During the hydrogen fueling process, hydrogen temperature inside the compressed tank were limited below 85℃ due to the allowable pressure of tank material. The chiller system to cool compressed hydrogen used R407C, greenhouse gas with a high global warming potential (GWP), as a refrigerant. To reduce greehouse gas emission, it should be replaced by refrigerant with a low GWP. This study proposes a chiller system for fueling hydrogen with R290, consisted in propane, by applying the C3 pre-cooled system use d in the LNG liquefaction process. The proposed system consisted of hydrogen compression and cooling sections and optimized the operating pressure through exergy analysis. It was also compared to the exergy efficiency with the existing system at the optimal operating pressure. The result showed that the optimal operating pressure is 700 kPa in 2-stage, 840 kPa/490 kPa in 3-stage, and the exergy efficiency increased by 17%.
중학생을 위한 의사결정나무 알고리즘 교육을 제공하는 메타버스 기반 게임 콘텐츠 개발

In 2021, AI basics were introduced in the high school curriculum. There are many worries that the problem of utilization-oriented education will be repeated with the introduction of artificial intelligence education rather than the principles that occurred when ICT was applied to education in the past. Most of the existing AI education platforms focus only on the use of AI. For artificial intelligence education of middle school students, there are difficulties in learning about the process by which artificial intelligence derives results and learning the principles of artificial intelligence algorithms. Recently, as the educational application of metaverse has become a hot topic, research has been started to improve learning achievement by arousing students' immersion and interest. This research developed educational game contents about decision tree algorithm using metaverse as educational contents that can be used in middle school AI education. By applying games to education, it was intended to increase students' interest and immersion in artificial intelligence, and to increase educational effectiveness. In this paper, the educational effectiveness, difficulty, and level of interest were analyzed for pre-service teachers regarding the developed game content. Based on this, a future principle-oriented artificial intelligence education method was suggested. 2021년에는 고등학교 교육과정에서 인공지능기초 과목이 도입되었다. 과거 교육에 ICT 접목 시 발생했던 원리 보다 활용 중심 교육의 문제가 인공지능 교육의 도입에도 되풀이될까 우려하는 의견이 다수 존재한다. 기존의 인공지능 교육 플랫폼은 대부분 인공지능의 활용에만 초점을 두고 있다. 중학생의 인공지능 교육을 위해 인공지능이 결과를 도출하는 과정에 관한 학습과 인공지능 알고리즘의 원리 학습에 어려움이 있다. 최근 메타버스의 교육적 적용이 화두가 되면서, 학생들의 몰입감과 흥미를 유발해 학습성취도 향상에 도움을 주려는 연구들이 시작되었다. 본 연구는 중학교 인공지능 교육에서 활용될 수 있는 교육 콘텐츠로 메타버스를 활용한 의사결정나무 알고리즘에 관한 교육 게임 콘텐츠를 개발하였다. 게임을 교육에 접목함으로써 학생들의 인공지능에 대해 흥미와 몰입감을 높이고 교육 효과를 높이고자 하였다. 본 연구에서는 개발한 게임 콘텐츠에 관하여 예비 교원들을 대상으로 교육 효과성, 난이도, 흥미 정도를 조사·분석하였고, 이를 바탕으로 향후 원리 중심의 인공지능 교육 방법에 관하여 제언하였다.

목적 본 연구에서는 1인가구의 우울에 관한 국내연구의 고찰을 통해 우울에 대한 연구개입의 동향을 파악하고 우울에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하고자 한다. 나아가 증가하는 1인가구 우울의 심각성을 인식하고, 후속 연구에 대한 필요성과 기초적 자료를 제공하고자 하였다. 방법 이를 위해 1999년부터 2021년 3월까지 연구된 학술지 및 학위논문 34편을 선정하여 연구 연도, 연구 유형, 연구대상, 변수의 역할, 연구방법, 척도사용, 연구요인을 분석하였다. 결과 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 먼저 일반적 특성의 연구동향에서는 연도별 발행 편수가 2018년에 급증하였고, 연구 설계는 34편 모두 양적 연구만 진행되었다. 둘째, 우울 측정에 사용된 척도는 CESD-11을 가장 많이 사용하였다. 셋째, 1인가구의 우울이 종속변인으로 활발히 사용되었음을 알 수 있었고, 요인별 경향성 분석결과 1인가구의 우울을 높이는 위험요인에 관한 연구가 많음을 알 수 있었다. 결론 1인가구의 우울을 이해하고 심리적⋅정신적 건강함을 추구하고자 하는 국내 연구자들의 관심이 증가하고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 그리고 다양한 시각의 학문적 접근과 우울과 연관된 변인을 활용한 후속 연구를 기대할 수 있다. Objectives his study, we want to understand the trend of research intervention in depression and analyze factors that affect depression by considering domestic research on depression in single-person households. Recognizing the increasing severity of depression in single-person households, the need for follow-up research and basic data were sought. Methods To this end, 34 academic journals and degree papers studied from 1999 to March 2021 were selected to analyze the year of the study, type of study, subject of study, role of variables, method of study, scale use, and research factors. Results The main results are as follows: First, in the research trends of general characteristics, the number of annual publications increased rapidly in 2018. All 34 research designs were quantitative. Second, CESD-11 was the most common measure of depression. Third, we could see that depression in single-person households was actively used as a subordinate. The trend analysis by factor found that there were many studies on risk factors that increased depression in single-person households. Conclusions It can be seen that Korean researchers are increasingly interested in understanding the depression of single-person households and pursuing psychological and mental health. And subsequent studies using various perspectives of academic approaches and variables associated with depression can be expected.
제주 파인애플 구아바 (Acca sellowiana) 추출물의 항산화 활성 및 피부 안전성

This study analyzed the antioxidant activity and skin primary irritation test by using hot-water extracts of Acca sellowiana leaves (WAL) and branches (WAB). Due to the recently warmed climate, Jeju Island produces subtropical plants, and the efficacy of one of them, A. sellowiana, has been confirmed. DPPH · ABTS · DMPD radical scavenging activity, ferrous-ion chelating activity, cupric reducing antioxidant capacity (CUPRAC), reducing power assay, ferric-reducing antioxidant power (FRAP) were teseted, and total phenol and phenol contents were analyzed. In addition, through skin primary irritation test, it was investigated whether it can be used as a cosmetic ingredient. As a result, in all antioxidant activity experiments, the activity of WAL and WAB increased in a concentration-dependent manner. In addition, the content of flavonoids was contained in the WAL more than WAB, and accordingly, the antioxidant activity of the WAL was better. In addition, WAL is hypoallergenic and WAB is a non-irritating ingredient, suggesting that it is possible as a natural material that can be used in cosmetics in the future.
수소 연료전지 추진 선박 적용을 위한 메탄올 수증기 개질 시스템 최적 운전점 연구

Hydrogen fuel cell propulsion ships are emerging to respond to the recently strengthened carbon emission regulations in the international shipping sector. Methanol can be stored in a liquid state at normal pressure and temperature, and has the advantage of lower reforming temperature compared to other fuels. In this study, the optimal operating point of the methanol steam reforming system was derived by changing the Steam Carbon Ratio (SCR) from 0.10 to 3.00. Results showed that In terms of methanol conversion rate and hydrogen yield, the larger the SCR is the better, but in terms of system efficiency, it is most advantageous to operate at SCR 0.70 in Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) mode and SCR 0.80 in Pd membrane mode. Through this study, it was found that the optimal SCR in the reformer and the entire system including the reformer may be different, which indicates that the optimum operating point may be different depending on the change of the system configuration.
