혈액종양질환에서 염색체 마이크로어레이의 유용성: 염색체 1q 이상을 동반한 공격성 NK세포 백혈병 1예

A variety of clonal cytogenetic abnormalities have been reported in aggressive natural killer (NK)-cell lymphoma and leukemia. Recent chromosomal microarray studies have shown both gain and loss of 1q and loss of 7p as recurrent abnormalities in aggressive NK-cell leukemia. Here, we report a case of aggressive NK-cell leukemia with complex chromosomal gains and losses, as confirmed by chromosomal microarray analysis. The patient showed an aggressive clinical course, which was complicated by hemophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis. Conventional cytogenetic analysis revealed trisomy 3 and 1q gain only. However, chromosomal microarray analysis detected an additional gain of 1q21.1–q24.2 and a loss of 1q24.2–q31.3. These abnormal lesions might play a role in the pathogenesis of aggressive NK-cell leukemia by inactivating tumor suppressor genes or by activating oncogenes. These results suggest that chromosomal microarray analysis may be used to provide further genetic information for patients with hematological malignancies, including aggressive NK-cell leukemia. 공격성 NK세포 백혈병에서 다양한 세포유전학적 클론성 이상이 보고되었다. 최근 염색체마이크로어레이(chromosomal microarray)를 이용한 연구를 통해서 공격성 NK세포 백혈병에서 호발하는 이상으로 1q 획득과 결손 그리고 7p의 결손이 보고되었다. 연구자들은 염색체마이크로어레이법으로 확인된 복잡한 염색체 획득과 소실을 보인 공격성 NK세포 백혈병 1 증례를 경험하여 보고하고자 한다. 이환자는 혈구탐식성림프조직구증식증을 동반하는 공격적인 경과를 보였다. 염색체 검사에서는 3번 염색체 3배체와 1q 획득만이 발견되었으나 염색체 마이크로어레이법을 통해 1q21.1–q24.2의 획득과 1q24.2–q31.3의 결손이 추가로 발견되었다. 이러한 이상 부위는 NK세포 백혈병 발병에 역할을 하는 종양 억제 유전자의 비활성화 또는 종양 유도 유전자의 활성화에 관여할 것으로 생각된다. 염색체마이크로어레이 검사는 공격성 NK세포 백혈병을 포함한 혈액종양질환에서 추가적인 유전적 정보를 제공할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

예술가와 기업의 콜라보레이션에 대한 현상학적 연구 -시각예술작가의 관점을 중심으로-

In this study we investigate how artists experience collaboration with corporations. While there has been considerable research on collaboration activities between artists and businesses, it has primarily focused on analyzing the effectiveness of such collaborations from the perspective of businesses. For this study we conducted in-depth interviews with seven artists and one collaboration manager with experience in selling original paintings or artworks and collaborations products. We analyzed the data we obtained using the phenomenological research method of Giorgi. As a result of the study, a total of 10 essential topics and 27 revealed topics were found, and the following results were obtained. First, artists recognized collaboration as an extension of their creative activities under new conditions. Second, in the process of collaboration, artists gained the experience of working alongside organizations and discovered the significance of visual art in society. Third, for artists, corporate collaboration allows them to check the reception of their works outside the art world and they accepted their path though experiencing ambivalent feelings about the commercial use of the work. Fourth, through collaboration, artists were able to expand their works enriching their art world, and mature themselves as professionals and social members. They were able to brand themselves as professionals and expand collaborations into more complex projects, thereby enhancing their skills. They also strengthened their negotiation skills as members of society when dealing with businesses and demonstrated greater adaptability to business requirements. Through this study, we were able to structurally understand the experience of collaboration with companies from the perspective of artists. As a result, collaboration is, for artists, an experience of positioning oneself as an artist and functioning as a social member within the social system. In this way, they were able to rediscover themselves as members of society.

