        跨文化传播视角下的文学误译问题浅探 - 以井上红梅《故乡》译本为例

        As we know, translation plays an important role in cross‐culture communication around the world. Literary translation is different from other kinds of translation, because besides word change, translator have to understand writer’s culture and to represent writer’s feeling as well. It is well known that China and Japan keep close literary exchange with each other from ancient time to nowadays. In Tang Dynasty, Japanese emissaries took Chinese poems to Japan. In 18th century, Chinese students who had studied in Japan brought modern literature to China. Luxun, a famous writer on behalf of new literature in modern China, was introduced by many Japanese scholars, and his literature was translated largely in Japan. Thanks to translation, those Japanese audiences without understanding Chinese also can read Luxun’s works and know Chinese society and Chinese culture at that time. Luxun’s short story entitled Guxiang entered Japanese textbooks after the Second World War. One of Japanese translators who dealt with Luxun’s literature, Koubai Inoue, was blamed seriously by Luxun for his mistranslation. This paper analyzes Koubai Inoue’s mistranslation in short story Guxiang, points out differences, including paragraph combination and paragraph separation, direct speech and indirect speech, sentence location, expression of special culture, correcting “mistranslation” and others from the original. The reason for mistranslation is because there are differences between writer and translator, especially their cognitions on literature, translation and audience. For Luxun, literature is an effective way to know other culture, to study from advanced countries and to change China, thus he prefers hypercontextaulisation and literal translation. But Koubai Inoue may consider literature as a way to gain economic interest and he prefers decontextaulisation in understanding the original. Although Koubai Inoue contributed to introduction and translation of Luxun’s literature, he couldn’t translate some Chinese special culture and the deep meaning of the text effectively because of his opinion on literature popularity and free translation. Both translators and audiences should pay attention to a danger‐‐mistranslation of literature will impede cross‐culture communication.

        Molecular Conformation-Dependent Complexation between Acidic- and Basic-Polypeptides via Hydrogen Bonding in Solution

        Interpolymer complex formation between basic polypeptide poly(L-proline) Form Ⅱ (PLP(Ⅱ)) and acidic polypeptides poly(L-glutamic acid) (PLGA) and poly(L-aspartic acid)(PLAA) has been studied in water-methanol (1:2 v/v) mixed-solvent by viscometry, potentiometry, light scattering and circular dichroism (CD) measurements. It has been found that polymer complexes between PLP(Ⅱ) and PLGA (or PLAA) are formed via hydrogen bonding with a stoichiometric ratio of PLP(Ⅱ)/PLGA (or PLAA)=1:2 (in unit mole ratio) and that PLP(Ⅱ) forms polymer complex more favorably with PLGA than with PLAA. In addition, the minimum (for pH 5.0) and the maximum (for pH 3.2) in reduced viscosity of dilute PLP(Ⅱ)-PLGA mixed solutions are observed at 0.67 unit mole fraction of PLGA (i.e., [PLP(Ⅱ)]/[PLGA]=1/2). These findings could be explained in terms of molecular structure (or conformation) of the complementary polymers associated with the complex formation.

        중국환경범죄의 형사법적 대처

        In order to control environmental crimes followed by industrialization and urbanization international community has started to share an idea: use of criminal law for environment protection. In comparison with 1979 Chinese present criminal law extensively regulates environmental crimes in order to handle environmental problems, which become more serious, and demands for protection of environment. There is, however, a big cognitive gap between economic development and environment protection. There also lacks judicial precedents related to environmental criminal law. In this perspective, it is difficult for criminal law itself to solve environmental issues. In conclusion, crimes against environment should be considered as endangering offenses (Gefahrdungsdelikt) with establishing a professional judicial agency against environmental crime. It is also needed to adopt “presumption” and “burden of proof” in the course of criminal suit to handle the complexity and casual relationship of environmental crimes.

        In this paper this article combs the booming of 3D film and its visual revolution and visual sensory effect at 'The immersive visual age': 'The visual extension' of the film screen, the visual impact experience of the Surrealism image, the analysis of the 3D movie Its own aesthetic characteristics and aesthetic significance. From the perspective of the viewer's experience, to explore the 3D film from 'the plane to the three-dimensional'; from 'visual viewing to All-round sensory stimulation' ; from 'Bystander to immersive visual experience' and other aspects of profound impact on the aesthetic way and the aesthetic experience. From the perspective of 3D filmmakers, to explore the impact of visual technology aesthetic activities on the way of their producers thinking, analysis of film technology in the process from 2D to 3D transformation, the director in the film production for 2D or 3D technology selection and choice, and make a prospect of the trend of film development's future.

