산업클러스터 단위 지식경영에서 지식공유촉진활동의 성과영향요인 연구

여러 국가들에서 산업클러스터 개념은 지역과 국가경제의 발전을 위한 전략으로서 중요한 역할을 하고 있다. 산업클러스터는 특정 지역 내 기업과 관련 기능의 입자를 통한 상호작용과 각 주체 간 지식의 교류를 통한 기업의 혁신 촉진과 관련된 개념으로서 기본적으로 지식경영의 개념과 연관돼 있다. 지식교류촉진활동은 산업클러스터에서 협회, 정부지원기관, 리더 기업 등에 의해 이루어지는 지식경영활동 중 가장 중요한 활동으로서 실제로 많은 산업클러스터 들에서 이런 목적의 활동이 계획적으로 전개가 되고 있대 본 연구는 이런 지식교류촉진활동의 성과에 영향을 주는 요인을 파악해 보는데 목적이 있다. 연구 결과 1) 지역, 산업의 지식공유의 문화와 지역 내 리더십 존재, 3) 체계적 촉진 활동.4) 정보시스템 이용, 5) 인적 접촉 경로 등의 요인이 지식교류촉진활동의 성과에 긍정적 영향을 주는 것으로 확인되었다. 본 연구는 기업 임직원들에 대한 직접 설문조사와 수집된 자료의 통계적 분석을 통해 이루어졌다. 분석을 위 해 상관분석, 다중회귀분석, 정준상관분석 등의 통계적 분석기법이 이용되었다. Industrial cluster is adopted as a key policy for the development of regional and national economies in many developed or under-developing countries. The industrial cluster is basically concerned with knowledge sharing and exchanges among diverse functions such as firms, research institutions, and universities in a regional or innovation-network context. Therefore, activities to promote knowledge sharing and exchanges in an industrial cluster become very important activities to reach to the original purpose of an industrial cluster. In this study, factors affecting performance of those activities to promote knowledge sharing and exchanges in an industrial cluster arc defined and the effects are examined through empirical study. For this research, surveys on enterprisers and employees in industrial cluster were conducted and statistical analysis methods such as correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis, and canonical correlation analysis were adopted for analyses.

사회과학분야 학제간 연구 활성화 방안 연구

Recently, the need for interdisciplinary research is being increased in social sciences including business administration and economics as well as other academic areas. It stems from the necessity of interdisplinary approach in understanding complex social and economic phenomena and solving relevant problems. In addition, increasing demand for converged knowledge and skills in industries and education should be supported by interdisciplinary research. However, institutions and cooperations among academic sectors required to promote interdisciplinary research are still lacking in in many social sciences and academia. In this study, academic environment for interdisciplinary research in social sciences in Korea is reviewed and useful preparations for promotion of interdisciplinary research are suggested.

수학기초 학력 증진을 위한 e-러닝 활용방안

중등교육의 비정상화로 학생들의 기초학력은 갈수록 저하되어 가고 있고, 대학은 신입생들의 기초학력 증진에 많은 시간과 비용을 투입하고 있다. 이런 측면에서 대학진입을 위한 수학능력 고사는 유명무실하게 되어 있다. 수학능력시험이 있음으로 해서 수학능력부족자의 대학 입학을 오히려 합법화 시켜 주고 있다. 또한, 이와 같은 현실에 대한 문제점에 대해서도 교과 부는 이를 심각하게 직시하고 개선하려는 노력이 눈에 띠지 않는다. 대학은 우선, 이 들을 위하여 전공보다는 기초학력보완을 위한 교육과정을 운영하지 않으면 안 되고, 특히 수학의 경우는 학생이나 교수 모두를 고심하게 한다. 대학이 그 몫을 감당해야 한다는 것은 아이러니이다. 그리고 대학에나 국가에 많은 손실을 가져다 준다. 그러면서도 지금 실시되고 있는 기초학력 보완을 위한 교육과정과 교수-학습은 그다지 효과를 거두지 못하고 있는 실정이고 그 운영도 효율적이지도 못하다. 어떻든 대학은 이들을 한 없이 끌고 갈수는 없다. 이 들을 최소한의 선에서, 가장 효과적으로 끌고 갈 수 있는 방법을 강구하지 않으면 안 된다. 결론적으로 대학이 이 들에 매이지 않으면서도 효과적으로 잘 이끌 수 있는 방법이 e-러닝학습방법이다. 본 논문은 실제 e -러닝학습방법에 대해 고려해야 할 문제를 제시하고 지속 가능한 효율적 방법으로 설계하고 이를 구현한다. 또한 기초학력부진의 요인이 되는 현 교육체제에 대한 문제점과 개선 방안을 검토한다.

