        In recent years, the construction industry has also applied the dry method that can be assembled in the field by industrialization and factory production, which is free from climatic effects and can reduce the cost due to mass production and simplify the work in the field. Among the building materials used in this dry method, ALC products are made by mixing calcium oxide, gypsum, cement, and water in silica and putting them in an autoclave to create voids in the interior through steam curing at high temperature and pressure. But it requires curing cycle conditions of warming, isothermal, and temperature curing. It depends on the performance of the product depending on the curing conditions, the economical efficiency due to high oil prices, the emission of greenhouse gases by the use of fossil fuels .Experiments were conducted to select an appropriate animal protein foam for lightweight foamed concrete block which was cured by applying a prefilling method to replace existing ALC products. As a result of investigating the characteristics of lightweight foamed concrete by type of animal protein foam, it is considered that FP3 is most suitable for manufacturing lightweight foamed concrete block.

        초등교사의 직무역량 인식과 직무성과에 관한 연구

        본 연구의 목적은 초등교사를 중심으로 교사의 업무수행에 필요한 중요 직무역량은 무엇이며 이러한 역량이 직무성과와 어떠한 관계가 있는지 파악하는데 있다. 이를 위해 경기도 초등학교에서 재직 중인 310명의 초등교사를 대상으로 설문을 실시하였으며, 최종적으로 회수된 291개(93.8%)의 설문을 분석에 활용하였다. 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 초등학교 교사들은 `태도`역량을 가장 중요한 역량으로 인식하고 있는 반면, `학교학급 경영지원`과 관련된 역량은 다소 중요하지 않게 인식하고 있었다. 둘째, 경력이 많을수록 교사가 인식하는 직무역량은 높았다. 셋째, 마지막으로 석사 이상 고학력 교사의 외적 직무성과(연구대회 수상, 일반대회 수상, 지도학생 수상 등)는 다른 집단에 비해 월등히 높은 것으로 나타났다. 이를 기초로 초등교사교육의 직무역량 향상에 관한 시사점을 제안하였다. This study aims to discover what kind of the job competence required to execute various jobs of teachers have impacted on the job performance of them. In order to find the study hypothesis, a survey questionnaire was distributed to the elementary school teachers working in Gyeonggi province currently. The total of 310 surveys had been collected for two weeks. Among the received questionnaire, finally, 291samples were selected and used for analysis except for uncomplicated questionnaire. The major findings of study are as followed : (1) the elementary school teachers perceived the attitude competency as most important factor, whereas classroom support competency was lowest; (2) the past teaching experience presented the more experienced as a teacher had the higher level of competence. The academic achievements showed significant differences some competence groups; and (3) The teachers with higher level of academic degree had higher external performance. We also suggested some implications for education and training of elementary school teachers.

        Organic insulating materials can cause fatal toxic gases when burned, which can lead to human injury. As a combustible material, the risk of fire spreading is great. Therefore, there is a need for a study on the lightweight cured body for the non-combustible inorganic insulation to replace the flammable organic insulation. This study aims to examine the properties of lightweight foamed concrete according to the dilution concentration of animal foaming agent which forms a closed void when foaming as a part of the experiment to examine the utility of the lightweight foamed concrete as an insulating material. Bubbles occupy a large volume of lightweight foam concrete and have a great influence on the properties. Therefore, the stability of the bubble is very important, and as a result of the experiment, it is determined that 3% of the smallest vesicles are prepared at the proper dilution concentration.

        Recent government policies are increasing interest in zero-energy housing, a building that minimizes energy consumption (90% reduction). As the importance of building passive performance is emphasized, the role of insulation is increasing as a way to reduce indoor heat loss in order to minimize the use of cooling and heating energy. There are two main types of insulation. Organic insulation is widely used for various construction structures such as construction and industrial due to some merits such as the convenience of construction and construction cost. However, it has been pointed out as a main cause every time a fire accident occurs, Jecheon Sports Center ', the fire damage of buildings caused by the use of organic insulation materials is expanding to social problems, so it is urgent to research on nonflammable inorganic insulation materials.

