        발달장애유아를 위한 내러티브 기반 수업 모형 개발 연구-역사 수업을 중심으로-

        본 연구의 목적은 교수전략이나 수업의 소재로 사용되었던 내러티브의 개념을 정리하고 발달장애유아를 위한 내러티브 기반 수업 모형을 개발하는 데 목적을 두며, 그중에서도 역사 수업에서 내러티브를 활용하고자 한다. 역사 수업에서의 내러티브 활용은 관심과 흥미가 부족하고, 부정적인 자아인식을 형성하기 쉬운 발달장애유아들에게는 효과적인 활용 방법이라고 할 수 있다. 이를 위해 Richey & Klein(2007)의 모형 개발 연구와 모형 타당화 연구를 연구방법으로 채택하고 절차에 따라 진행하였으며, 일반적으로 발달장애유아는 과정적 절차에 따른 수업 전략에 어려움이 있기 때문에 Lauritzen과 Jaeger(1997)가 개발한 내러티브 모형을 재구성하였다. 구체적인 개발절차로는 첫째, 문헌연구를 통해 구성요소 및 조직과 절차 도출, 둘째, 절차 및 초기 수업 모형개발, 셋째, 전문가 검토를 통한 모형 수정, 넷째, 최종 수업 모형개발의 순서로 진행하였다. 이를 통해 개발된 발달장애유아를 위한 내러티브 기반 수업 모형은 첫째, 발달장애유아를 대상으로 하는 교사들의 수업을 효과적으로 지원함으로써 학습 환경을 개선하고, 둘째, 발달장애유아가 자존감을 형성하고 참여할 수 있도록 지원하여 그들에게 존중과 이해를 제공할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. The purpose of this study is to organize the concept of narrative used as a teaching strategy or class material, as well as develop a narrative-based teaching model for children with developmental disabilities. Among them, the purpose is to utilize narrative in history classes. The use of narratives in history classes can be said to be an effective method for children with developmental disabilities who lack interest and are prone to forming negative self-perceptions. For this purpose, Richey and Klein's (2007) model development and model validation studies were adopted as research methods and conducted according to the procedure. Since children with developmental disabilities generally have difficulty grasping teaching strategies based on procedural procedures, Lauritzen and Jaeger(1997) The narrative model of was reconstructed. The specific development process was carried out in the following order: first, deriving components, organization, and procedures through literature research;, second, developing procedures and initial teaching model;, third, modifying the model through an expert level review;, and fourth, developing the final teaching model. The narrative-based teaching model for children with developmental disabilities developed through this is expected to improve the learning environment by effectively supporting teachers' classes for children with developmental disabilities; furthermore, it wil provide a sense of respect and understanding to children with developmental disabilities by supporting them in order to form and participate with a higher level of self-esteem.

        본 연구는 하수 처리방법에 있어 각 처리방법별, 처리수량별 부지 면적과 건설비, 유지 관리비에 대한 보다 효율적이고 경제적인 하수 처리방법 선정에 도움이 되고자 함이 본 연구의 목적이다. 결론을 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1. 부지 면적의 경우, 생물막여과법이 처리수량에 관계없이 타 방법에 비해 가장 경제적이다. 2. 건설비의 경우, 처리수량이 500m³/day에서는 산화구법, 회전원판법, 생물막여과법이 경제적이고, 생물막여과법의 경제적 처리 범위는 5,000m³/day이하이다. 3. 유지관리비의 경우, 표준 활성오니법에 비해 회분식 활성 오니법, 접촉 폭기법, 생물막여과법이 유지 관리에 유리하며, 8,000m³/day 경우 접촉 폭기법이 가장 유리하다. This study is aimed at finding efficient sewage treatment method of various systems and capacities, areas for sewage treatment, construction costs, maintenance costs. Conclusions are followed as below; 1. In the case of area for sewage treatment, biological aerated filter system is concluded as economical method. 2. In the case of construction cost, 500m³/day treatment amount, oxidation ditch process, rotating biological contactors, biological aerated filter system are regarded as efficient method. 3. In the case of maintenance cost, sequencing batch reactors, submerged filter process, biological aerated filter system require less cost than conventional activated sludge process.

      • UASB에 의한 有機性 廢水處理의 溫度影響에 관한 硏究

        The purpose of this research was to investigate the effects of temperatures on the wastewater treatment. The experimental results used synthetic wastewater showed that removal efficiency of UASB ranged from 83 to 93 percents within a temperature ranges of 20 to 35℃, which indicated that the removal rates decreased approximately 2 or 3 percent as the temperatures reduced at intervals of 5℃. The production of waste sludge was a little, on the other hand, the treatment efficiency of it was very high. Obtained from this experimentation the values of temperature characteristic term(θ), Q?? and activated energy(E??) were 1.053, 1.69 and 9349cal/mole, respectively. We could find out the size and concentration of granular sludge decreased in proportion to the reduction of temperature, and a filamentous bacteria of Methanothrix spp. was prevailed more than a bacteria of other species in the granules.

        장애학생 수업지원을 위한 학생선호분석 프로그램 활용과 적용에 관한 사례 연구

        In this paper, the process of developing the student preference analysis program template for students with disabilities and the application of it to the field were presented. To this end, we started by selecting a class video for template development and developing a template based on it. For template development, only the behavioral elements related to the teacher's preferred behavior were first extracted, and the process of nomadizing them according to the characteristics was performed. Preliminary analysis was performed to evaluate the adequacy of the nomadic classification items, and finally, the reliability was secured and the template development was completed. Next, the student preference analysis program to which the final template was applied was applied to the field of special schools. Field application results were presented as comprehensive and detailed analysis results. For detailed analysis results, indexes such as uniform preference rate, individual analysis results for each student, and results of each item change over time are used, or the change process of specific factors is presented in tables or graphs. presented. At the end, for the development of the student preference analysis program, first, the template and function of the student preference analysis program to support classes for students with disabilities need to be defined more precisely, and secondly, the qualitative analysis function as well as the quantitative analysis function should be considered. is needed Finally, it was suggested that the linkage between Big Data and recent technologies such as AI(Artificial Intelligence) is required.

        재조합 대장균을 이용한 재조합 Glucagon-like Peptide-1 생산 조건 최적화

        Obesity is well known as a metabolic abnormality and potentially life-threatening condition associated with several chronic diseases. Various peptide drugs have been developed to treat obesity. In this study, optimization of expression conditions were performed to produce glucagon-like peptide- 1 (GLP-1), which is used as an obesity treatment in recombinant E. coli. After the construction of expression vector system and optimization of expression conditions, the productivity of GLP-1 was increased to 11.18 mg/L·h in flask cultivation. Through fermentation conditions were optimized for bioreactor, the GLP-1 productivity was increased to 16.80 mg/L·h in bioreactor, which was 50.27% improvement as compared to the flask cultivation. When 1.00 mM lactose was used as an inducer instead of IPTG, 17.39% higher expression was shown than that with 0.01 mM IPTG.
