May Uprising has been passed 20 years. Composers have configurated it as music. There are many reasons. For example, praise the meaning of it, cherish the memory of sacrificed people, of feeling of debt to May Uprising. It was configurated in form of symphony, symphonic poem, prelude, opera, &-song, by many composers, who had various backgrounds. The representational mode was expressed variously by the genre, background of composers, time and political factor. Yun Isang' symphony Exemplum, in memoriam Kwangiu(l981) was composed firstly. As German-nationality composer Yun Isang could compose it without political influence. It was the 7 months later after the uprising. He expressed defeat, sorrow, his desire for justice and democracy of Korea, and appeal to continue fighting in his favored Hauptton technique. Lee Mn-soo' modem art-song In this hlay was composed 1981. It was difficult to speak out that openly in Korea at that time. He used a student s poem published in the university newspaper. The poem symbolized things. So, the music described atmosphere of that time in the style of expressionism like disharmonious compound chords, irregular rhythms, chromatic melodies. Kim Sun-chul's opera Mudeung-dungdung was supported by goverment's Culture-Tourism Department. It represented uprising realistically using various styles like Korean folk, Western counterpoint, and atonal as well as western tonal music. The latest work, Yooha Jeong's Cwangju Uprising was written in Korean court music, folk music, and western contemporary music styles. She experienced the uprising on the spot as an university student. It described Gwangju Uprising as ultimate victory of Gwangju Uprising spirit.

Scriabin participated in the mistery of the Eucharist very seriously and loved fairy tales when he was young. He had unbounded faith in the priest as the human representation of God. This early religious bent evolved into theosophy and his egocentric character made him concentrate on himself and strive for self-understanding. His megalomania, exacerbated by his belief in theosophy, led him to write, “ I am God.” Ironically he showed very selfish attitude in his personal life as he abandoned his wife for another woman while he, as a god, tried to compose or create very important works for human race. But it is true he could create his mystical chords because he always concentrated on his own thinking or his own language because of his egocentric character. For a long time he cherished the dream of creating Mysterium. He had the idea that art must unite with philosophy to from a new testament. By composing his piece entitled Prometheus with mystical chord for mankind, he identified himself with Prometheus who was a God, friend, and benefactor of humans. At the same time he partly realized his goal and prepared himself for his ultimate creation, Mysterium. Historically many Scriabin scholars have recognized the importance of Prometheus and the later works as a connection between the musical language of the nineteenth century and atonality. And the mystical chord is the center of this connection. In Prometheus, inclusion of a Tastiera per luce (a special keyboard of light) distinguishes this composition as the most ambitious example of what has been termed “color-music.” Massive orchestral forces which Scriabin called for in Prometheus must be matched with a sophisticated color realization of the luce part if the work is to be presented according to the composer’s intentions. It was lack of parallel resources, due to inadequate lighting technology, that was largely responsible for the limited success of those early performances which included colored light. It is remarkable that no composer before Scriabin attempted to demonstrate the supposed correspondence in an orchestral work. In addition to the historical significance of its new harmonic construction, Prometheus remains the foremost example of color-music.

Leukemia is a neoplastic disease with an excessive proliferation of immature white blood cells and their precursors. Common oral manifestations of acute myeloid leukemia (AML) include ulceration, petechiae, spontaneous bleeding, and gingival hyperplasia. The estimated prevalence of AML is 19 per 100,000 populations, the median age of diagnosis is over 65 years, and of all the subtypes of leukemia, AML accounts for the highest percentage of leukemic deaths. The purpose of this study is to report the case of a 77-year-old female patient, who visited our outpatient clinic due to consistent inflammatory findings. Though she received surgical treatment, she was diagnosed with AML by chance after a preoperative blood test. We also discuss the necessity of performing a preoperative blood test prior to invasive dental procedures such as tooth extraction or biopsy.
