        유산균을 이용한 기능성 발효 양파음료의 개발

        최근 양파를 많이 섭취한 사람들의 경우 암, 심혈관계질환 등 노화관련 질환의 발생률이 현저히 떨어진다는 보고가 잇따르면서 건강기능성 소재로서 양파에 대한 소비자들이 인식이 매우 높아져 있다. 현재 양파의 국내 자급률은 100%에 이르기 때문에 양파를 소재로 한 다양한 기능성식품의 개발은 국내에서 생산되는 농산물을 이용한 건강식품시장의 활성화에 밑거름이 될 것이며, 국내외적으로 우리 나라 농산물의 고부가가치화를 추구하는데 크게 기여할 것이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 우수한 기능성 소재로 입증된 양파를 이용하여 음료의 제조공정 개발 및 최적화시키고자 하였으며, 발효 양파 착즙액에 사과즙, 당, 산, 올리고당 등을 첨가하여 유산 발효 양파음료 시제품을 제조하여 1차, 2차 및 3차 관능평가를 실시한 결과 최종적으로 가장 우수한 배합은 양파 착즙액 27%, 사과즙 27%, 액상 과당 3.8%, β-cyclodextrin 1.86%, 올리고당 0.9%, 사과향 0.2%, 정제수 39.25%였다. Fermented functional onion juice was developed using lactic acid bacteria as a fermentation starter of onion. From the preliminary studies, we selected the bacterium KC-007 (named as Pediococcus pentosaceus based on morphological and physiological characteristics, carbon utilization pattern, and molecular genetic characteristics) as a fermentation starter. The optimum recipe of functional fermented onion juice based on manufacturing process and sensory evaluation were determined as 27% of fermentation liquer, 27% of apple juice, 3.7% of HFCS, 1.86% of β-cyclodextrin, 0.9% of oligosaccharide, 0.2% of apple flavor, 0.09% of citric acid, and 39.25% of water.

        ADHD초등학생의 우정과 사회적 기술 간의 관계

        본 연구는 ADHD초등학생의 우정과 사회적 기술의 특성 및 이 두 변인간의 관계를 살펴보는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 P시 소재의 만 6세에서 만 11세의 ADHD초등학생 43명을 대상으로 우정과 사회적 기술 특성을 조사한 후, Mann-Whitney U 검증과 상관 분석을 통해 결과를 분석하였다. 연구결과는 첫째, ADHD초등학생의 우정 수준은 보통 수준이었고, 성별과 학년에 따라 우정에 대한 인식 수준이 통계적으로 유의미하게 차이가 있었다. 둘째, ADHD초등학생의 사회적 기술은 역시 보통 수준이었다. 마지막으로, ADHD초등학생의 우정과 사회적 기술 간의 관계는 높은 정적인 상관을 나타내어 이들 학생들에게 우정을 키워주기 위해서는 사회적 기술을 발휘할 수 있도록 교육적 환경을 제공해 줄 필요가 있음을 교육적 시사점으로 제언하였다. This study attempts to search the nature of friendship and social skills that elementary schoolchild think, respectively and to identify the relationship of each variables. Thereupon, it surveyed 43 ADHD schoolchild in elementary school in P city. For the purpose of this research, researcher translated ``The Friendship Questionnaire(THE FQ)`` that Baron-Cohen and Wheelwright(2003) developed and composed survey items to ADHD schoolchild`s friendship by modifying and complementing for matching Korean ADHD schoolchild. Research remodified and complemented test items that Moon Seong Won(1997) for matching ADHD schoolchild, by this composed survey items for social skills. This study used SPSS 21.0 program. The results of this study are as follows; First, the total meaning of ADHD schoolchild`s friendship was 3.08. The fact that the meaning of scope that asks my image which friends looks is higher than the meaning of scope that asks friend`s image which I looks, appeared. Second, the total meaning of ADHD schoolchild`s social skills was 2.97. And the fact that the meaning to scope of cooperation mind and sympathy is higher than subordinate and self regulation appeared. Third, in relationship between ADHD schoolchild`s friendship and social skills, positive relationship appeared in each subordinate scopes except relationship between subordinate scopes of friendship that asks friend`s image that ADHD schoolchild looks and scope of self-assertion of social skills.

