      • SCB저농도액비의 기능성향상을 위한 섬유소 분해 미생물균주탐색

        본 연구는 SCB저농도액비의 기능성향상을 위한 섬유소분해 미생물균주를 탐색하고 선발하기 위해 수행되었다. 예초물 퇴비에서 섬유소분해 미생물균주는 배양 및 형태적 특성에 따라 5개의 균주를 선발하였다. 선발된 섬유소 분해 미생물균주의 배지에 따른 균생장은 TSB배지에서 배양할 때 균의 생장속도가 가장 높게 나타났다. 섬유소분해 미생물균주를 SCB저농도액비에 접종한 결과, 접종 후 18시간에는 균생장이 거의 이루어지지 않다가 24시간이 지나면서 급격히 증가하여 36시간 후에 균생장이 최고조를 이룬 뒤 48시간 이후에는 사멸기가 시작되는 것으로 조사되었다. NB배지에서 보다 TSB배지에서 CDMs의 생장속도가 빠른 것으로 조사되었다. 주요 잔디병원균에 대한 항균력을 검정한 결과 Sclerotinia homoeocarpa, Rhizoctonia solani AG2-2(IV)와 Pythium spp.에서 CDMs을 첨가한 SCB 저농도액비는 각각 14.1, 11.0, 26.8% 균사생장이 억제되었다. 통계적인 유의차는 없었으나, 잔디 퇴비에서 선발된 CDMs을 배양한 SCB저농도액비를 지속적으로 코스관리에 이용한다면 일부 잔디병원균에 효능이 있을 것으로 기대된다. This study was performed to functional improvement by fermenting of SCB (Slurry Composting and Biofiltering) liquid fertilizer. After screening of cellulose decomposing test using microorganisms originated from composts produced with turf grass clipping, five kinds of Cellulose Decomposing Microorganisms (CDMs) were selected. The optimum medium for CDMs culture was Tryptic soy broth. The optimum fermenting time of CDMs in SCB liquid fertilizer was 36 hour. In addition, CDMs showed antimicrobial activity in vitro. Sclerotinia homoeocarpa, Rhizoctonia solani AG2-2(IV) and Pythium spp. were inhibited by CDMs, but Rhizoctonia solani AG2-2(IIIB) in vitro uneffected by CDMs we isolated.

        중학생의 성장신념 영향요인 분석: 혁신학교와 일반학교의 차이를 중심으로

        본 연구는 경기교육종단연구 초4 패널 4~6차년도 데이터를 사용하여 중학생의 성장신념에 대한 영향요인을 구명하였다. 아울러 분석대상을 혁신학교와 일반학교로 구분하여 중학생의 성장신념에 영향을 미치는 요인들이 혁신학교 여부에 따라 어떠한 양상으로 나타나는지를 확인하였다. 이를 위해서본 연구는 패널자료 분석 방법 중 고정효과모형과 확률효과모형의 장점을 결합하여 집단 내 변화와집단 간 차이의 영향력을 동시에 파악할 수 있는 하이브리드 방법을 사용하였다. 주목할 만한 결과를중심으로 제시하면, 첫째, 혁신학교와 일반학교 모두에서 공통적으로 중학생의 성장신념에 영향을 미치는 요인은 진로자기이해와 차별경험으로 나타났다. 둘째, 혁신학교와 일반학교에서 중학생의 성장신념에 영향을 미치는 요인 중 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 있었던 요인은 가구소득과 교사의 수업방식인 것으로 분석되었다. 셋째, 혁신학교 여부에 따른 통계적 차이를 보이지는 않았지만 혁신학교와 일반학교 중학생의 성장신념에 상이한 영향력을 보인 요인은 학업성취도가 있었다. 마지막으로 일반학교에서 나타나는 특징으로 이들의 성장신념에는 교내 구성원과의 관계가 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다는 점이다. 이상의 결과를 바탕으로 학교 특성에 따른 중학생의 성장신념 제고 방안, 성장신념 제고와 관련한 혁신학교 정책에 대한 평가와 보완점 등에 대해 제언하였다. This study used 4th to 6th data of the primary 4th Panel of the Study of Gyeonggi Education to examine the factors that influence middle school students growth belief. In addition, we identified what factors differ according to whether or not they were innovative schools. To this end, this study used a hybrid method that combines both fixed and random effects. The main findings of this study are as follows. First, the factors that affect the growth belief of middle school students in both innovative and general schools were understanding of self career and discrimination experiences. Second, the variables that showed the significant difference between innovation and general schools were changes in household income and relationship with teacher. Third, although there was no statistical difference between the innovative schools and general schools, the achievement showed different influence on the belief of growth students. Finally, in general schools, their relationship with members of the school has a positive effect on their growth belief. Based on the above results, we proposed the evaluation of the policy of innovative schools and the supplementary task with policy.

