        Ralstonia pseudosolanacearum 생존에 관여하는 Sigma S 역할

        Ralstonia pseudosolanacearum은 토양과 물에서 오랫동안 생존하고, 가지과 작물에 심각한 풋마름병을 일으키는 식물병원세균이다. Simga S는 세균의 스트레스 환경에서 반응 또는 정지기 동안 유전자 발현을 조절하는 RNA 중합효소 복합체의 일부인 단백질이다. 본 연구는 스트레스 조건에서 R.pseudosolanacearum의 sigma S의 역할을 조사하기 위해서, R.pseudosolanacearum의 GMI1000 균주의 sigma S를 암호화하는 rpoS 유전자 변이체를 준비하여 야생형 균주와 세균의 특징을 비교하였다. 아울러 rpoS 유전자 역할은 원래 유전자를 변이체에 도입하여 rpoS 유전자 표현형 회복을 확인하였다. 야생형 균주와 rpoS 결여 변이체는 생장 속도, 외피다당류 생산, 식물체에서 병원성, 식물 세포벽 분해 효소 활성에서 차이를 보이지 않았다. 그러나 야생형 균주는 영양분결핍 조건에서 변이체보다 더 민감하게 반응하였고 과산화수소가 첨가된 조건에서 변이체보다 덜 민감하게 반응하였다. 흥미롭게도 영양분결핍 조건에서 rpoS 결여 변이체에서는 장기간 생균수를 유지하지만, 같은 조건에서 야생형 균주 생균수는 빠르게 감소하였다. 그리고 두 균주 배양액 pH를 측정한 결과, 야생형 균주와 변이체 간에 상당한 차이가 나타났다. 야생형 균주는 생장하면서 빠르게 배지의 pH가 감소하여 산성화되었다. 그러므로 야생형 균주의 빠른 사멸은 배지가 산성화되면서 정지기 상태 세균의 산성 pH에 대한 민감도 때문일 것이다. Biolog 분석으로 rpoS 변이체는 acetic acid, D-alanine, D-trehalose, L-histidine을 이용하지 못함을 확인하였다. 본 연구 결과는 R. pseudosolanacearum 세균의 sigma S가 영양분결핍 조건에서 정지기 동안 유기산 생산 또는 이용을 조절하며 정지기 세포사멸도 조절하는 것을 보여준다. Ralstonia pseudosolanacearum, a plant pathogenic bacterium that can survive for a long time in soil and water, causes lethal wilt in the Solanaceae family. Sigma S is a part of the RNA polymerase complex, which regulates gene expression during bacterial stress response or stationary phase. In this study, we investigated the role of sigma S in R. pseudosolanacearum under stress conditions using a rpoS-defective mutant strain of R. pseudosolanacearum and its wild-type strain. The phenotypes of rpoS-defective mutant were complemented by introducing the original rpoS gene. There were no differences observed in bacterial growth rate and exopolysaccharide production between the wild-type strain and the rpoS mutant. However, the wild-type strain responded more sensitively to nutrient deficiency compared to the mutant strain. Under the nutrient deficiency, the rpoS mutant maintained a high bacterial viability for a longer period, while the viability of the wild-type strain declined rapidly. Furthermore, a significant difference in pH was observed between the culture supernatant of the wild-type strain and the mutant strain. The pH of the culture supernatant for the wild-type strain decreased rapidly during bacterial growth, leading to medium acidification. The rapid decline in the wild-type strain's viability may be associated with medium acidification and bacterial sensitivity to acidity during transition to the stationary phase. Interestingly, the rpoS mutant strain cannot utilize acetic acid, D-alanine, D-trehalose, and L-histidine. These results suggest that sigma S of R. pseudosolanacearum regulates the production or utilization of organic acids and controls cell death during stationary phase under nutrient deficiency.

        Platform carriers that were welcomed due to their open policy are now having Vertical-Systematization. As the Vertical-Systematization to strengthen platforms quality intensifies, the qualities of OS, network and manufacturing abilities may be weakened. As the environment changes, consumers move from attractive platform to attractive contents and the killer contents will become the key success factor. Hence, the platform carriers will aim to acquire killer contents to attract more users causing excessive competition for Killer Contents Sourcing. The following paper examines the problems that will stem from fierce competition among platforms, problems regarding the Contents Sourcing and solution for the content-providers.

