글로벌 플랜차이즈 기업 상사의 서번트 리더십이 구성원의 직무만족에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 호텔 조직을 이끄는 상사의 리더십 중 타인을 위한 봉사에 초점을 두고 전개된 서번트 리더십에 대하여 관심을 갖고 연구에 임하였다. 이에 본 연구에서는 호텔 조직의 상사가 발휘하는 서번트 리더십이 구성원의 직무만족에 관해 어떤 영향을 미치는가에 실증연구를 통해 검증하고자 하였다. 또한 조직구성원의 상사에 대한 신뢰가 그들의 직무만족에 어떤 매개효과가 있는지를 검증하고자 하였다. 호텔 조직에 근무하는 구성원들은 고객을 주로 상대하는 업무이다 보니 감정 부조화(emotional dissonance)가 매일 매시간 느끼게 될 것이다. 이러한 구성원의 감정 현상이 나타나게 되면 결국 조직은 타 조직과의 경쟁에서 경쟁우위를 점할 수 없게 되고 결국은 생존할 수 없는 사태에 까지 이를 수도 있을 것이다. 특히 호텔 조직은 내방하는 고객들의 다양한 욕구와 요구를 수용해야만 하는 조직의 특성을 가지고 있다. 이러한 조직의 특성을 고려할 때 현장에서 근무하는 호텔 종업원들이 가지는 어려움을 보듬고 그들을 배려하는 서번트 리더십이 주는 메시지의 의미는 매우 크다고 볼 수 있다. Recently, as Korean culture and economy develops, Seoul has become a world-famed city. In Seoul, many special grade hotels have been constructed in order to accommodate many tourists from China, Japan and many other Asian countries. And the hotels entered into competition among themselves. Thus many changes are accelerated due to their mutual competition and manpower problems. In this situation, the role of higher officers above all is thought to be very important in order to enhance the management result and to make preparations for the kernel ability of the organization. This study was intended to verify how the leadership of the higher officers based on trust affects the job satisfaction on the organization. In order to achieve the aim of this paper, some study models and hypotheses have been established through theoretical examinations. The subjects of this study were centered on the constituents. In order to verify the mediating effect of trust between the relationship of servant leadership and job satisfaction. The Three hypotheses for this study are as follows: First, servant leadership will have a meaningful influence on trust in the affirmative. Second, trust will have a meaningful influence on job satisfaction in the affirmative. Third, trust will play a mediating role in the relationship of servant leadership and job satisfaction. In summary of the study results, First, the servant leadership and trust was found to effect a positive effect. Second, the trust was found on a positive effect on job satisfaction. Third, the servant leadership and trust was found to positive effect on job satisfaction. Especially, in the case of the business of hotel, human services as well as material resources become its keynote, and we can safely say that the degree of dependence toward human resources is very high.

충북 중소기업의 인력수급상의 문제점과 개선방안

본 연구는 충북 중소기업의 인력수급상의 문제점과 개선방안에 관한 연구이다. 최근 충북지역의 중소기업들이 인력수급의 난황을 겪고 있으며, 특히 FTA시대를 통한 기업경영의 애로 등에 관한 노동공급의 문제를 심도 깊게 다루었다. 연구결과 중소기업은 대기업에 비해 소규모의 기업이라고 하지만 대기업이 되기 위한 모든 전제조건은 중소기업에 있었다는 것이다. 하지만 최근 FTA와 기업경영이 어려운 시점에서 중소기업들의 노등인력 확보는 한층 더 어려워지고 있다. 이를 해결위하여 지방의 각종 행정기관과 해당의 기관들이 힘을 모다 안간힘을 쏟아보지만 쉽게 해결될 이렇다 할 실마리를 찾지 못하고 있는 실정이었다. 또한 노동공급의 문제에 대한 글로벌 금융의 각종 위기까지 겹쳐 중소기업들은 이중고를 겪고 있는 현 상황에서 청소년 인구감소, 교육인력의 부족, 작업환경 및 노력 등 다양한 정책을 펴고 있어 쉽게 해결되지 못한 중소기업의 인력수급에 대한 방안을 마련해 나가는데 정부와 지방정책이 하나가 되어 인력 사용자에 이르는 다양한 측면의 노력이 더욱 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 결과적으로 충북지역의 중소기업에 대한 인력수급의 해결은 노동공급에 대한 중앙정부와 지방정책 및 교육인력과 작업환경 등의 개선이 급선무로 떠올랐고 추가적인 현장중심의 실무적 맞춤형 교육에 따른 인력수급이 부족한 인력수급에 큰 힘이 될 것으로 사료된다. This study is in a FTA era. Problem of regarding to small business labor supply status and it is to establish countermeasures. And proposed development plan for problem of labor supply in Chungbuk area small business. Small business compared with large enterprise. Although small scale enterprises, they need to foundation for the growth of the large enterprise. But small business have the strength. Recently, Due in the impact for the FTA. Especially, if in the Chungbuk Province, Showed setback in labor supply because of didn"t staffing on time. Chungbuk province in order to solve the global financial crisis and funding crunch for labor supply problem. So, We will consider of effort to youth population decline, lack of training manpower, better treatment improvement of the work environment and concentrating on custom policy of government policy and financial support.

