      • 북한이탈주민의 사회자본과 남한사회 적응에 관한 종단적 분석 (2017-2021)

        This study analyzed the social capital of North Korean refugees. Social capital is an intangible resource and plays a very important role for migrants. Based on the analysis results, we tried to suggest policy implication. To this end, first, the trend of changes in social capital of North Korean refugees by year was analyzed. Second, the effect of social capital of North Korean refugees on adaptation to South Korean society was analyzed. Third, the factors that determine the social capital of North Korean refugees were analyzed. As a result of the analysis, first, the social capital of North Korean refugees has been on the decline from 2017 to 2021, and the bonding social capital, which means the relationship with North Korean refugees, has been on the rise from 2019, and the bridging social capital has been on the decline. Second, it was found that the social capital of North Korean refugees had a positive effect on economic, psychological/physical, and social integration on South Korean social adaptation. In particular, the role of bridge social capital, which means relations with South Koreans, was revealed to be important. Third, the main factors that determine social capital for North Korean refugees were the level of education in South Korea, participation in social and group activities as a type of leisure activity on weekends or holidays, and the gap in social capital by age was large. In a qualitative in-depth interview to supplement the quantitative research results and understand the context of individual North Korean refugees, the negative perception of South Korean social education and North Korean relationship expanded over time, while bridging social capital, which means relations with South Koreans, appeared to be more difficult to form over time. Nevertheless, religious activities and families have now turned out to be the main space providing social capital to them. Finally, this study suggested the following policy implication. First, despite the importance of educational experience in South Korean society to form social capital, many support programs were mainly aimed at teenagers. Therefore, a support program is required to expand the experience of South Korean social education for adult/senior North Korean refugees. Second, support programs are required to expand the participation of various private organizations to recover social capital of North Korean refugees, which has decreased since COVID-19. Third, in terms of awareness, a policy program is required to prevent and reduce various social pathological phenomena (multi-level marketing, voice phishing, etc.) that can hinder relations between North Korean refugees. In addition, programs are required to support various private organization participation activities that can increase the frequency of contact with South Korean residents and promote relationships.

        With the advent of the 4th industrial revolution, the possibility that cultural democracy can be realized through works of art using IoT has been detected. Therefore, this study analyzed art cases based on IoT technology, which is one of the major technologies of the 4th industry. To this end, we devised a matrix that can measure the technological level of IoT Art and the achievement of cultural democracy, and explored the possibility of realizing cultural democracy in IoT Art. As a result, IoT Art partially satisfies 'cultural democratic elements in the creation and enjoyment of art'. In addition, it was found that a certain level of IoT is being utilized in the development stage of IoT. Therefore, it was confirmed that IoT art has potential in realizing cultural democracy despite some limitations.

        Flow structure and flow-induced noise in an axisymmetric cavity with lids

        Direct numerical simulations of incompressible turbulent flow through an axisymmetric cavity with or without lids were performed at Re t,in = 186 to examine the hydrodynamic effects of the lids on the flow-induced noise. The strength of the recirculation in the downstream region was weakened by the installation of the lids. Comparison of the acoustic sources of the Lighthill equation indicated that the lid in the downstream region attenuated the flow-induced noise substantially. Frequency spectra and spatio-temporal correlations of pressure fluctuations revealed the most energetic mode and the convective nature of the flow over the cavity. It was evident from a detailed investigation of the instantaneous flow fields that the introduction of lids into the cavity significantly weakened the interaction between the separated shear layer and the trailing edge of the cavity. The present results clearly showed that the installation of lids is an effective means of reducing flow-induced noise.

