      • 修治巴豆 및 巴豆加黃連의 細胞毒性과 抗腫瘍效果에 關한 實驗的 硏究

        This experiment was designed to study the change of cytotoxic and antitumor effects according to the prebrewed method of Semen Tiglii and Rhizoma Coptidis. The cytotoxic and antitumor effects were evaluated on human cell lines (A 549, Caki-1, LL2, Sarcoma 180, NIH/3T3)after exposure to prebrewed Semen Tiglii an Rhizoma coptidis water extract 0.1, 0.2, 0.4, 0.8, 1.6mg/m§¤ using in MTT assay, LDH, colony forming efficency and SRB assay which were regarded as a valuable method for cytotoxic and antitumor effects of unknown compound on tumor cell lines. 1. The cytotoxicity form the result of MTT assay was low slightly in the ST Ⅱ (炒巴豆籍), high in the ST Ⅲ (醋巴豆籍). The cytotoxicity of ST Ⅰ+RC(生巴豆籍加黃連) was similar to that of ST Ⅰ (生巴豆籍). 2. The cytotoxicity from the result of LDH was low slightly in the ST Ⅱ (炒巴豆籍), high in the ST Ⅱ (炒巴豆籍), high in the ST Ⅲ(醋炒巴豆). The cytotoxicity of ST Ⅰ+RC (生巴豆籍加黃連) was similar to that of ST Ⅰ(生巴豆籍). 3. The antitumor affect on A 549 tumor cell from the result of colony forming efficiency was low slightly in the ST Ⅱ (炒巴豆籍) and ST Ⅰ+RC(生巴豆籍加黃連). 4. The antitumor effect on Caki-1 tumor cell from the result of SRB assay was low slightly in the ST ST Ⅱ (炒巴豆籍). 6. The inhibitory effect on the growth of Sarcoma 180 and Lewis lung carcinoma tumor cell increased slightly in the ST Ⅰ+RC(生巴豆籍加黃連) and ST Ⅱ (炒巴豆籍).

        남북한 군사통합시 북한 잉여장비 이전 수요 연구 - 화포장비중 심으로

        This study focuses on possible surplus weapons in the case of military unification of South and North Korea, which has not been addressed enough. In the past, research topics concentrated mostly on cost and benefit analysis of unification. However, this paper sheds light upon the international transfer demand analysis of the possible surplus weapons and planning the actual transfer. The study was conducted under the assumption of a unification of absorption by the Republic of Korea Armed Forces. To specify the subject of the study, the artillery system was chosen as a result of a thorough analysis of various background factors. The current North Korean artillery scale was estimated by referring to information publicized in Military Balance, and making a comparison to countries with a similar weapon size or equal diameter. With this base information, the countries in demand were identified by referring to national transfer amounts on the SIPRI database. Political, economic, social and technical factors were also taken into account. These countries were then classified into 'Exports', 'Performance Upgrades' and 'Military Aids'. The ideal transfer plan was selected by determining the countries with the highest transfer demands. 본 연구는 기존에 주로 연구되었던 남북한 군사통합에 대한 비용분석과 편익연구에서 탈피하여 그동안 미진하였던 남북한 군사통합 상황에서 북한에서 발생 가능한 잉여장비를 예측하고 이를 이전방안으로 처리하기 위한 국제적인 수요 분석 연구를 수행하였다. 이를 위한 기본 가정으로 통합방안은 남한군에 의한 흡수통합으로 한정하였으며, 대상체계는 전 세계 이전규모, 북한군 보유량, 민수화 가능성 및 성능개량 기술력 등 고려요소 분석을 통해 화포체계를 선정하였다. 또한 Military Balance 에 공개된 북한군 화포장비 현황을 반영하여 현재 북한군이 보유한 장비와 동일 구경을 갖는 유사장비 보유국을 식별하였다. 이를 바탕으로 SIPRI 데이터베이스 상의 국가별 이전량을 중심으로 정치, 경제, 사회, 기술적 요소를 종합하여 수요국가를 분석하였다. 이렇게 분석된 수요국가를 대외수출, 성능개량, 대외원조로 구분하여 향후 수요가 높을 것으로 판단되는 국가별 이전방안을 선정하여 제시하였다.

        군용 항공 분야 시험평가 인프라 구축을 위한 비행시험 전용 비행장 필요성 및 확보 방안

        This study addresses the problem of the absence of an airfield dedicated to flight tests, particularly since the need for flight tests has increased significantly with the development of the domestic aviation industry. In particular, the development of unmanned aerial vehicles, including small drones, along with the development of manned aircraft such as KF-21“Boramae,” marine attack helicopters, and mine-sweeping helicopters, continues to increase flight test requirements. However, developers are not able to secure sufficient flight test time owing to program schedules. Accordingly, industry/academic/research/military and programrelated institutions involved in aircraft development strongly hope to establish an airfield infrastructure dedicated to flight tests. However, to secure a new airfield, several problems must be addressed, such as civil complaints in the region and securing a large budget. Accordingly, this study analyzed various measures to secure a flight test airfield in the defense sector and proposed that a flight test airfield connected to a military airport relocation project could be the most reasonable alternative for resolving regional conflicts and securing budgets.

