아까바네 바이러스의 분리 및 RT-PCR 진단법에 관한 연구

Akabane disease is transmitted through mosquitoes in cattle, sheep and goats. It shows congenital abnormalities including encephalomyetitis, hydranencephaly, neurogenic arthrogryposis, and deformed neonatal calves. Akabane viruses, 93FMX and K-9 strain, were isolated from fetal matrix of aborted cow and blood of healthy cow, respectively. S gene sequences of 93FMX and K-9 showed 100% homology with that of OBE-1 strain isolated in Japan. Based upon our sequencing data, we synthesized specific primers for PCR diagnosis. Using these primers, we were able to amplify the S gene of Akabane virus not only from the culture fluid of Vero cells but also from the brain tissue of suckling mouse inoculated with, Akabane virus. These PCR products were confirmed by Southern blot hybridization. Not only the sensitivity of PCR test was high enough to detect the viruses of $10^{1.0}TCID_{50}/ml$, but also the time for diagnosis was significantly shorter than that of the virus isolation by tissue culture method. This method was also effective for the detection of Akabane virus in the cerebrum of fetus. RT-PCR method may be used for a useful diagnostic test of the clinical cases of Akabane disease.

Flash Bootloader is to modify the Program of the ECU based UDS using the CAN Protocol. This paper describes the implementation and operation of the Flash Bootloader.

기타 : HACCP시스템 적용이 대규모 양돈장의 동물용 의약품 사용 및 생산성에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 국내 대규모 양돈농장에 HACCP 시스템을 적용 후 나타나는 생산성 및 안전성의 지표인 분만율, 총 산자수, 초기 포유개시 두수, 이유 두수, 이유후 육성율, 이유일령, 모돈두당 연간 비육돈 출하두수와 월평균 약제비, 농장에서의 사용항생제수 사육구간별 사료내 항생제 첨가 농가수-사료공장에서 첨가, 사육구간별 사료내 항생제 첨가 농가수-농장에서 첨가 등을 조사하여 그 효과를 검토하고 이를 향후 수행할 농장 HACCP 연구 관련 기초 자료로 사용하기 위한 목적으로 실시하였다. 분만율은 HACCP 적용 전에 비하여 적용 후 유의적으로 증가하는 것으로 조사되었다(p<0.05). 모돈 두당 연간 규격돈 출하두수도 HACCP 적용 전 17.99두였으나 적용 후 18.83두로 유의적으로 증가하였다(p<0.05). 농장에서의 사용항생제수는 적용 전 8.88개에서 적용 후 6.13개로 약 25.97%가 유의적으로 감소하였다(p<0.05). 특히 사육구간별 항생제 첨가농장수-농장에서 첨가는 비육구간에서 HACCP 적용 전에는 전체 10개 농장 중 4개 농장이 해당되었으나 적용 후에는 모든 농장에서 항생제를 사료에 첨가하지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 본 연구결과에 의하면 대규모 양돈농장에 HACCP 시스템을 적용할 경우 동물용 의약품 사용 감소와 함께 농장의 생산성에도 좋은 효과가 있을 것으로 판단되며 동시에 소비자에게 더욱 안전한 축산물을 제공할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다. The objective of this study was to examine the effect of HACCP implementation on the medicine use, antibiotic utilization in each feeding stage and productivity of large scale swine farms(over 5,000 pigs) in Korea. Data were collected from ten swine farms before and after implementation of a HACCP system. Total number of piglets, number of initial weaning piglets, number of weaning piglets, survival rate of piglets, date of weaning piglets, number of piglets per sow per year and price for medicine used per month on HACCP implemented swine farms had a tendency to increase without any significant difference. However, parturition rate, market pig per sow per year, number of antibiotic used and farm number of feeds containing antibiotics at fattening stage added at the swine farm were significantly increased after HACCP implementation(p<0.05). Due to increase in the feed cost recently, production cost for shipment in HACCP system implemented swine farms had increased in this study. In conclusion, our results indicated that the implementation of HACCP system might have many effects including reduction of medical expenses and improvement of productivity of the pig farms.

