신학 6년 연계 교과과정의 필요성 : 고신대학교를 중심으로

A retrospective analysis of 31 cases with delayed traumatic epidural hematoma who were admitted to Dong-Guk University Hospital from January 1990 to December 1994 was made according to their age and sex, etiology, site of lesion, time interval to finding delayed traumatic epidural hematoma, contributory factors in development of delayed epidural hematoma, treatment and prognosis. Thirty-one patients with delayed traumatic epidural hematoma were seen among 246 treated cases of epidural hematomas for a frequency of 12.6%. Delayed epidural hematoma were classified into two groups based on the presence of hematoma in initial brain CT scan: delayed bleeding type(newly formed epidural hematoma/ 15 cases: 6.5%) and delayed expansion type(enlargement of intial hematoma/ 16 cases: 6.6%). The results were as follows: 1) The males on third to fourth decade were most frequently affected. 2) the most common cause was pedestrian accident by motor vehicles. 3) the most common clinical manifestation of delayed traumatic epidural hematoma was mental change, followed by headache and vomiting. 4) The most frequent time interval when the delayed traumatic epidural hematoma may be occured was from 1 to 3 days after trauma. 5) The most common contributory factor in development of delayed traumatic epidural hematoma was skull fracture and using hyperosmolar agent, followed by surgical decompression. 6) The GOS(Glasgow Outcome Scale) of analysed 31 cases were good recovery in 71%, moderate disability in 16%, and severe disability in 13%. 신학 6년 연계 교과과정의 필요성: 고신대학교를 중심으로

오늘날 신학교육은 교파와 인종에 따라 다양할 뿐 아니라 실천적 적합성을 추구하고 있는데, 특히 IT의 활용도가 높아지고 있다. 신학교육은 현장성이 무시된 채 그 자체가 목적이 되어 신학교에만 고립될 것이 아니라, 기독교대학, 신학대학원, 교회, 사회가 상호 연결되는 실제적인 방식으로 교회와 사회를 변화시키는 수단으로 전개되어야 한다. 한국의 경우 학부에서 신학을 전공하지 않은 학생들이 신학대학원 목회학석사 과정에서 3년간 속성으로 수학 한 후 목회자가 되는 경우가 허다한데, 이것은 한국교회의 다양한 문제와 무관하다고 말할 수 있을까? 신학과 출신들이 신대원에서 심화된 연계교육을 받지 못하고 있는 것은 큰 손실인데, 많은 교단신학교들에게 숙제로 남아있다. 이 글에서는 고신대학교를 중심으로 연계교육의 필요성을 살펴보되, 총신대 및 해외의 연계 과정을 지속하고 있는 개혁신학교들의 교과과정과 비교할 것이다. 그 후 신학과와 신대원의 6년 연계 과정을 실행할 수 있는 교과과정을 제시하고, 비신학과 출신들을 위한 신대원 교과과정도 제시할 것이다. Globally, theological education is facing a crisis in its quality as well as its quantity. The aim of this paper is to delve into the necessity of a 6-year consistent theological curriculum implementation by Kosin University. The most serious problem in terms of theological curriculum between undergraduate and M.Div. programs is the duplication and repetition of subjects. By comparing curricula of domestic and international reformed theological universities, the present researchers suggest a progressive system of a 6-year consistent curriculum from undergraduate through M.Div. studies. During 4 years of undergraduate courses, students take basic subjects like biblical languages, classical languages, philosophy, reformed creeds, and an introduction to each genre of the Bible in order to set a base for advanced training in M.Div. coursework. Then, during 2 years of M.Div. courses, students take subjects focusing on exegesis, homiletics, church history, dogmatics, and practical and ecclesiological issues caused by churches and society. The 6-year consistent curriculum seems to play a key role for solving problems in the Korean church which are raised fundamentally by ineffective theological education.
수복재료와 내가동연결장치가 IMZ 임프란트 보철물의 충격흡수효과에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the shock absorbing effect of 4 restorative materials and intramobile connector. The damping effect of four restorative materials used to veneer test crown rigidly connected to IMZ implant and subjected to an impact force was measured. These materials included a gold alloy(stabilor G) : a noble metal ceramic alloy(Degudent H) : porcelain(Duceram) : composite resin(Dentacolor). In addition, this study compared damping effect of same restoretive materials after using polyoxymethylene intramobile connector(POM IMC). The result of this study suggest that : In case of using metal IMC 1. Veneered composite resin(group IV) reduced the impact force by 75%, when compared to an equivalent thickness of porcelain(group III). Group IV reduced the impact force by 87% and 89%, respectively, when compared to Stabilor G(group I) and Degudent H(group II). 2. The impact force recorded was higher for the alloy with the higher elastic modulus.(Stabilor G, group I, Young's modulus 107 Gpa, versus Degudent H, Group II, Young's modulus 95 Gpa) 3. It took the longest time for composite resin veneered group(IV) to reach to peak force when compared group I, II, III. In case of using POM IMC 4. The mean impact force recorded were reduced by 79%(group I), 78%(group II), 69%(group III), 84%(group IV), respectively, when compared to using metal IMC. 5. The time required to reach the peak force were increased by 78%(group I, II) 87%(group III), 34%(group IV), respectively, when compared to using metal IMC>.
급성 경막하 혈종 : 224 수술례 분석 An Analysis of 244 Operated Cases

This study is a retrospective clinical analysis of two hundred fourty-four consecutive cases of acute subdural hematoma which were confirmed by operation during the last five years at the Department of Neurosurgery of the Dong-guk University Hospital. The authors have attempted, through this analysis to identify the factors affecting the outcome of acute subdural hematoma. A favorable outcome occurred in 40%, and an unfavorable outcome in 21% of patients at the time of discharge whilea death ocurred in 39% of the cases. We have concluded that initial GCS. pupillary status, systolic arterial blood pressure, FDP vaules, presence or absence of skull fracture. lICP findings on brain CT, hematoma amount and associated intracranial lesions are ail prognostic factors, although the timing of operation did not reflect a significant difference in the outcome, however the sooner the intracranial hematoma lesion is evacuated, the better the outcome will be.