        다큐멘터리에서의 감정 서사 전략 연구

        In the age of digital video, the importance of emotions in information dissemination and cultural production is being highlighted day by day. Narrative immersion theory asserts that believing in the reality of characters, objects, and events is a prerequisite for realizing emotional immersion in digital images. From a reality perspective, documentaries have a stronger sense of immersion than fiction films. However, documentary research has long neglected emotions because they are often mistaken for subjective and individualized emotions. For this reason, the basic elements and methods for realizing the empathy effect and the concepts of emotion, empathy, and emotional narrative are not clear in documentaries, but it is necessary to conduct in-depth research. As a result, this study investigates and combs the concept of emotion and the basic elements of empathy in documentaries, drawing on related theories of emotion in sociology, psychology, literature, and linguistics. This paper contends that emotion includes terms such as emotion, opinion, and concept, all of which belong to the documentary discourse reality show category. Based on the concept of emotion and relevant emotional theory, this paper proposes that empathy consists of three key elements: basic emotion, narrative situation, and symbol. The four elements of empathy are expounded using Korean documentaries on the elderly (2000-2020) as the main line. We use emotional analysis to investigate and verify the trend and type of emotional lines in the story of My Love, Don't Cross That River in order to clearly show the emotional change process in the documentary. This study clarifies the legal status of emotion in documentaries, clearly depicts the process of emotional changes in documentaries, and adequately explains the factors that influence emotional changes. On this basis, this paper suggests the emotional narrative strategy. 디지털 영상 시대에서, 정보 전파와 문화 생산 중 감정의 중요성이 날로 부각되고 있다. 서사 몰입 이론은인물, 객체, 사건의 리얼리티를 믿는 것이 디지털 영상의 감정적 몰입을 실현하기 위한 필수조건이라고 주장한다. 리얼리티 시각에서 보면, 다큐멘터리는 픽션 영화보다 몰입감에서 강세를 보인다. 그러나 감정은 종종주관적이고 개인화된 정서로 오인되기 때문에 다큐멘터리 연구에서 오랫동안 홀시되어 왔다. 이로 인해 다큐멘터리에는 감정, 공감, 감정 서사 등의 개념과 공감효과를 실현하기 위한 기본 요소와 방법이 명확하지 않았고 더 깊이 있게 연구를 진행할 필요가 있다. 이에 따라 본 논문은 사회학, 심리학, 문학, 언어학 등 학문에서의 감정 관련 이론을 빌어 다큐멘터리에서의 감정, 공감, 감정 서사의 개념을 고찰하고 정리하고자 한다. 관련 감정 이론과 결합하여 공감 효과를 실현하기 위한다큐멘터리의 세 가지 핵심 요소, 즉 기본 감정, 서사상황, 기호를 제시하였다. 또한 한국의 노년 소재에 대한 다큐멘터리(2000년~2020년)를 중심으로 공감의 세가지 요소를 명확하게 설명한다. 다큐멘터리 속 감정의변화 과정을 명확하게 보여주기 위해 감정 분석 방법을사용하여 <님아, 그 강을 건너지 마오> 해당 작품의이야기에 실재하는 감정선의 흐름과 유형을 조사하였고 이를 검증한다. 본 연구는 다큐멘터리에서의 감정의합리적 지위를 더욱 명확히 하고, 다큐멘터리에서의 감정 변화 과정을 명확하게 보여주며, 감정 변화에 영향을 미치는 원인을 설명한다. 그리고 그것을 바탕으로감정 서사의 전략을 제시한다. 본 연구는 다큐멘터리의감정 서사를 깊이 있게 연구하기 위한 근거를 제공할 수 있었다는 점에서 의미를 지니며, 향후 다큐멘터리이야기 구조에서의 감정 분석과 설정을 위해 참고적 건의를 제공할 수 있을 것이다.

      • 자동 모발 수 계산 시스템의 설계와 구현

        Alopecia is a very popular research focus in the medical field. In order to help medical doctors with their study on human hair, we proposed and designed an automatic hair counting system. The approach in our system is based on DIHAM (Digital Image for Hair Analysis and Measurement). We utilize the classical binary transformation Otsu threshold for hair segmentation, and put emphasis on separating the single hair region for counting. In order to separate the single hair in an overlapping region, we use the Hough transformation. Experiments will be performed to demonstrate the effectiveness of our system. 탈모증은 항상 의학 분야의 핵심 연구이다. 본 연구에서는 의사의 요구사항에 의하여 인간의 모발을 연구를 돕기 위해 자동 모발 계산 시스템을 설계 및 구현 하였다. 제안하는 시스템의 접근법은 DIHAM (모발 분석 및 측정을 위한 디지털 이미지)을 기반으로 구현하였다. 우리는 모발 수의 계산을 위해 모발 이미지 세분화를 위하여 고전적인 이진 변환 방법인 Otsu threshold를 사용하고 계수를 위해 단일 모발 영역을 분리하는 것에 중점을 두었다. 또한 겹치는 모발 영역에서 단일 모발 분할을 위해 Hough 변환을 활용하였다. 제안 방법의 실험결과 성공적인 결과가 도출되었다.
