도에서 상분리가 일어난다. Blends of bisphenol-A polycarbonates and poly(methy1 methacrylate) have been made by both the solution casting method and the solution precipitation method using methylene chloride and tetrahydrofuran as solvents and heptane as a non-solvent, and their phase behavior and miscibility have been observed and identified by differential scanning calorimetry, optical microscope, scanning electron microscope, and melting point apparatus. The high molecular weight polycarbonate and the poly(methyl methacrylate) possibly form a blend of single phase at low temperature if prepared by the solution precipitation method using tetrahydrofuran as a solvent and heptane as a non-solvent, though phase separation occurs at high temperature. The cloud point of the blend shows a lower critical solution temperature(LCST) behavior which is hardly observed in a blend composed of low molecular weight materials, and the ranges of its LCST have been found to be 180-190 C except for the blends having particularly high or low content of polycarbonate

        서울의 기념인물과 장소의 역사성 : 가로명 및 공공부지 조형물을 중심으로

        In Seoul, there are many monuments, statues, and memorials that commemorate historic figures. They heighten the historic value of Seoul and provide an opportunity to remember and contemplate on the history they represent throughout the city. However, the statues, monuments, street names, and other structures established in memory of historic figures and their achievements are randomly dispersed in various locations. Pedestrians are able to encounter these historic figures intermittently, however, how these figures and related to the location in which they are placed is not understood. Through the designation of government, historic figures make known their existence their legacy and achievement through statues and other structures, but is completely unrelated to the history of the location in which they are place. Private "Commemoration Businesses" also show their diligence in building statues and memorials; however, no efforts are made for accurate preservation of memory by placing the structure in its appropriate historic location. Therefore, no proper relationship can be found between the memorial and its location, and as a result the proper history of the city cannot be exhibited. In order to resolve such problem, 5 solutions are being presented. First, an improved effort is needed in providing explanation of the relationship between the location and the historical figure, and between the location and the historic event. Second, a reorganization of the commemorative structures may be needed for comprehensive understanding of the location and the historic figure. Third, additional historic figures should be sought and placed in their appropriate historical location. Fourth, in order for the citizens to be able to remember and commemorate the historic figures and their achievements, related materials should be made available. Fifth, parties related to the historic figure being commemorated should abandon the belief that the size of the monument is in direct proportion with his/her accomplishments.

      • UASB에 의한 有機性 廢水處理의 溫度影響에 관한 硏究

        The purpose of this research was to investigate the effects of temperatures on the wastewater treatment. The experimental results used synthetic wastewater showed that removal efficiency of UASB ranged from 83 to 93 percents within a temperature ranges of 20 to 35℃, which indicated that the removal rates decreased approximately 2 or 3 percent as the temperatures reduced at intervals of 5℃. The production of waste sludge was a little, on the other hand, the treatment efficiency of it was very high. Obtained from this experimentation the values of temperature characteristic term(θ), Q?? and activated energy(E??) were 1.053, 1.69 and 9349cal/mole, respectively. We could find out the size and concentration of granular sludge decreased in proportion to the reduction of temperature, and a filamentous bacteria of Methanothrix spp. was prevailed more than a bacteria of other species in the granules.
