        소아청소년 대상 주요 구강질환 건강보험 이용 현황

        Purpose: The purpose of this study is to investigate the long-term behavior of dental health insurance use for major oral diseases that require high treatment in children and adolescents. Methods: The trend of utilization rate was confirmed through data from the National Health Insurance Service-National Sample Cohort for 2012-2019. It was targeted at children and adolescents with records of using dental health insurance. The utilization rate of dental health insurance and treatment behavior related to dental caries and periodontal diseases were analyzed. Results: It was confirmed that the utilization rate of dental health insurance for major oral diseases increased. When non-reimbursement treatment was applied to health insurance, it tended to increase in use and to be preferred over other treatments. In addition, it was confirmed that adolescents aged 15-19 had a high need to treat periodontal diseases. Conclusions: As the utilization rate of dental health insurance is gradually increasing, it is necessary to further understand the use of health insurance. Also the application of dental health insurance for preventive treatment of children and adolescents needs to be expanded.

        지구단위계획에 따른 주민참여제도의 인식실태와 활성화방안에 관한 연구 - 고양시를 중심으로-

        The interest party opinion research and resident explanation meeting are being recommended, which is a desirable phenomenon, at the increasing importance of resident participation resulting from the introduction of detailed plan in 1991 through urban design system in 1980, but the current circumstance is that there is an issue also in the operation of the exemplary case of attempting resident participation since the domestic condition is still at the early stage of resident participation. In the district unite planning, which is a part of urban planning, the resident publicity, eye-level education and resident interview must take place first for active resident participation, in addition to supplementing legislative system to allow the project to be implemented efficiently in harmony between the public and the private in the direct of maximizing the local characteristics through the urban management method for sustainable urban planning, as well as forming eco-friendly urban environment in which humans and nature coexist for particular urban district. As for the main points of the reason why issues occur, the result of this study showed that harmony according to progress of plan could not be created due to lack of continuous resident participation since the planning preparation stage, and residents are not progressively and actively presenting their opinions even when resident participation opportunity is given due to lack of expert knowledge on planning system and content. The period in our country since the implementation of local governing in 2000 is the period in which local governments and reinforcement of resident rights occurred, as well as the period when resident participation is being required more than ever before. In addition, it can be said that the local government politics of being attentive to the voices of resident is being needed more than anything else.

        주변 녹지분포를 고려한 공원녹지면적 기준 정립에 관한 연구

        Demand quantity of housing lands required for building new-towns is increasing as much in order to fulfill low density and high rate of green lands of parks. When this kind of trend continues, it is possible to bring about the result that supply of houses can be limited due to housing lands development projects with shortage of available housing lands. In addition, it becomes burden for consumers finally as land allotment price is increased due to impacts of low density and high rate of green lands of parks. Therefore, this study reviews standard of green space area which is only applied to the current project regions, establishes standard of calculation of green lands of parks which can reflect distribution of green land surrounding project region and has analyzed possibility of actual application through actual proof analysis by applying this standard to second new-towns. In addition, in order to analyze impacts on preparation cost, development cost and preparation cost estimation models were drawn out by using hedonic price model with object of second new-towns in metropolitan region and also changes of preparation cost were analyzed by reflecting surrounding city forest. Finally, implications of policy were suggested according to the results of the analysis.

      • 고양시 도시개발사업에 관한 고찰

        The economic development of our country has been occurring very rapidly during the 1980s to 1990s. Such rapid development causes the overpopulation phenomenon in the Metropolitan area due to which many issues such as housing issue, infrastructure issue and environment issue also occur. In addition, the result of interviews conducted with local residents, civil servants and experts was statistically analyzed. The interest party opinion research and resident explanation meeting are being recommended. For a revitalization plan for resident participation during urban development planning, the resident eye-level publicity on participation process is first needed, as shown in the survey research result analysis. Additionally, legal and institutional policy must be supplemented in addition to the need for active resident interview conducted by the subject of implementation the administrative organization.