        발달지체 영유아에 대한 CBCL 1.5-5 유아행동평가척도-부모용의 요인분석

        This study was conducted with the view to verifying the valuable sub-factor structure of CBCL 1.5-5 for those infants who suffer from developmental delay. The subjects comprised 245 infants(male: 184, female: 61) with developmental delay the in department of Child Psychiatry and Rehabilitation of one general hospital in Seoul. The infants were assessed by means of the K-BSID-Ⅱ and their parents assessed their infants with the K-CARS and Child Behavior Checklist 1.5-5. Those infants who were diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder were excluded by the K-CARS. A confirmatory factor analysis of 2 factor models showed that it was not acceptable for infants with developmental delay. Moreover, exploratory factor analysis showed that 8 sub-factors were extracted. These sub-factors were Impulsiveness, Pervasive Developmental Disorder, Anxiousness, Sleep Problems, Somatic Complaints, Aggressive Behavior, Withdrawn, and Emotionally Reactiveness. These explained 42.66% of the total variances. This study provided a sub-factor structure of CBCL 1.5-5 for infants with developmental delay and the implications of using the CBCL 1.5-5 in infants with developmental delay as a clinical tool.

        초기 현대무용의 이해에 관한 WBI 설계 및 구현

        This study is supposed to show it is useful to use computer in dance, on assumption that it has been proved in other education areas, as it is a learning tool to overcome such problems in dance training, and to design and implement 「understanding early modern dance」lesson as an example. In this article, I had designed WBI program with the theme 「understanding early modern dance」 among dance lessons based on said requirements, and used FrontPage in MicroSoft, PhotoShop, RealPlayer, Hangeul98, notepad, and lots of sources for homepages on Web for implementation. Programs made in this study has been designed based on WBI used for training on Web, and made them registered into Internet homepages. Moreover, it is designed to provide more interesting learning environment and more efficient learning information to learners to use multimedia such as documents, moving pictures and sounds according to natures of learning contents, and we use moving pictures to present dynamics of dance escaping from plane materials in existing book texts. Moving pictures are designed to support interactivity that can provide direct feedback to give and take an answer with an operator, so as not to be one-sided presentation of materials. Furthermore, it is designed as effective way to provide materials, which prevents learners confused in learning a content and we can use materials systematically with multi level, systematic provision of materials, which all provision are not to be limited in single level, as in hyper text concept. According to this study, using computer in dance training has a lot of advantages to implement special characters in dance training, but it needs expenditure as much prior to training, because of heavy facilities that should be prepared basically in lessons and texts using computer. In addition, though optical communication cables are distributed broadly at present in Korea, considering that there are still a lot of households to use telephone line, it is difficult to learn dance materials containing a lot of pictures and moving pictures for low transmission rate or bad resolution. However, if distribution rate of optical communication cables is increased and technologies are developed higher, it is thought to be available to use educationally over the level in our judgement at present.

        대중문화 공연장에서 떼창의 유형과 그 의미

        When many people congregate as the 2002 World Cup and candlelight rally in 2008, special group meetness phenomenon happens. This group meetness phenomenon with fun regardless of the importance of an issue can be found in popular culture. There is ttechang. If an issue of event was finished, Group meetness phenomenon in the World Cup and candlelight rally died, but ttechang happens continuously. Especially, when famous foreign popular musicians have a performance in Korea or mention ttechang, ttechang arouses high interest. In spite of this interest, there is no actual study on ttechang unlike other fandom phenomena. As a study on response and attitude of receivers who accept popular music, this study considers how receivers enjoy and respond to contents in concert hall where addressor deliver contents directly, so is to draw sociocultural undertone of it. Therefore, the study stereotyped response modality of receivers, that is, ttechang, and examined meaning of this response modality. Considering various cases, types of ttechang could be divided into basic(singing, rejoinder, remodeling) and expansion(motion, picket, event) types. Through types of ttechang, the researcher confirmed that ttechang possesses not only characteristics of fandom such as distinction and differentiation, and production and participation, but also characteristics of communal play culture made by active, voluntary, and certain rules.

        국내 유통중인 어패류 섭취에 따른 유기주석화합물의 인체 위해성 평가

        Tributyltin compounds have been increasingly used in the form of plastic stabilizers, catalytic agents, industrial agricultural biocides, antifouling paint, and pesticides. Among these organotin compounds, large amounts of tributyltin(TBT) and triphenyltin(TPT) have been used as antifouling agents because they have a superior ability to prevent marine organism from being encrusted on ship bottoms and in culturing nets. Environmental pollution by these organotin compounds in the aquatic environment were undertaken. The international maritime Organization's established a provisional tolerable daily intake(TDI) of 1.6[micro]g TBTO/kg/ B.W. The Food and Agiculture Organization (of the United Nations)/world Health Organization's (FAO/WHO) proposed a TDI of 0.5ug TPT/kg BW/d. This study is conducted monitoring of TBT on seafoods in Korea and risk assessment for exposure on TBT in seafoods. Total hazard index(using Reference Dose : 0.3 ug TBTO/kg B.W/day) of intake exposure on seafoods is 0.04 as the 50th percentile, 0.08 as the 95th percentile. This value is estimated by Monte-Carlo simulation using Crystal Ball(Decisioneering Co., 2001).
