This study analyzed the effect of emotional labor and job stress on service orientation of airline crew. Emotional labor of the airline crew was found to have a significant influence on service orientation. The surface behavior had a significant negative effect on the service orientation, and the inner behavior had a positive effect on the service orientation. Internal behavior improves service orientation and emotional labor is not a single dimension. On the other hand, the surface behavior is negatively influenced by the service orientation, so it is necessary to cope positively. Job stress of airline crew was found to have a significant effect on service orientation. Service orientation can be improved by reducing job stress that affects the service orientation toward passengers. In this study, emotional labor and job stress of airline crew were identified and the rationale for service orientation was presented. In addition, it can be regarded as a meaningful study because it provides useful information by searching for ways to improve customer service orientation.

This study is a study on the effect of customer complaint behavior on emotional labor and job burnout of flight attendants. Based on previous studies, rude customer behavior was composed of a single dimension. Airline crew's emotional labor consisted of two dimensions: surface behavior and internal name behavior. The burnout of flight attendant was composed of two dimensions: emotional burnout and job burnout. First, rude customer behavior partially had a significant effect on the emotional labor of flight attendants. Second, rude customer behavior had a significant effect on the emotional exhaustion of flight attendants. It was found that there was a significant influence relationship in the order of emotional exhaustion, depersonalization, and low personal accomplishment. Third, the surface behavior of flight attendants had a significant effect on emotional exhaustion. In the case of internal behavior, it was analyzed that dehumanization of emotional exhaustion had a significant influence.

간동맥 화학 색전술에서 자체 제작한 압박도구를 이용한 복부압박이 선량에 미치는 영향

목적: 간동맥 화학 색전술을 받는 환자를 대상으로 자체 제작한 방사성 투과물질 압박도구를 적용하여 환자의 피폭선량 감소에 미치는 영향을 분석해 보고자 한다. 대상 및 방법: 2011년 8월1일부터 2011년 10월30일까지 본원을 내원하여 간동맥 화학 색전술을 시행 환자 25명을 대상으로 하였으며, 평균연령은 55.6세이고, 남녀성비는 24:1이었다. 조사대상자들은 동일한 장비 (2008년 10월 설치, Siemens사, Artis Zee 1.4V)에서 동일 시술자로부터 시술을 받았다. 시간적 간격을 두고 시행한 2회의 간동맥 화학 색전술 중 복부를 압박하지 않은 그룹을 Group A, 자체 제작한 기구 (가로, 세로 33X35cm, 두께2cm의 방사선투과물질)로 복부를 압박한 그룹을 Group B로 구분하여 실험하였다. 조사대상자들은 비만측도인 체질량 지수 (BMI)에 의해 정상, 과체중, 경도비만 3그룹으로 분류되었으며, 복부 압박 시 두께의 변화와 피부선량 (Entrance surface dose; ESD)의 변화를 알아보았다. 피부선량은 장비에서 묘출되는 protocol exam에서 제시된 값으로 조사하였다. 결과: 조사대상자의 체질량 지수에 따른 결과는 정상 9명, 과체중 5명, 경도비만 11명으로 조사되었으며, BMI에 따른 압박 유무의 평균 복부 두께변화는 과체중 (10.2%), 정상 (10.0%), 경도비만 (9.4%)의 순으로 조사되었다. 정상 체중 군에서 group A와 group B의 평균 복부 두께는 10%의 감소율을 보였고, 과체중 군에서는 10.2%의 감소율을 보였으며, 경도 비만 이상인 군에서는 9.40%의 감소율을 보였다. 이를 바탕으로 압박을 적용하지 않고 시술을 시행했을 때의 ESD와 압박을 적용하고 시술을 시행했을 때의 ESD를 측정한 결과, Acquisition시 정상 체중 군에서 group A에 비해 group B에서 평균 ESD는 27.7% 감소율을 보였고, 과체중 군에서는 18.9% 감소율을 보였으며, 경도 비만 이상 군에서는 6.4% 감소율을 보였다. 또한 Fluoro시에는 정상 체중 군에서는 평균 24.34%의 감소율을 보였고, 과 체중 군에서는 평균 13.85% 감소율을 보였으며, 경도 비만 이상인 군에서는 5.12%의 감소율을 보였다. 결론: TACE환자를 대상으로 압박도구를 적용하여 환자의 피폭선량 감소에 영향을 미치는 지 분석해 본 결과, Acquisition시와 fluoro시의 선량이 평균적으로 모두 감소하였고, 통계적으로도 유의한 감소 수치를 보였다. 그러므로 중재적 시술 시 적절한 압박도구의 이용으로 환자 복부 두께를 줄여 정확한 검사 시행과 더불어 환자 선량을 줄여 나갈 수 있을 것이라 사료된다.

