        육미지황탕가미방(六味地黃湯加味方)이 streptozotocin으로 유발(誘發)된 백서(白鼠)의 실험적(實驗的) 탕뇨(糖尿)에 미치는 영향(影響)

        Objective : The objective of this study is to observe the effect of Yukmijiwhangtangkamibang(YukmD with Liriopis Tuber, Amomi Fructus, Citri Pericarpium, Zizyphi Spinosae Semen, Drynariae Rhizoma Ephedrae Herba, Ginseng Radix, Phellodendri Cortex, on the experimental diabetes. Methods : In order to induce diabetes experimentally, injected streptozoticin to the vein in the tail of rats and then treated oral administration of Yukmi water extracts. In the measurement of the variation levels of glucose, ALP, creatinine, and BUN concentration for each concentration levels for serum (382.5mg/l00g, 510.0mg/100g, 637.5mg/100g), concentration level of glucose significantly decreased in 510.0mg/l00g concentration level of Yukmi. With this 510.0mg/100g concentration level of Yukmijiwhangtanggamibang, the following conclusion was derived from the measurement of the serum levels of glucose, ALP, GOT, GPT, creatinine, and BUN concentration for the streptozotocin injection date of each 4th, 11th, and 18th day. Results : 1. In the measurement for each concentrations. the glucose concentration level in the serum significantly decreased on the 9th day in the Yukmi group. 2. In the measurement for each concentrations, the creatinine concentration level in the serum significantly decreased on the 9th day in the Yukmi group. 3. In the measurement for each dosage dates, the glucose concentration level in the serum significantly decreased on the 18th day in the Yukmi group to which 510.0mg/l00g administrated. 4. In the measurement for each dosage dates, the got concentration level in the serum significantly decreased on the 18th day in the Yukmi group to which 510.0mg/100g administrated. 5. In the measurement for each dosage dates, the creatinine concentration level in the serum significantly decreased on the 18th day in the Yukmi group to which 510.0mg/l00g administrated. Conclusion : Yukmi that is Yukmijiwhangtang with Liriopis Tuber, Amoni Fructus, Citri Pericarpium, Zizyphi Spinosae Semen, Drynariae Rhizoma, Ephedrae Herba, Ginseng Radix and Phellodendri Cortex, is known to have effects to lessen the damages on renal function and liver function without causing damages on liver and kidney.

        구형정자의 난자내 미세주입 후 보조활성화술에 의한 임신과 분만 1례

        Globozoospermia is a rare type of teratozoospermia. It occurs in 0.1% of all andrological patient's and used to be considered sterile. Globozoospermic patient has 100% round headed spermatozoa, but the spermiogram is normal. The spermatozoa show oval-shape head, the lack of a nuclear envelope, acrosome, and post acrosomal sheath. Objective: To report that a couple with infertility secondary to globozoospermia received ICSI treatment. Material and Method: Case report Results: In the first trial, fertilization was failed. In the second trial, 40% of oocytes were fertilized and all of these embryos were cleaved, but pregnancy did not achieved. In the third trial, sperm injected oocytes were exposed to 10 ${\mu}M$ calcium ionophore for 15 min. All of the injected oocytes were fertilized and proceeded to develop. Triplet pregnancy was achieved after the transfer of six embryos in their third cycle. One embryo vanished and the remaining twins (female) were delivered at 33 weeks of gestation by Caesarean section. Conclusion: This result shows that assisted activation following ICSI may overcome infertility associated with globozoospermia.

        2018 미충족의료율과 추이

        Unmet healthcare needs lead to increased disease severity, increased likelihood of complications, and worse disease prognosis. To examine the latest status of unmet healthcare needs in South Korea, the four different data configured with nationally representative sample of South Korean population were used: the Korea Health and Nutrition Examination Survey (KNAHANES, 2007-2018), the Community Health Survey (CHS, 2008-2018), the Korea Health Panel Survey (KHP, 2011-2016), and the Korean Welfare Panel Study (KOWEPS, 2006-2018). The proportion of individuals reporting unmet healthcare needs were 7.8% (KNHANES, 2018), 8.8% (CHS), and 10.8% (KHP, 2016). Annual percentage change which characterizes trend for the follow-up period was -9.1%, -3.2%, and -6.8%, respectively. The proportion of individuals reporting unmet healthcare needs due to cost were 1.2% (KNAHANES, 2018), 1.2% (CHS, 2018), 2.5% (KHP, 2016), and 0.5% (KOWEPS, 2018). Annual percentage change which characterizes trend for the follow-up period was -10.3%, -12.0%, -11.3%, and -18.8, respectively. The low-income population and the elderly population were vulnerable groups reporting the highest rate of unmet health care needs. The rate of unmet healthcare needs has been declining since the past decade, still, the disparity between different income groups and age groups suggests that there are many challenges to address.

