Ten species of herbae, which have been used to treat cancers in Chinese medicine, were tested to investigate their mutagenieity or antimutagenicity in S. typhimurium TA97, TA98, TA100, TA1S35, and TA1538. Scolopendra centipede was weakly active in reversion of the frameshift mutation in S. typhimurium TA97 strain and the base-pair substitution in TA100 and TA1535 strains. Other herbae such as Coix lachryma, Dianthus superbus, Tricanthoshse kirilowii, Eupatorium formo- sanum, Lithospermum erythrorliizon, Arisaema japonicum, Curcuma aedoaria, Helicteres angustifolia, and Euonymus sieboldianus did not show any of the mutagenic potential, regardless of the metabolic activation with rat hepatic microsomal fraction. Dianthus superbus, Eupatorium formosanum, and Euonymus sieboMianus exhibited suppressive activities on microbial mutagenesis of N-methyl-N-nitrosoguanidine, a basepair substitution mutagen, in TA1535 and TA10G tester strains. The antimutagenic activities of Dianthus superbus and Euonymus sie- boldianus appeared to be dose-dependant.

In order to conduct construction projects effectively, the work delay factors would be managed by planned construction schedules. As construction works are delayed ceaselessly, the solution is to select and manage the key factors which delay the work ceaselessly. The subjects of this study were an apartment houses of reinforced concrete structure. Hidden work delay factor were extracted, the surveys were conducted and occurrence, severity and detection of each factor were analyzed. With this result, final orders of priority were fixed and key management factors were deducted and presented. 디아스포라 연구에서의 CAQDAS(Computer-aided qualitative data analysis software)의 활용

This study explored the application of computer-aided qualitative data analysis software or computer assisted qualitative data analysis software (CAQDAS) to solve data management and systemic problems that occur when performing diaspora data analysis and research fields. To achieve this, I introduced the general concept of CAQDAS, domestic and international software, and explored the applicability and meaning of CAQDAS in diaspora research. Also, in this study, I introduced case based on my problem consciousness, and through this, I tried to show the characteristics of the research applied to CAQDAS in diaspora research. 본 연구에서는 디아스포라의 자료 분석을 수행할 때 발생하고 있는 자료 관리와체계성의 문제를 해결하기 위하여 CAQDAS(Computer-aided qualitative data analysis software 혹은 Computer assisted qualitative data analysis software)의활용을 탐색해보고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 본 연구에서는 CAQDAS의 일반적인 개념과 국내외 주요 소프트웨어들을 소개하고, 디아스포라 연구에서의 CAQDAS 적용가능성과 의미를 탐색하였다. 또한 본 연구에서는 연구자의 문제의식을 바탕으로수행된 실제적인 연구 사례를 소개해주었으며, 이를 통해서 CAQDAS가 적용된 연구의 특징을 보여주고자 하였다.

In deramped synthetic aperture radar (SAR) equipment that utilizes two or more different bands (different center frequencies), if different pulse repetition frequencies (PRFs) are employed when using a single receiver, owing to its economic feasibility, images of other bands may appear and become ghost images. In this study, to determine the exact location of a ghost image illustrated in inverse SAR images, mathematical formulas are adopted to determine the location of the ghost image in the multiband. Even if the bandwidth and PRF are the same, if Tu (unprocessed time interval) is different, we can observe that a ghost image appears near the actual image. If a time delay is noted, the ghost image appears at the same position as that in the absence of a delay. Thus, the effect of ghost images should be minimized by changing Tu.

We implement a Linux-based software PLC for embedded hardware systems, as modifying the Classic Ladder software PLC, which is an open source program for the desktop PC. In order to use the software PLC in the embedded system environment, we expand the functionality of the input devices, touch screen and USB keyboard. Moreover, GUI interfaces are newly designed and programed so that users can exploit the expanded functionality of the input devices. As a result, we become able to select, use input devices of the embedded linux-based software PLC in accordance with the special purpose and the environment, get the mobility or the portability of the embedded system, and reduce the construction costs of the automation control system. Using the simulation function supported by the Classic Ladder program, we experiment basic PLC operations and verify the validity of implementation. 본 논문에서는 데스크탑 PC에서 사용되는 오픈소스 소프트웨어인 Classic Ladder 소프트웨어 PLC를 수정하여 리눅스 기반의 소프트웨어 PLC를 임베디드 하드웨어 시스템에서 동작하도록 구현한다. 소프트웨어 PLC를 임베디드 시스템 환경에서 사용하기 위하여 터치스크린 및 USB 키보드와 같은 입력 장치의 기능성을 확장한다. 또한 GUI 인터페이스를 새롭게 설계하고 구현하여 사용자가 확장된 입력 장치의 기능을 사용할 수 있게 한다. 결과적으로 특수한 목적과 환경에 따라 임베디드 리눅스 기반 소프트웨어 PLC의 입력 장치를 선택하여 사용이 가능하고, 임베디드 시스템의 장치 이식이나 이동성 확보가 가능하며, 전체 자동 제어 시스템의 설계비용을 줄일 수 있게 되었다. 구현된 임베디드 리눅스 기반 소프트웨어 PLC의 정상 동작을 확인하기 위하여 Classic Ladder 프로그램이 지원하는 시뮬레이션 기능을 이용하여 기본적인 PLC 동작을 실험하고 결과를 제시한다.