        중학생의 수학수업태도 영향요인 간 구조적 관계분석: 혁신학교와 일반학교 차이를 중심으로

        본 연구에서는 경기교육종단연구 중1 패널 2-3차연도 데이터를 사용하여 중학생들의 수학수업태도에 미치는 영향요인 간 구조적 관계를 확인하였다. 특히 혁신학교와 일반학교 간 결정기제의 차이를 확인하기 위해 다집단 분석을 하였다. 분석 결과 두 집단 사이에는 학생중심수학수업에 대한 잠재평균에서 유의미한 차이가 있었다. 그리고 각 경로계수를 비교한 결과 이전 수학수업태도가 지적능력 신념에 미치는 영향은 혁신학교에서 더 작지만 이전 수학수업태도가 수학수업태도에 미치는 영향은 혁신학교에서 조금 더 크게 나타났다. 또 학생중심수학수업이 수학교과효능감에 미치는 영향은 혁신학교에서 더 크게 확인되었다. This study analyzed relationships affecting the in-class math attitude of middle school third graders in Gyoung-gi province using structural equation modeling (SEM). More specifically, the study examined how structural relationships could vary according to school educational environments. SEM analysis indicated that a significant difference was observed in the latent means of student-centered math class between the two groups. Moreover, a comparison of path coefficients between the two groups found the impact of pupils` second grade in-class math attitude on implicit theories of intelligence at innovation schools was smaller than that at regular schools, and third graders` in-class math attitude at innovation schools was higher than that at regular schools. Besides, these findings, results also showed that the impact of student-centered math classes on math self-efficacy was higher at innovation schools.

        공급사슬관리 연구의 지적 구조 분석

        This study is intended to identify the intellectual structures of the supply chain management by using the author co-citation analysis(ACA) and social network analysis(SNA). The author co-citation analysis is frequently used to produce empirical maps of prominent authors and identify the intellectual structure of the research field. The social network analysis is also mostly used to understand the structural characteristics of author relationship network. In this research, we have collected 301 academic papers of “Journal of Supply Chain Management” from the year 1999 to 2016. In order to analyze ACA, we have identified 35 key authors and then produced a correlation matrix of the authors co-citation matrix to conduct multi-variate analysis. To analyze the SNA, we used the correlation matrix to identify the relationship among the key authors. With the result of the analyzed methods, we can identify the core authors that contributed the most in the academic area of supply chain management. Furthermore, we can find out the main sub areas of the supply chain management research. Ultimately, the purpose of this study is to identify the intellectual structure of supply chain management.