가맹본부의 허위·과장 정보제공행위로 인한 통상손해의 범위 —서울중앙지법 2019. 9. 26. 선고 2017가합548157 판결을 중심으로—

통상손해란 일반적으로 특별한 사정이 없는 한 그 종류의 채무불이행이 있으면 사회일반의 거래관념 또는 경험칙에 비추어 통상 발생하는 것으로 생각되는 범위의 손해이다. 가맹본부의 허위·과장정보제공행위가 있으면 통상 발생할 것으로 생각되는 범위의 손해가 무엇인지에 대한 해답은, 가맹계약의 목적에서 찾아야 한다고 생각한다. 그러한 시각에서 보면, 가맹사업거래의 당사자인 가맹본부와 가맹점사업자는 ‘가맹점운영권’을 주고받는 관계에 있고, 이때의 ‘가맹점’은 단순히 물리적인 공간으로서의 가맹점포가 아니라 영업의 실질로서의 가맹점으로 이해해야 한다. 가맹점사업자가 가맹점을 ‘운영’하기 위해서는 가맹점을 ‘개설’하여야 하고, 가맹점을 개설하기 위해서는 가맹점사업자가 그에 필요한 물적 설비(상호, 점포, 주요 기계 및 설비, 가구, 원·부재료 또는 상품 등)와 인적 설비(고용인, 상업사용인 등)를 갖추어야 한다. 그렇다면 영업의 실질로서의 가맹점을 개설하기 위하여 지출한 물적 설비비와 인적 설비비는 가장 직접적인 손해로서 통상손해로 보지 않을 수 없다. 한편 가맹점사업자가 지출하는 비용 중에서 임대차 계약기간에 지급할 임차료의 비중이 크다. 더욱이 임대차계약은 가맹계약과 별도로 체결되는데, 통상 임대차계약의 상대방, 계약기간 등이 가맹계약의 상대방, 계약기간 등과 불일치하므로, 가맹점사업자가 부득이 가맹점 운영을 조기에 중단해야 한다면 잔존 임대차계약 기간 중에 지급해야 할 무익한 임대료는 가맹점사업자에게 감당할 수 없는 수준이 된다는 특징이 있다. 또한, 가맹점사업자는 가맹본부의 허위·과장정보제공행위를 인지하더라도 거래관계를 적법하게 해소할 수 있는 상당한 기간 내에는 지속적으로 그 외 운영비용을 투입할 수밖에 없는데(가령, 영업중단을 하거나, 영업시간을 단축하면 인건비는 절감되겠지만 가맹계약의 불이행으로 위약금을 부담하고 계약해지를 당할 위험이 수반된다), 그러한 위험을 온전히 가맹점사업자에게 부담시키는 것은 불합리하다. 따라서 가맹본부의 허위·과장 정보제공행위가 있으면 가맹점사업자가 지출한 개업비용에 더하여 잔여 점포임대료 등 제반 운영비용에 대한 특별한 고려가 필요하다. 다만 가맹점사업자가 가맹점을 운영하는 과정에서 지출한 비용 중, 가맹본부의 허위·과장 정보제공행위와 인과관계가 있는 통상손해는 ‘가맹점사업자가 가맹본부로부터 허위·과장정보를 제공받은 사실을 인지하고 가맹계약을 해지한 뒤 새로운 영업을 준비하는 데 필요한 합리적인 기간 동안에 발생한 운영비용’에 한한다고 보아야 한다. An ordinary damage is generally a range of damage that is thought to occur in light of the ordinary trade or experience in the event of a default unless there are special circumstances. The answer to the extent of damage that is normally expected to occur in the event of false or exaggerated information provided by the franchisor should be found in the purpose of the franchise agreement. From that point of view, the franchisor and franchisee, who are parties to the franchise business transaction, are in a relationship exchanging ‘the right to operate franchise business’ and the ‘franchise business’ here should be understood not just as a franchise store as a physical space but as a franchisee as a substance of business. In order for a franchisee to 'operate' a franchise store, he or she should ‘open’ a franchisee, and in order to open a franchisee, a franchise business operator must have necessary material equipment (such as store name, store, major machinery and equipment, furniture, raw or subsidiary materials, or goods) and human equipment (such as employees and commercial users). If so, the material and human equipment costs spent to open a franchisee as a substance of business are the most direct damages and are considered ordinary damages. Meanwhile, out of the expenses spent by franchisee, the portion of rent to be paid during the lease contract period is large. Moreover, the lease contract is concluded separately from the franchise contract. Usually, because the other party, the contract period, and others of the lease contract do not match those of the franchise agreement, if the franchising operator has to suspend the operation of the franchisee early, the unprofitable rent to be paid during the remaining lease period is not affordable to the franchising operator. In addition, even if the franchisee recognizes the false or exaggerated information provision by the franchisor, it is inevitable to continue to spend operating expenses within a reasonable period of time to legally resolve the transaction relationship (for example, if they suspend operations or shorten business hours, labor costs will be reduced, but there is a risk of bearing penalty and termination of the contract due to failure of the franchise agreement), and it is unreasonable to fully impose such risks on the franchisee. Therefore, if there is an act of providing false or exaggerated information by the franchisor, special consideration should be given to all operating expenses, including remaining store rent, in addition to the opening expenses spent by franchisee. Among the expenses that the franchisees spent in the process of operating franchise business, the ordinary damage that is caused by the act of providing false and exaggerated information of the franchisor must be limited to those incurred within the reasonable period of time necessary for franchisee to notice that it has received false and exaggerated information and then to prepare for a new business after terminating the contract.

