        족소양담경(足少陽膽經)에서 투사(投射)되는 신경원(神經元)의 표지부위(標識部位)에 대한 연구(硏究)

        The purpose of this morphological studies was to investigate the relation to the meridian, acupoint and nerve. The common locations of the spinal cord and brain projecting to the the gallbladder, GB34 and common peroneal nerve were observed following injection of transsynaptic neurotropic virus, pseudorabies virus(PRV), into the gallbladder, GB34 and common peroneal nerve of the rabbit. After survival times of 96 hours following injection of PRV, the thirty rabbits were perfused, and their spinal cord and brain were frozen sectioned($30{\mu}m$). These sections were stained by PRV immunohistochemical staining method, and observed with light microscope. The results were as follows: 1. In spinal cord, PRV labeled neurons projecting to the gallbladder, GB34 and common peroneal nerve were founded in thoracic, lumbar and sacral spinal segments. Densely labeled areas of each spinal cord segment were founded in lamina V, VII, X, intermediolateral nucleus and dorsal nucleus. 2. In medulla oblongata, The PRV labeled neurons projecting to the gallbladder, GB34 and common peroneal nerve were founded in the A1 noradrenalin cells/C1 adrenalin cells/caudoventrolateral reticular nucleus, rostroventrolateral reticular nucleus, medullary reticular nucleus, dorsal motor nucleus of vagus nerve, nucleus tractus solitarius, raphe obscurus nucleus, raphe pallidus nucleus, raphe magnus nucleus, gigantocellular nucleus, lateral paragigantocellular nucleus, principal sensory trigeminal nucleus and spinal trigeminal nucleus. 3. In Pons, PRV labeled neurons were parabrachial nucleus, Kolliker-Fuse nucleus and cochlear nucleus. 4. In midbrain, PRV labeled neurons were founded in central gray matter and substantia nigra. 5. In diencephalon, PRV labeled neurons were founded in lateral hypothalamic nucleus, suprachiasmatic nucleus and paraventricular hypothalamic nucleus. 6. In cerebral cortex, PRV labeled neuron were founded in hind limb area.This results suggest that PRV labeled common areas of the spinal cord projecting to the gallbladder, GB34 and common peroneal nerve may be first-order neurons related to the somatic sensory, viscero-somatic sensory and symapathetic preganglionic neurons, and PRV labeled common area of the brain may be first, second and third-order neurons response to the movement of smooth muscle in gallbladder and blood vessels.These PRV labeled neurons may be central autonomic center related to the integration and modulation of reflex control linked to the sensory system monitoring the internal environment, including both visceral sensation and various chemical and physical qualities of the bloodstream. The present morphological results provide that gallbladder meridian and acupoint may be related to the central autonomic pathways.

        In Cheon Won Gi Dae Ron(天元紀大論), Cheon(大) means Nature, Won(元) means sources, Gi(紀) is Gang Gi(綱紀) that means rules or regulations, so Cheon Won Gi(天元紀) means sources and rules of change that make Nature phenomenons. This volume treats of cause that weather change of Nature caused by, and its general rules, and presents fundamental notions and systems of measuring of 'Five elements' evolutions and Six kinds of natural factors(五運六氣)'. So named Cheon Won Gi Dae Ron(天元紀大論). This article of the research on the Cheon Won Gi Dae Ron(天元紀大論) can be divided into 3 chapters. Chapter 1 presents a theory that the principle of changes of creations' birth, groth and extinction is complished by sympathizing with Hyeong(形) of Ji(地) and Gi(氣) of Cheon(大) by rules of movement of O Un Yum Yang(五運陰陽). Chapter 2 presents theories that Tae Heo(太虛) makes Won Gi(元氣), and this Won Gi(元氣) makes the change of creations' birth, groth and extinction, and movement of O Un(五運) controls creation of nature. And treats of that 'excessive and short(太過不及)' that is made by a quality of Gi(氣) and ups and dons of Hyeong(形) controls weather of year. In Chapter 3, Cheon O Ji Yuk(天五地六) regard six and five as Yong(用). And A Cycle that movment that sympathizing with O Un(五運) and Yuk Gi(六氣) is Il Gi(一氣) as 30 years, and Il Ju(一周) as 60 years. And presents that O Un(五運) and Yuk Gi(六氣) that Gan Ji(干支) control.

        Young Chou Pyeong In Jul Gok deals with in Chapter 1 the size of stomach and the volume that contains water and food, and in Chapter 2, deals with the size of small intestine, large intestine, and anus, and also volume that contains water and food, and in Chapter 3, deals with the biological function of stomach and provides the reason that an ordinary man ought to die if he does not eat anything for seven days. Therefore this point is a very valuable material through which one can realize the degree of anatomical recognition about body of old oriental. The following result is gotten from the study of this remarks. 1. It is considered that 7 lit(three mals and five measures) is based upon the body alive not dead. 2. The whole length ,of small and large intestine-about 13m(five jang and five chuk and eight chi is calculated according to a tradition that I chuk is taken for 23.1cm during West Han dynasty) is about 3.55-5.6m longer than 8.40-9.45m in contemporary anatomy. 3. Small intestine includes a part of the duodenum, jejunum, large intestine, and large intestine is from the middle to descending colon, and anus is considered to include sigmoid colon and rectum. 4. It is not considered true that an ordinary man ought to die if he doesn't eat anything for seven days because in fact there are cases around that a few people have survived after fast for over 40 days.

        『黃帝內經』의 漢字讀音에 대한 考察: 『類經』을 중심으로

        Objectives : The purpose of this study is to find the pronunciations suitable for the meanings of Chinese characters because the pronunciations of Chinese characters with multi-pronunciations in the 『Huangdineijing』 are written differently in Chinese character dictionaries(字典) and in Korean Medical dictionaries(韓醫學辭典) respectively. Methods : First, the annotations for pronunciations in the 『Leijing』 were searched, upon which the frequently mispronounced 16 Chinese characters in the 『Huangdineijing』 were selected. Then these selected Chinese characters were compared and considered with reference to Chinese character dictionaries(published in China and Korea), and Korean Medical dictionaries. Results & Conclusions : It was discovered that in 『Leijing』 there were 1,537 annotations that used ‘FanQie(反切)’, ‘Pronunciation(音)’, ‘Replaceable character(通用)’, ‘Same character (同字)’, ‘Four intonations(四聲)’ etc. In some places, there were additional meanings of the Chinese characters. It was found that 16 Chinese characters were susceptible to wrong pronunciations in the 『Huangdineijing』, for which the appropriate pronunciations in regards to the meaning of the sentences were determined.

        낙침(落枕)의 수기요법에 대한 고찰

        1 경근 수태양경근 족소양경근의 유주 범위에 해당한다. 2. 낙침의 수기요법은 급성질병으로 유발된 근경직현상이므로 교정(Tru st)보다는 soft이완요법이 효과적이며 강직된 근육이 이완된 후 골격 ro tation이 가능할 때 trust를 시행해야 한다. 3. 근에너지테크닉(M.E.T)의 경우도 등척성 수축 환자 직접법(Isometri c patient direct)이 효과적이다.
