        복령(茯笭)이 Cyclosporin A로 유발(誘發)된 흰쥐의 신손상(腎損傷)에 미치는 영향(影響)

        The purpose of this study is to find out the effects of Poria extract on rat's nephrotoxicity induced by CsA. The experimental animals were divided into 3 groups and treated as follows; Nothing was given to Sample A, Sample B was given normal saline after IV injection of CsA and Sample C was given Poria extract after CsA injection. After precription of medicine, serum BUN, creatinine, total protein, sodium, potassium, chloride ions were measured. 1. Changes in serum level. ALT, BUN, chloride ion were significantly reduced in experimental group as compaired to control group, and total protein showed significant elevation in experimental group. AST was reduced, but not significant and creatine level was below the normal range. K level showed mild elevation initially and later showed mild decrease, but no significance is noted. There were no significant differance in the sodium level. 2. Changes in Urine level. Urinary specific gravity showed significant increase in experimental group compaired to control group. Urinary creatinine level initially increased, and later decreased but showed no significance. To conclude, it can be inferred that Poria may improve nephrotoxicity and hepatotoxicity in rat induced by Cyclosporin A.

        학교지식에 대한 해체적 탐구

        본 논문은 해체주의 사유들을 통하여 학교 지식을 탐구함으로써 그 성격을 새롭게 규명하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 연구자는 첫째, 학교 지식을 탐구하기 위한 해체주의의 주요 관점을 개념화 하였다. 특히, Derrida, Foucault, 그리고 Deleuze를 중심으로 해체주의의 핵심적인 개념들을 다음 세 가지로 정리하였다: (1) 형이상학의 해체, (2) 담론의 해체, (3) 기존 배치의 해체. 둘째, 이러한 해체주의의 핵심적인 관점들을 통하여 학교 지식을 재해석함으로써 그 새로운 특징과 성격을 다음 네 가지로 제시하였다. 첫째는 담론성으로 학교지식을 객관적이고 보편적인 것이 아닌 담론적 실천에 의해 생산되는 것으로 해석하였다. 둘째는 탈중심성으로 학교지식을 변하지 않는 고정된 의미의 중심을 가진 것이 아니라, 계속적으로 변화 생성되어가는 과정의 열린 지식관으로 보아야 함을 강조하였다. 셋째는 리좀성으로 학교지식을 접속을 통하여 무엇인가를 끊임없이 만들어내는 창조적 생성의 성격을 가지는 것으로 해석하였다. 넷째는 다의성으로 학교지식을 하나의 고정된 의미를 지니는 것이 아니라 사회적으로 만들어진 구성물로서 ‘복잡한 의미’ 또는 ‘여러 의미’를 가지는 것으로 규명하였다. Philosophical assumptions and ideas of postmodernism ask educational researchers to problematize and reconceptualize the school knowledge and curriculum. Major concepts such as power, rhizome, and deference enables not only educational theorist but also practitioners to pose questions on validity claims of our historical and cultural knowledge which we have believed to be as true, singular, unanimous, and absolute. Knowledge and texts are considered as questionable objects to be deconstructed with the ideas of openness, decenteredness, subjectivities, relationships, etc. As per major research contents of this paper, the author suggests four perspectives to help educational researchers to critique school knowledge from those aforementioned ideas. They are as follows: (1) school knowledge as practice of discourse; (2) school knowledge as decentered nature; (3) school knowledge as connected inquiry; and (4) school knowledge as multivocal meanings. These four perspectives allow us to rethink validities of traditional approach to school knowledge(curriculum, teaching, evaluation, etc.), and to search for alternative approaches and possibilities in leaning school knowledge (such as special topics, lessons, programs, and text books) more reflectively. The author emphasizes that this kind of deconstructive inquiry enables us to critically discover the limitations of modernist approach, and to broaden our teaching practices such as knowledge acquisition and analysis to become more critical and creative by identifying other possible claims and interpretations which have not been included and publicized in modernist approach on school knowledge. And these discourses on teaching make a personal transformation possible though school education.

        초등학교 다문화교육을 위한 교육과정 성취기준의 개념화

        This study is to conceptualize achievement standards for multicultural education in korean elementary schools. That is to say, for the organization of subject education and construction of s ubject contents, this study is to conceptualize core values for multicultural education to be taught in subjects essentially and establish achievement standards in grades-clusters based on this. Within this research background, three research questions are developed as follows. First, what is core values of multicultural education in korean elementary schools, How does arranges and organizes these by grade levels? Second, how does conceptualize achievement standards of multicultural education in korean elementary schools to unfold hierarchy of achievement levels?, The reason why this research focuses on elementary school is important, because students, including multicultural students, are not biased against multicultural society. 이 연구의 목적은 우리나라의 초등학교 다문화교육을 위한 교육과정의 성취기준을 개념화하는 것이다. 즉, 각 교과교육 편성 및 교과내용 구성을 위해 각 교과에서 핵심적으로 교수ㆍ학습되어야 할 다문화의 핵심 가치들을 개념화하고, 이를 바탕으로 학년(군)별 성취기준을 규명하는 것이다. 이를 위해 2015 개정 교육과정에 대한 내용분석과 전문가 집단을 대상으로 하여 델파이 조사를 실시하였다. 그 결과 첫째, 초등학교 다문화교육의 핵심적 가치들(core values)을 추출하였고, 이를 유목화 하여 학년(군)별로 배열하고 조직하여 4개의 영역으로 제시하였다. 둘째, 수준의 위계가 드러나도록 초등학교 학년(군)별 다문화교육의 성취기준을 영역별로 개념화하였다. 이 연구의 결과는 무엇보다 초등학교에서 다문화교육을 체계적이고 구체적으로 실천하기 위한 실질적인 기준이나 지침으로서 활용될 수 있다는 점에서 가치가 있다.