현대 일본사회 속 신사의 생존전략 연구

일본을 이해할 때 신사의 사회문화적 영향력을 제외하고서는 제대로 된 이해를 할 수 없 을 만큼 신사의 중요성은 크다. 그러나 도시화, 고령화 등으로 인해 신사와 지역사회의 유대 감이 희박해지고 신사 운영에 어려움이 생기면서 대중과의 관계를 재정립하지 않을 수 없게 되었다. 본 연구는 현대 일본 사회에서 신사가 어떤 방식을 통해 대중과의 관계를 증진시키고 있 는지를 분석하였다. 신사는 지역 집중형 방법으로 전통적 축제 준비과정에 주민들의 참여를 유도하거나 주민들이 일상생활 속에서 신사를 친근하게 느끼도록 방법으로 지역주민과의 관 계를 강화하고 있었다. 다른 한편으로 지역 포괄형 방법을 통해 전통적인 방식에서 벗어나 다른 지역 거주자도 끌어들일 수 있도록 다양한 고슈인을 배포하거나 대중문화 콜라보레이션 을 활용하기도 하였다. 더 이상 지역주민에게만 의지할 수 없게 된 신사는 일본에 이미 존재하고 있는 문화적 맥 락을 활용한 지역 포괄형 전략을 통해 생존에 힘쓰고 있다. 현대사회에 이르러서 사람들의 가치관이 과거와 달라진 탓에 과거와 차별점을 두지 않으면 참배객 증가를 기대하기 어려워 졌다. 따라서 지역 포괄형 생존 전략의 중요성은 앞으로도 강조될 것이다. The sociocultural influence of shrines in Japan is important. However, the ties between Shinto shrines and local communities have become fragile due to urbanization and aging. In addition, Shinto shrines face difficulties managing, forcing them to redefine their relationship with the public. This paper analyzes how Shinto shrines survive in contemporary Japanese society. On the one hand, Shinto shrines are strengthening their relationship with the local community by engaging residents in the preparation of shrine festivals and by making shrines more familiar in their daily lives. On the other hand, they utilize an inter regional method aimed at distributing various goshuins or collaborating with pop culture to attract residents from other regions. No longer able to rely solely on the local population, Shinto shrines are striving to survive through an inter regional strategy that utilizes the cultural context that exists in Japan. Because people's values have changed from the past, it is difficult to expect an increase in visitors if they do not differentiate themselves from the past. Therefore, the importance of an inter-regional method will continue to be emphasized.

혈관조영 중재적 시술 시 자체 개발한 검사 보조기구와 혈관조영 일회용 보호 팬츠의 임상적용에 관한 보고

목적 환자의 편의와 업무의 효율성을 높이기 위하여 본원에서 개발한 혈관조영 일회용 보호 팬츠와 시술용 보조기구의 임상 적용에 대하여 보고 하고자 한다. 대상 및 방법 혈관조영실에서 혈관계 및 비혈관계의 조영검사와 중재적 시술을 받은 환자를 대상으로 하였다. 혈관조영 일회용 보호 팬츠는 대퇴동맥을 이용한 시술환자에게 적용될 수 있도록 부직포를 사용하여 사각팬츠 모양으로 디자인하였다. 시술 테이블 보조받침대와 경피적 척추성형술의 보조기구는 정밀성을 요구하는 시술 및 시술받는 환자의 편안한 자세 유지를 위한 디자인으로 설치되어 사용되었다. 원형모양의 정상혈관 압박 기구는 안면 혈관기형의 경피적 색전술시 원형의 모양으로 정상혈관을 쉽게 압박할 수 있게 만들었다. 결과 대퇴동맥을 이용하여 시술이 요구되는 환자에게 적용된 혈관조영 일회용 보호 팬츠는 병동에서 환자 자신이 입고 내려와 환자의 사생활을 최대한 보호하며, 시술 중 발생할 수 있는 위생상의 문제점과 감염을 줄일 수 있었다. 시술 테이블 보조받침대는 환자의 움직임 및 하체 굴곡으로 인한 시술의 방해요인을 최소화 하고 환자의 불편함 해소와 안정된 시술공간의 활용으로 시술시간 단축 및 정확성을 기할 수 있었다. 경피적 척추성형술 보조기구는 환자가 엎드린 자세에서 팔의 위치를 편안한 자세를 취할 수 있어 장시간 동안 안정된 시술이 가능하게 하였다. 원형모양의 정상혈관 압박 기구는 고 혈류를 가진 안면 혈관기형의 경피적 색전술시 정상혈관의 혈류를 쉽게 차단하여 색전물질의 이동으로 인한 부작용을 방지 할 수 있었다. 결론 환자의 편의와 업무의 효율성을 높이기 위하여 본원에서 개발한 혈관조영 일회용 보호 팬츠와 시술용 보조기구는 환자에게는 사생활보호, 심리적 안정성과 편안함, 감염 및 위생상의 문제점을 줄일 수 있었고, 시술자에게는 시술의 안정성과 정밀성을, 방사선사에게는 업무의 편리성과 효율성을 개선시켜 근무환경 및 의료의 질을 향상시킬 수 있었다.

