        외식부문 : Bass 모형을 이용한 외식산업 수요예측에 관한 연구

        Since the 1990s, fast foods-led dining out industry has transformed and continuously developed stimulated by making inroads of enterprise-type family restaurants which adopted advanced management skills. The expansion of ding out industry and a sharp increase in demand of family restaurants have led the industry to take the lead in the sales and market share by forming making their chains and to introduce various kinds of service to achieve them and to apply competitive marketing strategies. To establish proper marketing strategies requires product life cycle through accurate prediction of demand, so in this study, for an accurate prediction of demand of dining out industry and family restaurants, This study predicted a demand with demand function and curves through Bass model which has not been used until today. This study followed procedures below to analyze actually in the study. First, This study used a survey of household spending from the National Statistical Office and materials from Foods Distribution Yearbook for a time series data of dining out industry, the range of the time series is from 1975 to 2003 Second, Regression analysis based on Bass model and calculated drawing power-related indices, innovation coefficient(p), imitation coefficient(q) and Gross Potential Demand(m). According to the values, This study predicted demand of Bass. The result of this study is as follows in case of dining-out industry. After the presumption of to what new dining-out industry extends during the future 40 years based on Bass model, a point of inflection where an increasing rate of new sales against Gross Potential Demand is the highest will be in 2028 based on 2003, and after, it gradually decreases.

        고객특성이 전환장벽, 전환의도와 재방문의사에 미치는 영향

        경제의 발전과 더불어 산업사회가 고도화 되면서 국민소득의 증가, 여가시간의 증가, 여성의 취업 증가 등의 변화에 따라 국민의 생활수요도 다양해지고 있다. 이러한 수요의 변화에 따라 서비스 산업은 여러 형태로 발전하면서 오늘날 현대 경제는 서비스 경제 또는 서비스 사회라고도 불리어 지고 있다. 이는 서비스 산업이 경제 전체에서 차지하는 비중이 확대되고 서비스 산업의 범위가 넓어지고 있고 현대사회에서 서비스 산업의 중요성이 크게 부각되고 있기 때문이다. 이러한 서비스 산업의 경우 최근 경쟁이 치열해지고 브랜드에 대한 충성도가 감소함에 따라 신규고객 유치와 시장점유율 확대 등의 공격적 마케팅전략 보다는 기존고객 유지의 방어적 마케팅 전략의 중요성이 커지고 있다. 특히 여행사와 항공사의 경우 많은 경쟁과 성수기, 비수기의 수요 양극화 현상 등으로 인하여 서비스전환의 용이성이 증가함에 따라 기존 고객을 유지하고 전환을 억제하는 것이 더욱 중요시되고 있는 실정이다. 이에 본 연구는 고객특성에 따른 전환장벽과 전환의도 그리고 재방문 의사의 관계에 대하여 연구하여 업계에 도움이 되는 시사점을 찿고자 하였다. This study aims to identify of customer features control the effect on revisit intention and switching intention. The statistical techniques used for this empirical analysis are frequency analysis, technology analysis, reliability analysis, factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis along with path analysis and moderate regression analysis, which are based on structural model From the effect that customer features control the effect on switching barrier by switching intention, travel agencies has a control effect on 'financial switching costs' and 'relational switching costs', and airlines show they have control effect on 'relational switching costs.' In diversity pursuit factors, 'financial switching costs' and 'attractiveness of alternatives' have a meaningful control effect for travel agencies customers, while 'procedural switching costs' for airlines customers. In the analysis result of the effect that customer features control the effect on revisit intention by switching intention, 'percept' and 'diversity pursuit' have a meaningful control effect in travel agencies customers and airlines one, respectively.

        외식프랜차이즈 가맹점의 갈등과 분쟁해결 사례연구

        This study is for an example of arbitration of a dining out franchise company in Korea and frachise system currently is expanding and developing to international trade. The main reason for that is franchising has some benefits compared to the existing trades. Korean dining-out industry has largely developed for the past 20 years, but there are little world-class company of the industry, because dining-out industry should go for qualitative as well as quantitative growth at the same time. Korean dining-out industry has adopted licensing and joint-venture among growth strategies, but the franchise system among them seems to have taken its place as a representative strategy for management to develop dining-out industry. The history of Korean dining-out franchise industry is very short and it is true that we have no a management philosophy of accompanying growth with franchise due to a short experiences and recognition of top management or managers and short-term strategy for branch expansion. For a brilliant growth of dininig-out franchise industry, to settle disputes through arbitration, in case of disputes taking place, is very important, because the franchise industry is a frequent-trading sector, requires expert-level knowledge, favors a closed examination and also needs a fast solution. As the franchise industry has been sharply growing around the world, there is more possibility of disputes, and various and complicated laws of the industry are related to disputes as well, so much more expert-level knowledge is required to solve disputes. Therefore, affiliated headquarters hope a disclosed settlement of their disputes and their any disputes should be fast settled for the benefits of affiliated members.