      • 暗渠排水에 依한 低濕地 利用에 關한 硏究 (1) : PVC管을 使用할 境遇 Using PVC Pipe

        本 實驗을 實施함에 있어서 圃場 10a를 施工區 5a, 對比區 5a로 나누고 施工區는 人力으로 床堀을 하는데 깊이 1m, 거리 5m, 傾斜 200分之1로 하고 管經 4.5㎝의 Plastic製 吸水管(Glass nylon filter卷)을 施工區 5a에 Pipe 全 所要量이 100m(2.5m, 40本)이며, 排水調節用水閘은 2個所 設置하여 灌漑期에는 每日 午後 5時에 開放하고 午前 6時에 닫어 地溫을 測定한 結果, 平均 1.2℃ 上昇하고 非灌漑期는 麥類및 著類栽培를 爲해서 水閘을 終日 열어 排水의 目的을 達成시켜 著類및 麥類栽培가 全然不可能한 低濕地가 栽培可能하였으나 排水와 地??外, 生育, 收量, 土壤, 灌漑水質 調査는 第二次 試驗에서 取扱하기로 하겠다. Although underdrainage has been studied for a long time, it is the first attempt in Korea to execute using PVC (plastic) suction pipes in the low and wet field. First, an execution plot and a control plot were set, and the drainage method and soil temprature in the excuted plot have been examined. The growth of crops and the yeild, the improvement of soil and water quality of irrigation are to be dealt during the next experimental period. The experimental method and the results obtained through the experimentations are as follows: Method 1)depth: 1meter.interval: 5meters Trench was perfomed by labor. 2)PVC(plastic) sucking pipe filters were wound with glass nylon. 3)Two horizontal locks were set in the 5 a. plot. Results 1)The soil temprature in the executed plot went up by 1.2℃ in average than in the control plot during the two years(1966-67) of irrigation period, and the maximum temprature raised a day was 3℃. 2)The Under ground water level in the executed plot went down by 45㎝. 3)The yield increases were 64% in potato, 57% in barley, and 21% in rice. The yield, soil, and the quality of irrigated water will be experimented during the next experimental period.

        건강보험 재정 현황과 전망

        Background: Korea National Health Insurance Service (NHIS) is operated as a social insurance system in which people pay a portion of their monthly income as insurance premiums and receive benefits when they experience illness or injury. Since 2005, the national health insurance remained surplus accumulating cumulative reserves each year. However, as of 2018, NHIS revenue recorded 62.11 trillion won and spending of 62.29 trillion won. The deterioration of NHIS finances is expected to accelerate with the aging population, income growth, new medical technology development, and enhanced security policies. Methods: To examine the financial health and sustainability of NHIS, we estimated the future revenue and spending until 2030 using the data from Korea Health Insurance Review and Assessment Service statistical yearbook. 2004–2018 average percentage change in NHIS revenue and spending was calculated. We estimated the future NHIS financial status using two methods. In the first method, we calculated the revenue and spending of the future NHIS by applying the 2004–2018 average percentage change to the subsequent years consecutively. In the second method, we estimated the future NHIS financial status after adjusting for the predicted demographic changes such as the aging population and declining birth rate in South Korea. Results: The estimates from this study suggest that the NHIS’s cumulative reserves will run out by 2024. Conclusion: In terms of spending on current health insurance, there should be a search for ways of more efficient spending and funding options.

        Glover’s formula corresponds to the theory and practice in the underdrainage. But, as marking accurate measurement and doing apply about the value of v and k, we can know exactly the sinking velocity of the underground water level. The results are as follows: 1. Dr. Yamasaki Hujio calculated a value of k exactly, but made a mistake to caiculate a value of v. The result of mistaking which resolved to apply a value of v has been brought a phenomenon that the water go not down into the underground, conversely going up as many as 20.84cm. 2. If it is exchanged into the unit time (v=0.06, k=1.4×10 exp (-4)cm/s k/v=0.084, α=0.21), the unit time which Dr. Hukuda Hidosi apply, agree with the unit day that Dr. Yamasaki Hujio apply 3. The value of y^0 which Hukuda Hidosi resolved is 0.5m. If so, ti is unnecessary to underdrain. If the value of y^0 is 0.5m, there is no wet detriment to cultivate crops potato, cucumber, barley. 4. If the value of y^0 is 0.5m, it must be proved that the value of k/v is 0.1.

        구형정자의 난자내 미세주입 후 보조활성화술에 의한 임신과 분만 1례

        Globozoospermia is a rare type of teratozoospermia. It occurs in 0.1% of all andrological patient's and used to be considered sterile. Globozoospermic patient has 100% round headed spermatozoa, but the spermiogram is normal. The spermatozoa show oval-shape head, the lack of a nuclear envelope, acrosome, and post acrosomal sheath. Objective: To report that a couple with infertility secondary to globozoospermia received ICSI treatment. Material and Method: Case report Results: In the first trial, fertilization was failed. In the second trial, 40% of oocytes were fertilized and all of these embryos were cleaved, but pregnancy did not achieved. In the third trial, sperm injected oocytes were exposed to 10 ${\mu}M$ calcium ionophore for 15 min. All of the injected oocytes were fertilized and proceeded to develop. Triplet pregnancy was achieved after the transfer of six embryos in their third cycle. One embryo vanished and the remaining twins (female) were delivered at 33 weeks of gestation by Caesarean section. Conclusion: This result shows that assisted activation following ICSI may overcome infertility associated with globozoospermia.
