        한국무예사 정립을 위한 이론적 토대 검토

        Here we tried to indicate that the history of Korea, China, and Japan martial arts has reciprocal, complementary meaning m cultural aspect. We tried to find out how to recognize the martial arts centering on the martial arts and martial dance. The study of martial arts is not limited only to its scope. The various methods of approach are cross-linked and the relations of adjacent studies are cross-linked as well. It tells that the history of martial arts does not stand alone m history, but it has a multiple structure with various fields and coexists. Although the history of Korean martial arts is established, it is only a fraction of the whole development process so that it needs to be newly established. The history of Korean martial arts needs to be rewritten by always complementing with its neighboring countries and modifying the history of Korean martial arts and its individual martial arts.

        전상환자에서 구순 구각부 결손에 대한 재건의 치험 4례

        A technical refinement for oral commissure reconstruction is presented. The oral commissure has an important role in oral sphincteric function. Once lost, the oral commissure is very difficult to restore and therefore, reconstruction of the oral commissure requires prevention of this function as well as prevention of microstomia. Trauma and tumor excisions are the most frequent reasons that will necessitate reconstruction of the oral commissure. Direct approximation of the wound margins after resection of the corrner of the mouth could easily induce microstmia and difficulty in opening. Thus case presented here deals with distortion of noraml mouth angle and acquired microstomia due to burn and tissue deface following shotgun and explosive wounds. The a mucosal flap approach was used to rehabilitate a natural looking mouth angle showing satisfactory results function and esthetic wise.

      • 비냉각 적외선 감지기용 비나듐 산화막의 전기전도기구

        Thin films of vanadium oxide(VO_(x)) have been deposited by r.f. magnetron sputtering from V_(2)O_(5) target in gas mixture of argon and oxygen. The oxygen/(oxygen+argon) partial pressure ratio is changed from 0% to 8%. Crystal structure, chemical composition and electrical properties of films sputter-deposited under different oxygen gas pressures have been characterized through XRD, AES, RBS and electrical conductivity measurements. All the films prepared below 8% O_(2) are amorphous, and those prepared without oxygen are gray indicating the presence of V_(2)O_(4) phase in the films. In order to measure the current-voltage characteristics and temperature dependence of conductance, devices of A1/VO_(x)/A1 sandwich structure have been fabricated. I-V characteristics are distinguished between linear and nonlinear region. In the low field region the conduction is due to Schottky emission, while at high field it changes to Fowler-Nordheim tunneling type conduction. The conductivity measurements have shown an Arrhenius dependence of the conductivity on the temperature.

      • LPCVD로 성장시킨 다결정 실리콘막의 전기적 특성에 미치는 열처리 효과

        Polycrystalline silicon films deposited by LPCVD have various applications and great importance as a base material to fabricate active elements in microelectronic technology. Recently, polycrystalline Si is widely used to obtain electrical and mechanical structures in surface micromachined microelectromechanical system(MEMS). For example, micro beam and cantilever made by polycrystalline silicon is needed to have low tensile strain and resistivity distribution. The variations of strain distribution and resistivity according to the process conditions such as deposition temperature, dopant concentration and annealing cycle will be studied in this paper. The aim of study is to determine process conditions able to meet the structural requirements for surface micromachined MEMS. The semi-amorphous Si films are first deposited by LPCVD and in-situ annealed at 600℃ for 1h to ensure the desired electrical and mechanical characteristics for doped and undoped sample. The best results have been obtained from post-implantation annealing at 850℃ for 30min which is used to activate the dopant. High doping concentration(1×10cm) reduced the stress.

      • 전자식 ballast의 시험용 의사부하에 관한 연구

        형광들을 점등시키는 안정기의 역할은 형광등과 같이 부저항특성을 갖는 방전등에 과전류가 유입되어, 파괴되지 않도록 일정전압 및 전류를 유지시켜주는 것이다. 최근 사용되고 있는 전자식안정기는 25-30KHz의 주파수를 사용, 캐패시터에 의한 안정화전류를 유도하고 있다. 그러나 전자식안정기는 고주파를 사용하는 관계로 제품의 품질보증을 위한 제반 규정이 까다로워 생산자는 개개의 안정기를 실제 형광등을 사용하여 특성검사를 하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 전자식안정기 특성검사의 효율성을 제고하기 위해 실제 형광등과 동일한 특성을 갖는 의사부하의 설계에 관하여 연구하였다. 초기의 과도 조건을 고려하지 않는 정전압 특성을 갖는 의사부하를 설계하여 실험한 결과 제한된 조건하에서 사용될 수 있음을 확인하였다. The electronic ballast has a role of taking a stable current of fluorescent lamp, which has a characteristics of negative resistance. Recently, it has been designed and operated on using the regulated constant current with capacitor and high frequency of 25 to 30KHz. But a fabricated electronic ballast in an assembly line was difficult to test, because it used a high frequency and needed strict provisions. And then manufacturer is now testing each ballast with a real fluorescent lamp. In this paper, we studied that real lamp can be replaced by a dummy load with the same characteristics.