세립형 고강도강의 건축구조 적용에 관한 연구

As the structure becomes larger and longer-spanned nowadays, the need for more strong and reliable structural material becomes greater. In order to apply newly developed high strength steel to the building structure, adaptability of the current building codes to the design with high strength steel was reviewed. According to the experimental results conducted, applying current building codes for the design of the structure with high strength steel up to 600 MPa will be safe. Earthquake response analysis and experimental tests was conducted for the flexible-stiff mixed structure, which was proposed by Akiyama. The flexible-stiff mixed structure, is proved to be the promising structure to improve the safety and cost competitiveness of the high strength steel structure.

아동문학 시각에서 본 뮤지컬 〈마틸다〉 연구

본 연구는 매체전환 된 작품 중에서 로알드 달의 동화 『마틸다』가 원작인 뮤지컬 〈마틸다〉를 대상으로 연구하였다. 매체를 전환할 때는 창작 못지않게 매체특성에 맞도록 재창조하여야 한다. 특히 연극에 춤과 음악이 가미된 뮤지컬은 인물의 성격이나 감정을 드러내는 무대언어가 반드시 필요한 종합공연예술이다. 뮤지컬 <마틸다>는 아동문학에 바탕을 두고 매체를 변용하여 비영어권에서는 처음으로 한국무대에서 공연하여 흥행에 성공한 작품이다. 다른 뮤지컬에 비해 많은 양의 가사를 한국어로 번역하기 쉽지 않았음에도 불구하고 한국인들의 정서에 맞는 번역을 하여 호평을 받았다. 직설적이며 풍자적인 대사와 음악, 춤 그리고 동화적 상상력이 풍부한 판타지 무대는 독서로는 채울 수 없는 뮤지컬만의 또 다른 매력이 있다. 이러한 뮤지컬 <마틸다>의 한국 공연 영향으로 원작 소설 『마틸다』에 대한 관심을 더욱 고조시켰을 뿐만 아니라 뮤지컬 넘버의 가사 번역에 대한 중요성을 환기시켰다. 따라서 본고는 국내에서 공연된 뮤지컬 <마틸다>의 노래 가사 번역을 중심으로 주인공의 특성, 동화적 감성의 판타지 무대, 캐릭터를 극대화시킨 독특한 의상에 대해서 살펴보았다. This study focuses on a media transition work, the Musical Matilda, which is adapted from Roald Dahl’s original children’s novel Matilda. Efforts invested for recreation when adapting for transition are as immense as when creating new works. Musicals, especially, belong to multi-performance art and require characteristics and feelings to be expressed through stage language along with music and dance. The musical Matilda—written based on children’s literature—was first translated for non-English speaking countries and was successfully performed after being adapted. Despite massive lines that had to be translated into Korean compared to other musical acts, Matilda is well known for its fine translation that suits the Korean sentiment. Straightforward yet sarcastic lines along with music and imaginative stage acts depict the musical’s special charm. This phenomenal fever with the musical not only raised interest for its original work—the novel Matilda—but also brought up the importance of lyrics’ translation in musical numbers. Therefore, this paper studies the dynamic elements of the musical Matilda based on lyrics’ translation along with the main character’s characteristics, the fantasy of a fairy tale and the distinctive outfits used on stage.