May Uprising has been passed 20 years. Composers have configurated it as music. There are many reasons. For example, praise the meaning of it, cherish the memory of sacrificed people, of feeling of debt to May Uprising. It was configurated in form of symphony, symphonic poem, prelude, opera, &-song, by many composers, who had various backgrounds. The representational mode was expressed variously by the genre, background of composers, time and political factor. Yun Isang' symphony Exemplum, in memoriam Kwangiu(l981) was composed firstly. As German-nationality composer Yun Isang could compose it without political influence. It was the 7 months later after the uprising. He expressed defeat, sorrow, his desire for justice and democracy of Korea, and appeal to continue fighting in his favored Hauptton technique. Lee Mn-soo' modem art-song In this hlay was composed 1981. It was difficult to speak out that openly in Korea at that time. He used a student s poem published in the university newspaper. The poem symbolized things. So, the music described atmosphere of that time in the style of expressionism like disharmonious compound chords, irregular rhythms, chromatic melodies. Kim Sun-chul's opera Mudeung-dungdung was supported by goverment's Culture-Tourism Department. It represented uprising realistically using various styles like Korean folk, Western counterpoint, and atonal as well as western tonal music. The latest work, Yooha Jeong's Cwangju Uprising was written in Korean court music, folk music, and western contemporary music styles. She experienced the uprising on the spot as an university student. It described Gwangju Uprising as ultimate victory of Gwangju Uprising spirit.

유아교원을 위한 융합교육 연수 제안: 스토리텔링을 활용한 예술-수학 교과 중심으로

본 연구의 목적은 유아교원들에게 학문간 융합교육 방법을 제시하고 추후 유아교원 대상의 융합교육 관련 연수 기획 시 고려되어야 할 사항을 제안하는 것이다. 이를 위해 음악을 통한 학문간 융합교육 프로그램을 고안하였고 고안된 프로그램을 유아교육현장에 적용한 사례와 교원연수에 참여한 교원들의 반응을 보고하였다. 2년간 여름학기 특수분야 교원직무연수로 진행된 2회의 연수는 음악과 동작을 매개로 한 각각의 다른 주제로 운영되었다. 본 연구를 통해 예술과 타 학문간 융합의 가능성을 볼 수 있었고 융합교육을 시도하는 교원이 고려해야 할 사항 및 학문간 융합교육 실행단계 모형이 고안되었다. 예술과 수학의 융합교육을 위해 사용된 전략으로는 스토리텔링이 있으며, 예술장르와 스토리텔링을 효과적으로 사용할 수 있는 방법을 미술, 음악, 문학을 통한 접근방법으로 나누어 실제 교안을 사례로 들어 소개하였다. 예술을 통한 교과 간 융합교육을 시도하는 유아교사에게 예술 장르에 대하여 공부해야 하고 교사 본인이 좋아하는 예술을 우선하여 시도하며 예술을 잘 해야 한다는 생각을 버리고 교육에 참여할 것을 제안하였다. The purpose of this study is to suggest interdisciplinary convergence education methods for early childhood teachers and to suggest matters to be considered in planning training related to convergence education for early childhood teachers in the future.,For this purpose, an interdisciplinary convergence education program through music was devised and the case of applying the designed program to the early childhood education field and the response of the teachers who participated in the teacher training were reported.,The two training sessions, which were held for two years as a teacher training course in the special field during the summer semester, were operated on different themes through music and movement.,Through this study, the possibility of convergence between art and other disciplines was seen, and the items that teachers who try to educate convergence should consider and the model of the implementation stage of interdisciplinary convergence education were devised.,The strategies used for the convergence education of art and mathematics include storytelling, and the methods for effective use of art genres and storytelling are divided into approaches through art, music, and literature, and actual teaching plans are introduced as examples.,It is suggested that early childhood teachers who try to teach convergence between subjects through art should study art genre and try art that teachers like first and should do well and participate in education.