        생물서식지 적합성 평가를 위한 Delft3D와 HABITAT 모델의 연계 적용

        This paper discusses a methodology where an integrated modelling framework is used to quantify the risk derived from anthropic activities on habitats and species. To achieve this purpose, a tool comprising the Delft3D and HABITAT model, was applied in the Yeongsan river. Delft3D effectively simulated the operational condition and flow of weirs in river. In accuracy evaluation of the Delft3D-FLOW, the Bias, Pbias, Mean Absolute Error (MAE), Nash-Sutcliffe Efficiency (NSE), and Index of Agreement (IOA) were used, and the result was evaluated as grade above ‘Satisfactory’. The HABITAT calculated Habitat Suitability Value (HSV) for the following eight species: mammal, fish, aquatic plant, and benthic macroinvertebrate. An Area was defined as a suitable habitat if the HSV was larger than 0.5. HABITAT was judged accurately by measuring the Correct Classification rate (CCR) and the area under the ROC curve (AUC). For benthic macroinvertebrate, the CCR and AUC were 77% and 0.834, respectively, at thresholds of 0.017 and 4 inds/㎡ for HSV and individuals per unit area. This meant that the HABITAT model accurately predicted the appearance of the benthic macroinvertebrates by approximately 77% and that the probability of false alarms was also very low. As a result of evaluating the suitability of habitats, in the Yeongsan river, if the annual “lowest level” (Seungchon weir: 2.5 EL.m/ Juksan weir: -1.35 EL.m) was maintained, the average habitat improvement effect of 6.5%P compared to the ‘reference’ scenario was predicted. Consequently, it was demonstrated that the integrated modelling framework for habitat suitability assessment is able to support the remedy aquatic ecological management.

        An External Capacitor-Less Ultralow-Dropout Regulator Using a Loop-Gain Stabilizing Technique for High Power-Supply Rejection Over a Wide Range of Load Current

        <P>An external capacitor-less ultra low-dropout (LDO) regulator that can continue to provide high power-supply rejection (PSR) over a wide range of the load current is proposed. Using the loop-gain stabilizer (LGS) to fix the dc level of the output voltage of the error amplifier to the optimal value, the LDO can keep maximizing the unity-gain frequency, while the load current changes widely up to 200 mA. Despite the multiple poles in the regulating loop, the stability can easily be obtained due to an intrinsic left-half plane zero, generated by the auxiliary path of the LGS. The proposed LDO was fabricated in a 40-nm CMOS process, and it had an input voltage of 1.1 V. When the dropout voltage was 0.1 V and the load current was 200 mA, the measured PSRs were -60 and -35 dB at 1 and 10 MHz, respectively. Due to the LGS, the dc loop gain was maintained to be high, resulting in good load and line regulations of 19 mu V/mA and 0.75 mV/V, respectively. While the total current consumption of the LDO was 275 mu A, the LGS consumed only 7 mu A. The area was 0.008 mm(2) with 4-pF on-chip capacitance for compensation.</P>

