        대학생의 감각 처리 유형과 스트레스 반응과의 상관관계

        본 연구는 대학생의 감각 처리 유형과 스트레스 반응과의 관련성을 분석하였다. 경기도 및 충청도 지역의 대학생 99명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 설문조사 내용은 청소년/성인 감각 프로파일과 스트레스 반응 척도로 구성하였다. 자료는 SPSS 21.0을 사용하여 기술통계와 Pearson 상관분석을 하였다. 연구 결과 감각 처리 유형 중 저-등록과 감각 민감은 스트레스 반응의 공격성을 제외하고 모두 상관관계가 나타났으며, 감각 회피는 스트레스 반응의 모든 영역에서 상관관계가 나타났다. 감각 회피 유형은 스트레스 반응의 모든 영역과 관련이 없었다. 본 연구의 결과를 바탕으로 감각 처리 유형과 스트레스의 관련성을 고려하여 대학생의 스트레스 대처를 위한 자기조절 전략 개발에 다른 치료와 융합을 할 수 있을 것이라 사료된다. This study analyzed the correlation between sensory processing types and stress responses in university students. A survey was conducted on 99 university students in Gyeonggi-do and Chungcheong-do. The survey contents consisted of Adolescent/Adult Sensory Profile and Stress Response Inventory. Data were analyzed using SPSS version 21.0 for descriptive statistics and Pearson correlation. As a result of the study, low-registration and sensory sensitivity were all correlated except for aggression of stress response, and sensory avoiding was all correlated of stress response. Sensory seeking was net related to any domain of stress response. Based on the results of this study, taking into account the correlation between sensory processing types and stress responses, it is recommended for convergence with other treatments to develop self-regulation strategies for coping with stress in university students.

        면세점 이용객들의 목표지향적 행동에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study is to explore structural relationship between cognitive factors and emotional factors in predicting behavioral intention of duty-free users. This study conducted questionnaire survey on 246 users of duty-free shops and analyzed it by using structural equation. As the result of the study, attitude was significantly associated with both desire and behavioral intention. Subjective norm had a significant impact on desire, but had no significant imfact on behavioral intention. Whereas perceived behavioral control did not have a significant influence on desire and intention. Desire, which plays mediating role as a major variable in goal-directed behavioral model, turned out to not only have significant impact on behavioral intention but has the strongest effect as well. This study has its academic meaning in that it explored factors which have effect on decision-making process of duty-free users focusing on goal-oriented behavioral model, which is one of integrated psychological models. In practical terms, this study can be used as a basic material for corporations to establish goals in domestic duty-free shops.

        외상후 스트레스장애 치료에 대한 중의학 임상연구 동향

        Objectives: This study was performed to review the research trends in the treatment of posttraumatic stress disorder in traditional Chinese medicine. Methods: We searched articles in the China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI) using keywords, “Posttraumatic stress disorder”, and “PTSD” in Traditional Chinese Medicine, Traditional Chinese Medicinal Herbs and Combination of Traditional Chinese Medicine and the Western Medicine field. We selected 16 studies after excluding non-clinical or unrelated studies. Results: Four pre-post comparison studies and 12 controlled clinical trials were performed in patients with PTSD in China. Herbal medicine, acupuncture, and moxibustion therapy were used for the treatment of PTSD. Most of the studies showed positive results, and they reported that the treatment groups had fewer side effects than the control group. However, the quality of these clinical studies was low.       • 병원 영상의학과 응급검사실의 검사가운 개선을 위한 연구