        수치파두(修治巴豆) 및 파두가황연(巴豆加黃連)의 세포독성(細胞毒性)과 항종양(抗腫瘍) 효과(效果)에 관(關)한 실험적(實驗的) 연구(硏究)

        This experiment was designed to study the change of cytotoxic and antitumor effects according to the prebrewed method of Semen Tiglii and Rhizoma Coptidis. The cytotoxicity of ST I + RC(生巴豆霜加黃連) was similar to that of ST I(生巴豆霜). 3. The antitumor affect on A 549 tumor cell from the result of colony forming efficiency was low slightly in the ST II (炒巴豆霜) and ST I + RC(生巴豆霜加黃連). 4. The antitumor effect on Caki-1 tumor cell from the result of SRB assay was low slightly in the ST II (炒巴豆霜). 5. Median survival time and Increased life span increased slightly in the ST I RC(生巴豆霜加黃連) and ST II (炒巴豆霜). 6. The inhibitory effect on the growth of Sarcoma 180 and Lewis lung carcinoma tumor cell increased slightly in the ST I + RC(生巴豆霜加黃連) and ST II (炒巴豆霜).

        세계방산시장 진출 확대를 위한 무기체계 수출 가능성에 관한 연구

        With the export of the T-50 aircraft in 2011 and the achievement of 1 billion dollars in defense industry exports in 2012, this study focused on the strategy for the extention of secondhand weapon system into the global defense industry as the niche strategy. The result showed that Netherlands, Sweden and Ukraine compete with major suppliers in the global defense industry market by exporting secondhand weapon systems. Nevertheless, through efficient utilization of surplus and used weapons, the Korean defense industry has a good capability to participate in and expand into the global weapons market. Thus, a niche and variant strategy for Korean defense industry exports must be formulated and established. 본 연구는 ‘11년 T-50항공기 수출과 ’12년 방산수출액 1조원을 돌파 등 한국의 방산 수출역량이 성장하는 가운데 국제 방산시장 진출 확대를 위한 또 다른 틈새시장 전략의 일환으로 신규 무기체계 외에 중고무기체계 수출방안에 대한 연구결과를 제안하였다. 연구결과 주요 5대 방산수출국외 네델란드, 스웨덴, 우크라이나의 경우 중고무기체계 수출을 통해 세계 방산시장에서 일정 비중을 차지하고 있음을 확인하였다. 또한 한국내 발생 가능한 잉여장비를 활용할 경우 충분한 중고무기체계 수출시장에 참여할 역량을 보유하고 있으며, 이를 이용한 다양한 수출전략을 사전에 준비해야함을 제시하였다.

        Canser is one of the most important cause of death. So recently, investigation of cancer progress prosperously all over the world. Cancer in the present medicine correspond to You-Am, Sin-Am, Youg-Soon, Sel-Gyun, Sil-Young, Young-Lyoo, Seg-Je, Seg-Young, Seg-Ha, Jerk-Chuo(積聚), Jing-Ha, Oel-Gyek, Ban-Oui, Bi-Gi, Bok-Lyang, Jang-Dan, Hyen-Bek in the oriental medicine. Among thes, generally Jerk-Chui(積聚) is expressed to cancer. So to develop of new drugs of cancer in the present medicine, bibliographic investigation of mass-prescriptions was stodied in the oriental medicine-bodks. According to the bibliographic study of Jerk-Chui-prescriptions, the results rus as follows. 1. The clinical-botanic classifications of the used drugs in the drugs in the Jerk-Chui-prescriprions were regulating the flow of Qi drugs, warm-heating drugs, promoting blood circulation drugs, killing mass drugs, resolving drugs, purgative drugs, Qi and blood tonics drugs, heat clearing drugs, removing dampess by promoting diuresis drugs, phlegm eliminating drugs, allaying pain drugs. 4. According to the nature and taste in the drugs, warm and heating recipes were used most, heat-clearing recipes were used a few times assistantly. 5. The Jerk-Chui-prescription used frequently was Bun-Don-Tang, Which was used 13 times ; Bok-Oyang-Hoan 12 times, Bi-Gi-Hoan(肥氣丸) 12 times, Sik-Boon-Hoan 12 times, A-Uie-Hoan 12 times, Bi-Gi-Hoan(肥氣丸) 12 times, Dai-Cil-Gi-Tang 8 times, Sik-Boon-Hoan 12 times, A-Uie-Hoan 12 times, Bi-Gi-Hoan(肥氣丸) 12 times, Dai-Cil-Gi-Tang 8 times, San-Cuie-Tang 8 times, Guye-Gyen-Tang 6 times, On-Baig-Won 5 times, So-Jek-Jeng-Ouen-San 5 times, Jin=In-Hoa-Cel-Tang 5 times.