        학교의 국제이해 교육과정에 대한 탈식민주의적 비평

        본 연구는 탈식민주의 이론의 관점에서 국제 이해 교육의 논의를 확장하고 재개념화시킬 수 있는 가능성들은 무엇들이 있는지 분석하였다. 분석결과, 첫째, 무엇보다 국제이해교육의 핵심적 영역으로 제시되고 있는 ‘문화간 이해’를 위한 새로운 출발점을 제공하기 위해서, 우리나라 학교에서 가르쳐지고 있는 교과서의 내용에 대한 비평적 분석이 필요하다. 둘째, 실제 수업과 교육과정의 다양한 실행 장면에서 서구와 비서구의 이미지가 교사와 학생들의 상호작용 속에서 어떻게 사회적으로 구성되고 합의되는지를 분석해야 한다. 셋째, 탈식민주의 담론은 탈식민 의식을 고양시킬 수 있는 국제이해교육과정을 개발해야 한다. 넷째, 탈식민 의식 고양을 위한 수업방법과 수업의 실천을 요구하고 있다. 이러한 분석에 기초하여 탈식민주의가 우리나라의 국제이해교육에 주는 시사점은 무엇인지를 제시하였다. Postcolonialism which problematizes and reconceptualizes the political, cultural, and educational relationship between East and West challenges the traditional approach on Education for International Understanding. It asks the educational researchers and curriculum scholars to expand and critically examine the traditional approach to emphasize the advanced understanding for other nations without critical perspectives and epistemologies such as oppression, ideologies, discriminations, and hegemonies among other underrepresented territories. From this perspective, this study attempts to problematize limitations of Korean previous discourse related to EIU, and to open the academic space to expand the present discourse with concepts and ideas related postcolonialism. For this purpose, first, the definition of postcolonialism and its recontextualization in Korean curriculum studies were discussed as theoretical background. Second, four research themes were discussed as critical reviews which we believe help educational researchers and practitioners to open the potential research opportunities They were as follows: (1) development of postcolonial curriculum; (2) Instructional strategies to enhance the critical awareness for postcolonial consciousness; (3) Uses of postcolonial literature; and (4) Critical analysis of school textbooks. Based on four themes, further implications and suggestions have been discussed.

        생태학과 교육과정탐구: 학교교육과정 개발에 대한 또 다른 접근

        본 연구는 생태학의 원리와 사유들을 교육과정 탐구에 적용하여 학교교육과정 개발에 대한 또 다른 관점을 제공하고 있다. 그래서 생태학의 관점을 학교교육과정 개발에 적용한다면, 어떤 새로운 연구영역과 연구문제들이 새롭게 규명되어야 하는가를 보다 체계적으로 제시하였다. 이러한 작업은 생태학의 사유와 관점이 근대 과학적 사유와는 구별되는 세계관을 전제로 하여 인간과 교육을 재해석하기 때문에 근대 교육을 보는 새로운 관점을 제공해 줄 수 있다는 판단에 근거하여 이루어졌다. 이에 연구의 첫 번째 내용으로서 생태학의 이론에 기초하여 교육과정을 연구하기 위한 생태학의 주요 관점을 개념화 하였다. 이를 위해 교육과정의 현상과 문제를 재구성하기 위하여 새로운 교육적 사고와 관련이 있는 생태학의 공통적인 요소들을 네 가지로 개념화하였다. 둘째, 그러한 개념들을 학교교육과정 개발에 적용한다면, 어떤 연구영역과 연구문제들을 새롭게 발견하거나 구성하거나 만들어낼 수 있는지를 탐구하였다. 이를 위하여 우리나라의 연구 작업들과 서구의 연구 작업들에 대한 분석들에 기초하여 교육과정과 수업연구에 줄 수 있는 연구의 새로운 영역들을 크게 네 가지로 개념화시켰다. This study is to identify implications of a ecological approach to curriculum and instruction. The inquiry was based on author`s evaluation that ecological approach can propose new viewpoint about modern education because ecological world-view reinterprets human beings and education. For this purpose, first, from ecological theorys to reconfigure curriculum and instruction, the perspectives of ecology of education are classified into four categories. They were as follows: (1) interdependence; (2) diversity; (3) circularity; (4) ecological ethics. Third, the implications and emerging themes of ecological approach in curriculum studies were identified in four ways. They were as follows: (1) Ecological literacy as objective of school education; (2) Holistic view of knowledge; (3) learner/human as part of nature; (4) Culture of democratic school education. Lastly, the author emphasize that several suggestions will be researched as further research topics in Korea which Korean curriculum scholars are expected to theorize.

