        Vehicle exhaust gases has been affected by fuel quality, combustion technology and after-treatment factors. Especially, fuel quality is a very important key to accomplish the high power, high efficiency and low exhaust gases level. In this regard, LPG is more clean and lower carbon fuel than gasoline and diesel. However, because of containing sulfur odorant (EM, ethyl mercaptan) in LPG, LPG fuel has more higher sulfur content than diesel and gasoline. It is well known that SOx produced for a compounds of sulfur by the combustion process. Also, it is caused that air pollution and poison for catalyst by compounds of sulfur. In this study, LPG fuel was added to sulfur-free odorant that it has been composed for Alkyl-Isovalerate, Alkyl-Acrylate and Alkyl-Pyrazine. And this study evaluated for vehicle emissions characteristics for sulfur-free odorant in the CVS 75and NEDC mode.

        연구논문 : 수변공간 개발의 사회 환경적 비용과 경제적 피해가 주민저항에 미치는 영향 -4대강 개발 낙동강 지역주민을 중심으로-

        본 연구에서는 도 최근 정부가 수행하고 있는 4대강 관광개발사업과 관련하여 사회환경적비용, 경제적 피해가 주민저항에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고자 하였다. 연구 결과의 시사점을 통하여 주민들의 의견을 파악함으로서 4대강 관광개발 사업이 성공적인 워터프론트로서의 기능을 할 수 있도록 시사점을 제시하고자 하였다. 가설 검증의 결과를 살펴 볼 때, 수변공간 관광개발의 사회 환경적 비용이 주민저항에 미치는 영향이 채택된 것은 4대강 유역의 관광개발 정책 추진으로 소음이 증가 하는 등 마을이 시끄러워 질 것이다. 차량이 늘어나면서 불편해 질 것이다. 자연생태계가 훼손될 것이다. 마을에 쓰레기가 늘어날 것이다. 사람들이 이사를 가는 등 마을 공동체가 훼손될 것이다. 강을 파고 콘크리트로 둑을 쌓으며, 댐수준의 보를 16개나 설치하면서 생태계의 파괴와 환경재앙이 있을 것이다. 문화재가 파괴 될 것이다. 결과적으로 인근에 위락 시설을 만들고 러브호텔, 커피숍, 골프장, 보트선착장을 만들어 환경문제를 야기시키고, 농촌의 농지의 난개발로 인한 농경지 감소로 결국 식량증산 감소로 이어질 것이다의 측정변수들에 대하여 4대강 수변공간 관광개발의 정책을 추진함에 있어서 주민의 의견을 수렴하고, 이해시키는 적극적인 노력이 필요하다고 할 수 있다. 경제적 피해 요인과 관련하여서는, 세금이 늘어나는 등 경제적 손실이 늘어날 것이다. 건축행위제한 등 재산권 행사에 제한을 받을 것이다. 대상지에 포함되는 토지는 주변 시세에 비해 낮게 보상될 것이다. 이익과 피해를 보는 사람은 다를 것이다. 이익은 외부로 빠져 나갈 것이다. 이익은 결국 소수의 건설사에게 돌아갈 것이다 의 변수들이 아직 구체화 되지않은 사업들이므로 주민저항에는 직접적인 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 볼 수 있다. 그러나 경제적 피해에 관한 요인도 주미저항에 영향을 미칠 수 있음으로 이에 대한 대비가 필요하다고 할 수 있다. In this study, the Civic Resistance, which may result from the negative and external effects of ``the Great Four River Development (GFRD)`` Project being conducted by government, has been examined. And through the understanding of the public opinion concerning GFRD and implications, a good function model of a successful Waterfront Development is attempted to be presented. The theoretical ground was laid by referring to bibliographic and antecedent study coupled with the corroborative study, in order to achieve its purpose. Judging from this study, what the civic resistance imply are defined several categories. Firstly what might stem from the GFRD project will be unprecedented disturbing noise and traffic congestion, secondly the delicate eco-system will be devastated by the construction of dams, reservoir. Thirdly the community neighboring waterfront will collapse due to the residents being forced to the areas. Fourthly the construction of amenities such love-hotels, coffee-shops, golf-links, boat docks which has always accompanied the development project in Korea will aggravate the traditional circumstance of the area. And the disarranged development is sure to cause the arable land, resulting in low agricultural productivity. So, in the pursuit of GFRD project, extensive opinions from all walks of life concerned are to be collected and reflected and efforts made to make them understand and to win their cooperation.

      • EURO6대응을 위한 CNG/Gasoline Bi-fuel 승용자동차의 배출가스 특성에 관한 연구

        Recently, most of the energy consumed in vehicle is derived from fossil fuels. For this reason, the demand for clean, renewable and affordable alternative energy is forcing the automotive industry to look beyond the conventional fossil fuels. Natural gas represents today a promising alternative to conventional fuels for vehicles propulsion, because it is characterized by a relatively low cost, better geopolitical distribution than oil, lower environmental impact, higher octane number and a higher self ignition temperature. Above all, CNG is an environmentally clean alternative to the existing spark ignition engines with the advantages of minimum change. In this study was installed bi-fuel system that a conventional 2 liters gasoline engine was modified to run on natural gas by a gas injection system. Experiments were mainly carried on the optimization of an ECU control strategy affecting the emission characteristics of CNG/Gasoline bi-fule vehicle. The test results shown that CO2 emission in bi-fuel mode was reduced 17% compared to gasoline fuel in the NEDC mode. Also the amount of CO and HC emissions in bi-fuel and gasoline modes were found to equality. But Compared to gasoline, the bi-fuel mode resulted in higher NOx emissions.