        고려시대 報祀와 祭行 의미

        During the Goryeo Dynasty, Bosa(報祀) is a national ritual performed in return for peace and stability, or overcoming the situation of national hardship. When the prayer is fulfilled, the ritual is performed again with gratitude. Literally, it is “the ritual of reward”. Since the god and place of Bosa was generally the same as that of the preceding prayer, it was implemented based on various religion. Goryeo Bosa can be largely classified into two attributes: state protection and rain ritual. In the Goryeo Dynasty, religious rituals for patriotism were frequently held due to the constant invasion of the immigrants, and the appearance of “Hogukbosa(護國報祀)” is also often seen. Hogukbosa at the national level is a unique form of Bosa in Goryeo that cannot be found in Joseon. Bosa was performed after the retreat of the enemy in the early Goryeo Dynasty, but it is frequently implemented after the suppression of domestic rebellion during the military regime. In the Goryeo Dynasty, there were countless rain making rituals, and “Giubosa(祈雨報祀)” was also frequently performed. Bosa was held in various religious spaces such as royal ancestral shrine, Myeongsandaecheon(名山大川) and local religious sites such as Hangang, Yangjin, temples and shrines. The places of these Bosa are the same as the places of rain making ritual, and it is estimated that the Bosa was opened in all places where the rain ritual was implemented in case of rain after holding a rain ritual sequentially at each place. Furthermore, Bosa was also practiced in relation to the desire for a good harvest. The ultimate purpose of the Giubosa was a good harvest, but there was also a Bosa to directly appreciate the good harvest. After the ritual at Jongmyo, King Myeongjong performed Bosa in appreciation of the good harvest. It is presumed that the reason for the Bosa for ancestors only during this period was Myeongjong's effort to emphasize the sanctity of the king for the military ruler. In the end, Myeongjong's Bosa was ostensibly implemented for the purpose of “rewarding for a good harvest”, but in reality, it can be said that it was a device to secure the king's political location. Bosa was accompanied by all rituals, which was possible because Bosa was a Confucian-based ritual. Confucianism emphasized the ritual attitude based on reward. In Goryeo, which used Confucianism as a political ideology, other rituals other than Confucian rituals were constantly criticized. In the end, after the introduction of Neo-Confucianism, Confucianism-centeredism prevails in Goryeo, and criticism of religious rituals other than Confucianism intensifies. Therefore, It seems that it was intended to give Confucianism to various religious rituals by Bosa, which reveals the perception of Confucian rituals called “reward”. 고려시대 報祀는 국가적 환난의 상황을 극복하거나 평안과 안정적인 세태에 대한 보답의 의미로 행해지는 국가제사로, 특정 목적으로 제사한 후 이를 달성할 시, 감사의 의미로 다시금 행하는 제의를 가리킨다. 글자 그대로 ‘報答의 제사’, ‘報恩의 제사’인 것이다. 보사의 대상신 및 祭場은 대체로 선행된 기복행위의 그것과 같았기에 다양한 사상을 기반으로 祭行되었다. 고려 보사는 크게 護國과 祈雨의 두 가지 속성으로 분류 가능하다. 고려시대는 이민족의 침입이 끊이지 않았던 탓에 호국성 종교의례가 빈번히 거행되었고, 이에 ‘호국보사’ 역시 제행된다. 外侵·반란 등을 평정한 후 시행되었던 국가 차원의 호국보사는 시대의 흐름에 따라 점차 그 모습이 찾아보기 어려워지는데, 이는 와해되어가는 국가의 군 통제력에 기인한 것이었다. 軍制가 분산되어 점차 국가 주도의 軍祭 시행이 어려워졌던 것이다. 고려시대에는 셀 수 없을 정도로 많은 기우 행위가 있었고, 기우보사 역시 빈번히 행해졌다. 고려시대 기우보사는 유교식 祭場인 종묘·사직, 북교·명산대천과 토속신앙처 한강·양진, 그 밖에도 사찰 및 神祠 등 다양한 공간에서 실시되었다. 이들 보사제장은 기우제장와 동일한데, 각 제장에서 순차적으로 기우제를 지내는 가운데 비가 오는 경우 기우제가 시행되었던 모든 제장에서 기우보사가 개설된 것으로 추정된다. 한편, 보사는 祈穀의 차원에서 설행되기도 하였다. 기우보사의 궁극적인 목적이 成農에 대한 보답이었지만, 기곡 후 풍년이 깃든 것에 대해 직접적으로 보사하는 경우도 있었던 것이다. 명종대 종묘에서의 時祭 이후 풍년이 온 것에 감사하며 보사하였는데, 매년 철마다 지내는 시제에 있어서 이 시기에만 유일하게 보사가 동반된 까닭은, 곧 선왕에게 거듭 제사함으로써 집권 무인을 대상으로 국왕의 신성성을 강조하고자 하였던 명종의 노력으로 짐작된다. 결국 명종대 기곡보사는 표면상으로 ‘豐農에 대한 보답’의 목적을 위시하지만, 실상으로는 국왕의 정치적 입지 확보를 위한 장치였던 것이다. 보사는 정례, 비례 할 것 없이 모든 제의에 동반되었는데, 이는 보사가 유교 기반의 제사였기에 가능한 일이었다. 유교에서는 報恩을 기본으로 하는 의례 태도를 중시하였는데, 이러한 유교를 정치 이념으로 삼은 고려에서는 여러 기복행위에 대한 비판이 지속되었다. 결국 성리학 유입 이후 점차 유교 중심주의가 팽배해지며, 유교 이외의 사상적 제의에 대한 비판이 더욱 심해지자, 다양한 제사에 유교식 제사 인식이 드러나는 보사를 동원하여 유교성을 부여하고자 하였던 것으로 보인다.