방사선 유도 DNA 손상에 대한 인진쑥의 방어효과

인진쑥의 방사선에 의한 산화적 손상에 대한 DNA 방어효과를 확인하기 위하여 마우스 림프구에서 단세포전기영 동법과 CHO 세포에서 미소핵 형성 시험 그리고 마우스의 간과 흉선 조직의 DNA에서 8-OHdG의 형성정도를 관찰하였다. 그 결과 단세포전기영동법 및 미소핵 형성 시험에서는 50 ㎍/mL의 농도에서 가장 높은 DNA 손상 억제 효과를 나타내었으며, 8-OHdG 형성 정도는 간과 흉선 모두 30 ㎎/㎏ 농도 투여군에서 높은 방어효과를 나타내었다. 이상의 결과에서 인진쑥 추출물은 DNA 상해를 효과적으로 방어하였고 특히, 기존에 알려진 방사선 방호물질에 비하여 독성이 적은 천연물이라는 관점에서 방사선 방어제로 적용이 가능할 것으로 사료된다. In the present study, the protective effects of Artemisia capillaris (AC) on the DNA damage induced by (60)^Co γ-rays were evaluated using alkaline single-cell gel electrophoresis (SCGE, comet assay) in the mouse peripheral lymphocytes and micronuclei (MN) formation test in the Chinese hamster ovary (CHO) cells. We also investigated the effect of AC on 8-hydroxy-2'-deoxyguanosine (8-OHdG) formation in the mouse liver and thymus exposed to γ-ray. The tail moment and the frequency of MN, which were markers of DNA damage in the SCGE and MN formation test, were decreased in the groups treated with AC extract before exposure to 200 cGy of γ-ray. We also observed its activities, lowering 8-OHdG level, an index of oxidative DNA damage, in the groups treated with AC extract before whole body γ-irradiation (800 cGy). It is plausible that scavenging of free radicals by AC may have played an important role in providing the protection against the radiation-induced damage to the DNA. These results indicated that AC protects the DNA damage induced by γ-rays and might be a useful radioprotector, especially since it is a relatively nontoxic product.

사이언스파크에서 기업가적 대학의 역할에 대한 연구: 북경 중관촌 지역 사례

최근 대학이 전통적 역할인 연구, 교육, 봉사뿐만 아니라 직간접적으로 기업가로서의 활동을 하는 사례가 증가함에 따라 기업가적 대학(Entrepreneurial University)으로서의 역할이 연구자들에게 관심의 대상이 되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 중국 북경의 중관촌 사이언스파크에 대한 사례 연구를 통해 대학이 기업가적인 활동을 통해 사이언스파크의 개발과 성장과정에서 어떤 역할을 할 수 있는지 파악해 보았다. 북경대, 청화대, 중국인민대, 중국과학원 등에 대해 집중사례연구를 실시하였으며 특히 사이언스파크 개발 과정에서 대학의 주체적, 능동적 역할에 초점을 두었다. 연구결과중관촌 지역의 대학들은 대학기업의 운영, 지주회사의 설립과 직접투자, 대학 과학기술원 운영, 지식교류 중개기관으로서의 역할, 창업기업가 양성 교육 등과 같은 적극적 경제활동을 통해 사이언스파크의 개발과 성장에 직접적으로 기여를 하고 있었다. 본 연구의 결과는 기업가적 활동을 하는 대학이 구체적으로 어떤 활동을 할 수 있으며 사이언스파크의 개발에 있어 어떤 역할과 기여를 할 수 있는지 사례를 통해 보여준다. The cases of entrepreneurial universities who conduct enterprisers like activities are increasing continuously in these days. Entrepreneurial activities by universities include university enterprises establishment and management, direct and indirect investment, incubating startup businesses, and diverse university-industry cooperation. In this study, the roles and contributions of universities in the development of science parks are explored with a case of Zhongguancun in Beijing. In particular, the roles of four universities such as Peking, Tsinghua, Renmin, and Chinese Academy of Science were intensively focused and investigated. Interpretive case research methodology was adopted for this study and in-depth interview and secondary data analysis methods were used for the investigation. The result of this study suggests that universities can do essential roles in the development of science parks and can contribute to the development and growth of science parks through proactive and direct economic activities as well as traditional and defensive university-industry cooperation.