        가속도계로 측정된 한국 성인의 신체활동 : 제6기 국민건강영양조사 가속도계 자료 분석

        [목적] 본 연구의 목적은 가속도계로 측정된 중-고강도 신체활동 및 좌식행동을 분석하고, 동일인의 자기보고식 설문 결과로 나타난 신체활동 수준과 지침 충족률을 비교하는 데 있다. [방법] 2014-2015 국민건강 영양조사의 참가자 중 가속도계 착용에 동의한 1,417명의 하루 평균 좌식시간 및 중-고강도 신체활동 시간, 그리고 신체활동 지침 충족률을 연령과 성별에 따라 분석하였다. 또한, 자기 보고식 설문지와의 연관성을 확인하기 위해, 동일인의 신체활동 설문의 결과를 산출하여 Chi-square test 및 상관분석을 실시하였다. [결과] 첫째, 1분 이상 모든 신체활동을 포함한 가속도계(accelerometer-total AT)의 하루 평균 중-고강도 신체활동은 남성 40.6분 여성 31.1이었으며, 좌식시간은 남성 502.9분 여성 498.9분이었다. 지속된 10분 이상가속도계(accelerometer-bout AB)의 중-고강도 신체활동의 경우 남성 16.4분 여성 14.2분으로 나타났다. 반면 설문의 중-고강도 신체활동은 남성 95.8분 여성 64.3분, 좌식시간은 남성 471.2분 여성 455.2분으로 나타났다. 둘째, 신체활동 지침 충족률은 설문지 55.6%, AT 56.1%, AB 21.4%로 나타났다. 셋째, 신체활동 강도에 따른 설문지와 가속도계의 상관계수는 모두 통계적으로 유의하였으나(p < 0.01), 약한 상관도를 보였다(rho = 0.112-0.351). 넷째, AB와 설문지의 신체활동 지침 충족률의 연관성은 없었으며(p < 0.01), 설문지의 민감도 71.3%, 특이도 48.6%, 양성예측도 27.5%, 음성예측도 86.1%였으며 정확도는 53.4%로 나타났다. [결론] 본 연구의 결과 설문은 가속도계에 비해 많은 신체활동 시간과 적은 좌식시간을 보고하였다. 또한, 설문과 가속도계의 신체활동 지침 충족률은 상이하였으며, AB 결과를 비교할 경우 그 차이가 크게 증가하였다. 그러므로 두 측정 도구를 상호 보완하여 사용할 수 있는 구체적인 방법에 관한 추가 연구가 필요할 것이다. 따라서 설문지와 가속도계의 신체활동 결과를 해석할 때는 큰 주의를 기울여야 하며, 서로 다른 두 측정 도구를 상호 보완하여 사용할 수 있는 구체적인 방법에 관한 추가 연구가 필요할 것이다. [Purpose] The purpose of this study was to evaluate the moderate to vigorous physical activity(MVPA) and sedentary time measured by accelerometer. Furthermore, the level of physical activity and adherence rate of physical activity guideline(PAG) were compared with the self-reported questionnaire. [Methods] The MVPA, sedentary time, and adherence rate of PAG according to age and sex were examined to people who agreed to wear accelerometers among the participants of the 2014-2015 Korea National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey. To compare the relationship between accelerometer and self-reported questionnaire, Chi-squared test and Spearman correlation analysis were performed. [Results] The MVPA of the accelerometer-total(AT) was 40.6 minutes/day for men and 31.1 minutes/day for women. Sedentary time was 502.9 minutes/day for men and 498.9 minutes/day for women. The MVPA of accelerometer-bout(AB) estimates was 16.4 minutes/day for men and 14.2 minutes for women. On the other hand, the MVPA of the self-report was 95.8 minutes for men and 64.3 minutes for women, and the sedentary time was 471.2 minutes for men and 455.2 minutes for women. The adherence rate of PAG was 55.6% of the self-report, 56.1% of the AT, and 21.4% of the AB. The correlation between self-report and accelerometer was statistically significant(p < 0.01), but showed a weak correlation coefficient(rho=0.112-0.351). There was no association between AB and self-report(p < 0.01). The sensitivity and specificity of the self-report were 71.3% and 48.6%, respectively. The positive and negative predictive values of the self-report were 27.5% and 86.1%, respectively. [Conclusions] As a result of this study, self-reported physical activity level by questionnaire had more MVPA and less sedentary time than the accelerometer-determined physical activity. In addition, the adherence rate of the PAG differed from accelerometer and self-report. The difference was significantly increased when comparing AB with the self-report. Therefore, great care must be taken when interpreting accelerometer and self-report questionnaire. Further research will be needed on specific methods that can be used by complementing the two measurement tools.

        Recently, the interest in remodeling of new and old buildings is increasing worldwide. As a result, the frequency of use of architectural adhesives has increased. Currently, adhesives used in buildings are made of organic materials in most cases, and epoxy resin adhesives are most widely used. However, epoxy resin adhesives contain formaldehyde and VOCs in the room during construction, which can cause sick house syndrome. In case of building fire, it may cause damage due to carbon monoxide generated from organic materials. It is urgent to study the problem of epoxy fill adhesive made of such organic materials. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of the adhesion of epoxy resin adhesive, which is a problem of epoxy resin adhesive, which is an existing organic adhesive by using inorganic materials such as magnesia and phosphate, And the inorganic adhesive which does not emit the release amount as an inorganic material.

