탈북여성 재현에서의 "경계 넘기" -강영숙의 『리나』, 정도상의 『찔레꽃』을 중심으로

‘The Cold War’ is one of the most important keywords in forming Korea. The Cold War made two Koreas to have the title ‘divided countries’ which is only one all over the world and made new genre called ‘Defector diaspora’. Various types of studies in the genre have been conducted as lots of literatures are created but studies regarding ‘women’ are not significant. Therefore, this study tells symbols of ‘crossing borders’ of North Korean female defectors’ through 『RI-NA』by Kang Yeongsook and 『JJIL-RE-KKOT』by Jung Dosang. ‘Shoes’ and ‘Fog’ imply woman’s ‘crossing’ in 『RI-NA』and 『JJIL-RE-KKOT』respectively. In 『JJIL-RE-KKOT』, the story tells about defector diaspora but the speaker, ‘I’ considers our awareness important objectively which is a strength of this. In 『RI-NA』, the story does not only tell direct appearing for reality and defector journey, but also maximizes literary imagination. Now, the motif, Diaspora is not new not only in literature but also in general culture-art. However, we especially are exclusive for defector diaspora. One of the reasons for this is distinct characteristic of Korean modern distort. During Japanese colonial period and liberating period-Korean War- people and country division made different ideologies and we do not recognize the ideologies. This study tries to stop biased perspective of ‘North Korea’ or ‘defector’ during such process and rather created cilche for balance. For organized analysis of female character in defector diaspora novel, not only the above literatures but also other various literatures should be analyzed.

역사공간의 지역브랜딩 활용 양상 연구 -수원화성행궁 일대를 중심으로

Region branding using its own historical sites contribute to obtain a strong image of the region. Obtaining a cultural image of a region help to form an identification of the region, and it has great impact on strengthening the regional competitiveness. To attract many tourists, distinct tourist programs and well conserved cultural heritage are required. Therefore, ``hwaseong`` , a historical city with many well conserved historical remains of Chosun Dynasty in Suwon has a great potential for tourism. Suwon has very concentrated historical and cultural heritage of ``Chosun`` Dynasty. Among 51 cultural remains identifiable for its era, 41 remains come from Chosun era. More than 80% of cultural remains comes from certain era. In particular, there are many historical sites and remains from King Jungjo and Youngjo era which are relevant to certain history. This makes Suwon city easy to do region branding based on its historical sites. It is important to note that it is time to enhance quality in region branding of Suwon hwaseong rather than grow in quantity. There are various cases of region branding of historical sites around the world. This is because it is easy to approach from that perspective and the chances of success are high. However, it also means there is tougher competition with other regions. Regional culture policy focusing on short-term results only develop and offer uniform cultural development programs regardless of their unique heritage. This cannot utilize the regional cultural resources to its full extence and Suwon city has the same problem and it needs to improve this. It is indispensible to develop Suwon hwaseong and hwaseong Temporary Palace area for region branding of Suwon area. Also it is urgent to establish convenient transportation and facilities and appropriate promotion strategies which are the basis for regional culture development before developing various cultural contents. To become an international tourist spot, it needs to establish academicindustrial affiliation and strengthen its knowledge base and aim for its long-term development.

금속파편감시를 위한 트리거 판단 알고리즘의 실시간 구현

본 논문에서 개발한 시스템은 원자력 발전소의 금속파편감시계통(Loose parts monitoring system, LPMS)에서 충격신호의 탐지를 위해 사용되는 하드웨어와 관련이 있는 트리거 판단을 위한 보드이다. LPMS는 원자로 내부에서 발생하는 금속 파편이나 이물질의 존재 여부와 위치를 정확히 찾아내 원자력 발전소의 불필요한 가동중단이나 예기치 않은 안전사고를 예방 할 수 있는 시스템이다. 본 논문에서 개발한 DAM(Data acquisition module)보드는 LPMS의 하드웨어 중에서 입력된 신호를 디지털로 변환하여 충격신호의 트리거 여부를 판단하는 기능을 한다. DAM은 디지털 필터와 트리거 판단을 위한 알고리즘이 DSP에서 실시간으로 처리되어 LPMS의 기능을 업그레이드 하였다. 개발된 시스템은 기존 외국 장비에 비하여 하드웨어 성능이 대폭 향상되었으며 하드웨어의 완전 국산화 개발이라는 특징이 있다.

In this study, we have developed a real-time clinical trials information system for reflect recent interest on international and domestic clinical trials and the demands of patient and clinicians by expanding and reorganizing existing search service linked to KiFDA database. Currently system in KFDA have some problem on management that could not search real-time information from KiFDA database. Then we have solved this problem using realtime search mechanism with KiFDA database. In particular, the database has enabled the provision of more reliable information covering approved clinical trials and administering organizations for those who are interested in clinical trial.