소프트웨어산업 집적지의 입지 및 발전특성에 대한 연구

소프트웨어산업은 지식기반산업으로서 다양한 기술적, 공간적 지식교류 네트워크를 형성하면서 발전하지만 지리적으로 일정 지역에 집적지를 형성하면서 발전하는 경향도 발견이 된다. 본 연구는 소프트웨어산업 집적지의 입지 및 발전과정의 특성을 파악해 보는데 초점을 둔다. 연구문제는 크게 1) 무형의 상품을 다루는 소프트웨어산업에서도 과연 집적의 이익 존재하는지, 2) 집적지의 입지와 발전특성에 직접적으로 영향을 주는 요인들에는 어떤 것이 있는지 두 가지이다. 다중사례연구(multiple case research)를 통해 연구가 진행되었으며 연구결과 소프트웨어 산업에서도 다양한 집적의 이익이 존재하며 집적지 형성에 있어 인적자원의 확보가능성, 대도시 접근성, 정부의 정책 등이 결정적 역할을 하고, 또한 기업의 비즈니스모델, 기업의 규모, 적용기술의 수준 등도 고려될 필요가 있는 것으로 확인되었다. In this study, the characteristics of location and development of software industry clusters were investigated focusing on differentiating characteristics from manufacturing industries. Seven research questions concerning firm’s location choices were extracted along with three dimensional categories of 1) benefits of firms’ agglomeration in software industry, 2) impact of three general factors such as the supply of talented human resources, accessibility to large cities, and government policies, and 3) impact of three firm specific factors such as business model, company size, and technology level. Multiple case research method was adopted for data collection and test of research questions in this study. From the result, it was found that the benefits of firms’ agglomeration also exist in software industries and other variables extracted in this study also have meaningful impacts on location and development of software industry clusters.

전자상거래에서 고객의 맞춤 제품 및 서비스 구매결정요인 연구

Although, customization services are regarded as a highly innovative customer oriented new business model in electronic commerce, the speed of market expansion of this service is slower than it has been expected. In this study, factors affecting customer purchase intention of customized products and services in electronic commerce were identified and their relationships were examined. Five factors of perceived customer value, service standardization, trust and reliability, customer satisfaction, and customer purchase intention were adopted for this study. From the result, perceived customer value, service standardization, and trust and reliability need to be managed to raise customer satisfaction and purchase intention. Data for analysis were collected through customer surveys and statically analyzed through the methodology of structural equation modeling.

현재 많은 대학에서 가상대학을 개설하고 e-러닝을 활용하고 있다. 본 논문은 가상 대학에서의 e-러닝 운영이 아닌, 일반 대학에서의 재학생을 위한 e-러닝 활용 방안의 효율성 재고에 대해 논하고자 한다. 본 논문은 먼저, e-러닝의 개념과 대학의 e-러닝 운영 현황을 알아보고, e-러닝을 위한 교수 전략과 콘텐츠 개발과 시안, e-러닝의 효율적 운영 방안의 순서로 구성한다.