        호텔 직원의 조직몰입이 비재무적 성과에 미치는 영향 - 노조윤리 유형에 따른 조절 효과 -

        This report aims to demonstrate corporate development and a new labor union relationship in the era of competition by suggesting the direction of labor union based on the new definition of labor union ethics and reasons for the management and labor unions as components for a company to work together for the enhancement of ESG. For this, I set and verified six sub-hypotheses in two area. The interpretation and implication. First, I classified types of labor union ethics into two groups through clustering analysis. The two groups are 'passive group consisting of managers' and 'active group consisting of employees'. Second, I examine hypotheses 1-1, 1-2 and 1-3 about organizational commitment and ESG through multiple regression analysis. The analysis of three sub-hypotheses of hypothesis 1 shows that affiliative commitment among organizational commitment factors is found to be meaningful for ESG, and corporate value commitment is found to be not meaningful. Third, I studied three sub-hypotheses of hypothesis 2 that deals with types of labor union ethics that moderates the impact of organizational commitment on ESG. The result was only 2-3 hypothesis, 'there might be differences in the impact of organizational commitment on ESG(leaning and growth indicator) depending on types of labor union ethics' has a moderating effect. After confirming moderating effect of each type of labor union ethics, I carried out multiple regression analysis by dividing groups into passive group consisting of managers and active group consisting of employees, which demonstrates

        호텔 경영 형태별 브랜드 자산 구성요소의 인과관계 비교: 브랜드개성 매개 효과를 중심으로

        In this research I tried to gain an overall understanding of the individual components of the brand equity of super luxury hotels. With the help of this information I presented a method how to improve the management of the brand equity. At the same time I analyzed the causal relationship between the components of brand equity and tried to find a variety of significant management implications in connection with the hotel brand. In other words, I tried to find out how the components of the brand equity like the brand awareness, brand association, brand image, brand personality, perceived quality, and loyalty influence each other. Furthermore, I compared the difference between hotels with independently owned management and hotels with chain management depending on the type of hotel management. I especially focused on the mediation effect of the brand personality formed by sincerity, excitement, competence, sophistication, and ruggedness.

        국외 여행 전문 인솔자의 감정노동 유형에 따른 직무만족 영향요인에 관한 연구

        As tourism is one of the highest growing industry in 21st century and Scholars from various field emphasize that tourism will become the spring well of wealth the nations. That is the reason why many countries try to develop their tourism resources, supplement of tourism system, and enforce various publicity activities. In Korea, total number of overseas travel is increase every year due to five-day work system, increase in annual income, development of transportation and more chances to gathering information of tour. This study examine which factors have an effect on job satisfaction. This study take types of emotional labor as an independent variables and use job stress and job burnout for intermediate variables. Data were collected using a survey. Factor analyses were used to identify underlying data structures and path analysis was utilized to investigate the hypothesised relationships by using SPSS13.0 and AMOS 4.0. The results hold implications for tour companies and tour conductors.

        자기효능감이 조직구성원행동에 미치는 영향 -서울지역 특1급호텔 종사자를 중심으로-

        Under fastly moving businese circumstance, it is very important to retain par excellence human resource and innovation. The purpose of this study is to find out casual relationship among self-efficacy, job embeddedness, innovative behavior, and organizational citizenship behavior, which is dependent variable. Firstly, there is significant relationship between self-efficacy and job embeddedness except adaptive factor. Secondly, there is significant relationship between self-efficacy and innovative behavior in all factors. Thirdly, there is significant relationship between self-efficacy and organizational citizenship behavior in case of all inclusive factors. Fourthly, there is significant relationship between self-efficacy and innovative behavior in each and every related factor. Fifthly, in case of front-of-the-house employees, there are significant relationship among self-control factor and fitness, sacrifice, and connection factors while those of back-of-the house, same results are found.
