스포츠 이벤트 개최를 통한 장소마케팅 연구:프랑스 일주 사이클 대회(Tour de France)를 사례로

This study examines the place marketing effects of sports events. The empirical case is ‘Tour de France’, a world famous French cycling competition. Reviewing previous researches on sports events in Korea, author investigates the place marketing mechanism and strategies of ‘villes d’tape’, by looking at, on the one hand, competition’s official ritual and, on the other, additional cultural events and activities. This paper also deals with specific cases of memorial place images created by cycling race itself. Author found the Tour de France as a sports event functions as systematic generator of local festivals in France.

성당의 교구를 기본으로 구획되어, 12세기 이상의 역사를 가지고 있는 프랑스의 꼬뮌은 주민들 정체성의 상징임과 동시에 이 나라 공간 구조 및 지방 자치하에서의 국토 개발정책을 이해하는데 핵심이다. 인구 및 면적에서 그 규모가 너무 작기 때문에 관리와 개발의 효율성이 떨어지는 프랑스 꼬뮌의 한 약점은, 농촌 탈출을 거쳐 오늘날 Rurbanisation으로 이어지는 농촌 공간 변화와 맞물려 농촌 지역 꼬뮌들의 협력 필요성을 더욱 강화하고 있다. 공공서비스 공급과 관리를 위한 단순한 형태의 조합에서 시작된 꼬뮌 협력체는, 꼬뮌의 강제적 통합 정책이 실패로 끝나면서, 재정을 공유하고 개발정책을 공동으로 결정시행하는 더 결합된 형태의 협력관계로 발전하여 국토개발 정책의 기본 단위가 되고 있다. 기초 지방자치 단체인 꼬뮌의 권한중 상당 부분을 이양 받는다는 점에서 80년대 이후 강력하게 추진 되고 있는 지방분권의 측면에서도 중요한 의미를 띤다. 이 글은 꼬뮌이 가지는 고유의 독립성을 존중하면서 꼬뮌간의 협력으로 관리와 개발의 효율성을 도모해 나가는 프랑스의 경우를 살펴보고, 이를 통해 우리나라 행정구역 개편에서 야기되는 갈등들을 보는 새로운 시각과 이에 기초한 공간정책을 제시하고자 한다. 꼬뮌간 협력의 한 보기로서는 프랑스 북서부의 Bretagne 지방, Ctes d'Armor에 소재한 la Communaut de Communes du Pays de Lanvollon-Plouha를 예로 든다. The French Commune System and Intercommunal Cooperation The well-known subdivided French commune system is crucial in this paper to an understanding of the rural organization and the decentralized regional development policy in France. As the rural exodus and the phenomenon of "rurbanisation" unfold, the rural communes with a naturally small scale have become more and more obliged to cooperate either mutually or with the nearby urban communes. Since a fail of the authoritarian communal fusion, intercommunality has been considered as the best means of arbitrating between the efficient regional development and the communes' desire for autonomy. Intercommunal cooperation, initially employed as a simple tool of the disstributing basic services, replaces the power of the communes concerning the regional development, involving the delegation of the most of communal competences to the intercommunal structure (Etablissements publics de cooperation intercommunale ). In this paper considering the French commune system and the intecommunal cooperation, I have dealt with the current mutations of rural space, especially the rurbanisation, and insisted on a development of a rural type of intercommunal cooperation through the example of the la Communaut de Communes du Pays de Lanvollon-Plouha, located in Bretagne, the north-eastern side of France.

Haemonetics ACP 215를 이용한 냉동적혈구의 제조와 해동

Background : The FDA has approved the storage of frozen red blood cells (RBCs) at -80°C for 10 years. After deglycerolization, the RBCs can be stored at 4°C for no more than 24 hours, because open systems are currently being used. We evaluated Haemonetics ACP 215, an automated, functionally closed system, for both the glycerolization and deglycerolization processes. Methods : Thirty packed RBCs that had been glycerolized and stored at -80°C for 2 weeks were thawed, deglycerolized and resuspended in AS-3. The RBCs were then stored at 4°C for 2 weeks. For the evaluation of the procedure, RBC recovery rate, osmolarity, specific gravity, LDH, K+, Hb-2,3 DPG, Hb-ATP, and plasma hemoglobin were tested at day 0 and day 14. Results : The recovery rate of RBCs was 83.7±2.6% (78.9-88.8%). The Hb ATP and 2,3-DPG of RBCs were 5.16±1.0 mol/g Hb and 10.4±2.4 mol/g Hb, respectively, at day 0. The supernatant K+, specific gravity, osmolarity, LDH were 1.3±0.6 mmol/L, 1.008±0.001, 295.0±3.1 mOsm/kgH2O, 175.0±39.0 unit/L, respectively. All measurements were acceptable to allow the RBCs deglycerolized on ACP 215 to be stored at 4°C for 14 days. The blood cultures were negative at day 0 and day 14. Conclusions : Haemonetics ACP 215 provides a closed, automated system for RBC glycerolization and deglycerolization. This study showed that the RBCs that were glycerolized and deglycerolized in the automated instrument and stored in AS-3 at 4°C for 14 days are of an acceptable quality. 배경 : 고농도 글리세롤법으로 적혈구를 냉동하면 개방계에서이루어지면 세척 후 24시간 이내 사용해야하나 최근 폐쇄계에서냉동적혈구를 제조하면 해동 세척 후 냉장상태로 2주간 보관이가능해졌다. 국내에 이 방법을 이용한 냉동적혈구의 제조가 아직소개되지 않아 저자는 폐쇄계를 이용하여 냉동적혈구를 제조하고세척 후 냉장상태로 2주 보관하는 방법을 확립하고자 하였다.방법 : 30단위의 적혈구를 고농도 글리세롤법으로 자동화기계인Haemonetics ACP 215를 이용하여 폐쇄계에서 냉동하고 2주 후이를 해동 세척하여 수혈에 적절한지 평가하기 위해 적혈구 회수율과 상층액에서 K+, LDH, 삼투압, 비중을 측정하고 혈액배양을시행하였다. 냉장보관 2주 후 동일한 검사항목을 재 측정하였다.결과 : 적혈구 회수율은 83.7± 2.6% (78.9-88.8%)이었고 세척직후 상층액의 K+, Hb ATP, Hb 2,3-DPG, 비중, 삼투압, LDH는 각 1.33 ± 0.62 mmol/L, 5.2± 1.0 mol/g Hb, 10.37± 2.35mol/g Hb, 1.008± 0.001, 295.0± 3.06 mOsm/kgH 2O, 175.0±39.0 unit/L이었다. 보관 2주 후 측정에서 비중 1.07 ± 0.000, 삼투압 301.3± 3.3 mOsm/kgH 2O, K+ 농도 29.8± 2.7 mmol/L,Hb ATP 3.5 ± 1.1 mol/g Hb, Hb 2,3-DPG 3.7 ± 1.9 mol/gHb, LDH 209.4± 108.4 unit/L이었다. 혈액배양결과상 모두 음성이었다. 결론 : 고농도 글리세롤법으로 자동화기계인 Haemonetics ACP215를 이용하여 폐쇄계에서 동결 해동 적혈구를 제조해 본 결과 수행과정이 용이하고 모든 생화학적 지표가 우수하여 향후 냉동적 혈구의 제조시 활용할 수 있을것으로 생각된다.
