        딥러닝을 이용한 주요항만별 LNG 벙커링 수요예측 연구

        Environmental regulations on ship exhaust emissions are being strengthened by the International Maritime Organization (IMO) and the Korean government. Stakeholders consider liquified natural gas (LNG) to be the most realistic alternative to existing fuels. This study predicted the LNG bunkering demand of five major domestic ports: Busan Port, Ulsan Port, Incheon Port, Pyeongtaek and Dangjin Port, and Gwangyang Port. Forecasting using recent performance data and deep learning techniques found that the LNG bunkering demand at Busan Port will increase from 220,000 tons in 2025 to 580,000 tons in 2040. The demand for LNG bunkering at Busan Port was the greatest, followed by Gwangyang Port, Ulsan Port, Pyeongtaek and Dangjin Port, and Incheon Port. The results of this study can be used as important data for the establishment of government carbon-neutral policies and, in terms of industry, it can be used as key data for investment decisions regarding LNG bunkering facilities and LNG-powered ship construction.

        치료용 레이저를 이용한 통증치료 경험

        N/A Two hundred patients with acute and chronic pain were treated with a low power laser and 115 patients among them were divided into several groups by their pathology and evaluated their response rate to the laser therapy was evaluated through follow-up study. 1) The ages of patients were between the early twenties and late sixties, and there was no differences between sexes. 2) Degenerative spondylosis and chronic lumbar sprain were the most common diseases among those patients. 3) The average duration of therapy was about 16 days and response to the therapy appeared from the fourth day of laser therapy. 4) Acute lumbar sprain and acute spinal compression fracture showed rapid response to laser therapy. 5) The spina1 pathology group was the most common at 37.5% of cases and the response rate to laser therapy was the lowest at 58.7%. 6) The articular pathology group occupied 24.6% and the response rate was the highest at 81.3%. 7) The response rate of the posttraumatic and postsurgical pathology group was 76.5%. 8) The response rate of the tendinous and sports pathology group was 75%. 9) The response rate of the miscellaneous group was 66.7%. 10) The mean response rate of all patients was 71.6%

        치료용 레이저를 이용한 통증치료 경험 ( II )

        N/A One hundred twenty patients with acute and chronic pain treated by a low power laser were divided into several groups by their pathology and evaluated according to their response rate to laser therapy through a follow-up study. l) The ages of the patients were between the early twenties and late forties (71.7%), and there was no differences between sexes. 2) The spinal pathology group was the most common(52.5%) and the articular pathology group occu- pied next (14.2%). 3) The average duration of Laser therapy was about 20 days and response to the therapy appeared about the eighth day. 4) The response to the therapy in the spinal pathology group appeared about the eighth day and the average duration of therapy was about 18 days. 5) The response to the therapy in the articular pathology group appeared about the eighth day and the average duration of therapy was about 28 days. 6) The response rate of the spinal pathology group was 81.0%, and remarkable symptom relief was noted when compaired to a 58.7% response rate in the control group, 7) The response rate of the articular pathology group was 82.4%, which was similar to the control group. 8) The response rate of the miscellaneous group was 8?.0%, and remarkable symptom relief was noted when compaired to a 66.7A response rate in the control group. 9) The mean response rate of all patients treated by a low power laser was 82.5% and that of the control group was 70.5%. Laser therary proved to be an effective treatment modality for acute and chronic pain.

        SWOT·AHP를 이용한 부산항 경쟁력 평가요인과 발전방향에 관한 연구

        부산항은 세계 6위의 컨테이너 항만이자 국내 1위의 수출입 항만이다. 급변하는 대외 환경과 심화되는 글로벌 항만 간 경쟁으로 부산항 경쟁력의 유지 및 향상이 쉽지 않다. 부산항은 국가 산업적으로 매우 중요한 산업 인프라임에도 최근 부산항 발전전략을 다룬 연구는 경쟁요인의 일부분만을 다루거나, 전략들에 대한 우선순위 제시가 부족했다. 본 연구는 선행연구와 전문가 검토를 통해 부산항 경쟁력 평가요인에 대한 SWOT 매트릭스를 도출하고, 이를 기반으로 계층분석구조 모형을 구성하였다. 다음으로 산학연관 전문가를 대상으로 SWOTㆍAHP 설문지를 배포, 분석하여 부산항의 발전에 중요한 경쟁력 요인들에 대한 우선순위를 제시하였다. 마지막으로 본 연구는 부산항 발전방향에 대한 S/O, S/T, W/O, W/T 전략방향 및 과제를 제시하였다. 본 연구가 국가의 부산항 운영과 발전전략 수립에 큰 도움이 될 것으로 기대해본다. This study suggests a strategic direction for developing the Port of Busan based on evaluating and prioritizing the relative importance of competitiveness factors for ports using SWOT analysis and the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) method. The Port of Busan is the world’s sixth largest container port and the largest port in South Korea. The Port of Busan constitutes a key industrial infrastructure for an exporting country. Despite the economic and industrial importance of the Port of Busan, little research has examined its strategic development. This study derives a SWOT matrix for evaluating the competitiveness of factors from previous studies and expert reviews, and it constructs a hierarchical analysis structure model based on the SWOT matrix. To deduce a strategic direction for developing the Port of Busan, a questionnaire based on SWOT·AHP was distributed to industrial and academic associations to prioritize competitive factors. This study presents four strategic tactics based on strengths (S), weaknesses (W), opportunities (O), and threats (T) (S/O, S/T, W/O, and W/T) as strategic directions for developing the Port of Busan. This study will contribute objectively to the overall effort by the government to improve the operation of the Port of Busan and establish development strategies.

