이 논문은 1971년 저술된 지영희의 「무속장고」에 근저를 이루는 음양이론의 체계와 장단의 실제를 규명하려는 목적을 가지고 있다. 이 목적을 달성하기 위해 음양론의 원리를 무속장단에서 찾아 드러내었고, 동 시대 무악 연주자인 이용우, 조한춘, 지갑성의 장단과 지영희 무속장단을 비교하였다. 이러한 논의의 결과는 세 가지 점으로 압축할 수 있다. 첫 번째, 지영희 무속장단의 배경이론은 음양이론적 원리를 바탕으로 한다. 이는 네 가지 측면으로 드러난다. 제1원리는 ‘대칭적 구조의 원리’이고, 제2원리는 ‘궁편과 채편의 대조적 원리’이다. 제3원리는 '2박과 3박의 구성 원리'이며, 제4원리는 ‘풀고 맺는 순환 원리’이다. 두 번째, 지영희 만의 특수성이 들어있다는 점이다. 즉, 지영희 장단은 음양론에 입각하여, 눈⋅코⋅입이 새겨져 있다. 이는 40박 단위로 정해진 틀을 말하며, 이 틀 안에서 음양원리에 따라 장단이 구조화되어 있다. 이러한 40박 단위는 이용우, 조한춘, 지갑성의 경우에서는 볼 수 없었다. 그 이유는 이들이 무녀의 무무(巫舞)에 따라 장단을 구성하기 때문으로 여겨진다. 세 번째, 유사한 점도 있다. 지영희의 여섯 번째와 일곱 번째의 집(장단의 묶음)을 이루는 대비적인 형식은 지영희의 2군과 3군 초입과 유사하다는 점이다. The purpose of this paper is to clarify the system of the Ŭmyang(陰陽) theory and the practice of the rhythm which is rooted in Ji Young - hee 's "Shamanic rhythm" written in 1971. In order to accomplish this purpose, the principle of the ŭmyang(陰陽) theory was revealed in the shamanic rhythm, and compared Chi yŏng-hŭi(池瑛熙) with the Yi Yong-u(李龍雨), Cho Han-j'un(趙漢春), Chi Kap-sŏng(池甲成). The results of this discussion can be compressed into three points. First, the background theory of Chi yŏng-hŭi Shamanism's rhythm is based on the principles of ŭmyang(陰陽) theory. This is reflected in four aspects; The first principle is the principle of symmetrical structure, and the second principle is the contrast principle of changgo(長鼓)'s left(궁편) and right(채편). The third principle is 'the composition principle of two beats and three beats', and the fourth principle is 'the circulation principle which loosing and closing' Secondly, there is the unique characteristic of Chi Yŏng-hŭi(池瑛熙). In other words, Chi Yŏng-hŭi(池瑛熙)'s rhythm is based on ŭmyang(陰陽) theory; There are eyes, nose, and mouth engraved on it. This refers to a frame set in units of 40 beats, and in this frame, the rhythm is structured according to the ŭmyang(陰陽) principle. These 40 beats units could not be seen in the cases of Yi Yong-u(李龍雨), Cho Han-j'un(趙漢春), Chi Kap-sŏng(池甲成). The reason for this is considered to be that they constitute a rhythm according to th dance of the shaman. Third, there is a similar point. The contrasting form of the sixth rhythm and the seventh rhythm of Chi Kap-sŏng(池甲成) is similar to that of Ji Young-hee's group 2 and group 3.
요추 추간발탈출증에 동반된 Aspergillus 감염 : 증례보고와 문헌고찰 Case report and Review of the Literature

Aspergillus disc space infection is an unusual complication of the immunocompromised state. The author present a case of herniation of the nucleus pulposus associated with aspergillus infestation at L4-5 level. A 58-year old male was presented with sudden low back pain and right leg pain after heavy weight lifting. Nurological examination revealed positive straight leg raising test on the right at 30° and on the left at 45° and weakness of right big toe dorsiflexion. Magnetic resonance imaging and computerized tomography scan demonstrated a usual herniated nucleus pulposus(HNP) in L4-5, centrally and to the right. He underwent a right L4 partial hemilaminectomy. L4 discetomy, and L5 foraminotomy. Neuropathologic examination revealed a degenerative nucleus pulposus and aspergillus infestation.