        평조북전 연구 - 거문고 고악보를 중심으로 -

        ‘북전(北殿)’은 조선시대에 불리던 가요 중 하나로, 오늘날 전승이 단절되어 그 음악적 실체를 직관적으로 파악하기 어렵다. 이에 본고에서는 거문고 고악보에 수록된 북전을 분석하여 당대 북전의 음악적 실체를 밝히고자 하였다. 4가지의 악조로 기보된 북전 악보 중 임종평조로 된 북전(이하 ‘평조북전)’을 기본격으로 보고 이를 우선적으로 살펴보았다. 본고에서 살펴본 고악보의 평조북전은 총 19종으로, 분석 결과는 다음과 같이 정리된다. 첫째, 평조북전의 노랫말은 ‘흐리누거’와 ‘누은들’ 두 가지로, ‘흐리누거’는 북전에만 사용된 반면, ‘누은들’은 가곡, 시조와 노랫말을 공유하였다. 둘째, 『금합자보』와 『양금신보 소재 평조북전 장단 단위가 다르며 『양금신보』와 『연대소장금보』 소재 평조북전이 각각 이전 시기 고악보의 것에 비해 시가가 느려졌을 것으로 여겨진다. 셋째, 평조북전의 분장구조는 총 3가지로, 대체로 3지와 여음으로 구성되었다. 넷째, 평조북전의 선율 양상은 선율 변화에 따라 세 시기로 구분되었다. 다섯째, 『윤용진금보』, 『금보전』, 『금보고』의 편찬연대 및 내용 연대를 추정할 수 있었다. ‘Bukjeon(北殿)’ is one of the songs sung during the Joseon Dynasty, and it is difficult to intuitively grasp the musical reality of Bukjeon in that the transmission has been cut off today. Therefore, this study attempted to reveal the musical reality of the Bukjeon of the time by analyzing the Bukjeon contained in the Geomungo old music scores. The score of Bukjeon was written in four (music) tones. Among them, the Bukjeon in Imjong Pyeongjo (hereinafter referred to as “Pyeongjo Bukjeon”) was regarded as the basic, so this study reviewed it first. There are a total of 19 types of Pyeongjo Bukjeon of Geomungo’s old music scores examined in this study, and the results of analysis are summarized as follows. First, there are two lyrics of Pyeongjo Bukjeon: ‘Heurinugeo’ and ‘Nueundeul.’ Among them, ‘Hrinugar’ has been used only in the Bukjeon, while ‘Nueundeul’ shared the lyrics of gagok and sijo. Second, a unit of jangdan of Pyeongjo Bukjeons written in Geumhapjabo and Yanggeumsinbo is different. Also, it is believed that the Pyeongjo Bukjeons of Yanggeumsinbo and Yonsei University’s Geumbo were slower than that of the previous scores, respectively. Third, there were three types of Pyeongjo Bukjeon’s movement structure, and it was most often composed of three movements and yeoeum. Fourth, the melody pattern of Pyeongjo Bukjeon was divided into three periods according to the melody change. Fifth, it was possible to estimate the compilation date and content date of Yun Yong-jin Geumbo, Geumbojeon, and Geumbogo.

      • Fabrication and property of silica nanospheres via rice-husk

        Recently, silica nanostructures are widely used in various applicationary areas such as chemical sensors, biosensors, nano-fillers, markers, catalysts, and as a substrate for quantum dots etc, because of their excellent physical, chemical and optical properties. Additionally, these days, semiconductor silica and silicon with high purity is a key challenge because of their metallurgical grade silicon (MG-Si) exhibit purity of about 99% produced by an arc discharge method with high cast. Tremendous efforts are being paid towards this direction to reduce the cast of high purity silicon for generation of photovoltaic power as a solar cell. In this direction, which contains a small amount of impurities, which can be further purified by acid leaching process. In this regard, initially the low cast rice-husk was cultivated from local rice field and washed well with high purity distilled water and were treated with acid leaching process (1:10 HCl and H₂O) to remove the atmospheric dirt and impurity. The acid treated rice-husk was again washed with distilled water and dried in an oven at 60?C. The dried rice-husk was further annealed at different temperatures (620 and 900?C) for the formation of silica nanospheres. The confirmation of silica was observed by the X-ray diffraction pattern and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy. The morphology of obtained nanostructures were analyzed via Field-emission scanning electron microscope(FE-SEM) and Transmission electron microscopy(TEM) and it reveals that the size of each nanosphares is about 50-60nm. Using the Inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS), Silica was analyzed for the amount of impurities.
