In order to evaluate the availability of auto-refractometer that determines corrective power of contact lens in the process of over-refraction, 40 people(23 males, 17 females, total 80 eyes, the average age 24.6:t2.9 with corrected visual acuity over 20/20 and the history of wearing contact lens) have been tested in subjective refraction, auto-refraction both without wearing contact lens and with wearing 5 different types of contact lenses. Contact lens power was determined in consideration of calculation for correction of vertex distance and spherical equivalent power in cases of that the corrective power was over :t3.00D and astlgmatlsm In over-refraction by subjective refraction and auto-refraction with wearing 5 different types of contact lens, the difference of a measured values between subjective refraction and auto-refraction was significantly different in spherical power of one-day soft contact lens(p < 0.001) and RGP contact lens(p < 0.001), and in spherical equivalent of RGP contact lens(p < 0.01). But all differences were not clinically significant and were similar to them of in case of non-wearing contact lens. From these results, it is suggested that auto-refractometer should be useful in the process of over-refraction for determining the corrected power prescription of contact lens because the measured data were not different compared to them of subjective refraction. 콘택트렌즈의 교정굴절력을 결정하기 위한 over-refraction에서 자각적 굴절검사와 타각적 굴절검사의 오차 발생분포를 평가하기 위해, 교정시력이 1.0 이상이고 콘택트 렌즈 착용 경험이 있는 40명 80 안(남 23 명, 여 17 명, 24.6 :t 2.9세)을 대상으로, 물성이 다른 5종의 콘택트렌즈를 이용하여 렌즈 착용 전과 착용 후 자각적 굴절검사와 자동 굴절검사를 실시하였다. 콘택트렌즈의 처방은 교정굴절력이 :t3.ooD 이상인 경우 정 점간거리를 보정하였고, 등가구면굴절력을 적용하였다. 5종의 콘택트렌즈를 착용한 상태에서 자각적 굴절검사와 자동굴절검사로 over-refraction을 실시한 결과, 구면굴절력은 하루용 소프트콘택트렌즈 (p < 0.001), 원 주굴절력과 등가구면굴절력은 RGP 콘택트렌즈 (p < 0.001, p < 0.01) 에서 각각 가장 큰 차이를 보였으나 모두 임상적으로 유의하지 않은 수준이었고, 콘택트렌즈를 착용하지 않은 상태에서 실시한 자각적 굴절검사와 자동굴절검사 측정값의 차이와 유사한 수 준이었다. 이와 같은 결과로 볼 때, 자동굴절계는 콘택트렌즈의 처방굴절력을 결정하기 위한 over-refraction 에서, 자각적 굴절검사에 앞서 예비정보를 얻기 위해 유용하게 활용할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

시설재배 딸기 중 흰가루병 방제 농약의 경시적 잔류특성

본 연구는 딸기에서 발생하는 흰가루병 방제에 사용되는 살균제의 잔류시험을 수행하고 회귀방정 식 및 생물학적 반감기를 산출하여 한국과 일본, Codex의 잔류허용기준에 근거한 농약의 사용 및 안전한 농산물 생산에 기여하고자 수행되었다. 딸기재배 중 흰가루병 방제용 주요 살균제 boscalid, kresoxim-methyl, pyraclostrobin, pyrimethanil을 각 농약의 안전사용기준에 따라 기준량 1회 살포 후 1, 3, 5, 7, 9, 11, 13일에 딸기 시료를 채취하여 QuEChERS법을 이용하여 추출하고, NH2 SPE 카 트리지로 정제하여 HPLC/DAD로 분석하였다. 시험농약의 검출한계 및 정량한계는 4성분의 농약에서 모두 0.01과 0.03mg/kg이었으며, 평균회수율은 92.9~99.2%, 상대표준편차는≤5%로 산출되었다. 딸기 중 boscalid, kresoxim-methyl, pyraclostrobin, pyrimethanil의 생물학적 반감기는 기준량처리 시 각각 6.2, 4.0, 6.1, 6.6일로 나타났다. 이러한 결과로, 시설재배지 딸기 흰가루병 방제를 위해 사용되는 살균제의 안전 사용을 통해 국내 및 주요 수출국가의 MRL을 초과하지 않는 안전한 딸기를 생산하는데 기여할 것으로 기대된다. This study was conducted to investigate the dissipation and residual characteristics of fungicides used for powdery mildew control for strawberry and establishment of guideline for safe use of fungicides based on MRLs as Korea, Japan and Codex. The fungicides were sprayed onto the crop in triplicate at recommended dose. Strawberry samples were harvested at 1, 3, 5, 7, 9, 11 and 13 days after treatment boscalid, kresoxim-methyl, pyraclostrobin, and pyrimethanil were extracted with QuEChERS method, clean-up with NH2 SPE cartridge and residue were analyzed by HPLC/DAD. Limit of detections and quantifications were 0.01 and 0.03 mg/kg for 4 fungicides. Average recoveries were 92.9~99.2% with RSD≤5% for all analytes. The biological half-lives of boscalid, kresoxim-methyl, pyraclostrobin and pyrimethanil in strawberry after treatment were 6.2, 4.0, 6.1 and 6.6 days at recommended dose, respectively. As the results, 4 experimental pesticides were not exceeded MRLs of domestic and exporting countries in experimental periods. This study provide important information that can contribute safety measures to produce strawberry as not exceeded MRLs through the safe use of pesticides.