        지역 특성과 친구의 흡연이 청소년의 습관적 흡연 시작에 미치는 영향

        Purpose: The aim of this study was threefold, to longitudinally examine the risk of habitual smoking onset in adolescents, to delineate the effects of neighborhood characteristics and friends’ smoking status on the habitual smoking onset, and to investigate whether the association between friends’ smoking status and habitual smoking onset was moderated by neighborhood characteristics. Methods: This study conducted multilevel discrete-time survival analysis, using cohort data from the 3rd to 6th waves of the Korean Child and Youth Panel Survey, which excluded habitual smokers, matched with 2010 census data on respondents’ residence. Results: Habitual smoking onset risk increased from the 8th to the 11th grade, and then slightly decreased from the 11th to the 12th grade. Friends’ smoking status (B = 0.60, p < .001), smoking rate (B = 0.06, p = .038), and the number of tobacco outlets in the respondents’ neighborhood (B = 0.51, p = .003) were positively associated with habitual smoking onset risk. Furthermore, the association between friends’ smoking status and habitual smoking onset risk was moderated by the number of tobacco outlets in the neighborhood. Specifically, the association was stronger in neighborhoods with more tobacco outlets (B = 0.58, p = .048). Conclusion: Friends’ smoking status and living in neighborhoods that are more susceptible to smoking increase the risk of habitual smoking. The number of tobacco outlets in the neighborhood enhances the peer effect of adolescent’s smoking behavior. Therefore, policies or interventions designed to reduce youth’s tobacco use should focus on not only on reducing peer smoking, but also restricting smoking by adults and the number of neighborhood tobacco outlets.

        QuEChERS 법을 이용한 Rat 조직내 Pyraclofos 잔류 분석 및 급성독성 평가

        Environmental pesticides used for insect control can be transferred from plants to animals even to livestock animals through food chain. Human beings also can be exposed to pesticides by consuming polluted dairy products, including meats, eggs and other milk products. Therefore, the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety (MFDS) established Standard for Pesticide Residue Limits in dairy products. The QuEChERS (quick, easy, cheap, effective, rugged and safe) methods for detecting residual pesticides are relatively well established for fruits and vegetables, however, the methods for meat have not been appropriately studied yet. In the present work, pyraclofos was used as an organophosphate pesticide to examine its tissue residue in experimental animals by QuEChERS methods. For this, pyraclofos (150mg/kg body weight) was orally administered to male rats once a day for 2 days. After 6, 12, and 24 hr of the treatment, the tissue residues in liver and femoral muscle of the rats were determined using QuEChERS methods followed by HPLC analyses. In preliminary studies, the recovery rates of spiking samples of pyraclofos demonstrated approximately 109∼110% from the tissues. In previous study, pyraclofos tissue residues were observed with significantly high levels in livers and muscles at 6 hr of oral treatment. Then, they were almost completely disappeared after 24 hr of the administration, indicating the orally exposed pyraclofos is rapidly absorbed and distributed to body organs, then quickly excreted from the body with a negligible level of tissue residue. The alterations in blood chemistry as well as the histopathology of heart, lung, liver, spleen and kidney have also been investigated in the experimental animals for assessing acute toxic effects of pyraclofos. The obtained blood chemistry indexes (ALT and AST) showed maximum peak values at 12 hr after the oral administration and decreased to the normal levels at 24 hr of the treatment. Histopathologic observation exhibited acute hepatic damages at 24 hr of the treatment. In conclusion, we suggest that QuEChERS method can be adequately optimized for the analysis of pyraclofos residues in animal tissues.

      • DDS 기반 OPC UA Publish 게이트웨이

        최근 제조업을 비롯해 다양한 산업에서 생산과정에 자동화 솔루션이 결합된 ICT를 적용한 지능형 생산공장인 Smart Factory를 도입하였다. 이에 4차 산업혁명의 표준 통신인 OPC UA에 대한 관심이 커지고 있으며, 산업 현장에서의 활용 범위 또한 지속적으로 확대되고 있다. OPC UA는 OPC 재단에서 개발한 산업 자동화를 위한 M2M 통신 프로토콜이다. 현재 OPC UA에 사용되는 클라이언트-서버 구성은 다대다 통신에 적합하지 않다. 이에 OPC UA파트 14의 브로커기반 아키텍처를 추가하여 기존 OPC UA를 확장하였고 이를 SK62541이라 칭하기로 한다. 현재 빠르게 성장하고 있는 IoT분야에서 사물, 스마트공장 등의 상호연결은 생산가치의 최적화를 가능하게 한다. 이에 가장 OMG에서 정의한 발행-구독 방식의 규격인 실시간 미들웨어인 DDS와의 연동으로 SK62541의 기능적 확장과 상호운용성을 확인하였다. 본 논문은 SK62541이 지원하는 브로커 통신 모델 구현과 DDS 게이트웨이 설계 및 구현에 관한 것이다.

