        진화적 적응 웨이브릿 변환에 의한 레이다 표적의 산란 해석

        In this paper, the evolutionary adaptive wavelet transform(EAWT) is applied to the scattering analysis of radar target. EAWT algorithm uses evolutionary programming for the time-frequency parameter extraction instead of FFT and the bisection search method used in the conventional adaptive wavelet transform(AWT). Therefore, the EAWT has a better performance than the conventional AWT. In the simulation using wire target(Airbus-like), the comparisons with the conventional AWT are presented to show the superiority of the EAWT algorithm in the analysis of scattering phenomenology. The EAWT can be effectively applied to the radar target recognition.

        순차적 신호성분 제거에 의한 도래각 예측 알고리즘 연구

        In this paper, a novel direction of arrival (DOA) estimation scheme which can be applied to RTLS system is proposed. The proposed algorithm, called the signal parameter extraction via component cancellation (SPECC), is an evolutionary optimization-based method and extracts the amplitudes of signal sources and DOA impinging on a sensor array in a step-by-step procedure, different from other algorithms such as MUSIC, root-MUSIC, ESPRIT, etc., which extract those parameters on the basis of subspace method. Our algorithm has robustness to noise and high resolution in DOA estimation. In the simulation, comparisons with MUSIC, which has been known as one of the best algorithms, are presented to illustrate the superiority of the proposed SPECC algorithm. Especially, our algorithm shows a good performance in the situation of very less of time samples because of the short measurement time.

        21세기 문화목회에 대한 비전: "전통목회"에서 "문화목회"에로의 전환이 가져오는 의의와 문제 및 현대문화와 전통문화에 대한 문화목회적 대안에 대한 고찰

        This essay offers a theologico-practical alternative how to save Korean churches from the critical realities, in which they suffer from the identity crisis under the indiscriminate attack of the anti-Christian movement. A major premise for the argument should be that the existing pastoral paradigm, namely the traditional ministry cannot handle the spirit of the new times. The author analyses characteristics of the traditional ministry system. They are local, institutional, pastor-centered, focused on the s o u l-winning, motivated by pastoral expansionism, denominational, and doctrinal. These characteristic factors of the traditional ministry consequentially brought about the self-centered exclusive Christianity, so that it is endangered to lose the leadership and respect of the most non-Christians. They criticize that the present Christianity became materialistic and selfish, and that it concerns no more about the interaction with the society. It is argued that the main cause comes from the spiritual, ethical, and cultural limit of the traditional ministry paradigm in the face of the new times. The author discusses two kinds of new ministry paradigm: the ministry of cultures and the cultural ministry. The ministry of cultures carries on the traditional type of church ministry. It brings the public cultural trends into the traditional system. In this case church takes a role not only of the religious institution but also of a cultural center of her community. Cultures become concrete media for the interaction between the church and the world. This paradigm makes church more active in the age of the culture change than the traditional one, and the existing church members does not resist new attempt to bring public cultures into the church, for the new paradigm hold fast the traditional doctrine and institution. In spite of these merits, however, individual centeredness of the local churches can not be escaped by the ministry of cultures. On the other hand the cultural ministry has different theological aspect from the ministry of cultures. It does not deal with cultures as media but as message. Those cultures engaged in the cultural ministry such as religio-philosophical teachings, origin of the national holidays, ancestor worship, and so on mostly have historical values and influential power for the people. The cultural ministry finds good spirits accorded with the Biblical spirit from the traditional cultures on the one hand and it criticizes their distorted forms and makes alternative for the new cultural trends for the sake of the interaction between good spirits of the traditional cultures and the Biblical spirit. Finally, the author tries to show the possibility of the cultural ministry as he finds common spirits between Korean traditional ancestor worship and the Lord`s Supper. From this point he makes a new creative theology of the memorial service in which Christians experience spiritual fellowship between the dead and the living.

        유대교와 그리스도교의 만남 -할라카와 아가다의 관점에서

        One of the Christian theological focuses has been given on the religious dialogue with Asian religions likewise Buddhism, Confucianism, Taoism and Shamanism up to date. It was a natural consequences when Korean churches tried to make responsible encounter with neighbor religions. In recent times Korean churches are not simply regarded as reviving Christian communities, but leading group for global mission field. In this situation we face not only Asian religions but also Judaism, Islam, Hinduism, and so on. This essay is concerned about Judaism in two senses: one is for knowing Judaism itself and the other for finding common ground of the dialogue between Judaism and Christianity. Our primary concern is to make sense the hermeneutical main tradition of Judaism, namely, Halachah and Aggadah. We try to understand them according to the interpretations of Rabbinic Jewish scholars, Hayyim Nahman Bialik, Samuel Umen, and Joseph Heinemann. Nahman as a poet describes them picturesquely. For him Halachah is dark, narrow, heavy, stable, strong, and direct; conversely, Aggadah is bright, open, light, movable, smooth, and flexible. Judaism became lively when they came together harmoniously. Samuel Umen shows that Aggadah has been related with Jewish sufferings in their history. When they were afflicted, Aggadah inspired them to understand the sufferings. Heinemann explains that Halachah is like bread of Judaism, and Aggadah is like wine. Bread gives power and wine makes singing. When Halachah is more intellectual, Aggadah is more spiritual in Jewish hermeneutics. Finally, this essay deals with three Jewish-Christian encounters in dialogue: Mosaic Halachah and Jesus Aggadah, Issac Akedah and Jesus Akedah, and Halachic aspects of "Love one another" in Judaism and Christianity. Love is not only the essential subject of Halachic and Aggadic interpretation of Judaism but also of Christianity. When Korean churches understand Jewish Halachic and Aggadic tradition of interpretation, our Christian identity could be newly rediscovered and productive dialogue with Jewish people will be created.