가토 두개강내압에 대한 Prostaglandins의 효과

두개강내에 balloon을 넣어 두개강내압을 측정하고 동시에 고동맥(femoral artery)으로 동맥압을 측정하면서 prostaglandins을 포함한 다음 약물에 대한 반응을 고찰하여 다음과 같을 결론을 얻었다. 1) Norepinephrine과 5-HT의 경동맥주입으로 두개강내압은 다같이 상승하였으나 혈압에서 norepinephrine주입시는 비례적으로 상승하고 5-HT주입 시는 하강하였다. Norepinephrine정맥주입시에는 혈압과 두개강내압이 모두 상승하였다. 2) PGA₂와 PGE₂ 동맥 및 정맥주입은 두개강내압을 상승시키나 혈압은 하강시켰다. PGE₁ 동맥주입으로 두개강내압의 일률적 변화는 없으나 혈압은 하강했다. 3) PGF₂α의 동맥주입 및 정맥주입에서 모두 두개강내압은 하강하고 혈압은 약간 상승하였다. To understand the pathophysiology of the intracranial pressure changes, the Monro-Kellie-doctrine has been to be a useful concept. By recent reports it has possibly been suggested that prostaglandins may pathophysiologically contribute to the inherent response of intractranial pressure. Although the cardiovascular effects of several prostaglandins have well been studied, little is known about their effects on cerebral blood vessel and cerebrospinal fluid pressure. The author observed the effect of prostaglandins injected intra-arterially and intravenously on the intracranial pressure and systemic blood pressure and compared with those of norepinephrine or 5-hydroxytryptamine. The result were summarized as the follows: 1. The intra-arterial and intravenous injections of a single dose of norepinephrine increased not only the intracrainal pressure but also systemic blood pressure with dose-dependant response. 2. The intra-arterial injection of PGA₂ caused the increase in the intracranial pressure, but on the contrary, the blood pressure was decreased. The intra-arterial injection of PGE₁ and PGE₂ caused the increase in the intracranial pressure, which was not related to the used doage. 3. The intra-arterial and intravenous injections of PGF₂α decreased the intracranial pressure but increased the blood pressure, both of which were not related to the dosage used.

本 論文은 Galois Field를 利用하여 順序多値論理回路를 實現하는 하나의 방법을 제시하였다. 먼저 Taylor급수를 有限體上에서 成立하는 多項式에 對應하도록 전개시켜 多値組合論理回路의 固有行列을 산출하고 이 行列을 근거로 順序多値論理回路를 設計하였다. 本 論文은 組合回路를 構成하는 基本 개념을 順序論理回路에도 적용될 수 있도록 擴張한 것이다. 本 論文에서는 우선 組合論理回路의 構成理論을 擴張하여 單一入力 單一出力인 경우의 順序多値論理函數構成理論을 提示한 후 이를 擴張하여 單一入力 多出力인 경우의 順序多置論理函數構成理論을 提示하였다. 또한 이를 더욱 擴張하여 單一變數는 물론 多變數 多出力인 경우까지 提示하였다. 이때 多出力인 경우는 回路가 상호 獨立的이므로 Partition 개념에 의하여 처리하였다. 이 방법에 依하여 順序多値論理回路를 設計하면 종래의 多項式전개에 必要한 방대한 계산과정을 줄일 수 있었다. 또한 行列연산에 의하여 계산하므로 아무리 복잡한 論理函數라 하더라도 Computer Program처리가 가능하였다. This paper presents a method to realize the sequential multiple-valued Logic on Galois field. First, We develop so that Taylor series can be corresponded the irreducible polynomial to realize over the finite field, and produce the matrix. This paper object expanded a basic concept of the conbinational Logic circuit so as to apply in the sequential Logic circuit. First of all, We suggest a theory for constructing sequential multiple-valued Logic circuit. Then, We realized the construction with the single input and the multi-output that expanded its function construction. In case of the multi-output, the circuit process by the partition function concept as the mutual independent. This method can be reduced a enormous computer course to need a traditional extention that designed the sequential multi-valued Logic circuit.