        갈근 및 녹차추출물의 아질산염 소거작용 및 간독성 보호효과

        This study was designed to evaluated the nitrite scavenging activity and protective effect of the Puerariae Radix and green tea extract on lead acetate and cadmium-induced liver damage in mice. The quantitative analytical method for major antioxidants, isoflavones, puerarin, catechine and caffeine in galgun (Puerariae Radix) and green tera extract were established by HPLC. Contents of isoflavones, such as daidzin, genistin, daidzein and genistein were 4.23g/100g, 0.13g/100g, 0.07g/100g, and 0.03g/100g, and puerarin contents was 8.99g/100g, respectively. The total catechins and caffeine contents of green tea extract were 49.24g/ 100g and 6.53g/100g. The nitrite scavenging ability of galgun extract (pH 1.2, 100mg/ml) was 98.07% and it was higher than those of other extracts. It was the highest at the pH 1.2 and more than 64% in 25~ 100mg green tea extract, and was dependents on pH and concentration of the samples. The hepatoprotective effects of an aqueous extract from the root of galgun and standard puerarin were evaluated against lead acetate and cadmium-induced liver damage in mice. Galgun extract and standard at a dose of 100mg/kg and 10mg/kg, 50mg/kg were administered orally once daily for successive 5 days and then a lead acetate and cadmium were orally at 3 hrs after the every day administration of galgun. The substantially elevated serum enzymatic activities of alanine and aspartate aminotransferase were due to lead acetate and cadmium treatment was dose dependently restored to the near normal level. In addition, galgun extract also significantly prevented the elevation of hepatic malon-dialdehyde formation in the liver of lead acetate and cadmium intoxicated mice in a dose-dependent manner. The results of this study clearly indicated that green tea and galgun extracts had nitrite scavenging ability and galgun extract had potent hepato-protective effects against lead acetate and cadmium-induced hepatic damage in mice and standard puerarin was also showed similar to the results of the galgun extracts.

        돼지 분변 및 도체에서 분리한 대장균, 장구균의 항생제 내성율 조사

        The present study was conducted to investigate isolation and antimicrobial resistance ratio of E. coli, E. faecium and E. faecalis from feces(150 samples) and carcasses (150 samples) on slaughtered pigs from 6 slaughterhouse of 13 cities in the Gyeongnam during the period from January 2009 to December 2009. Isolation ratio of E. coli from feces and carcasses were 98 (65.3%) and 110 (73.3%), respectively, and simultaneously, E. faecalis and E. faecium from feces and carcasses were isolated 21 (14%), 52(34.7%) and 18 (12%), 14 (9.3%), respectively. All E. coli isolated from feces and carcasses except cefepime (0%) and ceftiofur (0%) were exhibited 2.4~83.6% of resistance to teteracycline (83.6%), ampicillin (68.2%), streptomycin (60%), chloram-phenicol (53.8%) and cephalothin (2.4%). All E. faecalis isolated from feces and carcasses except penicillin(0%) and vancomycin (0%) were exhibited 2.7~80.8% of resistance to teteracycline (80.8%), quinupristin/dalfopristin (78%), erythromycin (56.1%), streptomycin (43.8%) and bacitracin (2.7%). All E. faecium isolated from feces and carcasses except gentamicin (0%), vancomycin (0%), florfenicol (0%), linezloid (0%) and bacitracin (0%) were exhibited 3.1~53.1% of resistance to rifampin (53.1%), erythromycin and tetracycline (25%), penicillin (15.6%), ciprofloxacin (9.3%), and streptomycin, chloramphenicol, and quinupristin/dalfopristin (3.1%). According to the heard size, resistance ratio of E. coli strains isolated from feces and carcasses in slaughtered pigs-breeding farms over 1,500 heard to tetracycline, ampicillin, streptomycin and chloramphenicol showed higher resistance ratio (1.0 ~16.8%) than those of farms-breeding under 1,500 heard. From the our results, we suggest that a few of antimicrobials were used in the Gyeongnam than the other cities.
