한국산 둥글장수풍뎅이(Pentodon quadridens bidentulus)의 3령 유충과 번데기의 형태를 처음 기술한다. 서식지와 실험실 사육에서 둥글장수풍뎅이의 생태, 분포, 생활사 또한 제공한다. The third instar larva and the pupa of Pentodon quadridens bidentulus (Fairmaire, 1887) are described and illustrated for the first time from material collected in Korea. Information on biological notes, distribution, and life cycle of the species in their natural habitats and laboratory conditions is also provided and discussed herein.

For the domestic digital contents, a proactive cooperation system or framework between the government, the businesses and research institutions, which would allow for free flow of interaction among these players, can play that role. We have proposed and realized the Dynamic Coordinating Framework(DCF) to bridge these gaps among the major players in the industry. The the Dynamic Coordinating Framework rests on the following major functions. The first major function of the DCF is to decipher any ambiguity that may be embedded in external inputs by stratified role and bias. The second function is to create cooperative groups that will deal with the ambiguities based on its consequent situation. The third is a feedback function that will draw out a new cooperative way by re-feeding the capacities and the conflicts that stem from the existing organizations and strategies into cooperation and adjustment process. Our DCF has compared and evaluated with England and Australia digital content industry models under AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) method. DCF has turned out to be well designed and have strong points based on OECD innovation and cooperation criteria.

In this paper, we design and evaluate a cooperating model that increase problem solving ability by selecting proper cooperating partners under changing situation. In this model, to decide cooperation direction and extent, we have used a payoff function and then divided the group into two parts, cooperation part and non-cooperation part. To control these reconfigured groups at group level, group intention is used as a control media instead of existing data and goal. Group intention is abstractive and comprehensive and represents collection of strategies. Group intention is changed based on resources, information, and cooperation situation on group intention hierarchy. Two layered control is possible : first constraint with group intentions(group level) and then select a strategy under the constraint. These approaches are tested and evaluated on pursuit game tested.

將門記 , 陸奧話記 에 나타난 謀叛의 구조

『將門記』」は私鬪の段階と謀叛の段階との二部構成に分けられるが, 謀叛という言葉は前半部に當る私鬪の段階では見られない. この点はその分だけ將門が自ら謀叛を圖らなかったこと, 且つ謀叛人として始めから規定されてはいなかったことを意味する. 以後『將門記』」後半部の發端の部分で源經基によって將門の謀叛が告發され, さっそく將門が自分の解明に乘り出して朝廷でもこれを受け入れることになっている. ここで見える謀叛の2用例を通じて將門の謀叛が無罪に判明されるわけである. その後, 『將門記』後半部の末尾に集中されて見える謀叛の5用例は主に語り手の言葉として將門またはその一黨を對象にしているが, それは事後的な評價としての意味を持つだけである. 將門が謀叛の行爲を行っている時点ではむしろどの登場人物も語り手もそれを謀叛と稱してはいないのである. 私鬪の段階に留まっていた將門が謀叛という行動の飛躍に至ってしまった重要な原因として, 『將門記』には朝廷による官符の亂發がそれを招いたとも見えることを指摘しなければならない. 『將門記』の本文において4回にわたる官符の發令のうち, 特に3番目の官符は將門としては納得できない致命的な措置になってしまって, その直後將門は今までの順應的な態度を變えて朝廷に對する武力の挑發に踏み出すことになるのである. 謀叛の主體者である將門に對して『將門記』は他の軍記物語と同じく英雄化の裝置をいくつか施している. 本文の冒頭には桓武天皇の5代孫で鎭守府將軍の息子としての將門の血筋が言及され, 以後彼の人生歷程には神沸の利益が數次現われてくる. 將門が天皇を僭稱する直前には神託も現われ, 謀叛に對する正當性を授けることになっている. また, 『將門記』の合戰譚に描かれた將門の武勇は當時の天皇制を脅かすものとして足りなくない. その上, 將門が自分の武力に對する自負心と說得力の持ち主であることを, いたる所で見られる中國故事の引用と共に『將門記』の文章で確認することができる. それに反して, 「陸奧話記」には謀叛の用例が見られず, 朝廷によって派遺された源賴義の追討の活躍が主な關心事になっている. その点, 他の軍記物語が謀叛の主體者を中心人物に設定してある程度英雄化された人物像を描いていることとはよい對照を見せている. 『陸奧話記』の敍述態度はいくつかの源賴義の失敗譚をも含めて, 武家の棟梁としての彼の英雄化に-貫しているし, それは國解の文を抄したという「陸奧話記」末尾の記述と軌を-にしていると思われる. それに加えて, 出羽の山北の부수の主である情原武則は『陸奧話記』の後半部にかいて源賴義を凌駕するほとの活躍を見せている. 彼の卓越した情勢判斷と予測力及び多樣な戰術が大勢を決定つけているとも言えるほどである. その上, 謀叛を起した安倍賴時と貞任には惡行とか野蠻なふりまいはほとんと見られず, 彼らなりの挑發の論理づけが施されている. また, 防ぎと奇襲と退却と打ち死に至るまでの安倍一黨の熾烈な抗爭過程を通して邊方の異質的存在に對する制限された同情心が潛んでいるとも見られる. この点, 衆口の話を拾って一卷を注したという『陸奧話記』末尾のもう一つの記述と關連づけられるし, 特に『陸典話記』の合戰譚に見られる具體的な場面描寫の特長と共に, 『陸奧話記』なりの謀叛の構造を把握することに役だつだろうと思われる.