        CVD/ALD 장비를 이용한 a-Si 및 SiOx 박막의 특성

        The a-Si and SiOx ultra thin films were fabricated to investigate for the properties by using CVD/ALD combination system. In order to confirm the saturation point of the self reaction, the differences in deposition thickness and the refractive index were determined by the varying injection time of DIPAS source and O2 and Ar gas. The differences of the ALD Window section, RF power and process temperature were confirmed. Furthermore, the electrical characteristics and the chemical composition were evaluated, the a-Si film was deposited by varying the substrate temperature and RF power to confirm the deposition rate. The dielectric constant of the SiOx thin film calculated by a fabricated MOS capacitor (εox) was about 5.22, and the crystallinity of the silicon thin film deposited on quartz substrate at a substrate temperature of 400 ~ 700℃ measured by XRD system was amorphous phase.

        탈식민주의와 질적 연구: 방법적 이슈들

        이 논문은 질적 연구의 지적 전통으로서 새롭게 부상하고 있는 탈식민주의가 질적 연구의 방법적 이론화에 어떤 문제의식과 연구주제 그리고 시사점을 제공해 주고 있는지를 분석하고자 하였다. 이에 연구의 첫 번째 내용으로서 탈식민주의의 목적과 지향점을 개략적으로 논의하였다. 이를 위해 탈식민주의의 이론에 통찰력을 제공한 Fanon, 그리고 탈식민주의 비평을 이론의 수준으로 발전시켰다고 평가받는 Said와 Spivak의 주장을 중심으로 저항담론으로서 탈식민주의 이론을 검토하였다. 연구의 두 번째 내용으로서 이러한 탈식민주의의 목적과 지향점이 질적 연구에 어떤 방법적 이슈들을 제기하고 있는지를 개념화시켰다. 탈식민주의 이론으로부터 얻을 수 있는 질적 연구의 방법적 실천 아이디어들은 다음 네 가지로 정리될 수 있었다: (1) 비서구적/국지적 연구주제의 탐색, (2) 토착적인 지식의 이론화, (3) 탈서구적인 방법적 지식의 규명, (4) 서구의 질적 연구 타당도 범주의 재영토화. 질적 연구에서 이러한 네 개의 방법적 이슈들은 우리나라에서 아직은 심도 있게 연구되지 않고 있다는 점에서 탈식민주의 질적 연구의 새로운 전통을 만들기 위한 기초적인 이론적 입장을 제공해 줄 것이다. Postcolonialism as the fourth research paradigm in human and social sciences research has influenced theorzing and problematizing our research practices in a new way. In particular, it has enabled researchers in the non-Western area to reflect their previous research traditions and methods with postcolonial identies and orientations. More importantly, it leads them to pose questions about the beliefs and prepositions on the traditions which are deeply embedded the dominant and colonizing ideology of the West. From this perspective, this research proposes that qualitative research is another practice of Western/colonizing practices of Western power and knowledge, and it should be discussed and theorized with decentering and postmodern epistemologies and ideas. By applying major ideas and concpets of postcolonial philosophies such as Fanon, Spivak, and Tuhami, this research attempts to create a new research agenda called "Regions of qualitative research after/against colonialism and the Western-based scientific regime. As research results four research domains of qualitative theorizing for postcolonial emancipation are identified and discussed in detail for the qualitative researchers in general to think about and apply for in their future qualitative research practices.