        체외순환시 정맥마취제가 전신혈관저항에 미치는 영향

        We have studied the effect of thiopental sodium, propofol, midazolam and ketamine on systemic vascular resistance(SVR) during cardiopulmonary bypass with constant pump flow in 20 patients undergoing elective open heart surgery. SVR decreased about 13(±3.42)% of control values after thiopental sodium 4 mg/kg, about 10 (±5.30)% of control after propofol 2 mg/kg and about 8(±3.72)% of control after midazolam 0.2 mg/kg; it returned to control values about 2 min 30 sec(±1 min 20 sec) after administration of thiopental sodium and about 4 min 30 sec(±2 min 15 sec) after administration of propofol. It remained under control values after 10 min after administration of midazolam. Ketamine showed no significant changes on SVR. Analysis of variance showed that there were no significant differences in the changes in SVR between the groups. Change of SVR after administration of thiopental sodium did not have statistical significance(P$lt;0.05).

        척추마취시 0.5 % Plain Bupivacaine 의 주입 속도가 마취의 높이에 미치는 영향

        To observe the anesthetic characteristics of two different speeds of injection using 0.5% plain bupivacaine during spinal anesthesia, 40 patients undergoing lower extremity surgery were allocated randomly into two groups. In one group, 3 ml of 0.596 plain bupivacaine was administered into the subarachnoid space using 25 gauge Quincke spinal needle to the patients with a lateral horizontal position at duration of 10 seconds. In the other group, the duration was 180 seconds. There were no statistically significant differences between two groups in maximal level and its onset time of sensory blockade, hemodynamic changes, onset time to grade 3 Bromage motor blockade. We concluded that the speed of injection does not affect the anesthetic characteristics of spinal anesthesia using 0.5% plain bupivacaine.

      • 백서 적혈구에서 glutathione이 paraquat 독성에 미치는 영향

        The participation of superoxide in initiating tissue damage from administration of a xenobiotics is best illustrated by paraquat intoxication, in which it is known that one electron reduction of paraquat leads to the formation of radicals which react with molecular oxygen to give superoxide. In the present study, the effects of paraquat on the level of glutathione and activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD), catalase, glutathione peroxidase, glutathione reductase and glutathione stransferase were investigated in rat liver and erythrocytes. The contents of glutathione in liver and blood were sinificantly decreased by paraquat administration, but the activities of enzymes were unaltered. Incubation of the buffered aerobic mixture of erythrocyte in the presence of 5mM glucose, Paraquat and/or N-ethylmaleimide(NEM) resulted in the formation of lipid peroxide, the activities of various enzyme and the levels of glutathione were determined. The malondialdehyde(MDA) contents as a indicator of lipid peroxidation was decreased and the levels of total glutathione were not changed but the levels of oxidized glutathione(GSSG) were in creased in paraquat treated erythrocytes. The activites of ezyme were decreased in paraquat treated erythrocytes but in reduced glutathione(GSH) treated erythrocyte, the enzymes activities were less decreased by paraquat. These results suggest that paraquat toxicity was probably somewhat reduced by GSH, but paraquat-induced injury were not increased by GSH depletion in erythrocytes.

        국내외 해양생명공학 산업시장의 장기예측 및 함의

        The marine biotechnology industry is very significant as compared to other industries as one of the driving forces for economic growth in the next generation in Korea. However, the marine biotechnology market has been considered as a component of the biotechnology industry market which made difficult for creating separate research areas in relation to the scope of the relevant industry market as well as making it difficult to establish its own R&D policy strategies. Accordingly, this study was executed to estimate the future long-term market value of the marine biotechnology within the limit of industrial field and to verify the importance of national R&D investment in marine biotechnology on the basis of estimations within the industrial perspective. To this end, we classified the marine biotechnology industry into the four sub-sectors and estimated the domestic and global industrial market in 2010 and 2024. According to the results, the domestic and global market of the marine biotechnology industry will see a remarkable growth by 2024. In particular, the bio-energy, pharmaceutical and functional foods industry markets will achieve astonishing advances. On the basis of the analysis results, Korea has to establish more progressive and aggressive R&D investment strategies to strengthen national competitiveness through the marine biotechnology industry.