김정은 시대의 북한 연극 -2011년 이후 희곡을 중심으로

This paper grasps the recent trend of North Korean’s theatrical world and policy implications intended for plays published in 『Joseon Arts』. Through the analysis of plays, North Korea creates plays that “contribute to eternal life for leaders” and continues to evaluate. It can be noticed that they are actively idolizing by refocusing on the achievements of the late father Kim Jong-il. This trend of works shows North Korea’s political intention. Since Kim Jong-un is in an early stage of seizure, it is more effective to highlight the image of successor who emphasizes Kim Il Sung-Kim Jong Il’s achievements and achieve and accede those achievements. In plays, the appearance of Kim Jong il in march of hardship, contents about Pyongyang Folk Park, CNC and completion of state-of-the-art technologies, and strategy of Kim Jong-un era to stabilize succession system by acquiring leadership image that emphasizes ‘Kim Jong Il patriotism’ and ‘Kim Il Sung-Kim Jong Il belief’ are contained. Political intentions of Kim Jong-un era appeared in dramas seem to constantly appear not only in dramas, but also in various media including cultural and arts genres.

노인여성의 8주간 하타요가 수련이 혈관탄성도와 최대하운동시 혈당 및 젖산 변화에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of vascular compliance, blood glucose, and lactate concentration following submaximal exercise in older women for yoga practice during 8 weeks. Subjects for study was 10 females in 60~70 ages women. Blood samples were taken from finger in rest, immediately after submaximal exercise(HRmax 50~60%) and after 20 minutes recovery phase. All data was analyzed by t-test and ANOVA with repeated measures of SPSS, accepting level for all significances was above α = 0.05. In conclusion, yoga practice has an influence on of significantly decreased blood pressure and significantly increased vascular compliance. Yoga practice has an influence on of decreased blood glucose level in rest and improvement removal blood lactate level in recovery phase after submaximal exercise. Therefore, this conclusion suggested that Hatha yoga practices during 8 weeks has associated with improved blood pressure and vascular compliance as well as increased fatigue recovery capacity for older women.

RFM 모델 기반의 병원고객 세분화 전략

의료시장개방등 보건의료 환경의 변화에 대응하기 위해서 병원도 기업과 같이 병원의 경쟁력이 고객중심의 의료를 통한 고객관계관리를 도입해야 하는 시대가 도래 하였다. 이를 위해 병원 고객의 성격 및 정확한 분류를 통해 좀더 체계적인 고객관리 방법이 요구되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 인천에 위치한 1300병상 이상의 종합병원고객을 대상으로 데이타 구간화를 적용한 RFM(Recency Frequency Monetary)모델을 도입하여 고객등급화를 수행하고, 데이타마이닝 사후분석를 실시하여 효율적인 고객관리 방법을 찾아본다. In order to cooperate today's healthcare environmental changes such as healthcare market opening and increase their competitiveness, Hospitals should perform customer based medical service and bring Customer Relationship Management to their system like other industries and enterprises. Therefore they need to reorganize customer management by analysis and classification of customers. This paper will suggest effective customer management strategies by the performing customer segmentation through RFM model which is applied by data tinning and analysis of data mining. Its study sample is from the general hospital with more than 1300beds in Incheon.

경관심의제도의 현황과 개선방안에 관한 연구

본 연구는 인천광역시 경관위원회 운영 현황을 분석함으로써, 경관심의제도의 개선방향에 기여할 수 있는 기초자료 제공을 목적으로 한다. 연구범위는 2004년부터 2010년까지 인천광역시 경관위원회에 상정된 총 164개 안건을 대상으로 분석한다. 연구의 구성은 첫째, 관련연구 및 관련제도 고찰을 통해 경관위원회의 법적 지위와 역할에 대해서 검토하고 인천광역시 경관위원회의 심의체계에 대해서 분석하며 둘째, 경관위원회에 상정된 안건들의 사업유형을 분류하고 상정되는 과정을 검토함으로써 인천광역시 경관위원회의 특성을 분석하였으며, 셋째, 경관위원회의 심의결과 및 주요내용을 분석하여 경관위원회 기능에 대해 검토하고 개선방안을 도출하고자하였다. 연구 결과, 첫째, 기존 법체계의 한계로 인해 경관위원회의 역할, 기능, 심의대상의 규정 등이 명확하지 않다는 것을 확인할 수 있었으며, 둘째, 국토의 이용 및 계획에 관한 법률, 도시 및 주거환경 정비법 등 관련된 법체계와의 연계성을 확보할 필요성이 있으며, 셋째, 경관심의의 실효성을 거둘 수 있도록 경관위원회의 의결사항 미 준수 시 제제방안과 절차강화를 위한 법적근거가 마련되어야 함을 알 수 있었다. 넷째, 경관위원회에 상정된 안건이 다양하므로 사업의 성격 및 규모에 따라 경관위원회를 탄력적으로 운영할 필요성이 있다는 것을 알 수 있다. 이러한 연구결과는 추후 개정될 경관법을 운영하고자 할 때에 참고사항이 될 수 있을 것으로 기대한다. The aim of this paper is to provide the basic information concerning the improvement of the landscape design review system. It analyses the operation system of the Incheon Landscape Committee (“Committee”) and studies 164 projects reviewed by the committee from 2004, the first year of the committee through 2010. The schemes that this paper suggests are as follows. First, the function of the committee should be clearly stated in The Landscape Act or the Municipal Ordinance. Second, for the effectiveness of the committee, the operation system of the landscape committee should articulate with urban plans and other acts. Third, some standards should be established to support legal restrictions, not to follow the matters for the Committee’s decisions. Finally, the operation of the committee should be flexible depending on a type of projects. In the future, the results of this paper are expected to help the improvement of the landscape review system and the act.