        저자들은 전신성 홍반성 루푸스 및 루푸스 신장염으로 진단된 21세 여자 환자에서 동반된 내과적 응급질환인 심장눌림증을 경피적 심장막천자(pericardiocentesis)로 성공적으로 치료하였기에 문헌고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다. Systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) is a chronic inflammatory autoimmune disease that involves many different organ systems, and this illness exhibits a wide spectrum of clinical manifestations. The renal involvement in SLE is called lupus nephritis and 50~80% of patients with SLE suffer from lupus nephritis. Although pericarditis or pericardial effusion is a common cardiac manifestation of SLE, cardiac tamponade is rare. Cardiac tamponade may be fatal if it is not recognized quickly and treated promptly. We report a case of cardiac tamponade associated with lupus nephritis. Treatment consisted of pericardiocentesis and high-dose corticosteroid. (Korean J Med 78:635-639, 2010)

        대학법인 수익용 부동산의 운영성과 영향요인 분석

        1. CONTENTS (1) RESEARCH OBJECTIVES The purpose of this study is to analyze the income-producing real estate factors for operating performance of income-producing real estate owned by the educational foundation of private universities. (2) RESEARCH METHOD This study was focused on statistical analysis. The data for this analysis were collected from the Korea Foundation for the Promotion of Private School. This study used the statistical analysis techniques such as cluster analysis and regression analysis. (3) RESEARCH FINDINGS In the result of this study, there was a significant difference between higher return group and lower return group in the parameter values of regression model for operating performance of income-producing real estate owned by the educational foundation of private universities. 2. RESULTS The analysis showed that the main factors for operating performance of income-producing real estate were asset valuation, capital gains and operating profits. The results of the regression analysis showed that there were significant differences in the values of primary parameters between the two cluster groups - higher return group and lower return group.

        턴-오프 시 PT-IGBT의 애노드 전압 강하 모델링

        In this paper, transient characteristics of the Punch Through Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor (PT-IGBT) have been studied. On the contrary to Non-Punch Through Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor(NPT-IGBT), it has a buffer layer and reduces switching power loss. It has a simple drive circuit controlled by the gate voltage of the MOSFET and low on-state resistance of the bipolar junction transistor. The transient characteristics of the PT-IGBT have been analyzed analytically. Excess minority carrier and charge distribution in active base region, the rate of anode voltage with time are expressed analytically by adding the influence of buffer layer. The experimental data is obtained from manufacturer. The theoretical predictions of the analysis have been compared with the experimental data obtained from the measurement of a device(600 V, 15 A) and show good agreement.

        Ilizarov 시술 후 추적검사에 있어 초음파검사의 유용성 : 단순촬영과의 비교

        Purpose : To compare the usefulness of ultrasonography in follow up evaluation after the Ilizarov procedurewith that of plain radiography. Materials and Methods : We analyzed ultrasound findings in twelve patients who hadundergone the Ilizarov procedure, and retrospectively compared the results with the findings of plain radiography.The procedure was performed due to post-traumatic limb deformity or non-union(nine of twelve patients), congenitalpseudoarthrosis(one case), sequelae of poliomyelitis(one case), and short stature(one case). The patients' meanage was 29 years ; eleven of twelve were male. Ten of twelve procedures were performed on the tibia and two on thefemur. After 7-10 days, distraction was initiated at a rate of 0.25mm four times a day. Ultrasonography wasperformed with a 5-10 MHz linear or convex transducer ; new bone formation was defined as dotted or linearechogenic foci within a hypoechoic distraction gap. Initial ultrasonographic examination was performed 2-4 weeksafter distraction, and the results were compared with those of plain radiography. Color Doppler imaging wasperformed in three cases. Results : On ultrasonograms, new bone formation was initially detected 18-29(mean, 23)days after distraction, and on plain radiographs, 37-58(mean, 45) days after this procedure ; ultrasonography thusdetected new bone formation at least three weeks earlier than did plain radiography. Complication after theIlizarov procedure were four cysts at the distraction site, and one pin site infection, as seen on ultrasonograms.None of these four cysts, the size of which was 12-22mm(mean, 17mm), was visible on plain radiographs. In one casein which a cyst was present, ultrasound-guided aspiration was performed. Color Doppler examination was performedin three of twelve patients, and in all three, periosteal vascularity at the edge of the distracted gap was seento be preserved. Conclusion : After the Ilizarov bone lengthening procedure, ultrasound appears to be useful forfollow-up examination. New bone formation, as well as complications, can be detected earlier ; it can indicatewhether ultrasound-guided interventional procedure is required, and if combined with color Doppler study, is ableto detect the periosteal blood supply. Further evaluation of the clinical significance of preserved periostealblood supply seems however, to be needed.

      • 맵 기반 제어알고리즘 Urea 분사시스템을 장착한 승용디젤자동차의 배출가스 성능 특성

        The selective catalytic reduction(SCR) system is a highly-effective aftertreatment device for NOx reduction of diesel engines. Generally, the ammonia(NH₃) was generated from reaction mechanism of urea solution in the SCR system using the liquid urea as the reductant. Therefore, the precise urea dosing control is a very important key factor for reducing NOx and NH₃ slip in the SCR system. This paper discussed about emission characteristics of diesel passenger car with urea dosing system of map-based control algorithm. In the map-based control algorithm of this study, the urea injection was determined by mass flow rate of exhaust gas based on the engine rpm, torque, O₂ and NOx concentration measured by NOx sensor. Finally, this paper investigated the characteristics of NOx emission and NH₃ slip of diesel SCR exhaust system under NEDC mode by using the optimized map-based dosing control algorithm.
