This study investigates which intellectual stimulus learners experience in the process of the inquiry learning of grammar and which reponses they make as a result. The ultimate goal of this study is to emphasize the necessity that learners should be considered as a principal factor in studies on the inquiry learning of grammar. For this, experiences of grammar inquiry were provided for learners, and then by making them free to write about their experiences, the learners were required to verbalize their thoughts occurred in the inquiry process. This material shows an introspective character since it describes the inner side of learners. Therefore, by conducting the “Consensual Qualitative Research(CQR)” this study attempts to draw more reasonable and objective results. In conclusion, the responses of learners which are revealed in the resolution experiences of grammar inquiry tasks are largely divided into two dimensions. In the aspect of process, two noteworthy responses were “‘Finding Flow’ through problem solving by stages” and “experiences of intellectual interaction through horizontal teaching and learning.” In the aspect of results, on the other hand, the remarkable responses were“experiences of three-dimensional recognition for languages” and the “enhancement of self-confidence through the manifestation of potential language abilities.” The responses of learners revealed in this study is expected to provide a practical clue for planning grammar inquiry tasks or conducting practice study of the inquiry tasks.

본 논문에서는 우리나라에서 동일한 환경에 설치되어 있는 247.5㎾ bulk형 모듈과 a-Si형 모듈의 6월 발전량을 조사 · 분석하여 기상조건(일조량, 평균기온, 강수량, 운량, 풍속 등)과의 관계를 분석하고 최근 지구온난화 등으로 인한 기후변화에 따라 보다 고효율적인 모듈 산정방안을 제시하였다. In this treatise, presented module choice plan that analyze relation with meteorological condition (work trillion amounts, mean air temperature, precipitation, cloudiness, wind speed etc.) because diagnoses June output amount of 247.5㎾ bulk type module and a-Si type module that is established in equal environment in our country and is the high effectiveness enemy more by climate fluctuation by latest global warming back.

The present study aims to suggest a concept of Grammar Inquiry Task as one of the most important prerequisites that facilitate Grammar Inquiry Learning in Korean Grammar Education and to conduct a preliminary investigation of the plausible design of the Grammar Inquiry Task. Grammar Inquiry Task defines the purpose, contents, and methods of learner`s inquiry activity and guides them. This concept embraces the formality and the contents and is a whole set of information that instruct the general outline of Grammar Inquiry Activity telling “What to choose”, “How to deal with”, and “What results to get”. Therefore, in order to facilitate educational Grammar Inquiry Activity a subtle and sophisticated design of teaching is required; especially all consideration must be given to Grammatical Thinking processes that are expected for the learners to perform. Items of International Linguistics Olympiad(ILO) are analyzed. Since these items are developed to test rational and creative metal activities of the test takers setting a language as an object of investigation, the rationale and elaboration of the items can fully support the concept of appropriate base line data of the present study to examine the direction of the design of Grammar Inquiry Task. The study analyzed the items of International Linguistics Olympiad(ILO) as a representative case of Grammar Inquiry Task and reviewed ‘what grammatical thinking process is presupposed in the inquiry task’ and ‘how the real thinking process is induced.’ The final part of the study presents basic principled foundation of Grammar Inquiry Task design that will expedite Grammatical Thinking and subtly adjust and guide the thinking process.

