Traditional, the marine(ocean) bill of lading(B/L) was made a major evidence documents of goods transport, under the contract of carriage by oversea. But, historically it has been many problem because of the Unknown Clause of Bill of Lading(B/L) under container carriage by rapid development of modern transport contrivance. According to, the purpose of this study is to survey the practical and legal characteristics of the Unknown Clause of bill of lading as traditional marine transport document. Especially, The important thing in this study is that the author put the stress on research and analyzes of the various problems which come to the Unknown Clause, which has been troubled in container marine transport between parties, particularly carrier and shipper under traditional B/L
PCR-RFLP에 의한 제주 재래마 미토콘드리아 cytochrome b 유전자의 유전적 다형현상

We analyzed the mitochondria1 DNA (mtDNA) cytochrome b (CytB) gene in Jeju native horses using polymerase chain reaction (PCR) mediated restriction fragment length polymorphism (RFLP). To acquire the complete sequences for the mtDNA CytB, we designed two primers based on those of prevously reported mitochondrion genome of E. caballus. The amplified PCR products were digested with 7 restriction enzymes (BamH I , Hae Ⅲ, HindⅡ, Msp I , Rsa I , Pst I and Taq I. We found two polymorphic patterns digested by Msp I and Rsa I , respectively, and the frequencies showed different between two populations of Jeju native horses. The morphs of the CytB in Jeju native horses divided into three types. This result showed similar to the previous molecular reports, but the frequencies of variations and the polymorphic positions were different. These results showed that PCR-RFLP of the mtDNA CytB is useful for detecting polymorphism and verifying the lineage of Jeju native horses.
흡착제의 Surface Area와 Pore Volume의 계산방법에 관한 연구

The values of surface area and pore volume from porous absorbents using BET, C.I., Dubinin and B.J.H.methods are compared each other. Values of surface area and pore volume about porous absorbents are shown to be different according to 1) Variety of pore size and structure form and, 2) Containing rate of micropore and macropore in the absorbents. Therefore, we can gain the best method which minimize gap of values for surface area and pore size by selecting adjustable method according the pore structural form and size of absorbents. We can suggest to apply the method which minimize gap of values for surface area and pore size to a study of specific properties for absorbents.