        요양보호시설 이용중인 알츠하이머 치매환자의 구강 병원성 미생물 분석

        Objectives: This study aimed to identify pathogenic microorganisms in the oral cavity of Alzheimer's dementia patients and recognize the necessity and importance of oral prevention management. Methods: The participants comprised 40 dementia patients aged 60 years or older and general patients who were using nursing care facilities in Gwangju from February to July 2017. Samples were collected with Eazyperio products for oral pathogenic microbial testing. Eighteen types of bacteria could be detected by analyzing Multiplex-Quantity Real Time polymerase chain reaction at a genetic testing agency. Results: The study comprised more women than men. Most participants were in their 80s. Statistically significant differences were observed in some oral pathogenic microorganisms. Conclusions: Pathogenic microorganisms could more easily proliferate in the oral cavities of Alzheimer's dementia patients than they could among general elderly participants due to a lack of awareness of oral hygiene and prevention management. To improve this, it is considered necessary to deploy oral health care professionals.

        해조류 유래 천연물의 구강암세포 증식억제 효과

        In this study, we investigated the anti-proliferating effect of seaweed extracts on the inhibition of proliferation in human oral cancer cells(YD9, YD10B). Extracts were prepared from Undaria pinnatifida (UP), Saccharina japonica (SJ), Costaria costata (CC), Sargassum fusiforme (SF), Gracilaria vermiculophylla (GV) by ethanol extraction method. YD9 and YD10B cells were treated with 0, 10, 20, 30, 40 and 50 ㎍/ml concentrations of the extracts. Anti-proliferative effects of the extracts were determined using the MTT assay. All extracts inhibited proliferation of oral cancer cell in a dose-dependent manner. SJ extract (IC50 15 ㎍/ml) was found to be the most effective in YD9 cell and UP extract (IC50 26 ㎍/ml) was found to be the most effective in YD10 cell. The result showed that the extracts inhibit YD9 cell more than YD10 cell. Also 20 ㎍/ml of the extracts on PDL normal cell were relatively non-toxic. 본 연구는 해조류 추출물을 통해 2종의 구강암 세포 (YD-9, YD-10B)의 항증식 효과를 조사하였다. 추출물은 미역, 다시마, 쇠미역, 톳, 꼬시래기로 에탄올 추출하여 실험에 사용하였다. YD-9, YD-10B 구강암 세포에 해조류 추출물을 각 0, 10, 20, 30, 40, 50㎍/ml 농도로 처리하여 24시간 반응하였다. 추출물의 항증식 효과는 MTT assay를 통해 확인되었으며 결과적으로 해조류 추출물은 농도 의존적으로 구강암 세포의 증식을 억제하였다. YD-9 세포는 다시마 추출물(15㎍/ml)에서 가장 효과적이었으며, YD-10B 세포는 미역 추출물(26㎍/ml)에서 가장 효과적인 것으로 나타났다. 실험을 통하여 5종의 추출물에 대해 항증식 억제능을 확인한 결과 YD-10B 세포보다 YD-9세포에 더 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 구강 정상세포인 PDL세포에 동일한 농도로 해조류 추출물을 처리한 결과 상대적으로 독성은 나타나지 않았다.

