만화 <진격의 거인>에 나타난 상징분석

본 논문은 칼 구스타브 융의 분석심리학 관점으로 만화 <진격의 거인(進?の巨人)>에 나타난 원형상징 분석을 목적으로 한다. 또한 그러한 상징들이 어떻게 수용자와 관계되어 반향을 일으키는지에 대해 조명하고자 했다. 인간의 의식과 무의식을 통합하여 자신의 전체성(Totality)을 이루는 과정을 자기실현(Self-realization)으로 정의한 융의 분석 심리학은 개성화 과정을 통한 전체적이고 통일된 인격 실현을 인격완성의 궁극적 목표로 삼았다. 그에게 무의식은 모든 인간에게 선천적이고 보편적이며 개인의 정체성과 삶에 큰 영향력을 미치는 영역이었으며, 그러한 무의식을 개인무의식(Personal Unconscious)과 집단무의식(Collective Unconscious)으로 구분하였다. 융은 의식과 무의식을 간접적으로 연결시켜주는 상징을 정신적 에너지의 요체로 정의하였다. 본 논문은 융 심리학의 상징이론을 근거로 만화 <진격의 거인>에 나타난 상징을 분석하고, 이러한 상징들이 어떻게 수용자의 반향을 일으키는 에너지로 작용하는가에 대해 논의하였다. 이에 그림자, 아니마(anima), 아니무스(animus), 페르소나(Persona), 집단무의식의 원형(archetype) 상징 등 융 심리학의 핵심 개념과 작품의 상징을 매개로 작가, 작품, 독자 사이의 연결 관계를 살펴보고, 그러한 상징이 우리의 삶에 어떤 보상적인 의미를 전달하는지 살펴보았다. 그 결과 <진격의 거인>에 나타난 인육섭식의 거인에서 굴절되고 분열된 무의식의 상징을 해석하였으며 죽음, 공포, 전쟁, 재앙 등 집단무의식의 원형상징을 읽었다. 또한 부정적 아니마와 아니무스로 상징되는 거인과, 진정한 아니마, 아니무스와 조우하려는 자기(Self)의지를 발견할 수 있었다. 3중의 성벽을 통해 인류의 신성함을 지키려는 의지와 인간 마음의 전체성을 상징하는 만다라(mandara)의 상징을 분석하였으며 병사에게선 외적 세계에 대한 관계기능으로서의 페르소나 상징을 발견하였다. 결론으로 만화 <진격의 거인>에 나타난 이러한 집단무의식의 원형상징 등이 수용자의 정신에너지와 매개되어 다양한 문화현상으로 반향되었다는 것이 본 논문의 요지다. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the archetypal-symbol in the cartoon 『Attack on Titan』 from the perspective of Carl Gustav Jung’s Analytical Psychology. In addition, this study focused on how these symbols caused resistance from people. Jung defined that people achieved self-realization through integrate their"s conscious and unconscious, and stressed the goal of complete development of personality is related to process of individuation in our life. The unconscious is universal and inherent to all human being, it affected to personal identity and high-impact areas of life. Moreover unconscious was divided into personal unconscious and collective unconscious. Most of all, he emphasized out that symbols are like the essence of spiritual energy to connect the between man"s conscious and unconscious indirectly. In this paper, I analyzed the theory of symbol from the comic『Attack on Titan』based on the Jung’s psychology. Moreover I discussed about how these symbols to produce energy which will become an echo of the people. So, through this cartoon, I studied about the relationship between the writer and the reader by Jung’s the key concepts of analytical psychology: ‘the shadow’, ‘the persona’, ‘the persona’, ‘archetype’. And I examined how these symbols deliver any compensation in our lives. fter that, I understood the eating human flesh in the『Attack on Titan』is related to fragmented unconscious. and collective unconscious refer to ‘the death’, ‘the fear’, ‘the war’, ‘the disaster’. Moreover I found out the giant in the cartoon who is symbolized negative anima and animus, and making the self-willingness which is symbolized true anima and animus. I analyzed the meaning of mandala from the three of the walls in the cartoon which showed defending the sanctity of the human race. also found out persona which is symbolized form the soldier who get the relationship with the external world. In conclusion, the focus of this paper is to see the collective unconscious of symbol of archetype from the cartoon『Attack on Titan』, and how this cartoon show the people"s energy reflect on a variety of cultural phenomena.

조선시대의 운서이용 양상

조선 시대에는 대략 네가지의 용도로 운서가 사용되었다. 첫째는 다양한 한자음을 정리한 표준한자음의 심음용이었다. 「홍무정운」, 「동국정운」, 「화동정음」, 「삼운성휘」 등이 이에 속한다. 또 이들은 한음의 학습에도 이용되었다. 다음, 시문을 창작할 때 운을 확인하는 도구서로 사용되었다. 「예부운략」이 주로 쓰였고 「삼운통고」, 「규장전운」 등이 사용되었다. 세번째, 자의 주석용으로 쓰여진 운서로는 「운회」를 비롯하여 「광운」, 「당운」 등 중국운서가 사용되었다. 마지막은 서체의 표준이었다. 고려시대에는 「예부운략」을 조선시대에는 「홍무정운」의 글자체를 표준으로 하여 서체를 익히게 하였다.

