유체내에 잠겨있는 물체의 진동은 공기력을 유발시키며 이러한 공기력에 의해 발생되는 진동을 물체의 거동에 의해 발생되는 가진이라 한다. 또한 물체에 작용하는 외부 공기력이 없이도 물체의 주기적인 움직임에 의해 발생되는 에너지로부터 공기력을 생성시킨다. 이러한 메커니즘에 의해 생성되는 공기력을 공기자발력(self-excited force) 이라 하며 교량의 내풍안정성과 관련이 있다. 본 논문에서는 MIE 메커니즘에 의해 발생되는 플루터 현상을 수학적으로 살펴보고, 단일모드에 대한 플러터계수를 이용한 플러터 발생풍속 산정식을 유도하였다. 또한 준정상 이론을 적용하여 단일모드에 대한 플러터 발생 예측식을 간략화하였다. 제안된 식의 플러터 발생풍속을 구조물의 진동수비가 서로 다른 3개의 <TEX>$\pi$</TEX>형 단면에 대해 검토하였다.

교량의 플러터 발생풍속을 예측할 경우에는 주로 주형의 2차원 단면실험을 통하여 추정하고, 전체교량의 3차원 모형실험을 통하여 확인하게 된다. 주형단면의 2차원 단면모형 실험에서는 교량거더의 수직방향과 비틀림 방향의 2자유도계로 간략화하여 구조물의 거동을 살펴보게 된다. 전산풍공학적 방법에 의하여 구조물의 공기력을 산정하는 방법은 기존에 주로 사용되던 풍동실험을 대치하는 방법으로 개발되고 있으며, 교량의 플리터 발생풍속 예측을 위한 산정기법 역시 다양하다. 본 논문에서는 유사한 형상비를 가지는 <TEX>$\pi$</TEX>형 단면 거더의 플러터 발생풍속을 비교하였으며, 교량단면의 2차원 단면실험을 통하여 그 결과값을 비교, 검토하였다.

In this study, a direct methanol fuel cell (DMFC) system was developed for a small electric vehicle (DM-mini V501). DMFC stack was designed and manufactured in Korea Institute of Energy Research (KIER). Also a self-made fuel recirculation and water management system was adopted, and the controller to control power distribution and BOP operation was developed. Nominal power of the DMFC stack was 500 W at 31.5V. In this DMFC/battery hybrid system, DMFC is the major power source, supplemented by battery (18Ah, 24V) for starting up and high peak power supporting. The dynamic response of power sources is under testing. The results showed that the fuel cell system is capable of tracking transient signals with sufficient fidelity such that it should be applicable for use in a load-following mode for small electric vehicle.

The present paper aims to analysis recently why advent of Neo-Sinocentrism in People`s Republic of China. ``Neo-Sinocentrism`` primarily construction of ``Single Multiethnic Chinese Nation``. the greater part a China scholar and chinese historian accept to a kind of this theory, and then rewriting Chinese General History. We have a thorough knowledge the root of ``Neo-Sinocentrism`` and ``Single Multiethnic Chinese Nation`` through writing the Chinese General History in the 20th century. generally People the Chinese General History is that history should be and is indeed always rewritten. This paper discusses writing the Chinese General History was made by the demand of the society and the understanding of the historians in the 20th century. China Historians had made great achievements and gotten many lessons also for the studies of theories in the 20th century. There was a new phenomenon in the historical study in the anti-Japanese World Period. At the same time, the history theories studies in the recent 20years from the early stage of reformation and opening period have been very active. Early concept of ``Single Multiethnic Chinese Nation`` have been appearanced in the anti-Japanese World Period, And come to in the recent 20 years more and more contrive to theoretical development. The world situation has developed in China favor. According to China change a powerful state, Chinese General History reform and turn to Neo-Sinocentrism`s tendency. the Admini-People`s Republic of China maybe hold the belief that it is possible to bring about the reformation of Chinese General History by ``Single Multiethnic Chinese Nation`` in the 21th century.

As the study about the non-animal tests came to be internationally active and the interest in the animal welfare gradually became increased, OECD TG (Test Guideline) 401 that has been used since 1987 was abolished in 2002. Because TG401 is acute oral toxicity method depending on survival and death of many animals, it was heavily criticized. Therefore, the three alternative methods were developed. OECD TG420 and TG423 determine the class of chemicals according to GHS (Globally Harmonized Classification System for Chemical Substances and Mixtures) classification and OECD TG425 suggests the predicted LD50 of chemicals using AOT425 program. In this study, 10 chemicals were selected. The internationally admitted TG420, TG423 and TG425 were introduced and established through the method that these chemicals were orally administrated to SD female rats and then, the results were observed. Each chemical belonged to already known GHS class in the study using TG420 and TG423 and predicted LD50 was same or higher in the study using TG425 compared to already known LD50 value. In conclusion, the result of our study confirmed the decrease in the animal number and validated. The international harmonization of the non-animal tests will be pursued through this validation study.