        지황 (地黃) 재식밀도가 (栽植密度) 생육 및 수량에 미치는 영향

        This experiment was carried out to investigate the effect of planting density on the growth and yield of Rehmannia glutinosa. A local variety was planted on the 100㎝ row, with different planting density of 20, 30 and 40 plants per ㎡. Nitrogen, phosporus and potassium fertilizers were applied as 12, 12, and 16 ㎏/10a, respectively with compost of 1,000㎏/10a. Plant height became shorter with increase in the planting density from 20 to 40 plants /㎡. But emergence date, leaf length and width were not significantly changed with planting density. As the planting density was increased, tuber diameter got slender and tuber number was decreased, but tuber length was not affected. The tuber yield was 793㎏/10a at the planting density of 20 plants/㎡and it increased 40% at 30 plants/㎡and 45% at 40 plants/㎡. Regarding on the farmer`s income, optimum planting density was estimated 30 plants/㎡.

        웨슬리신학의 전통에서 본 한국의 감리교신학과 성결교신학

        This paper presents the commonality and uniqueness of theological main ideas of the Korean Methodist Church(KMC) and Korea Evangelical Holiness Church(KEHC). Additionally, it demonstrates that the theologies of KMC and KEHC could form consensus with each other within the tradition of Wesleyan theology. It also asserts that if the two theological traditions could be successful in creating a harmony with one another in the dissimilar theological points, a great theological accomplishment will be achieved for the ecumenical unity. In this essay, the Social Sanctification theology and the Indigenous theology among KMC theologies are representatively chosen for the dialogue with KEHC theology. Here, the Spirit Baptism (or Holiness) theology and the Fourfold Gospel theology are theologically important. Social Sanctification theology is coupled with Spirit Baptism theology, while Indigenous theology is coupled with the Fourfold Gospel theology. The couples presumably look like conflicting claims. However, we argue that each pair could be understood complementarily. Our conclusion is deduced from the theological method of Wesleyan creative synthesis. Like John Wesley, we maintain the evangelic balance between tradition of the church and reality of life, absolute grace of God and responsibility of human beings, social sanctification and personal holiness, and reasonable rationality and pious experience. Theologies of KMC and KEHC have their own historical backgrounds and theological confessions. We try to find not only their uniqueness but also their complementary points, which have been neglected from further studies.

        ‘은총’과 ‘경험’의 상관관계 연구 ―성결-오순절 교의학 방법론을 위한 시론(試論)적 고찰

        본 논문은 성결-오순절 전통의 신앙고백과 신앙경험을 담아내는 교의학을 위한 방법론적 고찰의 한 시론이다. 특별히 성결-오순절 신앙경험은 전통적인 개신교나 가톨릭의 교의학적 규범에서 볼 때 그 틀을 벗어나는 경우가 많음으로 인하여 이단시비나 소모적인 신학논쟁이 계속되고 있는 현실이다. 특별히 개신교의 개혁주의 전통과 성결-오순절 전통 간에는 관점의 차가 크다. 그 가운데 핵심 되는 신학적 이슈는 “경험”의 문제다. 왜냐하면 개혁주의 교의학 전통에서 경험은 소극적이 거나 아니면 부정적인 반면, 성결-오순절 전통에서는 경험의 위치를 매우 적극적으로 보기 때문이다. 이와 같은 관점의 차이는 교의학 방법론에서 은총의 문제를 보는 차이에서 비롯된다. 그러므로 성결-오순절교의학이 신앙경험을 정당하게 방법론적으로 세우려고 한다면 은총론안에서 경험의 위치를 신학적으로 규정할 수 있어야 한다. 이를 위해서 본 논문은 종교개혁자들이나 가톨릭이 은총론에서 빚지고 있는 아우구스티누스의 은총론을 보다 통전적으로 해석해 내어 신앙경험을 은총론안에서 정립할 수 있는 가능성을 고찰하고자 한다. This paper is aiming at seeking to construct the dogmatic methodology of holiness-pentecostalism, emphasizing the Christian doctrine of grace. Specifically, author attempts epistemologically to use the theology of spirituality as an introduction to the dogmatic methodology of the holinesspentecostal theology. Compared to the failure of the mixture between reason and feeling in 18-19th century’s theology, this paper suggests a new dogmatic holiness-pentecostal methodology in which the main focus is not on theology but on spirituality, the integration of the faith and practice is accomplished, and the antinomy between reason and feeling in the 18-19th century’s theological dilemma is overcome. Moreover, author recommends holiness-pentecostal theologians to carry out this dogmatical tasks for building a new methodology of the holiness-pentecostal theology from the perspective of the Christian doctrine of grace. It’s because the doctrine of sanctification in the holiness-pentecostal tradition, deeply rooted in Arminian-Wesleyan heritage, has been misunderstood as Synergism or Pelagianism in soteriology by the Reformed Church. In order for theological response to this prejudice and misunderstanding of the Reformed Church, author employs both the theology of spirituality and the doctrine of grace in constructing the dogmatic methodology of the holiness-pentecostal thought. Based on these theological angles, author vividly seeks to evade the theological attacks from the Reformed Church and furthermore to correct the misunderstanding of the Reformed Church. Finally, this paper successfully proposes the theological methodology of holiness-pentecostal tradition, well representing the characteristics of the evangelical cooperation between God and human beings, experience-oriented discourse, spiritualityfocused structure, and all-comprehensive entity.