        태권도 선수의 훈련 중 손상 발생 및 원인 조사

        목적 태권도 선수들의 성별, 연령 그룹, 선수 경력에 따른 손상 빈도, 손상 발생 부위, 손상 원인(내적, 외적), 손상 발생 후 훈련 중단 기간, 손상 발생률의 차이를 확인하여 손상 발생을 예방할 수 있는 기초자료를 제공하는데 목적이 있다. 방법 대한체육회에 등록된 태권도 선수를 모집단으로 하여 비확률표집의 할당표본으로 표본을 추출하였으며, 이들을 대상으로 온라인 설문조사(Google)를 실시하여 최종 449명의 설문지를 분석하였다. Stata/SE version 17.0을 이용하여 빈도분석, 교차분석, t검정, 일원배치 분산분석을 실시하였다. 결과 449명의 태권도 선수 중 164명(36.5%)이 손상 경험이 있으며, 성별에 따라 손상 빈도 및 손상 발생률의 차이가 나타났다(p<.05). 또한, 연령별 손상 빈도와 손상 발생률의 차이는 발생되지 않았으나, 선수 경력이 증가할수록 손상 발생률이 증가하는 것으로 나타났다(p<.05). 선수의 주된 손상 발생 부위는 성별, 연령, 선수 경력과 관계없이 하지에서 가장 빈번히 발생되었다. 선수의 손상 발생의 원인 중 내적요인은 자신 또는 상대방의 타격, 기술, 반칙이 가장 많았으며, 외적요인은 재발로 인한 손상이 가장 빈번한 것으로 나타났다. 하지 손상의 경우 일주일 이상 훈련을 중단하는 주된 손상 부위로 나타났다. 결론 본 연구의 결과를 토대로 성별과 선수 경력, 그리고 손상의 주된 원인을 고려한 손상 예방 프로그램이 개발되어야 할 것이다. Purpose The purpose of this study is to examining the frequency, location, cause, rate of injuries, and the duration of training interruption after injury according to sex, age, athlete’s career in Taekwondo athletes. Method The subjects who were registered as Taekwondo athletes at the Korean Olympic Committee were used as the population, and subjects were extracted a quota sample from the population. We collected the data via online survey(Google), and 449 questionnaires were analyzed. We conducted a frequency analysis, t-test, one-way ANOVA, chi-squared test using Stata/SE statistics program(version 17.0.). Results It was found that 164(36.5%) of the 449 Taekwondo athletes have had injuries, and there was a difference in the frequency and incidence rate of injuries according to sex(p<.05). In addition, there was no difference in the injury frequency and injury rates by age, but the injury rate increased as the athlete's career increased(p<.05). The main injury area of the athlete occurred most frequently in the lower extremities irrespective of sex, age, and athlete's career. Among the causes of injuries, internal factors were the most frequent result of me or the opponent’s hitting, skills or fouls. External factors were found to be the most frequent damage due to recurrence. In the case of lower extremity injury, it was found to be the main injury area that stopped training for more than a week. Conclusion Based on the results of this study, a program to prevent sports injuries in Taekwondo athletes should be developed in the future.

        한우 종모우의 지방괴사증에 대한 Isoprothiolane 투여효과

        The effect of isoprothiolane(di-isopropyl-1,3-dithiolan-2-ylidenemalonate) aganist fat necrosis in Hanwoo(Korean Cattle) sire was evaluated. The 10 heads of Hanwoo sire suffering from fat necrosis were given 50mg/kg body weight of isoprothiolane(0.2g/kg of Fujix, Japan) orally once a day for 8 weeks. In 30% of these, the size of the necrotic fat masses had decreased significantly 7 months after the adminstration. Isoprothiolane did not affect on live body weight and semen characteristics. However the sire affected with fat necrosis had higher MCHC(Mean corpuscular hemoglobin concentration) than normal sire in hematologic values 10 weeks after administration. Number of RBC(red blood cell) and PCV(packed cell volume) 10 weeks after administration had been increased than those before administration(p < 0.05). The serum concentrations of creatinine, triglyceride, and total cholesterol 10 weeks after administration were higher than those before administration while the concentration of glucose was vice versa. The isoprothiolane may reduce the oxidation of glucose, increase the glucose transfer to lipids, and increase blood supply to necrotic masses. These results indicate that isoprothiolane may be useful as the therapeutic agent aganist fat necrosis.
