Objectives: This study aimed to design manual of guideline book for combined medicaion of the oriental and the western drugs in the disease of the aged. Method: First, we collected informations about guideline book for drug medication, and we investigated wishes of professors who are working for an oriental medicine at universities. Result & Conclusion: 1. The greater part of professors recognized necessity of guideline book for combined medicaion of the oriental and the western drugs. 2. The basic stages of framing guideline book for combined medicaion of the oriental and the western drugs are as follows. The first step is planning of framing guideline book for combined medicaion of the oriental and the western drugs. The second step is organization of framing group and advisory committee for guideline book. The next steps are searching the core of items and making a searching all the literature and estimating the literature. And then, we should complete basic contents of guideline book in a row, and those must be examined thoroughly by external experts. Finally we can make public the guideline book for combined medicaion of the oriental and the western drugs. If there are reform contents in the guideline book, we can amend contents and make public the revision guideline book again. 3. We need guideline information center for combined medicaion of the oriental and the western drugs in the disease of the aged for framing, wide-spread and development of guideline book. 4. We think that the guideline information center should be composed of a steering committee, a committee of controlling informations and advisory committee for guideline book.
피톤치드와 제올라이트를 혼입한 모르타르의 기초 물성 평가

본 연구에서는 피톤치드와 제올라이트가 동시에 혼입된 모르타르의 플로, 휨 강도, 압축 강도 및 염화물 침투 저항성을 평가하였다. 실험결과, 플로 값은 모든 배합에서 기준 배합보다 약 4% 이내로 감소하는 경향을 나타내었다. 모르타르의 휨 및 압축 강도는 기준 배합보다 증가하는 경향을 나타내었고, 염화물 침투 저항성은 기준 배합보다 확산계수가 감소하는 경향을 나타내었다. 제올라이트의 포졸란 반응과 유효 물-시멘트비 감소가 모르타르의 기초 물성에 영향을 준 것으로 판단된다.
구리 분말을 혼입한 모르타르의 강도 및 염화물 침투 저항 특성

본 연구에서는 구리 분말이 혼입된 모르타르의 휨 강도, 압축 강도, 응결 시간 및 염화물 침투 저항성을 평가하였다. 실험 결과, 구리 분말 혼입을 5.0%까지 휨 및 압축 강도가 증가하는 경향을 나타내었다. 구리 분말의 혼입율이 증가할수록 염화물 침투 저항성은 감소하는 경향을 나타내었으며, 응결 시간은 구리 분말 혼입율이 증가할수록 초결 및 종결 시간이 증가하는 것으로 나타났다. 중금속이자 전도체인 구리 분말이 염화물 침투 저항성 및 응결 시간에 영향을 준 것으로 판단된다.
경동맥 혈전 유발 동물모델을 이용한 한약재 추출물의 효능 검색

Objectives: The aim of this study was to examine anti-thrombotic effect of traditional herbal extracts in a rat model of ferric chloride (FeCl3)-induced carotid arterial thrombosis. Methods: Thirty minutes prior to a 35% FeCl3 application, Sprague Dawley(SD) rats were injected with the 10 types of traditional herbal extracts (100mg/kg, intraperitoneal injection), respectively. The effect of these herbal extracts was examined for time to occlusion(TTO) using the Laser doppler flow meter and measured for thrombus weight (TW) in FeCl3-induced thrombosis model. Results: In the TTO, Salvia miltiorrhiza (Sm, 2.30±0.28 min, p<0.001) and Santalum album (Sa, 2.19±0.19 min, p<0.001) showed significantly delayed TTO more than twice compared with Saline-treated group. Cnidium officinale (Co), Psoralea corylifolia (Pc), Scutellatia baicalensis (Sba), Panax notoginseng (Pn), Angelica tenuissima (At), Scrophularia buergeriana (Sbu), Rhus verniciflua (Rv) and Picrasma quassioides (Pq), except for Rhus verniciflua (Rv) also meaningfully impeded TTO more than one fold. In addition, Salvia miltiorrhiza, Santalum album, Cnidium officinale, Psoralea corylifolia and Scutellatia baicalensis significantly reduced TW more than 10% compared with Saline-treated group. Especially, Salvia miltiorrhiza and Santalum album showed the most excellent anti-thrombotic effect among the 10 herbal extracts tested on the restoration of altered TTO and TW. Conclusions: These results suggest that Sm and Sa extracts have outstanding anti-thrombotic effect in FeCl3-induced thrombosis model and is potentially useful as herbal medicines for the treatment and prevention of thrombosis.