      • 스퍼터된 바나듐 산화막의 구조적, 광학적 특성에 미치는 기판 온도의 효과

        Thin films of vanadium pentoxide(V₂O5) have been deposited by r.f. magnetron sputtering from V₂O5 target in gas mixture of argon and oxygen. Crystal structure, surface morphology, surface composition and optical properties of films prepared under different substrates are characterized through XRD, SEM, AES, XPS and optical absorption measurements. The films prepared below 100℃ are amorphous, and those prepared above 200℃ are polycrystalline. Thermally Induced oxidation of films into higher oxide has been observed with increasing substrate temperature. Vanadium oxide films show two optical absorption bands indicating the presence of direct and indirect transitions.

        A new device, muscle clamping system was developed to facilitate exact quatifying technique A strabismus surgery, and reduce the risk of complications. The device is composed of a lower fixing body with three jaws and an upper supporting body. They are used to clip an extraocular muscle and fix it to the sclera with a single bite. Superior rectus recession on 16 rabbit eyes were performed with this new device. Conjunctival injection, muscle adhesion strength, and light microscopic findings were examined at 1, 2, 4 and 8 weeks postoperatively. The Conjunctival injection were minimal, adhesion power ranged from 420 to 600 gram gravity, which is sufficient in withstand the normal pull of human extraocular muscle. In microscopic exam, some Inflammatory cells and fibrosis were found. The new device was technically easy, fast, and accurate, so it may be useful in stabismus surgery.

        Biodegradable retinal fixation devices obtain mechnical fixation of the retina with desirable chorioretinal scarring and with the potential for local, sustained release of antimetabolites and steroids to inhibit proliferative vitreoretinopathy. We manufactured a biodegradable retinal tack with barb that was designed in order to prevent intrusion from implantation of retinal tacks. This study was carried to evaluate the efficacy for retinal fixation and the capability for sustained release of drugs with a newly designed biodegradable retinal tack Biodegradable retinal tacks were made of polymers of glycolic acids and were designed with barbs in a shape to prevent the disinsertion. Biodegradale retinal tacks are divided into 3 parts, a conical portion that is inserted into the sclera, a cylinder portion that remains in the vitreous, and a neck portion between the pin and the cylinder. The tapered conical end was manufactured to allow easy insertion through the retina and choroid into the sclera. A cylinder portion was manufactured with a tapered angle that fixes firmly into the orifice of 19 gauge spinal needle. A neck portion, 0.4 mm in diameter, was designed to prevent disinsertion from following implantation of retinal tack. The applicator was a 19 gauge spinal needle and its orifice was prepared to 15°angle to accept the tapered cylinder portion of the retinal tack. The retinal tacks, secured in the needles, were passed through the formed vitreous and inserted into the retina, choroid, and sclera and were released by pushing the internal needle, usually within 2-3mm of the medullary ray of the posterior rabbit retina A retinal tack was placed in each of 8 pigmented rabbit eyes. Slit-lamp biomicroscopy, indirect ophthalmoscopy and fundus photography were performed periodically from 1 day to 8 weeks after surgery. Eight eyes were enucleated and studied by light microscopy at 8 weeks. Biomicroscopic evaluation of the animals revealed edemas adjacent to the retinal surfaces immediately after insertion of the biodegradable retinal tacks in all the animals. These edemas disappeared after 1 week. The first noticeable change in the size of retinal tacks was shown after 2weeks. The size of the retinal tacks gradually got smaller, decreasing to about one-half at 4 weeks and about one-third at 8 weeks. All retinal tacks remained in inserted places without any movement for an 8 week period. On light microscopy, epiretinal proliferations were seen to extend into the vitreous cavity. Cellular capsules that lined the inner aspect of the scleral defect caused by tack insertion were found. However the adjacent retina had a normal cytologic appearance and architecture in all specimens. We manufactured a biodegradable retinal tack that is designed to prevent intrusion from implantation of retinal tacks. All biodegradable retinal tacks reduce in size with time, but no retinal tacks extruded from the inserted place. The newly designed biodegradable retinal tack can be used for retinal fixation and may be used as a vehicle for the introduction of pharmacologic agents to prevent the cellular events that promote proliferative vitreoretinopathy.

      • 심한 낙타혹(Hump)의 형성을 동반한 제 2 형 막증식성 사구체신염(Dense Deposit Disease) 1예

        Dense deposit disease (DDD), known as type Ⅱ MPGN, is an uncommon form of glomerulonephritis. It is an acquired primary glomerular disease, characterised by electron microscopic evidence of a continous, dense membrane deposition replacing the lamina densa. There is associated alternative pathway complement activation and a C3 nephritic factor maybe present. Patients with dense deposit disease tend to be young at clincal onset and more commonly have persistent nephrotic syndrome, gross hematuria, and acute nephritis episode and persistent depression of the serum complement level. The prognosis of dense deposit disease is worse than that of typeⅠMPGN. We experienced a patient with dense deposit disease that presenting persistent nephrotic syndrome, gross hematuria and having subepithelial hump. It is a first report of dense deposit disease having subepithelial hump in Korea, therefore we report this case with the review of relevant literatures.
