This paper proposes and analyzes a Tag Anti-collision algorithm in RFID system. We mathematically compare the performance of the proposed algorithm with existing binary algorithms(binary search algorithm, slotted binary tree algorithm using time slot, and bit-by-bit binary tree algorithm proposed by Auto-ID center). We also validated analytic results using OPNET simulation. Based on analytic result, comparing the proposed Improved bit-by-bit binary tree algerian with bit-by-bit binary tree algorithm which is the best of existing algorithms, the performance of Improved bit-by-bit binary tree algorithm is about $304\%$ higher when the number of tags is 20, and $839\%$ higher when the number of tags is 200. 본 논문은 RFID 시스템에서의 태그 Anti-collision 알고리즘을 제안하고 분석한다. 제안한 RFID 시스템에서의 Anti-collision 알고리즘과 기존의 이진 방식 알고리즘들(이진 탐색 알고리즘, time slot을 이용한 slotted 이진 트리 알고리즘, Auto-ID 센터에서 제안한 bit-by-bit 이진 트리 알고리즘)을 수학적으로 비교하고 분석하였다. 수학적 분석 결과는 OPNET 모의실험을 통하여 그 결과를 검증하였다. 분석 결과에 의하면 제안한 Improved bit-by-bit 이진 트리 알고리즘의 성능이 기존의 Anti-collision 알고리즘 중 가장 좋은 성능을 보이는 bit-by-bit 이진 트리 알고리즘과 비교할 때 리더의 전송요구에 응답한 태그의 개수가 20개일 경우에는 약 $304\%$정도의 성능향상이 있었으며 리더의 전송요구에 응답한 태그의 개수가 200개일 경우에는 $839\%$의 성능향상이 있었다.
J-T에 의한 3차원 반타원 계면균열선단 응력장의 기술

Many research works have validated the J-T approach to elastic-plastic crack-tip stress fields in a variety of plane strain specimens. To generalize the validity of J-T method, further investigations are however needed for more practical 3D structures than the idealized plane strain specimens. In this work, we perform 3D finite element (FE) modeling of welded plate and straight pipe, and accompanying elastic, elastic-plastic FE analyses. Manual 3D modeling is almost prohibitive, since the models contain semi-elliptical interfacial cracks which require singular elements. To overcome this kind of barrier, we develop a program generating the meshes for semi-elliptical interfacial cracks. We then compare the detailed 3D FE stress fields to those predicted with J-T two parameters. Thereby we extend the validity of J-T application to 3D structures and infer some useful informations for the design or assessment of pipe welds.

Objectives : If patients notice a symptom indicating inveterate dyspepsia but they don`t have any problem around gastroscope, they get diagnosed as a functional dyspepsia or an imaginary stomach disease, but to overcome the limitations of these diagnoses, we are analyzing them for the common feature and are looking for a new diagnostics for them. Methods : Based on our survey with 122 patients with inveterate dyspepsia, we analyzed the period of onset, eating habits, the main symptoms, and observations on the gastroscope. We also analyzed the function of the stomach and intestines by EAV examinations, and the outer walls of the stomach and intestines by subdividing the level of coagulation into six with abdominal palpation. Results : We figured out that people who appeals about inveterate dyspepsia have had long period of onset, and that they had bad eating habits, shoulder stiffness, neck stiffness, headache, dizziness, etc. These are all the similar symptoms beside dyspepsia, which indicates that it is a syndrome. From about 70%, they didn`t had particular problem in gastroscope, and as to be seen from the result of EAV examination, their stomachs and intestines had become functionless. Also, we were able to feel a stiffened tissue through abdominal palpation. Conclusion : Through this investigation, we found out that what the gastroscope can not find so that gets diagnosed as a functional dyspepsia or an imaginary stomach disease can be diagnosed as a syndrome called damjeok by overcoming the limitation utilizing the survey, EAV examinations, and abdominal palpation. We can find a mighty significance from the fact that it can be diagnosed as a syndrome.
상업계 특성화고등학교에 대한 정부의 취업정책과 환경이 만족도에 미치는 영향

공기업과 대기업, 금융기관을 중심으로 일정 비율을 고졸자로 취업시키는 정책이 2011년 하반기부터 실시되고 있다. 정부의 고졸취업 정책이 본격적으로 실시된 지 1년이 지난 시점에서 정책의 성과와 만족도를 분석해 보는 것은 국가의 인력양성 정책에 중요한 실마리를 제공할 것이다. 따라서 본 논문은 인력공급자인 고졸취업자의 만족도와 인력수요자인 기업의 만족도를 조사하여 고졸취업 정책의 실효성과 향후 발전방향을 모색하는데 목적이 있으며 전국 6개 지역의 상업계 특성화고등학교의 고졸취업자들과 이들 직장의 인사담당자들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 회수된 유효 설문지를 PASW ver18.0을 이용하여 분석한 결과 고졸취업자에게는 정부의 고졸취업정책과 취업준비환경이, 기업의 인사담당자들에게는 정부의 고졸취업 정책과 취업 교육과정이 만족도에 의미있는 영향력을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. Certain percentage of high school graduates with large corporations, financial institutions, public and employment policies that has been carried out from the second half of 2011. Looking analysis of satisfaction with the performance of the policy at the time of a one-year-old High School graduate employment policy of the government was conducted in earnest, will provide important clues to the policies of the country's manpower. Therefore, this paper aims to explore the effectiveness of the policy, high school employment and the future direction of development by examining the satisfaction of user satisfaction and workforce staffing provider of high school graduates employed companies of the six regions of the country and their characterization of the commercial world of high school High School graduate employment and conducted a survey of workplace human resources personnel. Valid questionnaire analyzed using PASW ver18.0, recovered the government of graduate employment policy and employment environment ready for high school employment, high school government employment policies and employment training courses for corporate HR personnel meaningful influence on satisfaction showed the effect.