Alcohol intoxication is often a contributory factor to the accidental head injury and may greatly aggrevate the situation due to respiratory depression, cerebral edema and alteration in clotting mechanisms. Blood alcohol level was measured in 1261 patients with head injury attending the emergency room of Chung-Ang university hospital during one year from July, 1988. Blood alcohol concentration over 0.5g/L was defined as positive. The results are as followed : 1) Among 1261 patients of head injury, 89 patients showed positive blood alcohol level(7.05%). The mean blood alcohol concentration was 1.673g/L. 2) The male to female ratio was 8.9 : 1 and majority of patients were 3rd and 4th decade. 76.6 percent of blood alcohol positive patients were attended between 8pm and 4am. 3) The common mechanisms of injury in blood alcohol positive group were pedestrian road traffic accidents(27.1%), fall down(24.7%) and home accidents(14.6%). 4) The level of consciousness on admission was significantly worse in the blood alcohol positive group than in the control group(P<0.01). 5) The common associated injuries were mostly in the extremities(22.5%) and chest(6.7%), but there was no significant difference in both group. 6) The prognosis was worse in the blood alcohol positive group than in the control group(P<0.01).
20세기 음악에 나타난 우연성 -쇤베르크의 무조음악과 12음 기법을 중심으로-

이 논문은 20세기 과학의 발전에 따른 세계관의 변화에 주목하였다. 이 변화의 배경과 철학을 이해함으로써, 20세기 서구음악을 ‘우연성’이라는 시각에서 조망하려는 목적을 갖고 있다. 이 글은 20세기 물리학적 세계관의 변화와 20세기 새로운 음악적 양상 사이의 사상적 연관성을 담고 있다. 이 연관성은 우연성의 요소를 기반으로 하고 있다. 우연성의 개념은 세 가지 주제를 포함한다. 우선, 자연과학에서 말하는 우연성개념은 무엇인지 둘째, 아리스토텔레스의 ‘운’의 개념과 20세기 과학과 음악에서 인과율에 대한 반성이 어떻게 나타나는지 셋째는 인간 창작행위의 원천으로서 ‘영감’에 주목하여, 그 자체의 우연적 속성을 지적했다. 특히 이글은 쇤베르크를 중심으로 20세기 음악의 우연성 요소를 고찰했다. 유독 그의 무조음악과 12음렬주의 음악에 담겨진 사상에서 20세기 물리학적 견해와 통하는 지점을 본 논문은 포착했다. 그 결과, 이글에서는 중심음과 나머지음 사이의 필연적인 성격을 조성음악의 특징으로 규정했고 대조적으로, 20세기 음악의 본질적인 특징으로서 우연성의 요소에 기반을 둔 자유로움을 무조음악과 12음 기법에서 찾았다. This article is watched change of the world view according to develop of science. The purpose of this article is to look at the other view for music of the twentieth century by understand background and philosophy of change. The contents contains to contact between development for physic of the twentieth century and new music of the twentieth century. The contact found on contingency. The concept of contingency have three thema. The first, this study puts how to explain in the natural science. The second, the text founds contingency through how to appear in the ‘ττὰ ἀππὸ ττύχχηηςς’ of the Aristotle(B.C. 384—322) and physic of the twentieth century and music of the twentieth century. The third, point of this article, inspiration consist of contingency by studying source of the human’s creation. The contingency for music of 20th preponderantly pursues on focus of the Schonberg(Arnold Schoenberg, 1874-1951). This text pursues on relation between his philosophy of the atonal music(twelve-tone technique) and physic of the twentieth century. As a result, this article pursues on ‘inevitability’ nature of the tonality by relating between the tonic and the other note. On the contrary to this, this text pursues on that the atonal music and the twelve-tone technique release from law of the ‘inevitability’.

A retrospective analysis of 31 cases with delayed traumatic epidural hematoma who were admitted to Dong-Guk University Hospital from January 1990 to December 1994 was made according to their age and sex, etiology, site of lesion, time interval to finding delayed traumatic epidural hematoma, contributory factors in development of delayed epidural hematoma, treatment and prognosis. Thirty-one patients with delayed traumatic epidural hematoma were seen among 246 treated cases of epidural hematomas for a frequency of 12.6%. Delayed epidural hematoma were classified into two groups based on the presence of hematoma in initial brain CT scan: delayed bleeding type(newly formed epidural hematoma/ 15 cases: 6.5%) and delayed expansion type(enlargement of intial hematoma/ 16 cases: 6.6%). The results were as follows: 1) The males on third to fourth decade were most frequently affected. 2) the most common cause was pedestrian accident by motor vehicles. 3) the most common clinical manifestation of delayed traumatic epidural hematoma was mental change, followed by headache and vomiting. 4) The most frequent time interval when the delayed traumatic epidural hematoma may be occured was from 1 to 3 days after trauma. 5) The most common contributory factor in development of delayed traumatic epidural hematoma was skull fracture and using hyperosmolar agent, followed by surgical decompression. 6) The GOS(Glasgow Outcome Scale) of analysed 31 cases were good recovery in 71%, moderate disability in 16%, and severe disability in 13%. 구한말 무속의 윤리적 폐단과 무금(巫禁) 시행의 의미: <독립신문>․<매일신문>․<황성신문>의 기사를 중심으로