본 연구는 4종류의 한국산 포도를 이용하여 포도주를 제조한 후 이들의 발효와 후 발효중의 심혈관 관련 angiotensis I 전환효소 저해 확정과 혈전 용해 활성 및 항치매성 $\beta$-secretase 저해활성을 조사하였다. 발효 10일 후 모든 시료 포도주들의 항고혈압성 엔지오텐신 전환효소(ACE)저해활성은 $38.6%{\sim}58.8%$ 이었다. 그러나 후발효가 진행됨에 따라 ACE저해활성은 증가하여 세리단(Vitis hybrid) 포도주가 후발효 120일 후 최고인 76.9%에 도달하였다. 혈전용해활성은 모든 시료 포도주들에서 미약하거나 없었다. 발효 10일 후, 켐벨어리(Vitis labrusca B) 포도주가 54.8%의 가장 높은 항치매성 $\beta$-secretase저해 활성을 보였으나 후발효 120일 후에는 10% 미만으로 현저하게 감소되었다. 결론적으로 본 연구에서는 세리단 포도를 S. cerevisiae K-7 효모로 $25^{\circ}C$에서 10일간 발효 시킨 후 $4^{\circ}C$에서 120일간 후발효 시켜서 고부가가치의 생리 기능성을 가진 세리단 적포도주를 제조하였다. The cardiovascular angiotensin I-converting enzyme inhibitory activity, fibrinolytic activity and bbb-secretase inhibitory activity of four kinds of red wine were investigated during fermentation and post-fermentation. After 10 days of fermentation, the antihypertensive angiotensin I-converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitory activities of all the red wines ranged from 38.6% to 58.8%. However, the ACE inhibitory activities increased with the prolongation of the post-fermentation period; moreover, in the Vitis hybrid red wine, the ACE inhibitory activity reached its highest value, 76.9%, after 120 days of post-fermentation. During the fermentation and post-fermentation of all the red wines, fibrinolytic activity was weak or not detected. After 10 days of fermentation, Vitis labrusca B red wine exhibited the greatest antidementia $\beta$-secretase inhibitory activity of 54.8%, though $\beta$-secretase inhibitory activity decreased significantly to less than 10% during 120 days of post-fermentation. In conclusion, we obtained a highly valuable Vitis hybrid red wine that was fermented for 10 days at $25^{\circ}C$ with Vitis hybrid and S. cerevisiae K-7 and then post-fermentation for 120 days at $4^{\circ}C$.
한국 전통 메주 유래의 Rhizopus stolonifer, Rhizopus oryzae 및 Absidia corymbifera가 생성하는 Protease의 특성

전통 메주의 산업화를 위해서는 먼저 제조공정이 확립되어야 하며 이를 위해서는 적합한 종균이 개발되어야 한다. 재래식 메주로부터 Rhizopus stolonifer, Rhizopus oryzae 및 Absidia corymbifera를 분리하여 균주 유래 protease의 특성을 조사하여 장류산업에 있어 기초자료로 이용하고자 한다. 세 균주를 각각 배양한 밀기울 배지에서의 protease 최적 생산조건은 모두 30℃, 4일간이었으며 초기 pH에 의한 영향은 없었다. 30℃에서 4일간 각 균주를 배양하고 증류수로 조효소액을 추출하여 효소작용을 위한 최적 pH와 온도를 조사한 결과, 각각 pH 6.0, 50℃였고 pH 4.0~7.0의 범위인 약산성 영역과 40℃이하에서 안정하였다. 된장의 염도 범위를 고려해서 16% 이내의 염도에 의한 영향을 조사한 결과, 염농도는 효소활성에 거의 영향을 미치지 않았다. Rhizopus stolonifer, Rhizopus oryzae 및 Absidia corymbifera로부터 유래된 각 효소액의 Hammastein casein 기질에 대한 결합력과 가수분해속도를 비교한 결과 K_m은 각각 3.3×10^(-4), 0.75×10^(-4), 1.3×10^(-4) M로 상호간에 큰 차이가 없었으며, V_(max)도 17.2 ㎍/min, 9.4 ㎍/min, 7.8 ㎍/min으로 유사하였다. Protease production and its characteristics were investigated for Rhizopus stolonifer, Rhizopus oryzae and Absidia corymbifera which were isolated from Korean traditional meju. The optimum culture conditions of the strains for the production of protease in basic medium [wheat bran : 1% glucose solution=1 : 1 (w/v)] were 30℃ and 4 days. The optimum pH and temperature for the enzyme activity of crude enzymes produced by Rhizopus sto-lonifer, Rhizopus oryzae and Absidia corymbifera were pH 6.0 and 50℃, respectively. The enzymes were relatively stable at pH 4.0~7.0, at temperature below 40℃, and at NaCl concentration lower than 16%. The K_m value for Hammastein casein was 3.3×10^(-4), 0.75×10^(-4) and 1.3×10^(-4) M, and V_(max) value was 17.2 ㎍/min, 9.4 ㎍/min and 7.8 ㎍/min, respectively.