        방과외 활동으로서의 댄스 프로그램이 지적장애 초등학생의 문제행동 감소에 미치는 영향

        In this study, students with intellectual disabilities who are currently enrolled in the sixth grade of elementary school in a special school implemented a dance program as an extracurricular activity using YouTube as a way to reduce maladaptive behaviors such as aggression, antisocial behavior, rebellion, withdrawal, and hyperactivity found in them in order to have a smooth school life. Two students with intellectual disabilities enrolled in the sixth grade of elementary school in Busan were given a dance program using YouTube videos using 0th class and lunch break for one semester. Before and after the program was applied, the Child and Adolescent Behavior Rating Scale for Teachers (TRF) and Parents (CBCL 6-18) were used to examine the degree of improvement in students' problematic behavior. Arguments with friends decreased, the frequency of talking increased, and negative thoughts about physical activity improved. In particular, as interest and interest in dance increased, and the amount of time spent moving the body increased, Student A, who refused to eat, gradually increased the amount of food he ate. Student B, who also exhibited sexual self-stimulation behaviors, decreased the frequency of related problematic behaviors after participating in the dance program, and when problematic behaviors occurred, they were able to move their bodies immediately to eliminate problematic behaviors by diverting their attention. In this study, in addition to previous research, it was confirmed that dance programs as an extracurricular activity using YouTube can have a positive effect on improving students' problematic behavior, but this study also has limitations in generalizing the results, such as the extremely limited research subjects. Even in areas that are not reflected in the evaluation scale, it is judged that the dance program played a positive role in reducing students' problematic behaviors as an extracurricular activity. 본 연구는 현재 특수학교 초등 6학년에 재학 중인 지적장애 학생들이 원만한 학교생활을 하기 위해 이들에게 발견되는 공격, 반사회적 행동, 반항, 위축, 과잉행동 등의 부적응 행동을 감소시키는 하나의 방법으로 유튜브를 활용한 방과외 활동으로 댄스 프로그램을 시행하였다. 부산의 특수학교 초등 6학년에 재학 중인 지적장애 학생 2명을 대상으로 한 학기 동안 0교시와 점심시간을 이용하여 유튜브 영상을 활용한 댄스 프로그램을 실시하였다. 프로그램 적용 전・후 아동・청소년 행동 평가 척도 교사용(TRF) 및 학부모용(CBCL 6-18)을 사용하여 학생의 문제행동 개선 정도를 살펴보았다. 친구들과의 언쟁이 감소하였고 말하는 횟수가 증가하였으며, 신체적 활동에 대한 부정적 생각이 개선되는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 특히 춤에 대한 관심과 흥미가 증가되었고 몸을 움직이는 시간이 늘어나면서 밥 먹기를 거부했던 학생 A는 식사량이 조금씩 증가했다. 성적 자기자극 행동을 보이기도 했던 학생 B는 댄스 프로그램 참여 후, 관련 문제행동 발생 빈도가 줄었으며 문제행동 발생 시, 즉각 몸을 움직일 수 있도록 하여 관심을 돌리는 방법으로 문제행동을 소거하기도 했다. 이처럼 유튜브를 활용한 방과외 활동으로써의 댄스 프로그램이 학생의 문제행동 개선에 긍정적인 영향을 줄 수 있음을 선행연구와 더불어 본 연구를 통해 확인할 수 있었으나, 본 연구는 연구대상이 극도로 제한적인 점 등 결과를 일반화하기에는 한계점 또한 가지고 있다. 평가 척도상 반영되지는 않은 부분에서도 방과외 활동으로 댄스 프로그램이 학생의 문제행동 감소에 일정 부분 긍정적인 역할을 했다고 판단된다.
