        결막이완증 수술 : 조직접합제를 이용한 양막이식술

        `Purpose: We evaluated the effect of amniotic membrane transplantation with fibrin glue after redundant conjunctival resection. Methods: After enchelon-shaped resection of inferior redundant conjunctiva, an amniotic membrane was transplanted using fibrin glue in symptomatic conjunctivochalasis. Conjunctiva was fixed to the episclera with 10-0 nylon. Results: The subjects were 18 eyes of 9 patients (two males=4 eyes, seven females=14 eyes) with an average age of 67.9±7.7 years (range: 54-79 years). Mean operation time was 35.6±5.6 minutes/eye (range: 30-45 minutes/eye) and mean numbers of sutures were 8±0.76 (range: 7-9). The mean follow-up period was 10.4±3 months (range: 6-14 months) and the mean time to full epithelization was 14.5±3.4 days (range: 11-20 days). At postoperative days 1-2, the lower tear meniscus was reconstructed. There were no recurrences or any postoperative complications observed. Conclusions: Amniotic membrane transplantation after redundant conjunctival resection in conjunctivochalasis resulted in reconstruction of the lower tear meniscus with stable conjunctival surface and marked improvement of subjective symptoms. Operation time and early postoperative irritation symptoms could be reduced with the use of fibrin glue.`

        맥락막골종 환자의 빛간섭단층촬영과 다초점 망막전위도

        `Purpose: We present a case of choroidal osteoma and report a pattern of optical coherence tomography and multifocal electroretinography with a literature review. Case summary: Using B-scan and CT, we performed OCT and MF-ERG in a patient diagnosed with choroidal osteoma. OCT revealed serous retinal detachment in the macula and a thick, irregular plate-like structure with high reflectivity in the choroidal mass lesion. MF-ERG demonstrated that Trace arrays show suppression of central and peripheral signals, especially in central lesions. Ring averages show reduced amplitudes in all locations, and 3D-topography of the response density shows marked suppression of the central signal and no foveal peak in comparison with the unaffected left eye. Conclusions: In patients with choroidal osteoma, OCT can reveal thick plate-like high reflectivity with an irregular outer surface, and MF-ERG can predict retinal dysfunction. `

        성대결절 환자에 대한 10년간 임상 경험

        Clinical data about vocal nodules have seldom been reported, even though vocal nodules are commonly diagnosed in outpatient speech and voice clinic. This study aims to investigate clinical characteristics of the patients who are diagnosed with vocal nodules. This study analyzed the data for 10 years from the 319 patients diagnosed with vocal nodules (45 males and 274 females with the mean age of 39.4 ranging from 2 to 83) in terms of gender, age, occupation, voice change initiation pattern, change with time, throat clearing, smoking history, type of voice abuse, acoustic analysis, maximum phonation time, GRBAS, and VHI. Thirteen patients (4.08%) had unilateral vocal nodule and 306 patients (95.9%) had bilateral vocal nodule, the majority of which had a pattern of asymmetry (73.9%). The glottal closure pattern was hourglass in 72.1% of patients, posterior chink in 17.9% of patients, and irregular in 7.9% of patients. The most common occupational category was professional voice users (43.4%). The voice abuse pattern included excessive talking in 96 patients (76.8%), loud voice in 78 (62.4%) patients, and excessive singing in 17 patients (21.6%). The patients showed worse scores in G, B, and S than in R and A for the GRBAS evaluation. The most recommended treatment for vocal nodules was voice therapy. The current clinical data will be helpful for treatment planning for the patients of vocal nodule.

        게임이론을 활용한 세계 박람회 유치 협상에 관한 연구 -2010 여수 세계박람회 사례-

        The purpose of this study is to explore the nature of game theory analyzing the 2010 World Exposition process. In particular, two- level games in the game theory is applied to this study. Prisoner`s dilemma has been used to analyze the negotiation process for attracting the 2010 World Expo, in which Yeosu, Korea participated. Assumingly, Russia and Korea would take a style of distributive negotiation, which is focusing on zero-sum game, while Mexico and Korea would take a style of integrative negotiation, which is focusing on positive sum game. To defeat the mainland China, which was the final winner in the 2010 World Expo, Korea should have taken advantage of the game theory strategies to make Russia and Mexico be supporters of Korea. The study suggested that the future negotiation for attracting mega events like the World Expo should be analyzed in terms of relationships among structure, strategy, process and outcomes using the nature of game theory.