Granuloma annulare (GA) is usually a benign, self-limiting, granulomatous, chronic dermatosis of an unknown cause, characterized by skin colored papules that often have an annular configuration. Generalized granuloma annulare (GGA) is an uncommon variant of GA, and this is characterized by disseminated papules on the trunk and limbs. 진행성 악성종양별 맞춤 항암요법의 최신 지견 ; 진행성 유방암의 맞춤 항암요법의 최신 지견

유방암은 우리나라 여성에서 두 번째로 흔히 발생하는 암으로 근치적 치료 후 많은 환자에서 재발한다. 전이성 유방암은 비교적 항암요법에 반응이 좋고 중앙 생존기간도 약 2~3년으로 길지만 완치는 어렵다. 현재 임상에서 사용되는 전이성 유방암의 치료에는 호르몬치료, 항HER2 요법 및 항암화학요법이 있는데, 재발한 환자의 임상적 상태와 암의 특성에 따라 각 치료방법에 대한 반응을 예측하고 치료법의 독성을 고려함으로써, 치료의 부작용은 최소화하면서 생존기간을 향상시키고 삶의 질을 향상시킬 수 있다. 호르몬 수용체와 HER2 과발현 여부는 치료에 대한 반응 예측에 가장 중요한 인자로 원발성 유방암은 물론 전이암에서 다시 검사하는 것이 추천된다. 호르몬치료는 부작용이 적어 호르몬 수용체 양성인 환자에서 일차치료로 추천된다. 그간 tamoxifen이 호르몬치료의 근간을 이루었으나, 최근 폐경 후 여성에서 3세대 아로마타제 억제제의 우수성이 입증되면서 더 선호되고 있다. 호르몬치료에 반응한 환자는 다음 호르몬치료에 반응할 확률이 높으며 호르몬치료에 반응하지 않는 환자, 호르몬 수용체 음성인 환자와 급격히 진행하는 전이성 유방암에서는 항암화학요법이 추천된다. Trastuzumab은 전이성 HER2 양성 환자의 일차 치료제로 항암제와 병용하는 것이 표준치료이며, lapatinib은 trastuzumab 치료에 실패한 환자에서 효과가 입증되어 사용되고 있다. In Korea, breast cancer is the second common cancer in women and many patients suffer from metastatic disease after surgery and adjuvant therapy. Metastatic breast cancer is unlikely to be cured, but it is possible to choose therapeutic options according to clinical factors and tumor biology to avoid unnecessary toxicity and improve efficacy. Hormone receptors and HER2 status are the most important predictive factors and should be evaluated in all breast cancers. Hormonal treatment is preferred for initial treatment of hormone receptor positive metastatic breast cancer due to its more favorable side effect profile. Tamoxifen has been the mainstay of hormonal treatment. However, new aromatase inhibitors challenge tamoxifen as the first line therapy in postmenopausal women. Trastuzumab with conventional chemotherapy is the standard of care in patients with strong overexpression of HER2 and lapatinib is active after trastuzumab failure. (Korean J Med 77:26-34, 2009)

지명 ‘논산’의 유래에 대한 고찰

지명은 지역의 사회문화적 특성 및 지리적 특성을 반영하여 생성되는 것으로지역의 정체성을 드러내며 지역 주민의 일체감을 형성하는데 매우 중요한 문화적요소가 된다. 따라서 지명의 의미와 유래를 밝히는 일은 지역문화의 특성을 확인하는 중요한 작업의 하나이다. 충청남도 논산시의 현재 지명 ‘논산’의 의미와 유래에 대해서는 그동안 1914년 일제강점기의 행정구역 통폐합으로 인해 생성된 지명이라거나 기타 학문적으로 검증되지 않은 민간어원차원의 견해들이 제기되어 왔을 뿐, 이에 대한 정확한 입증이 이루어지지 않고 있다. 이는 지역의 정체성 확립이라는 측면에서 결코 바람직하지 않다. 본고는 조선시대와 개화기의 여러 문헌을 통해 ‘論山’이 이미 18세기 문헌에산의 이름으로 등장하고 아울러 이를 전접소로 활용한 다양한 지명들이 등장한다는 사실과 논산 이외에 ‘논뫼’, ‘놀뫼’, ‘논미’ 등의 고유어 지명이 사용되고 있음을 밝혔다. 그리고 문헌에 등장하는 ‘畓山’과 고유어 ‘논뫼’의 관계를 통해 현재이 지역 지명의 뿌리가 ‘논뫼’에 있음을 밝히고 이는 논과 산이 많은 이 지역의 지리적 특성에 기인하고 있음을 밝혔다. 그리고 현재 이 지역에서 널리 쓰이고 있는고유어지명 ‘놀뫼’와 또 하나의 지명인 ‘논미’는 ‘논뫼’의 음운변화로 인한 변이형임을 밝혔다. There are some opponions about the origin and the meaning of the place name ‘Nonsan’ in Chungcheongnam-do. One of them is that ‘Nonsan’ had been named in the process of the revision of administrative districts by Japanese imperialism in 1914. The other one is that in this region there are many mountains and rice fields so people called that place ‘nonsan’. Because of ‘non’ means rice field, ‘san’ means mountain. But most of them included the formers were considered to be lacked of scientific bases. This thesis insist three points about above subject by phonological and synchronical method. First, I found that the place name ‘Nonsan’ was used since 18th century via several documents including Joseonwangjosillok. Second, the name ‘Nonsan’ which is written in Chinese character, though nowadays it is written in Korean letter, was derived from Korean proper name ‘Nonmoe’. Nonmoe is consisit of ‘non’ that means rice field and ‘moe’ that means mountain, so the name ‘nonmoe’ means that the mountain is in the center of rice fields. Finally, the other place name ‘Nolmoe’ is used in unofficial situation i.e. the name of stores, groups, titles of book, and so on was derived from ‘Nonmoe’.
