A gap in the number of physicians caring for inpatients is expected in 2014 based on the restricted working hours for Korean medical residents. One potential solution is the use of hospitalists. The US hospitalist movement has proliferated due to high-quality care and economics. This movement has brought positive changes including a shorter length of hospital stay, increased quality of care, and greater patient satisfaction. Because the Korean government controls all suppliers and maintains a low financial compensation level for universal coverage, hospitals do not have the financial resources to introduce hospitalists. Therefore, in contrast to the US, the use of hospitalists must be developed as a cost-compensated system in Korea. Institutional strategies must be introduced to develop a hospitalist system in Korea. A hospitalist system in Korea would be distinct from that in the US. Further studies and specific strategies are needed that consider Korea’s circumstances to effectively introduce a hospitalist system. (Korean J Med 2015;89:1-5)

In this study, harbor tranquility was evaluated using the numerical modeling tools, SWAN and SWASH. In addition, the numerical simulation results were compared with the results of a hydraulic experiment. The final results showed that the SWASH estimated the wave heights qualitatively well inside the harbor while SWAN underestimated the wave heights especially in the area of wave diffraction.
금융IT 보안조직 역량강화를 위한 핵심성과지표(KPI) 도출에 관한 연구

IT비즈니스의 전략적 연계가 강화됨에 따라 금융서비스에서 IT의존도는 높아지고 있다. 안전하고 신뢰된 금융서비스를 제공하기 위해서는 지속적인 정보보호활동을 수행해야 하며, 이에 관한 조직의 정보보호 업무성과 측정은 의사결정 및 경영지원 측면에서 유용하다. 본 논문은 정보보호관리체계(K-ISMS)와 금융IT 부문 정보보호 업무 모범규준의 평가기준을 기반으로 핵심성공요인(CSF, Critical Success Factor)과 핵심성과지표(KPI, Key Performance Indicator)를 도출한다. 이는 정보보호정책 준수에 유의한 영향을 주는 핵심성과지표를 판별하는 논리적 근거를 제공하며, 금융IT 정보보호 역량을 강화하기 위한 정책을 수립하기 위한 기초자료로 활용할 수 있다. As a reinforcing strategic-alignment of IT business, Financial Service becomes more rely on IT systems. It needs to continuous information security activities to provide a secure and reliable finance service. Performance measurement of information security activities can be useful for decision and management support. The purpose of this study is to derive CSF(Critical Success Factor) and KPI(Key Performance Indicator) based on K-ISMS, Financial IT Information Security Standards. Providing a rationale can be used to determine key performance indicators, which are utilized as basic data for establishing security policies for financial IT security competency.
Development of a Low Cost VI-Tracer for PV System using LabVIEW and DSP

This paper deals with development of a low cost VI(Voltage-Currrent)-tracer for PV(Photovoltaic) system using LabVIEW and DSP(Digital Signal Processor). Although the conventional VI-tracer is a high cost equipment, it can't abstract the detailed parameters of solar cell. To overcome above mentioned disadvantages, in this paper, a converter type VI-tracer is developed. The DSP, which controls the buck-boost DC-DC converter, is used to implement the proposed VI-tracer algorithm. The proposed VI-tracer can abstract more detailed parameters of solar cell; A(temperature constant), Rs(series resistance), and Rsh(parallel resistance). The authors emphasize that the proposed VI-tracer can satisfy the users who need to get various parameters. A comparison between the proposed VI-tracer and the conventional VI-tracer is presented to show the effectiveness of the proposed system.
교사의 심리적안녕감, 공감능력, 직무효율성이 직무만족도에 미치는 영향

본 연구에서는 교사의 심리적안녕감, 공감능력, 직무효율성이 직무만족도에 미치는 영향에 대하여 검증하였다. 연구대상은 전국에 소재한 초등학교 196명, 중학교 62명, 고등학교 50명으로 308명을 대상으로 상관계수와 중다회귀분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 교사의 심리적안녕감, 공감능력, 직무효율성, 직무만족도 간의 관계를 살펴보면, 교사의 심리적안녕감, 공감능력, 직무효율성의 하위변인 중 자율성과 학교행정, 보상체계, 개인적성장과 학교행정, 보상체계, 근무환경, 삶의 목적과 학교행정, 긍정적 대인관계, 자아수용은 보상체계를 제외한 모든 하위영역에서 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 중다회귀분석 결과, 직무만족도에 영향을 미치는 가장 높은 변인은 인간관계, 자아수용, 정서적 요소 순으로 나타난 반면, 그 외 모든 하위변인에서는 통계적으로 유의미한 예측변인이 아닌 것으로 나타났다. TheThe purpose of this study was to analyze the multiple regression between the psychological well-being, Empathy ability Scale and Job Efficiency at relationship among on Teacher’s job satisfaction among elementary, middle, high the whole country. It aims to find a method that can improve teacher’s job satisfaction. The subjects for this study were 308 teacher’s composed of 196 out of elementary school tearchers, 62 out of middle school teachers and 50 out of high school nation wide. The result and discussion are as follows: First, if we take a look thecher’s psychological well-being, Empathy ability Scale and Job Efficiency autonomy and school administration, compensation system, personal growth and school administration, compensation system, working environment, purpose of life and school administration, positive interpersonal relationships, self acceptance among subordinate variables of psychological well-being, empathy ability scale, job efficiency of teachers at are all relevant to of subordinate variables except compensation system. Second, as a result of the multiple regression analysis, the significant variables which affect teacher’s job satisfaction are ranked in the order of human relationships, self acceptance, emptional factors. whole all variables are not significant.
