        SCM 정보시스템의 핵심기능 분석

        The major goal of supply chain management(SCM) are waste reduction, time compression, flexible response, and unit cost reduction. Integrated SCM focuses on managing relationships, information, and material flow across organizational borders to cut costs and enhance flow. In this paper, we tried to identify the core functions of SCM information systems. First, we summarized major functions of SCM information systems by reviewing the papers on SCM and proposed 13 core functions of SCM information systems. Second, we examined 11 domestic and international SCM systems to cross-check if these SCM systems actually support those 13 core functions. We found that not many SCM systems support resource management and production management whereas many SCM systems support warehouse management and supplier portals. Then we revised the proposed 13 core functions of SCM information systems. Finally, we validated our proposed 13 core functions by analyzing the questionnaire from 245 domestic companies. The major finding says there are 10 core functions in SCM information systems and they can be categorized into three groups, namely supply chain management resource managing, supply chain management planning, and supply chain management practicing.

        기술, 조직, 환경요인이 SCM 정보시스템 확산 및 성과에 미치는 영향

        Supply Chain Management Information Systems(SCM IS) have many benefits to firms, including minimizing the bullwhip effect, maximizing the efficiency of activities, reducing inventories, lowering cycle times, and achieving an acceptable level of quality. This study investigated the effects of technical, organizational and environmental characteristics on the diffusion of SCM IS, and used the balanced scorecard(BSC) to verify the effects of the diffusion of SCM IS on SCM performance. We collected 234 questionnaires to test the research model and hypotheses. The results showed that technical and organizational factors had a significant impact on the diffusion of SCM IS. Among environmental factors the level of cooperation had a significant impact on the diffusion of SCM IS whereas the environmental uncertainty had no significant impact. The diffusion of SCM IS had a significant impact on SCM performance from the perspective of BSC. We also discussed research implications and limitation and suggested future research as a conclusion.

        SCM 도입요인의 메타분석 - 조직간 이론 관점에서

        In this research, we collected 97 empirical research papers on the supply chain management (SCM) adoption and reviewed them to find the factors of the SCM adoption based on the inter-organization theory. First, we collected domestic academic papers from RISS database by using search criteria based on the presence of the phrases“ supply chain management”and restricted the result by using keywords such as adoption, implementation, or success. Then, we identified key features of the SCM adoption based on principal-agent theory, transaction cost theory, network theory, and resource-based theory. Finally, we applied these theory-based SCM adoption features to conduct metaanalysis for the factors of the SCM adoption from 97 papers. The findings show that information system implementation, collaboration, information sharing, CEO’s support and leadership, trust, staff training and specialist possession, standardization, supply chain integration, problem solving capability, and SCM performance evaluation system are most frequently discussed as the important factors for the SCM adoption. Four implications for planning the SCM adoption were also presented as a conclusion.

        중국 시장에서 협력적 SCM 실행과 기업 성과 간 관계에 대한 환경경영 실행의 조절 효과

        Our first purpose of this research is to conceptualize collaborative Supply Chain Management and corporate performance and to confirm their validity and reliability as a research constructs in Chinese industry. Furthermore, we tried to verify whether there is a positive relationship between implementing collaborative SCM and corporate performance or not. In the second stage of this study, we verified whether using eco-friendly material and implementing eco-friendly production process have positive moderate effect on that relationship respectively. To answer those research questions, we conducted empirical surveys on 203 companies in major cities in Chinese market. As the results of empirical studies, we could verify that collaborative SCM affects on corporate performance positively in Chinese market. Furthermore, as the results of moderate regression model analysis, eco-friendly material use has positive moderate effect on the relationship between collaborative SCM and corporate performance, while implementing eco-friendly production process does not. These results give us a managerial implication that implementing collaborative SCM and using eco-friendly materials have synergy effect on corporate performance.

        SCM 시스템 성과 평가모형 개발 및 평가항목별 AHP 분석

        The objective of this research is to develop performance evaluation model for SCM(Supply Chain Management) systems aiming at optimizing internal and external logistics systems, production, flow of resources and finances, and to establish weight values for performance evaluation items. Through reviewing and interrelating a vast range of related theoretical studies the integrative evaluation model for SCM systems performance was derived, and then the weight value as relative importance to SCM systems performance was determined for each evaluation area and item by means of AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) analysis. The data for AHP analysis were collected by surveying 15 SCM systems experts from academic and corporate sectors. The performance evaluation model for SCM systems could be reasoned to consist of three evaluation areas(technological quality, task efficiency and organizational outcome) and nine evaluation items(system quality, information quality, service quality, contributiveness to task efficiency, users’ satisfaction and four BSC items). The results of AHP analysis shows that each evaluation area and item have significantly different weight value. By applying the integrative evaluation model suggested in this study and the weight values of evaluation areas and items identified via AHP analysis, the performance evaluation of SCM systems will be able to be done more correctly and meaningfully. Also, the development and application of this rational performance evaluation methodology will lead to effective management of SCM systems.