        목 적 : 병원 영상의학과 응급검사실의 검사가운 현황 및 문제점을 파악하여 개선안을 마련하는데 도움을 주고자 하였다. 대상 및 방법 : 2016년 9월 1일부터 31일까지 일부병원 응급의료센터에 내원하여 영상의학과 응급검사실을 이용한 검사건수를 표본조사하고 성별, 연령대별, 탈의가 필요했던 검사 등으로 구분하여 분석하였다. 서울과 경기지역 대학병원급 20개 병원을 선정하여 검사용 가운 여부와 현황을 조사하였으며, 일부 병원 방사선사 48명을 대상으로 이와 관련된 인식을 설문조사를 하였다. 결 과 : 연구 기간의 총 검사 건수는 2953건 이었으며, 이 가운데 탈의가 필요한 검사건수는 남자가 1143명(38.7%), 여자는 1217명(41.2%) 이었다. 응급실에 검사용 가운이 준비되어 있지 않은 경우는 9개 병원(45%) 이었으며, 6개 병원(30%)에서 방사선사가 주사선을 처리하고 있었다. 가운이 없는 병원 가운데 5개 병원(55%)에서 방사선사가 주사선을 처리하고 있었다(p<0.005). 방사선사의 주사선 연결뚜껑 교체는 47명(97.9%)이 잘못된 것으로 인식하고 있었으며, 21명(43.8%)이 불법의료행위라고 하였다. 남자 방사선사 34명(87.2%)은 여성의 탈의에 도움을 준 경험이 있고, 38명(97.4%)은 성추행 관련 오해를 의식하며 근무한다고 하였다. 결 론 : 응급검사실 이송 전 검사가운의 착용으로 감염 등 안전사고 예방이 가능하며 응급 환자의 검사 대기시간 감소 및 기타 서비스의 제공에도 도움을 줄 수 있는 것으로 생각된다. Purpose : To identify the status and problem of examination gowns at the emergency laboratory under the Dept. of Radiology and help put forward a reform plan. SUBJECT and METHOD : The test cases from the patients who visited the emergency medical center of some hospitals and used the emergency laboratory under the Dept. of Radiology, from September 1 to 31, 2016, were sampled and then analyzed according to gender, age, and whether to undress. A total of 20 university hospital-scale hospitals were selected across Seoul and Gyeonggi Province to identify whether to have examination gowns and the present status of their use. In addition, a survey of the awareness about examination gowns was conducted on 48 Radiological technologist working at some hospitals. Result : A total of 2,953 test cases were used over the period of this study. The number of tests in need of undressing was 1,143 (38.7%) in males and 1,217 (41.2%) in females. There were 9 hospitals (45%) which did not have examination gowns in the emergency room, and 6 hospitals (30%) where Radiological technologist were in charge of handling scanning lines. Among the hospitals without gowns, to be specific, there were 5 hospitals hospitals (55%) where Radiological technologist were in charge of handling scanning lines (p<0.005). When it comes to the awareness about Radiological technologist replacing the lock injection cap, 47 radiologists (97.9%) answered that it was wrong, and 21 Radiological technologist (43.8%) answered that it was an illegal medical treatment. Meanwhile, 34 male Radiological technologist (87.2%) said that they had experience of helping female patients undress, and 38 male Radiological technologist (97.4%) said that they were always mindful of misunderstandings related to sexual harassment when they worked. CONCLUSION : It is evaluated that wearing an examination gown before moving to the emergency laboratory can prevent any safety accident such as infection, and help to reduce the waiting time of emergency patients and provide other services.

        Recently, starting with the permanent suspension of Gori 1 in Korea, the importance of the disposal of concrete structures in nuclear power plants has emerged, and environmental and safety are required to be proved accordingly. Safe radioactive waste disposal technology that immobilizes harmful radioactive elements, which are by-products of nuclear power, inside a solid matrix and recycling measures are needed to secure an efficient waste disposal space. This study was conducted to confirm whether recycled cement generated in the process of radioactive concrete treatment can be used as a solidifying material for radioactive waste treatment. In order to simulate the concrete exposed to radiation, aqueous solutions of Di-water, CsCl 1M, and CoCl<sub>2</sub> 1M were used as blending water at W/B 0.5. Tricalcium phosphate and Prussian blue were substituted with 5 wt.% based on the weight of recycled cement as a binder to improve solidification performance, and their hydration characteristic was analyzed.

