Epidemic hemorrhagic fever was recognized for the first time in Korea in 1951 and since that time it has been known as Korean hemorrhagic fever (KHF). Similar diseases to KHF have been known in Manchuria, the Soviet Union, Scandinavia, Eurasia and Japan. Many attempts bave been made to isolate the causative agent of KHF and clinically similar diseases but failed. In 1976 Lee and Lee succeeded in demonstrating an antigen in the lungs of the striped field mouse, Apodemus agrarius, which gave immunofluorescent reactions with sera of patients convalescent from KHF for the first time and named it as Korea antigen. Seventy-three strains of the etiologic agent of KHF which reacted specifically only with the convalescent sera of KHF patients were isolated from lung tissues of Apodemus agrarus coreae rodents and also same agents were isolated from acute sera of two patients in adult Apodemus. The agent was successfully propagated in Apodemus through 13 passages. Experimentally inoculated mice developed sp cific fluorescent antigen in lungs, kidneys, liver, parotid glands, bladder. The agent was neutralized with convalescent serum of KHF, chloroform sensitive, passed through 0.1p millipore filter and not sensitive to antibiotics. The results indicate that the agent is the causative agent of KHF and a small virus.

베이비붐 세대 1코노미의 소신소비가 행동의도에 미치는 영향

The main purpose of this study is to find out how the meaning out activities of the baby boomers will affect their behavioral intentions and to derive their implications. In addition, as the number of baby boomers gradually increases, it is to emphasize the necessity of establishing corporate marketing strategies for them. In recent years, drinking alone and eating alone above representing 1conomy of single households have become a major consumer class and as the social perception changes and its influence on the overall market economy grows, it is emerging as a central axis of consumption in the domestic food service industry as well. therefore, the results of this study are as follows. In a general characteristic analysis of the meaning out form of baby boomer's generation, 32.5% was found to be more than 7 times in monthly consumption rate. In addition, the main meaning out selection factors were practicality, utility, cost-effectiveness, etc. The average monthly spending amount of them was 1 to 1.49 million won (46.3%). And the main meaning out of purchase items were food items (37.9%), daily necessities (36.9%), and personal items (25.1%) in order. as described above, it is inferred that the number of single-person households will gradually increase along with the rapid increase in the number of baby boomers in Korea, suggesting that it is necessary to establish a marketing strategy that can respond to the diversification of the 1conomy market and consumption patterns. 이 연구의 주요 목적은 베이비붐 세대를 대상으로 이들의 1코노미에 대한 소신소비 활동이 행동의도에 어떠한 영향을 미칠 것인지를 규명하고 그 시사점을 도출하는 데 있다. 아울러 점진적으로 베이비붐 세대의 증가함에 따라 이들을 위한 기업의 마케팅전략 수립의 필요성을 강조하는 데 있다. 최근에 1인가구의 1코노미를 대변하는 혼술·혼밥족이 주요 소비계층으로 정착되고, 사회적 인식변화 및 시장경제 전반에 미치는 영향력이 커지면서 국내 외식업계에서도 소비의 중심축으로 떠오르고 있는 실정이다. 이에 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 베이비붐 세대 1코노미의 소신소비 형태에 대한 일반적 특성분석에서 월 소신소비 회수에서 7회 이상이 32.5%로 나타났다. 또한 주요 소신소비 선택요인으로는 실용성, 효용성, 가성비 등으로 나타났으며, 이들의 월 평균 1코노미 지출금액으로는 100~149만원(46.3%)으로 높게 나타났다. 그리고 주요 소신소비 구매품목으로는 음식류(37.9%), 생필품류(36.9%), 개인용품류(25.1%)의 순으로 골고루 나타났다. 이상과 같이 우리나라도 베이비붐 세대의 급격한 증가와 더불어 1인가구가 점차적으로 확대될 것으로 추론되는 바, 1코노미 시장의 다양화와 소비유형에 대응할만한 마케팅전략의 수립이 필요함을 시사점으로 제시되고 있다.
Egocentric Teleoperation Approach

In this paper, an egocentric teleoperation approach to overcome human cognitive and operation limitsfor multi body motions (robot motions) is proposed. This approach minimizes the degrees of freedom that a humanoperator has to operate by providing a virtual geometric constraint on the work path;the slave robot autonomouslymaintains the geometric constraint. The experimental results of an operation of target fitting showed significantlyless duration time and work load than the direct teleoperation.

In recent years, As the knowledge has been recognized as the capital of organization importantly, the interest in the knowledge management system to manage, utilize it get elevated. The knowledge management system in hotel enterprises is concerned with the activities to raise the added values and level up the job satisfaction and organizational commitment of employees in Organizational Effectiveness. The researcher recognized a necessity of knowledge management system for hospital as a new paradigm to raise the organizational effectiveness and to adapt the organization in a rapid changing environment of the 21th century. Therefore core factors in knowledge management is human capital and structural capital and customer capital. In this respect, there is an urgent demand for the introduction of knowledge management system in the tourist hotels of Korea. It is hoped that further research will be conducted on the aspects of knowledge management system this study did not cover.