        SCM의 파트너십 촉진요소가 협력적 SCM 지향성에 미치는 비대칭적 영향에 대한 연구

        The purpose of this study is to investigate impacts of partnership between Defense Acquisition Program Administration(DAPA) and defense-related industry on supply chain management (SCM) orientation using the asymmetric regression and KANO model. The examinations of the asymmetric relationships between SCM promotion factors and SCM orientation was done using KANO model and regression with dichotomized dummy variables. We find an asymmetric relationship between SCM promotion factors and SCM orientation, thereby confirming the four-factor(attractive/basic/must-be/irrelevance) theory in the context of collaborative SCM orientation.

        In this paper a new service SCM model based on service science is proposed. For taking into account realistic situation Fuzzy-AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) method is applied to developing performance measurements of service SCM. Also, the proposed framework is applied to hotel industry.

        토픽모델링과 소셜 네트워크 분석을 이용한 공급사슬관리 연구 탐색

        We explored research dynamics in supply chain management(SCM) based on topic modeling and social network analysis. We used latent Dirichlet allocation for topic models and author co-citation analysis for social network analysis. We queried Web of Science database with ‘supply chain management’ and collected 10,538 research articles between 2002 and 2019. We used R program packages for topic modeling and CiteSpace for social network analysis. First, we explored how SCM research have developed in this period including publication trends, Web of Science categories, top 15 journals and research institutes. Second, we found 14 topics in supply chain management and identified three hot topics(Green SCM, Healthcare SCM, and Sustainable SCM) and three cold topics(Bullwhip Effect, Information Sharing, and Supply Chain Integration). Third, we examined the major researchers in SCM such as Sarkis J, Zhu QH, Gunasekaran A, and Seuring S and visualized the relationship among them with the author network. Fourth, we identified major keywords in SCM to represent the keyword network with the relationship among them. Performance is the most popular keyword. Inventory management and supplier-related words such as supplier development and supply evaluation stand next. Finally, conclusions and potential direction for further research were provided.

        저자동시인용분석을 이용한 『한국SCM학회지: 2001∼2015』의 지적구조 탐색

        This study is intended to introduce author co-citation analysis to identify the intellectual structure of the‘ Journal of the Korean Society of Supply Chain Management’. Author co-citation analysis is an analytical method to examine the intellectual structure of specific research areas through the relationship between two similar authors. The author co-citation analysis is frequently used to produce empirical maps of prominent authors and identify the knowledge structure of a research field. In this research, we collected 341 academic papers of ‘Journal of the Korean Society of Supply Chain Management’from 2001 to 2015. Among 6,557 references of these papers, we analyzed 1,408 references that were published by domestic authors. We produced a correlation matrix of 36 authors’co-citation matrix and conducted multi-variate analysis using clustering analysis and multi-dimensional scaling. We found five main sub-areas of supply chain management: (1) global SCM and logistics for manufacturing, (2) logistics, transportation, and environment, (3) SCM integration, (4) SCM success factors, partnership, SCM implementation, and SCM performance, and (5) SCM components and cooperation. The limitation of the paper and suggestion for further research are also discussed.

        AHP를 이용한 기계산업의 SCM 주요성공요인 분석

        The analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is a structured technique to organize a decision problem with its elements and a rational process to calculate numerical priorities of the decision alternatives. This study aims to analyze the importances of various SCM adoption factors by using AHP. Based on the previous researches on SCM adoption, we conducted AHP analysis for small-to-medium-sized enterprises(SMEs) in mechanical industry. SCM adoption factors were grouped into five categories: information management, support for activation, partnership, planning and collaboration, and performance management. The 58 SCM managers of total 200 samples in Daegu Metropolitan area responded to the survey . The findings of this study are summarized as follows: in a criterion level, the importance of partners(0.2395) ranked the highest and information management(0.2232), planning and collaboration(0.2167), support for activation(0.1865), performance management(0.1341) followed. Top five priority criteria in the global level are as follows: mutual trust between supplier and purchaser(0.1118), IT usages on business transaction(0.1060), CEO’s commitment(0.0928), IT-based SCM investment(0.0720), and collaborative response(0.0691). Further analysis of the study suggests that each company needs different strategies to implement and operate SCM because each company has different priority in SCM adoption factors based on its relative position in the value-chain of the mechanical industry.