Generally, Hotel employees generally have a hard time in process of providing services such as tall order, difficult customer and so on. However, an organization forces its employees to have respectful and polite service attitudes with a smile even in an unpleasant or a sticky situation during service providing process. Also, as competition intensifies in the hotel business, more efforts for organization innovation such as downsizing, outsourcing and management outsourcing are made. Therefore, an organization demands simplified, specialized and diversified work excessively to the employees, so job insecurity and stress for each employee increase greatly. This service can give necessary information for job performance and then help them to relieve job stress. However, excessive delegation of authority is rather followed by demanding excessive workload and responsibility. It can cause an accumulation of job stress. The important matter is to set a proper scope depending on the situation.

전자정부내 의미기반 기술 도입에 따른 기능 및 정책 연구

본 논문에서는 전자정부 시스템의 대 국민 사용성과 효율성을 증진시키기 위한 의미기반 문서 분류 방법(CoWDC)을 제시한다. 기존 의미기반 문서분류 방법에서 많은 양의 키워드들의 계층적 컨셉들을 이용하는 것을 지양하고 사용자들이 사용하는 키워드들 간의 관계를 중심으로 문서를 분류한다. 즉, 문서의 컨텍스트(context)에 근거하여 깊고 정확한 의미를 키워드 간 관계를 분석하여 적은 양의 정보로 효율적인 문서분류를 하게 된다. 이를 위해 제안한 CoWDC(Concept Wright Document Classification) 시스템은 기존의 시소러스/온톨로지의 의존도를 줄이고 키워드 관계, 관계의 경중 고려, 상하위 개념으로 변환 등을 통한 실험과 평가가 이루어졌다. 전자정부 시스템의 구조 및 특징 분석을 통해 CoWDC 실험 결과는 대국민 서비스 향상을 위해 매우 필요함을 인지하고 이를 접목하기 위한 기술적, 정책적 제언을 제시하였다. CoWDC를 통해 의미기반 검색기술의 우수함을 입증하였고 이는 전자정부 시스템의 지식베이스 구축, 운영체제의 운용, 시소러스의 구성 등의 과정에서 체계적으로 통합 운영되어야 한다. This paper aims to offer a solution based on semantic document classification to improve e-Government utilization and efficiency for people using their own information retrieval system and linguistic expression. Generally, semantic document classification method is an approach that classifies documents based on the diverse relationships between keywords in a document without fully describing hierarchial concepts between keywords. Our approach considers the deep meanings within the context of the document and radically enhances the information retrieval performance. Concept Weight Document Classification(CoWDC) method, which goes beyond using existing keyword and simple thesaurus/ontology methods by fully considering the concept hierarchy of various concepts is proposed, experimented, and evaluated. With the recognition that in order to verify the superiority of the semantic retrieval technology through test results of the CoWDC and efficiently integrate it into the e-Government, creation of a thesaurus, management of the operating system, expansion of the knowledge base and improvements in search service and accuracy at the national level were needed.