        『카타 우파니샤드』의 Purusa 개념에 대한 고찰

        『카타 우파니샤드』에서는 Purusa와 Atman을 동의어로 혼용하면서도 Purusa에 비중을 두어 자아에 대한 차별 관념을 드러내고 있다. 그리고 일원론적인 자아관의 지향점은 Purusa가 Brahman임을 인식하는 것이다. 이러한 지향점을 표방하는 과정에서 Purusa는 상당히 혼잡스러울 정도로 다양하게 설명되어 있지만, 그 정점에는 `속성이 전혀 없는 Purusa`가 있다. 그리고 이것은 고전 상키야에서 순수한 정신의 원리로 상정한 Purusa와 합치한다. 『카타 우파니샤드』에서 `엄지 크기의 Purusa`는 `내적 자아`인 동시에 `생명으로서의 Atman`이다. 개아 또는 영혼으로 불릴 수 있는 이것이 『카타 우파니샤드』의 일원론에서는 Brahman의 별칭인 최고아로서의 Atman 또는 Purusa와 동일한 것으로 귀결된다. `엄지 크기의 Purusa` 또는 내적 자아에 상당하는 대아(위대한 Atman)도 이와 마찬가지이다. 그러나 상키야의 이원론에서 `엄지 크기의 Purusa`는 미세신(suksma-sarira)에 상당한다. 『카타 우파니샤드』에서 대등한 위상으로 언급하는 통각, 순질, 지아(인식의 Atman)가 고전 상키야에서는 통각으로 병합되었으며, 끝으로 범아일여의 범(Brahman)에 해당하는 적정아(적정의 Atman)는 고전 상키야의 Purusa와 상응한다. 이상과 같이 『카타 우파니샤드』의 Purusa 개념은 자아에 대한 다양한 인식을 포괄함으로써 고전 상키야의 Purusa 개념이 애초에 함축하고 있었던 원천적 관념을 시사해 준다. 『카타 우파니샤드』는 비교적 간결한 문헌이지만, 이를 통해 상키야의 Purusa가 일부 주석자들 사이에서 또는 후대에 Atman과 동의어로 당연시되었던 배경을 한눈에 파악할 수 있다. The terms Purusa and Atman are used synonymously in the Katha Upanisad, but the concept of Purusa is emphasized to reveal discrimination toward the notion of Self. Moreover, with regrad to the inclination of Self in the monistic realms, there seems to be an intent to interpret the term `Purusa` as equivalent to `Brahman.` In the process of expressing this point of view, Purusa has been described in various ways to be quite congested, but at its apex is Purusa, which has no property at all. Consequently, this coincides with Purusa, which is assumed to be the principle of pure spirit in the classical Samkhya. The Self-concept in the Katha Upanisad combines the process of intensification of meditation with the object or subject in the cognitive process. It is revealed in the following three suggestions: ① indriya → artha → manas → buddhi → mahan Atman → avyakta → Purusa ② indriya → → manas → sattva → mahan Atman → avyakta → Purusa ③ →van-manas → jnanatman → mahan Atman → santatman On the other hand, the Bhagavad-gita suggests this process as a stage of indriya → manas → buddhi → Atman. According to classical Samkhya, the subject of recognition evolves from indriya → mind → ahamkara → buddhi → Purusa. Therefore, it can be said that the Katha Upanisad contains the Self-concept that can be covered by Purusa from the Bhagavad-gita to classical Samkhya. The notable concept here is the `thumb-sized Purusa`, likened to a dwarf. In the Katha Upanisad, the thumb-size Purusa is indicated as an `inner self` just as, at the same time, it indicates `Atman as life.` Thisconcept, which can be identified as the individual self or spirit, is ultimately identical to Atman or Purusa as the supreme self―the alias of Brahman ―in the monism of the Katha Upanisad . It is likewise true of the `thumb-sized Purusa` corresponds to the `supreme Atman,` the inner self. The term `thumb-sized Purusa,` however, also corresponds to `suksma-sarira` in the dualism of Samkhya. In the Katha Upanisad , the terms of Buddhi, sattva, and `Atman of awareness`, which are referred to in an equilibrium phase, have been incorporated into the `buddhi` in classical Samkhya. Finally, `Atman of titration`, which corresponds to Atman, or one`s true self (Atman), which is identical to the transcendent-self `Brahman` (Brahman of `Brahman-Atman-aikya`)―corresponds to the term `Purusa` in the classical Samkhya. To sum up the matters, the concept of Purusa in the Katha Upanisad, encompasses various awareness of the concept `self` that the concept of Purusa in the classical Samkhya suggests the foundational ideas originally implied Even though the Katha Upanisad is a relatively concise literature, this text can provide for later commentators and later generations a glimpse into the contextual background of the term `Purusa` in classical Samkhya, revealing that it is used with as a synonym for `Atman`.

        저자동시인용분석에 의한 Business Analytics 분야의 지적 구조 분석: 2002 ~ 2020

        Purpose The opportunities and approaches to big data have grown in various ways in the digital era. Business analytics is nowadays an inevitable strategy for organizations to earn a competitive advantage in order to survive in the challenged environments. The purpose of this study is to analyze the intellectual structure of business analytics literature to have a better insight for the organizations to the field. Design/methodology/approach This research analyzed with the data extracted from the database Web of Science. Total of 427 documents and 23,760 references are inserted into the analysis program CiteSpace. Author co-citation analysis is used to analyze the intellectual structure of the business analytics. We performed clustering analysis, burst detection and timeline analysis with the data. Findings We identified seven sub- areas of business analytics field. The top four sub-areas are “Big Data Analytics Infrastructure”, “Performance Management System”, “Interactive Exploration”, and “Supply Chain Management”. We also identified the top 5 references with the strongest citation bursts including Trkman et al.(2010) and Davenport(2006). Through timeline analysis we interpret the clusters that are expected to be the trend subjects in the future. Lastly, limitation and further research suggestion are discussed as concluding remarks.