이 글은 1894년 갑오농민혁명 이후 무금(巫禁) 정책의 시행을 주목하고, 당시 신문에서 지적한 무속의 폐 단 사유를 밝히려는 목적을 가지고 있다. 그 결과, 이글에서 밝힌 바는 다음과 같다. 무금의 시행은 1895년 3월 10일 시작되었다는 점, 금지내용은 내무아문의 제반규례에 포함되어있다는 점 등이다. 언론에서 제기한 무속의 폐단 사유는 네 가지 주제로 집약할 수 있다. 첫째는 무사(巫事)가 ‘불법’이라는 점, 둘째는 ‘치료’와 연관된 모든 무사 행위가 의료적 폐단이라는 점, 셋 째는 무사에 드는 ‘비용’이 경제적인 폐단이라는 점, 넷째는 무사행위가 종교적 폐단을 낳는다는 점이다. 결론적으로, 이글은 그 당시 신문을 통해 무금의 과정을 파악했고, 언론이 무속에 대한 국민적 비판여론을 형성시켰음을 밝혔다. The main objective of this thesis is to reveal the implementation of Shamanism-Prohibition (巫禁) since the revolution of Kabo(甲午) farmers in the 1894. This paper addresses proposed reasons of shamanism’s evils, as pointed out in the newspapers at the time. The results of this study are as follows: the enforcement of Shamanism-Prohibition began March 15, 1895, and prohibit information contained in statutes. The reasons alleging negative effects of shamanism raised by the press covering four topics: First, the Shaman’s Act is ‘illegal’. Second, all Shaman’s Act with the intention of healing is a medical evil. Third, the perfect ‘cost’ of the Shaman’s Act is an economical evil. Fourth, the Shaman’s Act lays at the heart of religious evils. Consequently, this paper focuses on two central themes. One presents the process of Shamanism-Prohibition through newspaper coverage at the time. The other is the cultivation of national public criticism for shamanism as it was formed through newspapers.
주조공정의 수치해석을 위한 3차원 전산모델 개발에 관한 연구

A three dimensional numerical model was developed to analyze the mold filling and solidification processes straightforwardly in a casting processes. On the basis of the SIMPLER algorithm, the VOF method and the Equivalent Specific Heat method were adopted to deal with the free surface behavior and the latent heat evolution. The complete model has been validated using exact solutions and experimental results. The importance of three-dimensional effects has been highlighted by comparing the results from the three-dimensional analysis with those given by a two-dimensional analysis.

최근 무악연구의 기초 작업으로서, 음악학적 개념에 대한 강조는 점점 늘어나고 있는 추세이다. 그런 맥락을 같이하여, 이 글의 목적은 연구 참여자와의 면담을 통해 ‘화랭이’ 개념에 관한 의미를 밝히는 데에 있다. 본 연구의 방법론은 질적연구방법론의 한 가지인 문화기술지 연구로서, 참여관찰과 심층면접의 방법을 사용하였다. 이 연구에서 제시한 개념분석의 틀은 역사적 관점, 현장적 관점, 사회적 관점, 기능적 관점 등, 네 가지로 구성된다. 이 네 가지 관점에 따라, 결과분석 및 해석의 과정을 거쳐서 핵심주제를 산출했다. 결론적으로 핵심주제를 말하자면, 역사적 관점에서는 ‘세습’, 현장적 관점에서는 ‘수치심’, 사회적 관점에서는 ‘천시’, 기능적 관점에서는 ‘악사, 선굿꾼’이다. 그리고 이 용어는 일반인들에 의해 사용되어오다가 학술용어로 널리 쓰이게 되었지만, 정작 무악 당사자들은 쓰지 않았다. In recent years, there has been an increasing emphasis within musicology on conception as a fundamental basis for shaman ritual music. This paper highlights to clarifing concept of hwaraengi(화랭이) in Kyŏnggi todanggut, including a interview on participants. The methodology of this paper apply ethnographic study, which is Qualitive Research by observation and interview. Conceptual framework makes four's focus; historical point, cognitive point, social point, functional point. With on four focus, this study process analysis and construction for data, that obtain major subject. This paper concludes with major subject; historical point is hereditary, cognitive point is shame, social point is contempt, functional point are instrumental player and performers. This term had widely employed by citizen before it's used in the accademia, rather all parties hadn't employed.