        대학의 온라인 수업에서 사회적 성취목표지향성과 사회적 실재감이 학습몰입, 학습만족도, 학업성취도에 미치는 영향

        목적 본 연구는 코로나19 이후 전면적으로 확대된 온라인 수업을 질적으로 향상시키기 위해 온라인 수업의 한계로 지적되고 있는 사회적 요인 중 사회적 성취목표지향성과 사회적 실재감이 학습과정 요인인 학습몰입과 학습성과 요인인 학습만족도, 학업성취도에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 방법 연구를 위해 내재실험모형을 사용하여 혼합연구를 수행하였다. 1차로 대학생 80명을 설문조사하였고, 다중회귀분석을 통해 변인간의 영향 관계를 확인하였다. 2차로 대학생 6명을 개별면담하였고, 주제분석을 통해 온라인수업에 미치는 영향을 탐색하였다. 결과 첫째, 대학의 온라인 수업에서 사회적 성취목표지향성은 학습몰입, 학습만족도, 학업성취도에 유의미한 영향을 미치지 않았다. 둘째, 사회적 성취목표지향성과 학습몰입, 학습만족도, 학업성취도의 관계는 3가지 유형으로 구분이 되었고, 변인 간 관계 유형에 따른 개별화된 수업 유형과 수업 전략 제시가 가능한 것으로 확인되었다. 셋째, 대학의 온라인 수업에서 사회적 실재감은 학습몰입, 학습만족도, 학업성취도에 영향을 미쳤으며 토론, 팀프로젝트 등 학습자 중심 방식의 수업을 운영할 때 높은 사회적 실재감을 경험한 것으로 확인되었다. 결론 온라인 수업 상황에서는 학습자들의 개별적 성향이 중요하게 나타났고, 전통적 수업과 달리 교수자와 동료 학습자와의 활발한 상호작용을 통해 사회적 실재감이 드러나도록 학습자 중심의 교수법을 통한 교수설계가 필요하다. Objectives The purpose of this study was to explore the effects of social achievement goal orientation and social presence, which are social aspect factors that learners feel in online classes, on learning satisfaction, and academic achievement to find improvement plans for use in online classes. Methods Mixed research methods were performed using the embedded design First, 80 university students were surveyed and the results of the investigation were analyzed through multiple regression analysis. Second, a case study was conducted by interviewing 6 university students individually and the effect on online classes was explored through thematic analysis. Results First, in online classes where social communication is limited, in online classes where social communication is limited, an educational environment that is relatively unaffected by instructors and peer learners is constructed, so the social achievement goal orientation did not affect learning engagement, learning satisfaction, or academic achievement. Second, based on the relationship between social achievement goal orientation, learning engagement, learning satisfaction, and academic achievement, the types of students were classified into three, and it was confirmed that it needs to present individualized instruction strategies. Third, the sense of social presence in online classes at universities affected learning engagement, learning satisfaction, and academic achievement. The social presence was greatly influenced by class strategies such as discussions and team projects and it was confirmed that they experienced a high sense of social presence in learner-centered classes. Conclusions In the online class situation, the individual disposition of the learners was found to be important, and unlike traditional classes, instructional design through learner-centered teaching methods is required to reveal a sense of social reality through active interaction between the instructor and fellow learners.

      • 음성장애에서 청지각적 평정 용어에 대한 전문가 일치도

        Purpose: Subjective auditory perceptual assessment by the trained clinician’s ear are known as the gold standard for assessment of voice impairment. However is no consensus among experts on terminology in Korea. The purpose of this study was to conduct a preliminary study to develop the standardized guideline for terminology that is necessary to describe auditory perception qualitatively and quantitatively in voice disorders of Korea. Methods: At first, a subjective questionnaire for the Korean translation and definition of 25 auditory perceptual assessment terms proposed by Titze was answered by six speech-language pathologists. In second, a new questionnaire that was reconstructed with objective items based on the responses to the first questionnaire was completed by 14 experts who have experience on voice disorder for more than 10years in Korea. In both questionnaires, the necessity of 32 auditory perceptual assessment terms that were selected among the 25 terms by Titze, GRBAS and CAPE-V was surveyed. Results: The consensus on Korean translation of auditory perceptual assessment terms was moderate (52.6%) between exerts. The terms ‘rough’ and ‘shimmer’ demonstrated highest consensus of 85.7%. The consensus on Korean definition of auditory perceptual assessment terms was also moderate (61.6%). The term ‘yawny’ showed complete consensus (100%). The necessity of auditory perceptual assessment terms vaired with terms, but the consensus on the necessity was high. Conclusions: It is necessary to develop and apply various standardized vocabulary terms for clinical evaluation that can express pathology and physiological characteristics during vocalization. In addition, despite the fact that there are a lot of auditory-perceptual terms, there is a lack of knowledge about voice quality terms, suggesting the need to promote and educate the developed voice quality terms.

        Acute generalized exanthematous pustulosis (AGEP) is characterized by acute nonfollicular sterile pustules on a background of edematous erythema. Hydroxychloroquine (HCQ), an antimalarial drug, widely used to treat rheumatic and dermatologic diseases. HCQ has been reported to be an uncommon cause of AGEP. We report a 60-year-old woman with rheumatoid arthritis requiring the use of HCQ presented fever and erythematous eruption on the trunk with sterile pustules. Leukocytosis and elevated erythrocyte sedimention rate noted on laboratory examination. On the histopathological examination of the skin biopsy specimen showed neutrophilic infiltration and scattered eosinohpils. The lesions were resolved with removal of HCQ. The clinical course was consistent with the diagnosis of AGEP associated with HCQ. We reported a case of typical AGEP associated with HCQ in a patient with Rheumatoid arthritis. The patient presented resolution from cutaneous lesions with withdrawal of culprit drug, without the need of systemic steroid. (Allergy Asthma Respir Dis 2013;1:176-178)

        과학 문제 해결 과정에서 나타나는 초등학생의 논증 특징

        This purpose of this study was to analyze the characteristics of elementary students` argumentation in science problem solving process. For this study, the two argumentation topics were developed on the basis of Williams and Colomb`s argumentation model. The topics of argumentation were the weight of the air and the change of volume according to state of water. The participants of this study were 6th grade students (n=51). Data were analyzed by Williams and Colomb`s argumentation model and Kienpointner`s argumentation style. The results of this study were as follows: In the argumentation model, most of students had the factors of claim, reason, evidence/ data in their statements. But low-achievement students had difficulty in warrant and acknowledge & response. In argumentation style, the frequency of the cause-effect and explanation of example style were higher than other argumentation styles. Some implications were suggested, such as understanding the characteristics of elementary students` argumentation activities and need of educational programs including scientific argumentation.