등속성 운동이 어깨 충돌증후군 환자의 회전근개 근력과 어깨 기능에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study is to investigate effects of isokinetic exercise on shoulder external and internal rotator strength and shoulder function in patients with shoulder impingement syndrome. Twelve patients who were diagnosed shoulder impingement syndrome were randomly divided into two groups; a isokinetic exercise (IE) group (55.3 ±18.16yr) and a Home exercise (HE) group (52.83±26.27 yr). IE group participated in 5 weeks of isokinetic exercise, consisted of strengthening program on shoulder external/internal rotator with maximal isokinetic contraction. Both groups were educated and conducted home based exercise for 5 weeks. HE group participated in only home based exercise. The shoulder ortator cuff strength was measured by isokinetic strength evaluation machine and shoulder function was evaluated by the University of California at Los Angeles scale(UCLA scale), Shoulder Pain and Disability Index(SPADI) score at pre- and post- intervention. After 5 weeks, IE group showed significant improvement on external rotation peak torque(p<.05), external/internal rotation total work(p<.05). But HE group showed no significant improvement on rotator cuff strength (p>.05). Also IE group showed significant improvement on Shoulder function(p<.05). IE group showed significant improvement on UCLA score (p<.05), SPADI score (p<.05) but HE group only showed significant improvement on UCLA score (p<.05). No significant differences were observed in shoulder rotator cuff strength and shoulder function at before and after intervention in between two groups (p>. 05). We found that isokinetic exercise improved shoulder rotator cuff strength for relatively short period. Also home based exercise has positive effects on shoulder functions. On basis of these results, we concluded that isokinetic exercise is effective on shoulder rotator cuff strength, and shoulder functions in patients with shoulder impingement syndrome. Finally, Home based exercise included rotator cuff strength exercise and scapular stabilization exercise, shoulder stretching exercise would be necessary for treatment of shoulder impingement syndrome.

Herman Melville is said to have been enamored of "cosmic generalities," but that does not necessarily mean he was unconcerned with political issues. The interpretation of Melville's "Benito Cereno" enters a new phase when it is recognized that the work was based on a real historical incident. But still the meaning of the work is not completely clear. Joyce Adler says "Benito" does not express its meaning openly but hides it in the shadows which are thrown over everything. One of the most helpful symbols added to the original is the heraldic dark satyr which holds its foot on the prostrate neck of a writhing figure. The dark satyr symbolizes the Negro leader Babo, but the roles of Negro and white become interchangeable in the following actions. As Babo chalked the words "follow your leader" below the figure-head, the mate cried the same words when he boarded to recapture the ship. The second most valuable clue in interpreting the work is the changing of the name of the slave ship "Tryal" to "San Dominick." It serves to remind the reader that one of the most terrible black rebellions took place in Santo Domingo in the 1790s. Dominican Friars were notorious for the Inquisition in which more than 2000 Albigenses were killed as heretics in 15th century Spain. Thus the "imputation of malign evil" is shared by all, black and white, and it determines their basic equality and interchangeability. Melville was neither an emancipationist nor a supporter of slavery. Melville said that emancipation has ridded the country of the reproach but not wholly of the calamity. He believed the coexistence of the two races in the South was a grave evil. It is the "deeper shadow" of the future of the U. S. and what Benito means when he says what he most fears is "the negro." We can also see this fear in every ideological or racial conflict in the world today.

최근 휴대기기들의 CMOS 영상 센서의 사용으로 Rolling shutter에 의한 왜곡현상이 발생하고 있다. 이러한 왜곡현상을 보정하기 위한 기존의 방법은 동영상에서의 움직임 정보만을 주로 이용하고 있다. 따라서 본 논문은 움직임 정보를 이용한 보정의 성능을 더욱 좋게 하기위하여 정지영상에서 Rolling Shutter 왜곡현상에 대한 추가적인 움직임 정보를 찾아내고 보정하는 알고리즘을 제안하고 있다.