호텔현장실습교육 참여의 중요도 인식이 현장실습 만족도와 취업의사에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 현장실습 교육 내용, 현장실습에 대한 참여자의 중요도 인식, 현장실습에 대한 만족도, 그리고 현장실습 참여자의 실습 참여 후 취업의사에 대한 기존 연구와 문헌을 고찰하고, 영리 조직인 호텔에 현장실습을 참여한 경험을 가진 대학생을 대상으로 실증분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 현장실습 참여의 중요도 인식 정도에 따라 참여자의 만족도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 현장실습 참여의 중요도 인식 정도에 따라 참여자의 실습 후 취업의사에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 현장실습 참여자의 만족도에 참여자의 성별에 따른 조절효과가 어떻게 영향을 미치는가를 분석한 결과 현장실습 참여자의 중요도 인식이 참여자의 만족도에 미치는 영향에 따라 참여자의 성별은 만족도에 조절효과가 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 따라서 향후 급변하는 교육시스템의 환경 하에서 대학생의 현장실습에 대한 만족도를 높이고 실습 후 호텔에 취업의사를 높이기 위해서는 현장 실습 교육에 대한, 보다 체계적이고 효율적인 시스템의 구축이 필요할 것으로 판단된다. This study considered the existing research and literature on field practice training contents, a participant’s perception of importance of field practice & satisfaction with field practice, and a field practice participant’s intention to find a job after participating in field practice, and conducted an empirical analysis of a college student having a participating experience in field practice at a profit organization-hotel. Also, how the regulation effect consequent on a participant’s gender had an influence on a field practice participant’s satisfaction, it was analyzed that a participant’s gender had a regulation effect on satisfaction according to the influence of a field practice participant’s perception of importance on a participant’s satisfaction. Accordingly, to increase a college student’s satisfaction with field practice and to enhance the intention to find a job at a hotel after field practice under the rapidly changing educational system environment for the time to come, it is judged that there should be construction of a more systematic, efficient system about field practice training.

A cost-saving feeding rate control method for a batch reaction process is proposed by reconfigu -rating the flow rate control loop where the feeding rate is estimated by differentiating weight measurement. While the existing control methods require either a flow rate measurement device or a flow rate estimator, the proposed method is devised not to require neither of these facilities by directly controlling the tank weight with a time-varying set point. Experimental evaluation in a pilot-scale unit shows that the proposed method can significantly reduce the actuator hunting of the existing method where the flow rate is estimated by differentiating the weight measurement.

본 논문은 성격이론 중 성격 5요인이 대학생의 진로 의사결정에 미치는 영향을 나타내는지 실증분석을 통해 대학생의 진로지도에 기초자료를 제공하고자 했다. 본 연구의 결과 대학생의 Big Five 성격 유형 중 친화적 유형, 성실성 유형, 개방성 유형은 합리적인 진로의사결정 유형을 결정하는 데 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 대학생의 진로 지도는 전문적인 지도가 이루어져야 하며, 과학기술의 발달로 다양한 직업이 생겨나 이에 대비한 각종 정보를 활용한 진로지도의 필요성이 제기된다. 대학에서는 대학생들이 미래에 대한 확신감을 가지고 진로에 관한 의사결정을 할 수 있도록 제도적 장치를 마련하고 전공과 관련한 취업지도 및 생활지도와 관련된 인생설계, 봉사활동, 인성지도 등의 체계적인 진로상담 프로그램의 구축이 요구된다. This study has the purpose to identify the effects of college students" five personality factors in personality theory on career path decision and the adjustment effects of self-efficacy on career path decision through positive analysis. In summary of the study results, first among the five factors of college students personality factors, agreeableness, conscientiousness and openness to experience were found to affect rational career path decision making. Based on such study results, institutional plan and proposals were made for reality-based college education and well-organized career path consultation to raise self-efficacy of college students so that the students may prepare for their future with challenging mind, advancing in the society with confidence, and decide career path in forward-looking attitude even in rugged environment of employment.

Serious disease due to Toxoplasma gondii occurs in congenitally infected children and in immunosuppressed patients, particularly in the case of HIV infection. Glycoproteins modulate the physicochemical properties, and are involved in biological and immunological activities. Although there are many reports about the immune responses after T. gondii infection, there are few reports to identify the glycoproteins from T. gondii. For this reason, we purified the glycoproteins from tachyzoites and cysts of T. gondi and then evaluated the antigenic characterizations of toxoplasmic glycoproteins. Tachyzoites of T. gonii were purified by Percoll-gradient centrifugation. Glucosamine was the major monosaccharides released from the tachyzoites of T. gondii by acid hydrolysis methods. In order to define the antigenicities of both strains, we did 2-dimensional electrophoresis(2-DE). Over 40 protein spots were reproducibly separated in tachyzoites of T. gondii by 2-DE in range of the pH 5-8. Glycoproteins were isolated from tachyzoites of T gondii by Con A-Sepharose 4B affinity chromatography. The major bands of glycoproteins were approximately 22 kDa, 30 kDa and 38 kDa in tachyzoites of T. gondii.
