        경직형 양하지 뇌성마비 아동의 전방머리자세와 신체기능간의 상관관계

        Purpose: This study investigated the correlation between physical function and forward head posture in spastic diplegia. Methods: The subjects of this study were 10 spastic diplegia patients. We took pictures of the subjects' craniovertebral angle with a digital camera to determine the degree of forward head posture and then analyzed them using the NIH image J program. The physical function test used the TCMS, the BBT, and a spirometer. The data in this study were measured using SPSS version 23.0, and the statistical significance level α was 0.05. A Pearson correlation coefficient analysis was performed to identify the correlation between the degree of the subject's head forward position and physical function. Results: When we performed the BBT and spirometer tests, the subjects' forward head postures were not correlated (p < 0.05). However, with the TCMS, there was a strong correlation between the forward position of the head and balance, with balance decreasing as the head position increased (p < 0.05). Conclusion: Spastic diplegia patients with severe forward head posture showed problems with static balance, dynamic balance, and equilibrium reaction when sitting. Intervention on the right posture and preventive activities will be needed to improve the health of spastic diplegia patients and prevent future problems with physical function.

        산업 융합화에 따른 새로운 비즈니스 생태계 패러다임 연구: 구글과 애플의 헬스케어 플랫폼 사례 비교를 중심으로

        [Purpose] The purpose of this study is to identify the new structure of the digital health care industry which digital technologies have been converged with the traditional health care industry. For this, we analyzed the business ecosystem which is implemented around the Google and Apple’s each healthcare platform, to create a new business ecosystem paradigm. [Methodology] This study examined the study of the digital health care paradigm, as well as prior literatures that concern the business ecosystem. Based on this, Google and Apple were selected to derive the business ecosystem. [Findings] Google shows a strategy of expanding its business ecosystem by completely opening up the platform to outside companies, mainly limited to the role of platform provider focused on healthcare and fitness. Meanwhile, Apple is actively seeing the role of a medical service provider, while securing more end users through existing loyalty customers to expand the business ecosystem. [Implications] By applying the business ecosystem to the digital health care industry, this study analyzed the market environment by reflecting the latest trends. Additionally, by analyzing the cases of Google and Apple, the individual business ecosystem and strategy directions were derived that are implemented around the platforms. [연구목적] 본 연구에서는 전통적인 헬스케어 산업에서 디지털 기술이 융합된 디지털 헬스케어 산업의 새로운 구조를 파악하기 위해 대표적인 글로벌 IT 기업인 구글과 애플의헬스케어 플랫폼을 중심으로 구현되는 비즈니스 생태계를 도출하여 새로운 비즈니스 생태계 패러다임을 분석하였다. [연구방법] 본 연구는 4차 산업혁명 시대의 대두에 따라 변화하고 있는 디지털 헬스케어패러다임에 대한 연구와 더불어 비즈니스 생태계와 관련된 선행연구의 검토를 기반으로, 구글과 애플을 사례 분석 대상으로 선정하여 기업분석과 더불어 헬스케어 플랫폼 분석을수행하여 최종적인 비즈니스 생태계를 도출함으로써 심층적인 사례분석을 수행하였다. [연구결과] 구글은 주로 건강관리 및 피트니스에 중점을 둔 플랫폼 조성자 역할에 국한하여 자사의 플랫폼을 외부 사업자들에게 완벽히 개방하며 자사의 비즈니스 생태계를 확장시키는 전략을 보이고 있다. 반면, 애플은 의료 서비스까지 제공하는 등 적극적인 모습을 보이며 기존의 충성 고객층을 통해 더 많은 최종 소비자를 확보하여 비즈니스 생태계를 확장시키는 전략을 보이는 것으로 나타났다. [연구의 시사점] 비즈니스 생태계 개념을 디지털 헬스케어 산업이란 융합산업에 접목시킴으로써 최신 트렌드를 반영하여 시장 환경을 분석하였다. 또한 의료기관이나 의료기기제조기업이 아닌 플랫폼 기업인 구글과 애플 사례를 분석함으로써 플랫폼을 중심으로 구현되는 비즈니스 생태계와 전략 방향을 도출하였다는 점에서 시사점을 제공하였다.

        Application of 3D printing technology for rehabilitating maxillary defects

        The use of an obturator prosthesis for patients with maxillary defects is a common treatment method to improve their oral function and achieve esthetic satisfaction. However, due to various difficulties and complexities, conventional methods for fabricating dental obturators continue to pose a challenge for dentists and patients, as well as laboratory technicians. CAD-CAM technologies may make it simple to fabricate maxillofacial prostheses including hollow obturators, which could improve comfort for clinicians by reducing burdensome manipulations. In addition, patients without a specialist in their vicinity will be able to be treated via cooperation between a nearby general practitioner and a distant prosthodontist. The aim of this clinical report is to investigate the possibility of using digitally fabricated maxillofacial prostheses that can be designed in one location, and manufactured in another in clinical situations.

        나노 액체크로마토그래피-텐덤 질량분석기를 이용하여 N-당질화 위치 및 N-당사슬 구조 규명을 위한 방법

        Biosimilars are important drugs in medicine and contain many glycosylated proteins. Thorough analysis of the glycosylated protein is a prerequisite for evaluation of biosimilar glycan drugs. A method to assess the diversity of N-gly- cosylation sites and N-glycans from biosimilar glycan drugs has been developed using two separate methods, LC-MS/MS and MALDI-TOF MS, respectively. Development of sensitive, accurate, and efficient methods for evaluation of glycoproteins is still needed. In this study, analysis of both N-glycosylation sites and N-glycans of glycoprotein was performed using the same LC-MS/MS with two different nano-LC columns, nano-C18 and nano-porous graphitized carbon (nano-PGC) columns. N-glycosylated proteins, including RNAse B (one N-glycosylation site), Fetuin (three sites), and α-1 acid glycoprotein (four sites), were used, and small amounts of each protein were used for identification of N-glycosylation sites. In addition, high mannose N-glycans (one type of typical glycan structure), Mannose 5 and 9, eluted from RNAse B, were successfully iden- tified using nano-PGC-LC MS/MS analysis, and the abundance of each glycan from the glycoprotein was calculated. This study demonstrated an accurate and efficient method for determination of N-glycosylation sites and N-glycans of gly- coproteins based on high sensitive LC-MS/MS using two different nano-columns; this method could be applied for eval- uation of the quality of various biosimilar drugs containing N-glycosylation groups.

        Circulating Plasma and Exosomal microRNAs as Indicators of Drug-Induced Organ Injury in Rodent Models

        This study was performed to evaluate whether microRNAs (miRNAs) in circulating exosomes may serve as biomarkers of druginduced liver, kidney, or muscle-injury. Quantitative PCR analyses were performed to measure the amounts of liver-specific miRNAs (miR-122, miR-192, and miR-155), kidney-specific miR-146a, or muscle-specific miR-206 in plasma and exosomes from mice treated with liver, kidney or muscle toxicants. The levels of liver-specific miRNAs in circulating plasma and exosomes were elevated in acetaminophen-induced liver injury and returned to basal levels by treatment with antioxidant N-acetyl-cysteine. Circulating miR-146a and miR-206 were increased in cisplatin-induced nephrotoxicity and bupivacaine-induced myotoxicity, respectively. Taken together, these results indicate that circulating plasma and exosomal miRNAs can be used as potential biomarkers specific for drug-induced liver, kidney or muscle injury.