전세사기에 있어서 임차인의 위험요소와 보증상품에 관한 연구

At the same time, investors who bought houses in a rising market could not afford to pay huge interest rates due to interest rate hikes. When the couple receives their monthly wages, each person's monthly wages reach the point where they are repaid in principal and interest. Those who could not afford the increased interest tried to give up the interest burden or pass it on to the tenant, such as disposing of it or looking for a tenant for cheonsei or monthly rent. As a result, supply in the rental market increases, and the rental market appears to be stabilizing. However, this is not the level of the normalized market before the surge, but the level of a certain portion of decline due to interest rate hikes after the surge. As such, the rental market is still supplied to the market at a price that exceeds the normal price, so the number of vacant houses is increasing. Here, in order to solve the housing problem, tenants flocked to relatively cheap villa rentals. In this process, some immoral and blind spots in the law are exploited to rent the villa for a deposit equivalent to the sale price of the newly built villa to a person with bad credit or bankruptcy (limited guardian) who is incapable of socially, economically and legally fulfilling their responsibilities. It can be said that there was a problem of not returning the Jeonse deposit due to transfer. This study analyzes the structure of the Jeonse deposit return problem in the housing rental market from the perspectives of sales agencies, certified real estate agents, lessees, and Housing City Guarantee Corporation. It was pointed out that there is a problem with the effectiveness of presenting the same contents prescribed in the current Certified Real Estate Agent Act by reviewing the alternative measures of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport, which occur because it is targeted for real estate. In addition, it contributes to the stabilization of the housing rental market by presenting an institutional safety device for the return of deposits for the protection of tenants, and a plan to supply rental housing for young people using a large number of newly built villas auctioned due to charter fraud was presented as a solution. 종합부동산세와 양도소득세 강화로 다주택자들에게 주택 처분을 강요했던 문재인정부의 부동산정책은 과도한 세금규제로 주택시장에 공급이 증가하고 이를 통한 자연스러운 공급과잉으로 주택가 안정화를 예상하였으나, 이는 조세전가 현상으로 임대시장 폭등으로 이어지고 결과적으로는 브레이크 없는 주택값 상승을 만들고 말았다. 서울에 자가를 보유하고 있지 않은 사람은 한평생 동안 서울에 자가를 보유한다는 것이 불가능해질 정도로 엄청난 상승폭을 보여줬다. 아파트의 경우 수년 사이에 7억~10억 이상의 차이를 보였다. 과도한 부동산 폭등에 2022년 신정부는 출범 이후 금리상승으로 추가부동산을 매입할 수 없도록 구매력을 억제했다. 이는 빠른 속도로 주택시장의 흐름을 바꾸게 된다. 금리인상으로 인하여 구매력이 억제됨과 동시에 상승시장에 주택을 매입한 투자자들은 금리인상으로 막대한 이자를 감당할 수 없게 되었다. 불어난 이자를 감당할 수 없는 이들은 처분하거나 전세, 월세 시장을 활성화 시켰다. 그 결과 임차시장은 안정을 찾는 것처럼 보였으나 이는 폭등 이전의 수준의 정상화된 시세가 아닌 그저 폭등 후 금리인상에 따른 일정 부분 하락의 수준이다. 여기서 주거문제를 해결하기 위하여 상대적로 저렴한 빌라전세에 임차인들이 몰리게 되었다. 이 과정에서 일부 부도덕하고 법의 사각을 악용하여 신축빌라의 매매가와 맞먹는 보증금에 임대하여 신용불량자 또는 파산(피한정후견인)등의 사회적, 경제적, 법률적으로 책임을 다할 능력이 없는 무능력자에게 빌라를 양도하여 전세 보증금을 정상 반환하지 않는 문제가 발생했다고 할 수 있다. 본 연구는 주택임대차시장에서 발생하는 전세보증금 반환 문제의 구조를 분양대행사, 공인중개사, 임차인, 주택도시보증공사의 입장에서 분석하고 문제의 원인이 신축빌라와 같은 거래내역이 전무하여 가치를 파악하기 어려운 부동산을 대상으로 하기에 발생한다는 것과 후발적인 국토부 대안책을 검토하여 현 공인중개사법에서 규정하고 있는 내용을 똑같이 제시하는 것에 그 실효성에 대하여 문제가 있음을 지적하였다. 또한, 임차인 보호를 위한 보증금 반환의 제도적 안전장치를 제시하여 주택임대차 시장의 안정화에 기여하고, 전세사기로 대량의 신축빌라 경매물건을 활용한 청년 임대주택 공급방안을 그 해결책으로 제시하였다.

Rolling Shutter 환경에서의 동영상 모션벡터 예측

모바일 영상 기기들에 사용되는 저전력, 고화질의 이미지 센서는 Rolling Shutter 방식을 사용하는 CIS(CMOS Image Sensor)이다. 구조적 특성에 의해 Rolling Shutter 방식을 사용하는 CIS는 촬영 환경에 의해 결과물에 왜곡을 일으키게 된다. 본 논문은 Rolling Shutter에 의한 왜곡을 분석하고 촬영된 영상의 Rolling Shutter 왜곡 모션벡터를 예측하는 알고리즘을 제안하였다. 또한 제안 알고리즘의 정확성을 높이기 위해 Sub-block과 Kalman-filter를 적용하여 Sub-pixel 단위로 계산하여 기존의 Lucas-Kanade 알고리즘 보다 효율적인 모션벡터 예측 알고리즘을 제안한다. 또한 보다 정확한 성능 변화를 추적하기 위하여 MSE 방식을 사용하여 비교 분석 하였다.