        수직배향 액정디스플레이의 시야각 향상을 위한 광대역 보상필름 개발

        수직배향 액정디스플레이의 시야각 향상을 위한 광대역 보상필름을 개발하였다. 상용화된 수직배향 액정디스플레이는 측면 시야각을 보상하는 위상차 필름을 필요로 한다. 일반적으로 triacetylcellulose(TAC)에 광학첨가제를 첨가한 후 제막연신을 통하여 수직배향 액정디스플레이용 위상차 필름을 제작하는데, 첨가되는 광학첨가제의 화학구조에 따라 필름의 위상차와 파장분산 특성이 달라진다. 본 연구에서는 첨가제에 따른 분극률 이방성을 양자역학적으로 계산하고, 선택된 중심 이성질체에 사이드 그룹을 치환시켜 파장별 분극률 이방성을 또한 계산하였다. 특히, 치환기가 methoxy와 propionate인 경우에 치환위치와 숫자에 따른 파장별 분극률 이방성을 비교하였다. 2개의 propionate 그룹이 meta 위치에 있을 경우가 파장분산 특성이 가장 완만한 것을 양자역학적 계산을 통하여 예측하였으며 이를 실험을 통해 증명하였다. 파장분산 특성이 완만하다는 것은 LCD 시야각 특성이 광원의 파장에 따라 덜 변한다는 의미이며, 현재 수준보다 우수한 화질을 구현할 수 있다. To expand the viewing angle of vertical alignment liquid crystal display(VA-LCD), a wide-band compensation film has been newly developed. VA-LCD needs a retardation film with improved oblique viewing property. The retardation film for VA-LCD has been fabricated by solvent casting and subsequent drawing triacetylcellulose (TAC) containing optical additives. Here, optical birefringence and wavelength dispersion of the retardation film strongly depend on the chemical structures of optical additives. Utilizing quantum mechanical computation, the polarizing anisotropy of retardation film was calculated with respect to additives. It is also realized that the wavelength dispersion of polarizing anisotropy depends on the type and location of substituent to the selected main isomer. When two propionates are substituted to the meta position of the selected main isomer, the wavelength dispersion of polarizing anisotropy shows the most gentle slop, which is well matched with the experimental results. The most gentle slop of wavelength dispersion means that the viewing angle characteristics of LCD are less influenced according to the wavelength of light source of LCD, and it`s possible to make better image quality than the present level.

        망막분지정맥폐쇄에 동반된 황반부종에서 베바시주맙치료 결과

        목적: 망막분지정맥폐쇄에 동반된 황반부종에서 유리체내 베바시주맙주입술 방법에 따른 치료 결과를 알아보고자 한다. 대상과 방법: 망막분지정맥폐쇄에서 첫 치료로 유리체내 베바시주맙을 주입한 62명 62안에 관하여 후향적으로 분석하였다. 초기 한 달 간격으로 3회 로딩 치료에 성공한 21안과 그렇지 않은 그룹 41안을 대상으로 주사 전과 주사 후 시기별 최대교정시력 및 빛간섭단층촬영의 소견 변화와 예후 관련인자를 분석하였다. 결과: 최대교정시력은 초기 3회 주입군에서 3회 로딩으로 치료하지 않은 군보다 3개월, 6개월, 12개월째 더 큰 호전을 보였다(p=0.025, p=0.019, p=0.008). 중심황반두께는 6개월째 초기 3회 주입군에서 3회 로딩으로 치료하지 않은 군보다 더 큰 호전을 보였다(p=0.034). 다변량 회귀분석 결과 증상 발현 기간, 3회 로딩, 최대교정시력, 망막내층손상, 맥락막두께가 시력호전 정도와 관련된 예측인자였으며(p=0.044, p=0.047, p=0.004, p=0.045, p=0.034), 연령, 3회 로딩, 최대교정시력, 망막내층손상이 최종 시력과 관련된 예측인자로 나타났다(p=0.045, p=0.046, p=0.002, p=0.034). 증상 발현 기간, 중심황반두께, 맥락막두께가 중심황반두께 호전에 관련된 예측인자로 나타났다(p=0.042, p=0.009, p=0.015). 결론: 망막분지정맥폐쇄의 황반부종에서 유리체내 베바시주맙 초기 3회 주입은 3회 로딩으로 치료하지 않은 방법에 비하여 단기적인 기능적 및 해부학적 호전과 장기적인 기능적 호전에 치료 우위적 효과를 보였다. Purpose: To evaluate the results of treatment according to the method of intravitreal injection of bevacizumab for macular edema due to branch retinal vein occlusion (BRVO). Methods: The clinical records of macular edema patients were analyzed retrospectively for a total of 62 eyes of 62 patients who were injected with bevacizumab into the vitreous as the first treatment for BRVO. Best-corrected visual acuity (BCVA), the findings of spectral-domain optical coherence tomography before and after injection, and prognosis-related factors were evaluated for 21 eyes that received the initial three monthly loading treatments and the 41 eyes that did not. Results: Significant improvement in BCVA was observed in the group having received the initial three injections compared with the group who did not receive the injections at 3, 6, and 12 months (p = 0.025, p = 0.019, and p = 0.008, respectively). The central macular thickness (CMT) showed greater improvement in the initial three injections group than the group without at 6 months (p = 0.034). Multivariate regression showed that the duration from the onset, the three loadings, BCVA, disorganization of the retinal inner layer (DRIL), and choroidal thickness were predictors related to visual gain (p = 0.044, p = 0.047, p = 0.004, p = 0.045, and p = 0.034, respectively). Age, three loadings, BCVA, and DRIL were predictors related to final visual acuity (p = 0.045, p = 0.046, p = 0.002, and p = 0.034, respectively). Duration from the onset, CMT, and choroidal thickness were predictors related to CMT improvement (p = 0.042, p = 0.009, and p = 0.015, respectively). Conclusions: In macular edema of BRVO, the initial three monthly intravitreal injections of bevacizumab provided superior treatment outcomes regarding short-term functional and anatomical improvements and long-term functional improvement, compared with methods that did not treat with the initial three monthly injections.

