한국인 모유 및 어패류 중 PBDEs 잔류 레벨 모니터링

Flame retardants are added to prevent catching fire and to slow down the burning process. PBDEs are known to affect thyroid hormones and hormone disruption. The aim of this study was to propose a manual for determination of PBDEs, and investigate the accumulation of PBDEs(BDE-28, 47, 99, 100, 153, 154 and 183) in fish&shellfish and human milk samples. Pre-treatment for PBDEs determination, alkali digestion and L-L(Liquid-Liquid) extraction method could be applied to fish and shellfish. When Multi-layer column was used for cleaning up the sample, 50 mL of hexane and 100 mL of hexane:dichloromethane(9:1) solutions were used for pre- and post-elution, respectively. Activated-carbon column was optimized by a 100 mL of hexane:dichloromethane(3:1). The result of fish, highest concentration was detected in flatfish, 890 pg/g(wet weight). The other side, lowest concentration was detected in pollack, 40 pg/g(wet weight). The result of breast milk, PBDEs was detected 2,580 and 3,600 pg/g(lipid weight) from breast milk of Seoul and Juju, respectively. BDE-153 and 183 were not detected in all samples. There was no difference in PBDEs level was not difference between first and second delivery. In this study, we could find that PBDEs level in Korea is lower than other countries.
나노 실리카의 분무건조를 이용한 중공구 입자 제조와 실리카중공구의 열전달 특성

Hollow silica spheres were prepared by spray drying of precursor solution of colloidal silica. The precursor solution is composed of 10-20 nm colloidal silica dispersed in a water or ethanol-water mixture solvent with additives of tris hydroxymethyl aminomethane. The effect of pH and concentrations of the precursor and additives on the formation of hollow sphere particles was studied. The spray drying process parameters of the precursor feeding rate, inlet temperature, and gas flow rate are controlled to produce the hollow spherical silica. The mixed solvent of ethanol and water was preferred because it improved the hollowness of the spheres better than plain water did. It was possible to obtain hollow silica from high concentration of 14.3 wt% silica precursor with pH 3. The thermal conductivity and total solar reflectivity of the hollow silica sample was measured and compared with those values of other commercial insulating fillers of glass beads and $TiO_2$ for applications of insulating paint, in which the glass beads are representative of the low thermal conductive fillers and the $TiO_2$ is representative of infrared reflective fillers. The thermal conductivity of hollow silica was comparable to that of the glass beads and the total solar reflectivity was higher than that of $TiO_2$.

본 연구는 최근 주목받고 있는 증강현실 기술을 활용하여 모바일 어플리케이션 서비스에서의 사용자 경험(UX)을 향상시키고자 하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 인천국제공항을 이용하는 사용자들을 대상으로 사용자 리서치를 진행하였고, 이를 토대로 도출된 사용자 니즈를 바탕으로 하여 증강현실 기술을 활용한 인천국제공항 안내서비스 어플리케이션 디자인을 제안하고자 한다. 본 연구가 증강현실 기술을 활용한 디자인 연구 뿐만 아니라, 인천국제공항을 이용하는 사용자들의 편의 향상에 실질적으로 기여하기를 바란다.

본 논문은 데이터마이닝을 통해 여러 여건별 신입사원의 1년 이내 퇴사 상황을 분석한다. 개개인의 이직에 대한 생각, 분야에 대한 불만족 이외에 개인의 상황 결혼 여부, 연령, 교육 계열 등과 같이 각자 다른 상황에 놓인 사람들의 데이터를 통해 여러 상황을 특성으로 설정하여 모델을 학습시킨다. 학습된 상황별 퇴사 여부를 분석하여 어떤 환경에 처한 사람이 빠른 시기에 퇴사할 확률이 높은지 연구하고 예방하여 빠른 시기에 퇴사하 는 직원들로 인한 기업의 피해가 점차 줄어들기를 바란다. This paper analyzes the resignation status of new employees within one year by various conditions through data mining. In addition to individual thoughts about job change and dissatisfaction with the field, the model is trained by setting various situations as characteristics through the data of people who are in different situations, such as individual circumstances, marital status, age, education, etc. It is hoped that the company"s damage caused by employees who leave early will gradually decrease by analyzing the learning situation and whether or not leaving the company is high, and by researching and preventing the high probability of people leaving early.

With the growth of aging population in Korea, a better care of chronic and other degenerative illnesses is urgently needed. Evidences suggest that this can be achieved through incorporating a wide range of care options, expanding beyond medical interventions. The aim of this study is to analyze the distribution of publically funded research to understand if the Korean research and development funding system matches various approaches and purposes to successfully tackle the chronic care needs of an aging society. We complied the list of funded projects to be analyzed by searching the National Technical Information Service database with key words such as aging society/senescence, chronic diseases, disability, and health promotion. Most projects were based on the biomedical approach with the purpose of establishing the etiology and clinical (treatment) interventions. Health promotion projects showed a distinctive distribution with more percentage of projects based on psycho-behavioral approaches while research on chronic diseases predominantly biomedical. It would be necessary to diversify publically-funded research projects to develop effective and efficient care technologies for the future.