      • 서울의 대기 중 이산화질소(NO2) 저감 둔화 원인 분석 및 대응방안

        NO2 concentration in Seoul has not been improved in spite of implementing various NOx emission control policies. In this study, the reasons for the slow reduction of NO2 concentration were investigated through comparing control measures of developed cities, both successfully managing NO2 and poorly managing NO2, with Seoul`s. Also, NO2 characteristics in Seoul was analyzed in prospective of primary NO2 emission issue, which has been actively discussed in Europe, The most effective policy for NO2 control in California and Tokyo, where NO2 has been improved consistently, was to introduce much stricter NOx emission standards for diesel vehicles than in London and Seoul. Introducing strict emission standards results in a low penetration rate of diesel vehicles known as larger NOx emitters than gasoline vehicles, which prevents fundamentally NOx emissions, In addition, Tokyo controlled both NOx and PM by implementing ``Vehicle NOx PM law`` in 2001, and a policy discouraging polluted diesel vehicles from being driven in Tokyo and surrounding area in 2003. Increasing proportion of primary NO2 emission, originating from modern diesel-technology vehicles with DPF and DOC for the purpose of reducing PM emissions, has been observed and considered an importance reason for the slower reduction of NO2 concentration in urban cities of Europe with high penetration rates of diesel vehicles. The result of primary NO2 emission analysis from 2000 to 2010 for Seoul shows that the proportion of primary NO2 in the vehicular NOx emission is in a range of 11~32% for monthly averages and 15~21% for yearly averages. This proportion of primary NO2 emission is high enough to be related to the slower reduction of NO2 concentration in Seoul as for many cities in Europe. Therefore, we conclude that one important reason for the slower reduction of NO2 concentration in Seoul is the increasing penetration of diesel vehicles with the primary NO2 emission issue due to the relaxed NOx emission standards for diesel vehicles. In order to control NO2 concentration in Seoul, it is necessary to decrease the primary NO2 emissions as well as total NOx emissions. Considering diesel vehicles major emission sources of both NOx and PM, policies reducing all of PM, NOx, and primary NO2 emissions should be preferentially implemented. With this principle in mind, several policy suggestions are made. Also, laws and regulations related to vehicle emission standard, vehicle emission inspection and DPF certification should be revised in advance.
